Abstract

Penelitian ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan Teaching at the Right of Level Approach (TaRL) dengan model problem based learning berbantuan video animasi pada mata pelajaran IPAS pada peserta didik kelas IVA SDN 50 Kota Bengkulu Tahun Ajaran 2022023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), Desain penelitian ini menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2022/2023, yaitu pada bulan Mei. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IVA SDN 50 Kota Bengkulu yang terdiri dari 22 peserta didik. Objek penelitian adalah hasil belajar peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keaktifan belajar peserta didik, yaitu pada siklus I sebesar 68,18% (kategori cukup), kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 89,65% (kategori sangat baik). Hal ini berarti terjadi peningkatan sebesar 21,47%. Dengan demikian penggunaan menggunakan Teaching at the Right of Level Approach (TaRL) dengan model problem based learning berbantuan video animasi pada mata pelajaran IPAS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IVA SDN 50 Kota Bengkulu. ABSTRACT This research was designed to improve participant learning outcomes for students using the Teaching at the Right of Level Approach (TaRL) with a problem-based learning model assisted by animated videos in subjects IPAS for class IVA students at SDN 50 Bengkulu City in the academic year 2022023. This type of research is called classroom action research (PTK) design. This research uses the Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart. This research was held in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, namely in May. The subjects of this research were IVA students from SDN 50 Bengkulu City, which consisted of 22 students. The object of research is the learning outcomes of students. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. Data is analyzed descriptively and presented in the form of tables and graphs. Results research shows an increase in students' learning activeness; in cycle I, it was 68.18% (sufficient category), then in cycle II, it increased to 89.65% (outstanding category). This means an increase of 21.47%. Thus, the use of Teaching at the Right of Level Approach (TaRL) with a video-assisted problem-based learning model Animation in science subjects can improve student learning outcomes in class IVA SDN 50 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using the discovery learning model in learning science and material regarding changes in the form of substances on the learning outcomes of class fourth students at SDN Gugus Eleventh, Bengkulu City. This research is quantitative research. The research method used was Quasy Experiment with the research design The Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this study were fourth grade students at SDN Gugus Eleventh Bengkulu City. The sample in this study consisted of 28 class fourth B students at SDN 5 Bengkulu City as the experimental class and 30 class fourth C students at SDN 41 Bengkulu City as the control class. The sampling technique uses Cluster Random Sampling, which means group randomization (study group). The instrument used in this research was a test sheet in the form of multiple choice with 10 questions. The test was taken twice, namely before and after learning took place in the experimental class and control class. From the results of the student's posttest t-test calculation, the Sig value (2 tailed) < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). This shows that there is a significant difference in the posttest results of the experimental class and the control class. Based on the results of the difference in posttest scores for the experimental class and the control class, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the discovery learning model in science and science learning material on changes in the state of substances on the learning outcomes of class fourth students at Gugus Eleventh Elementary School, Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student activity and learning outcomes by using the Team Game Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model assisted by Wordwall media in science and science learning for class fifth B at SD Negeri 5 Bengkulu City. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects in this research were 30 students in class fifth B at SDN 5, Bengkulu City. The research instruments used were student activity observation sheets and test sheets. The data analysis technique uses the formula for average score, highest score, lowest score, score difference and range of values ​​for each criterion. Test data is processed using the formula for average score and percentage of success in learning completion. The research results showed that in cycle first it was still not optimal so it was improved in cycle second. The results of student activities in cycle first obtained a score of 23 in the sufficient category, and increased in cycle second to a score of 35.5 in the good category. In the Knowledge aspect in cycle first obtained an average score of 66.66 with a percentage of 63%. In cycle second it increased by obtaining an average score of 78.5 with a percentage of 83%. So it can be concluded that the application of the team game tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model assisted by Wordwall media in science and science learning for class fifth B at SD Negeri 5 Bengkulu City can increase student activity and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study discusses differences of opinion, skills and knowledge of students about the environment in elementary school that discusses the area by using the PjBL model in thematic learning by using science in Bengkulu. This research is quantitative research. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method. The design used was only the design of the pretest-posttest control group suitable. The population in this study were fifth grade students of SD Negeri in Bengkulu Province. The sample of this study was a class of urban representative experiment class is the fifth grade students in SDN 81 Kota Bengkulu, SDN 7 Rejang Lebong Regency and SDN 16 Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. The sample for the control class is the area of SDN 05 Lebong Regency, SDN 27 Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah and SDN 013 Seluma Regency. Data analysis techniques used quantitative analysis techniques using the Mann Whitney-u test. Hypothesis test results obtained for the ability of knowledge, skills and attitudes of 0,000 <sig 0,025. The conclusions of this study are about differences of opinion, skills and knowledge about the environment in the elementary school that discusses the region and region using the PjBL model in thematic learning using scientific in Bengkulu.

