Abstract

Potensi kampung moderasi di Kabupaten Pamekasan sangat kuat apabila dilakukan pengenaan dan pembinaan kampung moderasi beragama pada masyarakat. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa masyarakat Pamekasan Madura tidak seluruhnya mengetahui tetang kampung moderasi beragama. Walaupun masyarakatnya memiliki tingkat religious yang tinggi jumlah muslim mayoritas, anehnya konflik atas nama agama di Madura sering terjadi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk ikut serta mengedukasi masyarakat tentang moderasi beragama dengan kampung moderasi. Dengan pendekatan PAR (participatory action research) pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kepada masyarakat melalui sosialisasi secara langsung kepada tokoh masyarakat, kepala desa dan dilakukan sosialiasi melalui media social tentang kampung moderasi beragama. Disampaikan dalam sosialiasi tentang penguatan moderasi beragama dengan meningkatkan kometmen kebangsaan, toleransi dan menghindari kekerasan serta cinta kepada budaya lokal. Kegiatan lainnya adalah penguatan moderasi beragama melalui kegiatan keagamaan yang ada di masayarakat desa seperti kegiatan perkumpulan malam jumatan. Dalam momentum kegiatan perkumpulan ini disampaiakan dengan ceramah agama tentang moderasi beragama.

Abstract

In decentralization era, local government has been always aiming to serve an effective and efficient public policy. Effectiveness and efficiency of a public policy is considered by not solely by its policy formulation, but mainly by its implementation. An effective and efficient public policy is a course that can be implemented well and right, thus the expected purpose can be achieved at its maximum potency. Provincial government of East Java has been widely-known after their public policies related to development of Madrasah Diniyah, therefore this research focused on matters as followed: (1) What is the form of East Java provincial government policy on Madrasah Diniyah development? (2) How is the implementation of East Java provincial government policy on Madrasah Diniyah development? (3) What is the implementation model of East Java provincial government policy on Madrasah Diniyah development? Like most qualitative research, this research applies the methods of interview, observation and documentation in collecting research data. Then the analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study obtained several findings such as: (1) The form of East Java provincial government policy on Madrasah Diniyah development, including: (a) Madrasah Diniyah teachers quality enhancement programme, and (b) Implementation Funding Programme for Diniyah Education and Private Teachers; (2) The implementation of East Java provincial government policy on Madrasah Diniyah development involved policy stakeholders of both bureau and non-bureau, and (3) The implementation model of East Java provincial government policy on Madrasah Diniyah development was Hybrid Society Endorsement.

Abstract

Orangtua merupakan panutan bagi anak dan madrasah (sekolah) pertama bagi anak dan juga orang tua terutama ibu juga bertanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan keuangan keluarga maka diperlukan Penguatan Peran Orang Tua Terhadap Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Keluarga Berbasis Syariah di Desa Kalangayar guna memberikan kesadaran kepada para orang tua untuk lebih memperhatikan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan serta pendidikan anak-anak mereka. Karena anak-anak kita bukan pilihan kita, mereka menjadi anak-anak kita bukan karena keinginan mereka tetapi karena takdir Allah Swt. Tujuan diadakannya Penguatan Peran Orang Tua Terhadap Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Keluarga Berbasis Syariah di Desa Kalangayar ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua tentang pentingnya menerapkan pola asuh yang baik di rumah dan pentingnya pe ndidikan untuk kesuksesan anak di masa mendatang. Adapun yang menjadi obyek pengabdian masyarakat kami kali ini adalah orang tua Desa alanganyar. Program pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui 3 tahap pelaksanaan. Pada tahap awal dilakukan proses penyadaran tentang pentingya Pendidikan anak kepada para guru dan orang tua Desa Kalanganyar. Kemudian pada tahap kedua dilakukan transfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai pentingnya Pendidikan anak. Kemudian tahap ke tiga dilakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan Program pendampingan dapat diselenggarakan dengan baik dan berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan rencana kegiatan yang telah disusun meskipun pada awalnya tingkat partisipasi orang tua Desa Kalanganyar tidak maksimal dan belum semua peserta pendampingan menguasai dengan baik materi yang disampaikan. Kegiatan ini mendapat sambutan sangat baik terbukti dengan keaktifan peserta mengikuti pendampingan dengan tidak meninggalkan tempat sebelum waktupelatihan berakhir. Adapun hasil (out put) dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah adanya kerjasama kedua orag tua dalam mengasuh anak dan kesadaran diri bahwa orang tua menjadi panutan bagi anak sejak dini. Meningkatkan perilkau baik dan mengurangi perilku buruk anak. Memahamai cara anak usia dini belajar, diantaranya: bermain adalah media anak belajardan juga untuk mengembangkan kemampuan bahasa anak serta kesadaran orang tua akan pentingnya pendidikan anak usia dini dan juga cara membantu anak sukses di sekolah.

