AbstractBerdasarkan hasil pengamatan di kelas yang telah dilakukan pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung banyak siswa yang mengobrol sendiri, tidak memperhatikan penjelasan guru pada saat pelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Motivasi Belajar dan Minat Baca Siswa dengan Hasil Belajar Fisika Siswa SMP PGRI 2 Sekampung semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Korelasi dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIIIc SMP PGRI 2 Sekampung yang terdiri dari 36 siswa sebagai sampel. Rancangan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar siswa dan minat baca siswa dengan hasil belajar fisika siswa. Hal ini terlihat pada fhit > fdaf bernilai positif artinya motivasi belajar dan minat baca siswa sebesar 33,3% dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika siswa.

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in activity and student learning outcomes using inductive thinking learning models on the subject and the concept of heat in class X.3 students. The method used is a qualitative type method applied to Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out collaboratively and participatively. The results of this study indicate an increase in activity and student learning outcomes in class X.3 SMA N 1 Sekampung on the concept of heat through the inductive thinking learning model. Student learning activities in the first cycle with an average score of 16 in the good category and in the second and third cycles each increased to 18 in the good category and 19.5 with the good category. Student learning outcomes in the aspect of concept understanding or test questions and LDS increased in the second cycle, the student's absorption capacity was 83% and the learning completeness was 84% and increased in the third cycle, the student's absorption was 85% and the learning completeness was 90%.

Efisiensi pemberian pakan ikan menjadi salah satu faktor dalam memperoleh hasil budidaya ikan yang sesuai harapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan purwarupa alat mekanik pemberi pakan ikan yang nantinya dapat beroperasi secara otomatis menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino. Purwarupa alat mekanik pemberi pakan ikan ini dirancang untuk melontarkan pakan ikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, tidak mudah rusak jika terkena cipratan air, dan memiliki bobot yang ringan. Bagaimana mendesain komponen agar menjadi sistem mekanik alat pemberi pakan ikan yang selanjutnya akan dikembangkan sistem otomatisnya merupakan identifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini. Metode dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahap perancangan dan pembuatan alat. Bahan yang digunakan terdiri dari tabung plastik tempat pakan, motor penggerak, kawat tembaga, dan braket dudukan alat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain mekanik alat pemberian pakan ikan secara otomatis berhasil dirancang dan berfungsi sesuai rencana. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini berhasil merancang purwarupa alat pemberi pakan ikan yang nantinya dapat dihubungkan dengan mikrokontroler arduino agar bisa digunakan secara otomatis. Alat ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kemudahan dalam pemeliharaan ikan dalam lingkungan akuarium atau kolam peternakan ikan khususnya. Penelitian selanjutnya perlu mengembangkan mekanisme pelontar yang lebih baik untuk memperluas sebaran pakan ikan pada kolam yang lebih luas. Selain itu juga diperlukan kajian mengenai penggunaan sumber listrik seperti baterai dan panel surya sehingga tidak bergantung pada ketersediaan listrik PLN di lingkungan kolam.

Garbage is one of the main causes of environmental problems and can damage the balance of the ecosystem. Trimurjo Subdistrict has a lot of organic waste. The objectives of this service are as follows: 1) provide and introduce techniques for converting household organic vegetable waste into eco-enzymes; 2) increase awareness of the importance of converting household waste into economically profitable products. In Trimurjo District, housewives receive direct instructions on how to make eco-enzymes from organic waste. The community, especially housewives, will learn to make eco-enzymes. The brown color and aroma of fermentation will indicate that they are made. After that, the eco-enzyme is processed to produce room fragrance products. The results of this service are: 1). This program has also succeeded in encouraging the community to develop new organic waste processing methods. The results of the response questionnaire that has been explained show that partners are very interested in providing community service. 2). This outreach program succeeded in increasing public awareness about managing organic waste in an environmentally friendly manner.

The increasing waste problem is a major challenge for Indonesia, which mirrors the situation in many countries around the world. Indonesia's continuous population growth directly contributes to the increasing volume of waste produced every day, thus exacerbating the problem. The waste problem in Indonesia is a major concern, but public awareness is still lacking. Waste management education from an early age is needed to minimize its negative impacts. Community service activities at SDN 2 Pakuan Aji aim to improve students' understanding of waste sorting through education and direct practice. Students are taught to sort waste into organic and non-organic bins. The expected result is an increase in students' understanding and application of waste management. Subsequent activities can be focused on waste processing and recycling practices. This community service activity received a positive response from the school community and succeeded in fostering environmental awareness among students from an early age. In addition, this activity is also effective in increasing students' creativity through the process of recycling organic and non-organic waste materials.

This research aims to design and develop an automated fish-feeding device using a microcontroller Arduino. This research intends to assist aquarium or fish farm owners in providing consistent and scheduled feeding while reducing the human workload. The research method involves designing both the hardware and software components. The hardware includes a feed dispenser, a motor drive, a Real-Time Clock (RTC) module, an LCD, and a microcontroller Arduino. The development of this software was to schedule feeding times and control the amount of feed dispensed. The research findings demonstrate the successful design and implementation of the automated fish-feeding device. Users can easily set feeding schedules and portion sizes through a user-friendly interface. In conclusion, this research has successfully designed a fish-feeding device using an Arduino microcontroller, which enhances the ease of fish maintenance in aquarium or fish farm environments, particularly in automated fish feeding.

