Abstract

The concept of Islam relies on the source of his teachings, so what must be revealed in this study is how the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet speak about the economic development of the people, so that the concept of economic development can be formulated according to Islamic teachings. The concept of economic development of the ummah, refers to two sources of Islamic teachings, namely: al-Qur'a>n and the Hadith of the Holy Prophet, which gave birth to the principles and values of Islamic economics which were formulated through studies conducted on the two sources of Islamic teachings which were confronted with problems faced by the community or people that produce formulations that need to be developed as a concept that can realize the welfare of the community and people.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menguji Pengaruh Lokasi Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Memilih Produk Tabungan Wadiah di BSI Kantor cabang Makassar. Jenis Penelitian yaitu kuantitatif pendekatan asosiatif. Sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu penyebaran kuesioner, diukur dengan menggunakan Skala Likert, pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 75 responden nasabah dengan menggunakan teknik probality sampling. Pengolahan data yaitu uji validitas, realibilitas, asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan aplikasi program SPSS 25. Hasil menunjukkan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah nilai Sig 0.006, promosi tidak  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah nilai Sig 0.690, lokasi dan promosi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan nasabah nilai Sig 0.016 pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Veteran Kota Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) the role of the education system at Ummul Mukminin 'Aisyiyah Islamic Boarding School; 2) efforts to realize the vision and mission of Ummul Mukminin 'Aisyiyah Islamic Boarding School; and supporting and inhibiting factors in the role of the Ummul Mukminin 'Aisyiyah Islamic Boarding School education system. This research is located at the Ummul Mukminin 'Aisyiyah Islamic Boarding School, South Sulawesi, using a qualitative descriptive method along with SWOT analysis. The collected data were selected and analyzed semantically and inductively, supported by the results of direct observation. The research results show: 1) The role of the education system must follow developments in the National Education System which includes aspects of institutional and curriculum management; 2) Efforts to realize the vision and mission of Islamic boarding schools through success alumni, outstanding leaders at the local and national levels, nurturing cadres of scholars through the Tahfidz Al-Quran and Kemuhammadiyahan programs; 3) The supporting factors for achieving the vision and mission of the pesantren are adequate facilities and infrastructure, professional human resources, good leadership, effective communication and cooperation. Inhibiting factors, including; the absence of Information Technology-based blueprints, competition between Islamic boarding schools, the lack of budget support from the government.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to promote the incorporation of Maslahah values within the framework of accrual-based accounting practices in local government entities. This research employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological perspective, drawing data partially from extensive literature reviews. The findings of this research emphasize the pivotal role of values when implementing accrual-based accounting in local governments. A critical aspect revolves around the ability to enforce regulations and codes of ethics within these governmental bodies. This enforcement, in turn, facilitates the production of financial reports that are not only accurate but also transparent and accountable. Furthermore, the adoption of accrual-based accounting should be coupled with the application of Maslahah values within the society. Values like honesty, accountability, fairness, and prosperity should underpin the financial practices of local governments. By doing so, leaders, who are key stakeholders, can be held accountable not only to their constituents but also in alignment with their moral and ethical obligations to a higher authority. In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of merging accounting practices with ethical values, ultimately benefiting local governments and the broader society they serve.

Abstract

The family becomes an institution capable of giving birth to the next generation (offspring) who are intelligent and have good morals (good character) both in the eyes of their own family, especially in the eyes of the surrounding community. However, along with the times, accompanied by the rapid development of science and digitalization technology, the family has now lost responsibility as the first education. This study aims to explore the function of the family in providing education, through the perspective of hadith. This research uses the type of library research, which is a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data by making texts into texts from several literatures. Specifically, this research collects documents from hadith books related to family functions and children's education. The results of this study indicate that the hadiths about family education provide an understanding that basically every child who is born is born in a state of nature, clean and holy from sins. It is just that the environment where he lives and the school environment where he lives makes it easy to give a bad influence if it is not balanced with the education of his family.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang “Pengetahuan Owner Online Shop Tentang Praktek Jual Beli Followers Di Instagram Dalam Pandangan Islam”, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengetahuan owner online shop tentang praktek jual beli followers serta pandangan Islam dalam praktek jual beli followers di instagram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan pendekataan deskriptif. Informan dari penelitian ini adalah owner online shop, akademisi, majelis ulama Indonesia (MUI) Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan owner tetang jual beli followers hampir semua owner online shop mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme transaksi jual beli followers, namun mengenai kekurangan dan kelebihan jual beli followers dilihat dari sisi agama masih sangat kurang pemahaman. Sedagkan jual beli followers dalam pandangan Islam itu dilarang karna lebih banyak mudarat nya dari pada manfaat nya, di dalam jual beli followers juga tidak memenuhi syarat dan rukun jual beli. Jual beli followers termasuk gharar, bai najasy karna ada kebohongan penawaran, diantaranya followers yang digunakan dalam transaksi jual beli kebayakan akun robot/ fake, atau terkadang satu orang mengelola lebih dari beberapa akun.

Abstract

The neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), as a predictor of inflammation obtained from the results between absolute neutrophils and absolute lymphocytes, shows an increased level in various diseases that trigger inflammation, especially in pneumonia with complications and a higher mortality rate. This study aimed to analyze NLR levels in children (aged 12-59 months) with pneumonia and non-pneumonia (upper respiratory tract infection/URTI) at Ananda’s Mother and Child Hospital in Makassar City. This study used an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 139 samples from children (aged 12-59 months), divided into pneumonia and non-pneumonia (URTI) samples. These samples had routine blood test results and complete medical record data. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate tests (Independent T Test). In this study, the average NLR in pneumonia samples was lower than non-pneumonia (URTI), and there was also no significant difference between NLR levels in pneumonia and non-pneumonia (URTI). Therefore, this study's conclusion shows no significant increase in NLR levels of children (aged 12-59 months) with pneumonia.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the job description, clarity of responsibilities and application from the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Data is obtained from articles published through Google Scholar. Initially, the search was carried out using relevant keywords such as "job description", "job description in the perspective of the Prophet Muhammad SAW". Data from selected articles were then analyzed using a descriptive approach to describe key findings, identify patterns and trends, and summarize key conclusions from the reviewed literature. The results of the analysis show that with the job description, the activities carried out are in accordance with the responsibilities and cannot interfere with each other's duties, there is no overlap in the implementation of duties, and communication is well formed due to the existence of a good cooperative relationship between workers. In Islam, a job or position is a mandate that must be maintained properly, because behind the mandate there is accountability. Islam also teaches not to impose oneself on a job or position that is not one's expertise

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam membayar pajak progresif kendaraan bermotor dan sosialisasi perpajakan sebagai variabel moderasi dalam studi kasus pada Kantor Samsat Wilayah I Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling atau random sampling yakni pengambilan data secara acak, terdapat 101 responden dalam penelitian ini. Untuk mengetahui dampak dari masing-masing variabel, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemahaman wajib pajak, tarif pajak, kualitas pelayanan, dan sanksi pajak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak progresif. Adapun variabel sosialisasi perpajakan hanya dapat memoderasi pengaruh antara variabel pemahaman wajib pajak dan tarif pajak, sedangkan pada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak progresif belum dapat dimoderasi oleh sosialisasi perpajakan.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of the capital adequacy ratio, financing to deposit ratio, and third party funds on profitability with non-performing financing as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative using secondary data processed through SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the capital adequacy ratio and the financing to deposit ratio have a significant effect on profitability but third party funds have no effect on profitability. Meanwhile, non-performing financing is not able to moderate the relationship between the capital adequacy ratio, financing to deposit ratio, and third party funds to profitability
