Abstract

Desa Eureunpalay sebuah desa yang berada di Kecamatan Cibalong Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Terletak di daerah perbukitan dengan ketinggian diatas permukaan laut kurang lebih 300 m, tingkat curah hujan per tahun rata-rata 2.072 mm dengan suhu rata-rata harian 20° sampai 34° seperti daerah Jawa Barat pada umumnya. Masalah kesejahteraan sosial di desa Eureunpalay didominasi oleh masalah keluarga miskin berjumlah 478 dan ada sebanyak 82 keluarga yang rumahnya tidak layak huni angka pengangguran pun cukup tinggi yakni tercatat 1458 orang mungkin hal ini berkaitan dengan masih kurangnya lapangan pekerjaan yang ada di desa Eureunpalay. namun potensi sumber daya alam yang ada di desa eureunpalay sangat lah melimpah mulai dari produk kehutanan, produk perikanan, produk peternakan dan produk pertanian. karena keterbatasan mereka dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang ada. oleh sebab itu kami pengabdi ingin menawarkan solusi berupa manajemen pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang tepat dan pemasaran digital yang tepat.

Abstract

The development of community-based creative enterprises has become an effective strategy to enhance rural economic independence. However, the skills of the women’s community group (PKK) in Ciwaruga Village, West Bandung Regency—such as sewing, make-up artistry, cooking, and decoration—have not been fully utilized in an organized business. This issue highlights the need for an innovative creative business in the form of a Wedding Organizer (WO) that integrates local skills with Sundanese cultural wisdom. The method applied in this program was a participatory empowerment approach. The stages included identifying human resource potentials and local wisdom, mapping infrastructure and collaboration opportunities with local MSMEs, conducting training on WO management and digital marketing, and designing a collaborative business model. The results indicate that PKK members are able to contribute significantly to WO services such as bridal make-up, decoration, catering, and the production of local souvenirs. Furthermore, social networking and the use of digital media proved effective in enhancing promotion, while synergy with local MSMEs strengthened business sustainability and created more comprehensive wedding service packages with cultural value. In conclusion, the development of a women-empowered WO in Ciwaruga Village not only generates new economic opportunities but also reinforces local cultural identity and supports family independence. This model has the potential to be replicated in other villages as a strategy for community-based creative economic development.

Abstract

The digitalization of education encourages the need for an efficient and accurate attendance system. SMPIT Ummul Qurro' Batam still uses manual methods that are time-consuming and error-prone. This study designed a mobile-based attendance application using the Agile Software Development method. Data was obtained through interviews, observations, and needs analysis with teachers, staff, and school leaders. Development is carried out through six stages: planning, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance. The results of black-box testing showed that the application was able to support real-time attendance and exit, user data management, and automatic recap. This research proves that the Agile Software Development method is effective in producing a simple and reliable system, which increases efficiency, accuracy, and transparency while supporting the school's digital transformation.

Abstract

ABSTRAKUsaha (mikro) kecil menengah di Indonesia merupakan bagian penting dari sistem perekonomian nasional karena berperan untuk mempercepat pemerataan pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui misi penyediaan lapangan usaha dan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan akad mudharabah dalam perspektif usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Mudharabah merupakan salah satu akad syariah yang bersifat profit-sharing antara pemilik modal (shahibul maal) dan pengelola usaha (mudharib). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis dengan studi kasus pada tiga informan pelaku UMKM yang bekerja sama dengan fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas khairun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akad mudharabah memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kapasitas usaha UMKM, namun masih terdapat kendala dalam implementasinya seperti kurangnya literasi keuangan syariah dan ketidakpastian dalam pembagian keuntungan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan edukasi dan literasi mudharabah bagi pelaku UMKM dan pembentukan sistem monitoring yang akuntabel.Kata Kunci: Mudharabah, UMKM, Fakultas Ekonomi dan BisnisABSTRACT Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are a vital component of the national economic system, as they contribute significantly to promoting equitable economic growth through their role in creating business and employment opportunities and increasing community income. This study explores the application of the mudharabah contract from the perspective of MSMEs. Mudharabah is a Sharia-based financing contract that involves a profit-sharing agreement between the capital provider (shahibul maal) and the business manager (mudharib). The research method employed is a qualitative phenomenological approach, with a case study conducted on three MSME actors collaborating with the Faculty of Economics and Business, Khairun University. The findings reveal that mudharabah has great potential to enhance the business capacity of MSMEs. However, challenges remain in its implementation, including limited Islamic financial literacy and uncertainties in profit-sharing arrangements. This study recommends increasing mudharabah-related education and literacy for MSME actors and establishing an accountable monitoring system.Keywords: Mudharabah, MSMEs, Faculty of Economics and Business

Abstract

St Cetak is a company engaged in the printing sector with production services for various print media, such as invitations, books, magazines, brochures, and other promotional materials. However, the company's recruitment system is still manual. All job application files, including curriculum vitae (CV), must be submitted in person, and communication regarding interview schedules still relies on WhatsApp. This manual approach presents several obstacles, such as the risk of document loss or damage, which ultimately slows down the employee selection process. Therefore, this study aims to design a and develop a web-based employee recruitment information system to replace the manual process currently used at St Cetak. The system development was carried out using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model, which consists of several gradual stages starting from needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, to the maintenance stage. This system was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database manager. The final result of this research is a web-based recruitment information system designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the employee selection process at St Cetak. Based on the results of Blackbox testing, all system features have functioned well as planned. Temporary That, testing through method System The Usability Scale (SUS) obtained a score of 72, which is in the “Acceptable” category, so the system is declared feasible and can be used by the company.
