Abstract

In the current era, learners must have the ability to be able to adapt to changes that occur in the education component. One of these demolitions is in the 2013 curriculum in which there are specialization subjects. This study aims to find out how the influence of cross-interest learning in economics students on the growth of entrepreneurial interest of SMAN 11 Pangkep students. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research. The population and sample of this study are grade XI science students totaling 26 students for the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Analysis techniques use descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence of cross-interest learning (X) on the growth of entrepreneurial interest (Y) in grade VI IPA students of SMA Negeri 11 Pangkep, where a probability value of 0.04 < 0.05 was obtained and a calculated t value of 2.122 > 1.714. Thus, it is concluded that cross-interest learning of economics subjects needs efforts made by principals and teachers so as to be able to increase the growth of students' entrepreneurial interest after graduation considering the importance of entrepreneurial spirit in this country.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: (1) To determine the influence of driving teachers on students' social studies learning outcomes at UPT SPF SD Inpres Baraya I. (2) To determine the influence of organizational culture on students' social studies learning outcomes at UPT SPF SD Inpres Baraya I. (3) ) To determine the influence of driving teachers and organizational culture together on students' social studies learning outcomes at UPT SPF SD Inpres Baraya I. This research is a quantitative research with a verification research design using a correlational descriptive approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The number of respondents was 90 people. The results of this research show that (1) There is a positive and significant influence between driving teachers and the social studies learning outcomes of UPT SPF SD Inpres Baraya I students. The contribution of driving teachers to the social studies learning outcomes of UPT SPF SD Inpres Baraya I students is in the medium category. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and the social studies learning outcomes of UPT SPF SD Inpres Baraya I students. The contribution of organizational culture to the social studies learning outcomes of UPT SPF SD Inpres Baraya I students is in the medium category. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between the driving teacher variable and the organizational culture variable on the social studies learning outcomes of UPT SPF SD Inpres Baraya I students. The contribution of driving teachers and organizational culture together to the social studies learning outcomes of UPT SPF SD Inpres Baraya I students is significant. is in the medium category.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilakukan di SDN Centre Mangalli yang terletak di Kabupaten Gowa Sulawesi Selatan. Permasalahan mitra yaitu guru-guru yang melakukan pelatihan di SDN Centre Mangalli Kabupaten Gowa belum mengetahui dan belum memahami dengan baik tentang literasi sekolah, apa itu asesmen nasional beserta penerapannya. Alternatif solusi masalah yaitu memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi kepada guru-guru yang ikut pelatihan tentang literasi sekolah, ruang lingkup asesmen nasional dan pengaplikasiannya di SDN Centre Mangalli Kabupaten Gowa. Adapun target luaran yang ingin dicapai yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan guru-guru yang ikut pelatihan gerakan literasi sekolah dalam menghadapi asesmen nasional sehingga dapat mengaplikasikannya disekolah-sekolah guru-guru yang ikut pelatihan karena selain guru-guru yang ada di SDN Centre Mangalli, ada juga guru-guru dari sekolah lain dilingkup Kecamatan Palangga yang ikut berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan ini baik dari jenjang Sekolah Dasar (SD) maupun jenjang SMP. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini  yaitu presentasi tentang gerakan literasi sekolah, ruang lingkup asesmen nasional dan pengaplikasiannya. Selain melakukan presentasi, dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini kami juga melakukan sesi sharing session kepada guru-guru yang mengikuti pelatihan ini tentang kendala-kendala apa yang dialami oleh mereka dalam penerapan gerakan literasi sekolah dan asesmen nasional disekolah mereka. Berdasarkan hasil dan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan maka direkomendasikan: (1) mengadakan pelatihan lanjutan agar dapat mengkontrol kemajuan dan pemahaman guru-guru dalam pembelajaran literasi sekolah dalam mengahadapi asesmen nasional; (2) mengadakan pengembangan modul pembelajaran literasi dan asesmen nasional.

Abstract

The pond-based scientific approach is a scientific approach for students in the aquaculture area, which requires the support of local wisdom-based learning media. With the many scientific approaches that exist, it does not make it difficult for students to raise local wisdom, namely aquaculture, to be used as research in obtaining student learning outcomes. The scientific approach can also provide learning motivation to students so that students are motivated to study harder in lifting student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the literature review related to the pond-based scientific approach and learning motivation in improving student learning outcomes. The research method chosen is descriptive quantitative by first testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, partial (t) and simultaneous (f) testing using the help of SPSS Ver,- 2023 software for windows. Data collection was carried out by interview, documentation and questionnaires distributed to respondents who had a population of 200 respondents of SDN 37 Bulu-Bulu, Pangkajene District and the sample was taken by random sampling using 15% of the population totaling 30 respondents of SDN Bulu-bulu students, Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency. The results of the study partially test or test (t) and simultaneous test (f) pond-based scientific approach has a significant effect on student learning outcomes SDN 37 Bulu-bulu Pangkajene District Pangkep Regency. Then the partial test or test (t) or simultaneous test (f) student learning motivation has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of students of SDN 37 Bulu-bulu, Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation process of entrepreneurship learning in class IV of SD Inpres Samata, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were supervisors, principals, 2 grade IV teachers, PAI teachers, PJOK teachers, and 2 grade IV students of SD Inpres Samata. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation while the data analysis techniques used included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification.  The results showed that entrepreneurship learning in class IV of SD Inpres Samata, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency helped shape students' entrepreneurial character and skills, although its effectiveness varied. Teachers motivate students to be entrepreneurial with experiential learning methods and relevant case studies, raising their awareness early on. Interest in entrepreneurship grows through the manufacture and marketing of simple products. Creativity and innovation are developed through entrepreneurial projects, although there is limited use of technology. Challenge-based learning trains students to think critically and spot opportunities, but some still struggle to find independent solutions. Leadership is practiced through group work, but needs to be evaluated so that experience is evenly distributed. The courage to take risks is honed through small business simulations, although some students are still afraid of failure. Hard work is instilled through entrepreneurial tasks that foster perseverance and discipline, although further mentoring strategies are needed. Overall, this learning has a positive impact but still needs strengthening in mentoring, utilization of technology, and more complex challenges so that students are more independent and ready to face the business world.

