Abstract

Masalah: Kompleksnya berbagai permasalahan akademik yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa membutuhkan kemampuan untuk mengelola emosi dengan baik. Tujuan: Mengungkapkan tingkat kematangan emosi mahasiswa penjas Universitas Bengkulu tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Metode: Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 87 mahasiswa aktif. Angket digunakan sebagai instrumen mengumpulkan data. Standar deviasi ideal dan nilai rerata ideal digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil: Kematangan emosi mahasiswa penjas berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan frekuensi sebanyak 14 mahasiswa, baik sebanyak 47 mahasiswa, sedang 18 mahasiswa, rendah 4 mahasiswa. Kesimpulan: Kematangan emosi mahasiswa penjas tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dalam kategori baik. Kelemahan dalam penelitian ini belum mengungkapkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kematangan emosi mahasiswa dan hasil penelitian ini tidak dapat digeneralisasikan di luar mahasiswa penjas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam menambah referensi bagi khasanah ilmu pengetahuan khususnya mengenai kematangan emosi pada mahasiswa penjas. Sehingga, direkomendasikan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengkaji strategi untuk meningkatkan kematangan emosi maupun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kematangan emosi mahasiswa.

Abstract

Masalah: Kajian mengenai aspek psikologis pada peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu minim dilakukan oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Tujuan: Melakukan analisis tingkat SE peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu. Metode: Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 10 peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Standar deviasi ideal dan nilai rerata ideal digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil: Terdapat 6 peserta yang memiliki SE dalam kategori sangat tinggi, 4 peserta memiliki self-efficacy dalam kategori tinggi. Kesimpulan: Tingkat SE peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Kelemahan dalam penelitian ini tidak dapat digeneralisasikan pada peserta ekstrakurikuler selain futsal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam menambah referensi bagi khasanah ilmu pengetahuan khususnya mengenai SE pada atlet futsal. Sehingga, direkomendasikan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengkaji strategi dalam menjaga konsistensi SE peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of personal health knowledge of class VI students at SD Mangunharjo. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The population and research sample were all 18 students of class VI at SD Mangunharjo. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire consisting of 6 indicators. Data analysis technique uses descriptive quantitative by calculating the mean value and standard deviation. The results of the study stated that the level of student knowledge in terms of personal hygiene indicators was in the moderate category, the indicators of regular living habits were in the moderate category, the food indicators were in the moderate category, environmental hygiene was in the medium category, disease prevention was in the moderate category, and health examination is in the moderate category. It can be concluded that the level of personal health knowledge of class VI students at SD Mangunharjo is in the moderate category.

Abstract

The success of the physical education learning process is determined by the teachers’ professional competence. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of professional competence of physical education teachers in Bengkulu Province, with the main objective being to describe and determine the level of professional competence of teachers and the differences based on several variables, namely gender, teaching location, and teaching experience. A quantitative descriptive method was implemented in this study to achieve the research objectives. The research sample was 49 physical education teachers in Bengkulu Province. Techniques and instruments for collecting research data were in the form of receipts which were distributed via GoogleForm. An Independent sample t-test was used to analyze data regarding differences in the professional competence of physical education teachers based on gender. Meanwhile, one-way ANOVA was used to analyze differences in the professional competence of physical education teachers based on teaching location and teaching experience. The results of this study indicated that physical education teachers in Bengkulu Province have a very high level of professional competence, and there were no differences in teachers' professional competence based on gender, teaching location, or teaching experience. The limitations of this research included the involvement of a relatively small number of samples, the restriction of samples to public schools, and a lack of diversity in the sample variations. For further research, it is advisable to involve a larger number of samples from private schools and islamic schools. It was also recommended that physical education teachers develop competence in conducting classroom action research.
