The issue in this topic is how the Pekanbaru City law enforces the wildlife trade, which is based on Law Number 5 of 1990 concerning the Conservation of Biological Natural Resources and Their Ecosystems. What are the challenges of law enforcement against wildlife trade in Pekanbaru City as outlined in Law Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Biological Natural Resources and Their Ecosystems? This research is a sociological legal research that uses data collection tools in the form of interviews. The conclusion of this article is that law enforcement against wildlife trade in Pekanbaru City has not been carried out optimally because there is still illegal wildlife trade in the jurisdiction of Pekanbaru. The existence of illegal wildlife trade activities proves this. Stumbling blocks for law enforcement Regulations that are no longer up to date are the cause of the prohibition of wildlife trade. Therefore, the legal umbrella number 5 of 1990 concerning the Conservation of Biological Natural Resources and their Ecosystems must be updated immediately, because they are no longer relevant to the times, and the existing sanctions can be seen. As not giving a sense of justice to resources, ecosystems and nature Uniform perception among law enforcement officers is also important to obtain a judicial process that provides a sense of justice. Abstrak Isu dalam topik ini adalah bagaimana penegakan hukum Kota Pekanbaru terhadap perdagangan satwa liar, yang didasarkan pada Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1990 Tentang Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Hayati dan Ekosistemnya. Apa saja tantangan penegakan hukum terhadap perdagangan satwa liar di Kota Pekanbaru yang dituangkan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1990 Tentang Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Hayati dan Ekosistemnya? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum sosiologis yang menggunakan alat pengumpulan data berupa wawancara. Kesimpulan dari artikel ini adalah penegakan hukum terhadap perdagangan satwa liar di Pekanbaru Kota belum terlaksana secara optimal karena masih terdapat perdagangan satwa liar ilegal di wilayah hukum Pekanbaru. Adanya aktivitas perdagangan satwa liar ilegal membuktikan hal tersebut. Batu sandungan penegakan hukum Peraturan yang tidak lagi up to date menjadi penyebab pelarangan perdagangan satwa liar. Oleh karena itu, payung hukum nomor 5 tahun 1990 tentang Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Hayati dan Ekosistemnya harus segera dimutakhirkan, karena sudah tidak relevan lagi dengan perkembangan zaman, dan terlihat sanksi yang ada. Sebagai tidak memberikan rasa keadilan terhadap sumber daya, Ekosistem dan alam Persepsi yang seragam di antara aparat penegak hukum juga penting untuk mendapatkan proses peradilan yang memberikan rasa keadilan. Perbaikan dan penambahan sarana dan prasarana tersebut meliputi sumber daya manusia yang terdidik dan terampil, peralatan yang memadai, dan keuangan yang memadai, antara lain sarana dan prasarana untuk mendukung dan mengefektifkan kegiatan aparat penegak hukum dalam mencegah atau melakukan kegiatan represif dalam rangka penyelamatan alam. sumber daya dan ekosistemnya Meningkatkan kesadaran hukum melalui penyuluhan hukum jenis satwa yang dilindungi dan sanksi perdagangan satwa liar.

The low accessibility of handling and services for persons with disabilities in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, will certainly be an obstacle to the fulfillment and protection of rights for persons with disabilities. These barriers will have an impact on the development and rights of life for these marginalized people. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an assessment to map the general situation and optimize the fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities. In this case, the researcher appointed Pekanbaru City as the focus of research. The stages of the research method are literature study, interviews, field observations, focus group discussions and data analysis. The results of this study will be used as a basis for developing policies that are inclusive of persons with disabilities so that they have equal opportunities before the State to enjoy social, economic, political, civil and cultural rights. The purpose of the study was to analyze the perception of the disabled community towards disability policies and facilities in the city of Pekanbaru and to analyze the preferences of the disabled community towards policies and facilities. The results show that the highest need for Infrastructure is 93%. In the Health sector, Hospital Needs with a percentage of 95.4%, Business Capital Requirements really help the economy of families with disabilities, namely the largest response of 94.70%, the Education Sector for special knowledge needs for disabilities the largest 84.3%, and the religious field needs lecturers and preachers disability-friendly 78.9%.

The handling of underage child labor in Pekanbaru City must be carried out immediately because considering that there are still many children who are exploited to be employed at the existing intersections in Pekanbaru. Pekanabaru City Government in dealing with underage child labor in the city of Pekanbaru has carried out its roles and duties, but it has not been maximized. The inhibiting factor is the lack of attention from parents to children who are victims of exploitation, there is no deterrent effect experienced by parents of children and children who are victims of exploitation, there are persons who take personal advantage by exploiting children. Efforts made by the Pekanbaru city government are that abandoned children or children who do not have parents will be placed in orphanages, children who have parents will be returned to their parents, the Pekanbaru city government will provide guidance to children, the Pekanbaru city government will provide training. against children, provide economic assistance to children, provide legal action or convict people who exploit children for personal gain.