Abstract

All forms of teacher activities in the classroom as an effort to create and condition optimal classes so that teaching and learning processes occur are part of classroom management. There is a need to apply classroom management strategies so that student's interest in learning continues to increase. The purpose of this study was to describe the impact of classroom management strategies on cloud reading interest and aloud reading outcomes for grade 1 students of SD Inpres Mawang, Bontomarannu sub-district, Gowa Regency. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Utilizing interview tools and documentation, data collection techniques included observation. The subjects in this study were social studies teachers and students taking social studies subjects at SD Inpres Mawang, Bontomarannu sub-district, Gowa Regency. The results found in this study are: 1) Class management strategies for students' cloud reading interest, namely by carefully preparing all learning tools in the form of lesson plans and using various learning methods, and bringing students into the real world so that reading becomes fun and not boring so that it achieves the purpose of learning. 2) The implementation of class management on students' cloud reading interest is for the teacher to use a variety of reading methods, continue to develop appropriate learning models, and be ready to help students so that student's interest in reading increases and maximum results are achieved. 3) Obstacles and class management efforts towards students' cloud reading interest are during the last hour of learning and are constrained in terms of limited media provision, which causes student's interest in cloud reading to decrease.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pembinaan dan pengawasan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri Langda Kabupaten Yahukimo. untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembinaan dan pengawasan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri Langda Kabupaten Yahukimo.  Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah angket pembinaan dan pengawasan Kepala Sekolah dan kinerja guru. Teknik analisis data merupakan suatu cara yang digunakan untuk menguraikan keterangan-keterangan atau data yang diperoleh agar data tersebut dapat dipahami bukan saja oleh orang yang meneliti, akan tetapi juga oleh orang lain yang ingin mengetahui hasil penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Secara keseluruhan, pembinaan dan pengawasan yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah pada Sekolah Menengah pertama di Kabupaten Yahukimo merupakan materi manajerial seperti, menyusun perencanaan sekolah untuk berbagai tingkatan perencanaan, mengelola pengembangan kurikulum dan kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai dengan arah dan tujuan pendidikan Nasional. Selain materi manajerial materi suvervisi juga penting dilakukan oleh kepala Sekolah untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru tentunya dengan menggunakan pendekatan dan suvervisi yang tepat. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pembinaan dan pengawasan yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah terhadap guru dengan kinerja guru, dengan F hitung F tabel (12,176 3,159). Semakin intens pengawasan Kepala Sekolah terhadap guru, kinerja guru akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

This study is a quasi-experimental research with a nonequivalent control group design. This design was chosen because the students who are the subjects of the study could not be randomly assigned to either the control or experimental group. The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of the Advance Organizer learning model on students' interest in learning Economics in class XI at SMA Negeri 13 Pangkep Boarding School; (2) To determine the effect of the Advance Organizer learning model on students' learning outcomes in Economics in class XI at SMA Negeri 13 Pangkep Boarding School; and (3) To determine the effect of the Advance Organizer learning model on both students' interest and learning outcomes in Economics in class XI at SMA Negeri 13 Pangkep Boarding School. In this study, data was collected through questionnaires, documentation, and observations, with instruments including surveys and documentation. The population of this study consists of the students in the Economics specialization class at SMA Negeri 13 Pangkep. The results of the study indicate the following findings: (1). The test results partially show that the use of the Advance Organizer learning model positively affects students' interest in learning Economics in the class XI Economics specialization at SMA Negeri 13 Pangkep, with better learning outcomes in the experimental group compared to the control group. (2). The test results also partially show that the use of the Advance Organizer learning model positively affects students' learning outcomes in Economics in class XI at SMA Negeri 13 Pangkep, with higher interest in learning Economics in the experimental group compared to the control group. (3). Simultaneously, the test results indicate that the use of the Advance Organizer learning model positively affects students' learning outcomes, where both interest and learning outcomes in Economics are better in the experimental group than in the control group.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the principal's strategy in improving teacher professionalism and the quality of social studies learning at SMAN 24 Pangkep. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study are the principal, supervisor, deputy principal and 3 science and technology maple teachers. The data collection techniques in this study use interviews, observations, and documentation while the data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn/verification.  The results of the study show that the strategy of the principal of SMAN 24 Pangkep in improving teacher professionalism has shown positive results, especially in curriculum development and teacher training. However, there is a need to improve teacher performance evaluation as well as monitoring and evaluating programs so that the results achieved are more optimal and sustainable. In terms of the quality of IPAS learning, learning planning and media facilitation as well as learning resources at SMAN 24 Pangkep have been going well. However, learning supervision and evaluation and follow-up on programs need to be improved to ensure the effectiveness and continuity of learning development. The improvement of teacher professionalism and the quality of science and technology learning at SMAN 24 Pangkep faces several obstacles, such as limited teacher competence in mastering innovative methods, lack of support for learning facilities, and lack of teacher training. In addition, obstacles in external cooperation also reduce the effectiveness of teaching and teacher competency development. To overcome these obstacles, solutions that can be implemented include the development of relevant teacher training programs, the provision of adequate learning facilities, and the optimization of school resources. Increased collaboration with external parties also needs to be done to support innovation and sustainability of educational development at SMAN 24 Pangkep.