Abstract

The descriptive study in this research describes the flood disaster preparedness attitude of children in the Bengkulu City River Basin. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that in theory, children already understood the steps that should be taken before a flood occurs, during a flood and after a flood. However, if a flood occurs, there are still children who do not heed the flood disaster preparedness protocol. Like playing and bathing in a puddle. Further research is needed to provide good understanding and awareness so that children not only know but can properly practice flood disaster preparedness when a flood occurs.

Abstract

Permainan tradisional Bubu Gile dari Suku Lembak memiliki potensi sebagai media pembelajaran Ethnomathscience. Permainan ini tidak hanya memperkuat pemahaman konsep sains dan matematika tetapi juga melestarikan budaya lokal, karena mencerminkan perpaduan antara nilai budaya, sosial, serta konsep sains dan matematika, khususnya dalam aspek fisika dan geometri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam permainan Bubu Gile sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis Ethnomathscience di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 20 siswa, 3 guru, serta 2 tokoh budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permainan Bubu Gile mengandung nilai kebersamaan, gotong royong, dan penghormatan terhadap leluhur, serta unsur Ethnomathscience, seperti getaran dan resonansi, gaya dan gerak, material alami, interaksi dengan lingkungan, pola simetri, pola ritme dan frekuensi, serta geometri. Permainan ini dapat diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran konsep IPAS dan Matematika di kelas.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a thematic E-module utilizing the Project-based Learning (PjBL) model based on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) and to assess its effectiveness in improving science literacy and higher-order thinking skills among fourth-grade elementary school students. The development method utilized the Borg & Gall model. Research instruments included document analysis sheets, needs analysis sheets, and validation sheets. Data collection techniques involved document analysis, observation, questionnaires, and tests. Data obtained from product assessment sheets, test results, and questionnaires were analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively. The results indicate that the developed E-Module has demonstrated high levels of validity and effectiveness in enhancing science literacy and higher-order thinking skills among fourth-grade elementary students. Material validity was evaluated using Aiken’s V, with an average score of 0.90 (very valid), and a validator agreement rate of 0.92% (almost perfect). Language and design validity were also found to be high, with Aiken’s V scores of 0.91 (very valid) and 0.88 (very valid) respectively, and validator agreement rates of 0.80% (almost perfect) and 0.73% (strong) respectively. Based on the calculation of gain scores, the experimental group achieved 0.47 (moderate) compared to the control group's score of 0.25 (low). Additionally, an independent sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 (sig <0.05) between the control and experimental groups, confirming the effectiveness of using this E-Module. This research provides a significant contribution to the development of innovative and effective learning materials aimed at enhancing science literacy and higher-order thinking skills among fourth-grade elementary students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pendidikan dalam keluarga dengan sikap rasa hormat siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 03 Kota Pagar Alam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN 03 Kota Pagar Alam. Sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang yang diambil melalui pengambilan Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa rhitung (0,515) > rtabeldengan taraf signifikan 5% (0,334) maka antara Variabel X dan Variabel Y memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat sehingga Ha diterima, artinya terdapat hubungan cukup kuat antara pendidikan dalam keluarga dengan sikap rasa hormat siswa kelas IV SDN 03 Kota Pagar Alam. Dengan uji signifikasi (t) didapatkan hasil bahwa hubungan pendidikan dalam keluarga dengan sikap rasa hormat memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Selanjutnya hasil dari perhitungan statistik diperoleh sumbangan variabel X terhadap Y sebesar r2 = 0,2652 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan dalam keluarga memberikan kontribusi sebesar 26,52% terhadap sikap rasa hormat siswa kelas IV SDN 03 Kota Pagar Alam.