Observasi lapangan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi integrasi penerapan etika profesi dan K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) dalam operasional harian di PLTU Pelabuhan Tarahan 2×8 MW. Fokus kegiatan adalah implementasi langsung prinsip-prinsip tersebut dalam berbagai divisi industri, termasuk boiler, turbin, dan ruang kontrol. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi sistematis, wawancara terhadap berbagai pemangku kepentingan, dan dokumentasi visual. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan K3 telah berjalan cukup baik dengan kepatuhan tinggi terhadap penggunaan APD dan prosedur keselamatan. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam hal konsistensi pengawasan dan pelatihan K3 yang belum merata di seluruh karyawan. Selain itu, pemahaman terhadap etika profesi—seperti komunikasi efektif dalam tim dan manajemen tanggung jawab—masih memerlukan peningkatan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan penguatan pelatihan K3 secara berkala, peningkatan kesadaran etika profesional, dan perbaikan sistem pengawasan demi menciptakan budaya kerja yang lebih aman dan profesional. Temuan ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja di industri pembangkit listrik.

Abstract: Cooperative learning is a learning strategy that involves the active role of students in group collaboration to achieve common goals. Several difficulties were found that caused low student learning outcomes such as the passive atmosphere shown by students in the learning process, this can be seen from the lack of students responding to the questions posed by the teacher, the lack of responsibility of students in doing homework, and there are still students who were not serious during class.This study aims to determine the increase in students' critical thinking skills through the NHT-type cooperative learning model. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR), which is a research activity carried out in the classroom as a learning effort, critical reflection on a lesson plan for teacher performance, teacher-student interaction, and student-class interaction. in this study, there was an increase in the number of students who reached the target from cycle I to cycle II. The results in cycle II have reached the set target, this shows that the application of the Use of NHT Type Cooperative Learning Model can improve students' critical thinking skills. This achievement percentage indicates that students experience an increase in critical thinking skills in constructing simple explanations, building basic skills, and concluding. The conclusion of this study is that learning using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills by up to 34% which can be seen from 3 aspects namely Building Simple Explanations by 31%, Building Basic Skills by 37%, and Concluding 35% in physics class X2 Senior high school.

Abstract: Scientific work can be used by teachers as a facility for communicating new information, ideas, studies, and research results to the general public. The preparation of scientific papers is very meaningful for the professional development of teachers, but in reality, the culture of writing scientific papers among teachers is still low. Meanwhile, the teacher can write scientific papers based on the implementation of the teacher's creativity and criticality in the daily activities that are observed and experienced in creating a better quality of education to achieve maximum learning results. This program aims to conduct training in the preparation of scientific papers in this matter scientific postings for teachers of SMA Kartikatama Metro. This program is carried out using a classical approach which is tried by giving lectures and delivering modules and individual approaches are tried when accompanying participants in writing scientific papers. Achievement of the target number of participants as well as the objectives of this training can be assessed as good. Within 2 weeks as many as 3 teachers have tried to write scientific posts. All the modules that have been planned can be informed to the participants, even though there are many time constraints there are some modules that are informed in an outline. The expertise of the participants can be seen from the ability to compose scientific papers that can be considered good.Keywords: scientific work; teacher; training. Abstrak: Karya ilmiah dapat digunakan guru sebagai fasilitas mengomunikasikan informasi baru, gagasan, kajian, serta hasil riset kepada khalayak umum. Penyusunan karya ilmiah sangat berarti untuk pengembangan keprofesionalan guru, tetapi pada kenyataannya budaya menulis karya ilmiah di kalangan guru masih rendah. Sementara itu guru bisa menulis karya ilmiah bersumber pada implementasi kreatifitas serta kekritisan guru terhadap kegiatan tiap hari yang diamati serta dialaminya dalam menciptakan mutu pendidikan yang lebih baik sehingga menggapai hasil belajar yang maksimal. Tujuan program ini merupakan melakukan pelatihan penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah dalam perihal ini postingan ilmiah untuk guru SMA Kartikatama Metro. Program ini dilaksanakan memakai pendekatan klasikal yang dicoba dengan membagikan ceramah serta penyampaian modul serta pendekatan individual dicoba pada saat mendampingi peserta dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Ketercapaian sasaran jumlah partisipan serta tujuan pelatihan ini bisa dinilai baik. Dalam kurun waktu 2 pekan sebanyak 3 orang guru sudah berupaya menulis postingan ilmiah. Seluruh modul yang sudah direncanakan bisa di informasikan kepada paserta, walaupun terdapat banyak keterbatasan waktu terdapat sebagian modul yang di informasikan secara garis besar. Keahlian paserta dilihat dari kemampuan menyusun karya ilmiah yang dapat dinilai baik.Kata kunci: guru; karya ilmiah; pelatihan.

Research-based learning (RBL) is a learning model that involves research activities in the learning process. The higher education system cannot separate from learning and research activities. This study aims to present a case study that explores the learning experiences of 5 students of the doctoral education program and how their research skills differ before and after implementing RBL in a local-based science learning development course. Collecting data methods are interviews, learning notes, product assessments, and questionnaires. Data analysis consisted of examining, categorizing, and recombining the quantitative and qualitative evidence to discuss the research's initial propositions. Research results show that the ability of doctoral program students applied knowledge in practical contexts, research skills, critical and analytical thinking, scientific communication skills could be improved through research-based learning.