Abstract

This study explores the strategic role of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) in suppressing Wahhabism and radicalism in Sumenep Regency through cultural and religious moderation initiatives. As Indonesia's largest Islamic organisation, NU serves as a vital civil society actor in preserving the country's pluralistic religious landscape, particularly in rural and archipelagic areas. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, focus group discussions, observations, and document analysis involving NU leaders, educators, and government officials. The primary data consisted of field findings from participants, while secondary data included institutional documents, reports, and literature relevant to NU programs. Data were analysed using thematic analysis through interactive cycles of reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that NU Sumenep exercises agency by mapping radical-affiliated institutions, labelling mosques, launching ideological training for cadres (PKPNU), and promoting religious moderation through media and higher education networks. These initiatives represent a contextualised model of grassroots resistance to exclusivist ideologies. NU's agency, grounded in the Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah tradition and aligned with national policy frameworks, contributes to ideological resilience and reinforces a moderate Islam that is inclusive, tolerant, and nationally committed. Furthermore, these efforts significantly influence Islamic education in Sumenep by strengthening curricula of religious moderation, shaping institutional identity in Islamic schools and pesantren, and providing preventive frameworks that reduce the penetration of Wahhabi-oriented teachings within educational environments.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the Love Curriculum, with a particular focus on its integration at Pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan. Using a qualitative approach with document analysis, field observations, and semi-structured interviews with teachers and students, the study investigates how the Love Curriculum’s nine core values empathy, compassion, tolerance, justice, respect, humanity, cooperation, responsibility, and creativity are practiced within pesantren education. The findings reveal that Al-Amien embeds these values not only in formal classroom learning but also in dormitory life, communal worship, and student organizations, creating an environment that nurtures students’ intellectual, moral, and spiritual growth. The novelty of this study lies in its examination of how pesantren education, traditionally rooted in Islamic values, adapts and operationalizes a state-issued curriculum to promote religious moderation, multiculturalism, and the Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Unlike previous studies that analyze tolerance education primarily in public schools, this research demonstrates that pesantrens can serve as unique models for integrating love-based pedagogy with religious and national identity. The study concludes that the Love Curriculum at Al-Amien contributes to countering intolerance, strengthening national commitment, and cultivating inclusive, socially responsible graduates thereby offering a replicable model for Indonesian and global Islamic education in the era of rapid social change.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar gives freedom to develop the students’ talent without the obstacles of formal rules that shackle the creativity of students. The study of independent learning in the context of an empirical boarding school is very rarely done. Even though pesantren are considered to be independent in learning. This study aims to describe clearly how Islamic boarding schools accommodate the free spirit of learning in their education system. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview data networks, observations and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there is accommodation of an independent spirit of learning at the Nurul huda Pakandangan Islamic boarding school with three main things, firstly accommodation of an educational vision that leads to an independent spirit of learning by integrating religious and scientific knowledge. Facilitating the development of the potential of students as a whole with skills. empowerment of knowledge, skills, experience, attitudes and assessments based on national and global standards. Secondly, Students can freely determine their competence while remaining teacher-minded. Third is the accommodation of educational innovation in the service program in accordance with the educational goals of the pesantren which requires them to return to the community. Fourth Islamic boarding schools are gender responsive by accommodating equality education.