Abstract

Penelitian Pembelajaran  IPA  di SD menekankan pada pemberian pengalaman langsung, inkuiri ilmiah (scientific inquiry), menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan sikap ilmiah dalam bentuk kecakapan hidup (life-skills). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan buku ajar pendidikan IPA SD berbasis inkuiri yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sikap ilmiah, dan berpikir kritis bagi siswa SD.  Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa SD kelas 4, 5, 6. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan uji coba. Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis melalui analisis kovariat (MACNOVA) faktorial 2X2 (Hair. Et al, 1995; Sharma,1996:342-345). Hasil penelitian adalah draft buku IPA SD berbasis inkuiri  yang berisi : (1) uraian kompetensi siswa, (2) judul bab, (3) gambar pembuka bab, (4)  teks pengantar, (5) peta pikiran, (6) materi pelajaran, (7) gambar dan ilustrasi, (8) tahukah kamu, (9) mari mencari tahu, (10) mari kita selidiki, (11) mari bertukar pikiran, dan  (12)  mari mengingat kembali.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan yaitu isi draft buku IPA SD berbasis inkuiri  yang dikembangkan , mencakup: 1) Judul bab, gambar pembuka bab, dan teks pengantar disajikan dengan  tujuan untuk menarik perhatian dan memancing keingintahuan siswa ( fase Engage), 2) Tahukah kamu, berisi informasi actual agar siswa mampu memecahkan kesulitan yang dihadapi( fase Elaborate), 3) Mari cari tahu dan Mari kita selidiki, berbentuk lembar kegiatan dan diskusi disajikan untuk memberi kesempatan kepada siswa agar bekerja sama dalam menjawab pertanyaan dan melakukan pengamatan ( fase Explore).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran IPA dengan pendekatan Berbasis PBL model SSCS untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan IPA dikelas 5 SDN 5 Kota Bengkulu setelah melaksanakan langkah plan dari lesson study; (2)menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran IPA dengan pendekatan Berbasis PBL model SSCS revisi untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan IPA dikelas 5 SDN 5 Kota Bengkulu setelah melaksanakan langkah do dari lesson study; (3) meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran IPA dengan pendekatan Berbasis PBL model SSCS di kelas 5 SDN 5 Kota Bengkulu melalui langkah see dari lesson study dan; (4) meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran pembelajaran IPA dengan pendekatan Berbasis PBL model SSCS di kelas 5 SDN 5 Kota Bengkulu melalui langkah see dari lesson study. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu Lesson Study, setiap langkah Plan Do Check terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu tahap Plan, tahap pelaksanaan do, dan tahap check. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari lembar observasi guru dan siswa dan lembar tes tertulis dalam bentuk esai. Data hasil belajar yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan mengacu pada ketuntasan belajar klasikal. Dari analisis data menunjukkan pada langkah Plan Do Check I diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor observasi guru sebesar 29 dengan kriteria cukup, dan rata-rata skor observasi siswa sebesar 29,5 dengan kriteria cukup, pada langkah Plan Do Check I rata-rata skor observasi guru sebesar 38 dengan kriteria baik dan rata-rata skor observasi siswa sebesar 38,5 dengan kriteria baik. Hasil analisis nilai rata-rata kelas 58,8 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 35% pada langkah plan do see awal dan nilai rata-rata kelas 67,4 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 56% pada langkah plan do see I dan meningkat menjadi 80 dengan ketuntasan belajar 85% pada langkah plan do see II.
