Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer review, promosi, dan kemudahan penggunaan terhadap keputusan pembelian e-commerce Shopee di Kota Batam. Dewasa ini pembelian tidak haya terjadi di luar jaringan, namun dalam jaringan menjadi alternatif yang menjanjikan mengingat kepraktisannya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form kepada 399 sampel yang bertempat tinggal di Batam dan telah melakukan pembelian di Shopee serta dengan penentuan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling, data kemudian diproses menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini ialah Online Customer Review berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Keputusan Pembelian E-Commerce Shopee di Batam. Promosi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian E-Commerce Shopee di Kota Batam Kemudahan Penggunaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian E-Commerce Shopee di Kota Batam. Online Customer Review, Kemudahan, dan Promosi, memiliki pengaruh secara simultan, positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian E-Commerce Shopee di Kota Batam. Abstract

Employees in a company that have good work performance are valuable assets for the company, each company must have dreams and hopes to build good work performance so that the company can compete in its business. Work discipline and work quality are several factors that can affect the work performance of employees in a company. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between discipline, and work quality on employee work performance at PT Perkasa Beton Batam. Oppo in this research were employees of PT Perkasa Beton Batam with a sample size of 101 people. This research method is quantitative causality research and uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that discipline and quality of work partial had a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Perkasa Beton Batam. Partially discipline and work quality are two factors that can jointly influence employee performance, and work quality has a significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that discipline and work quality are two factors that can jointly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This research as purpose for knowing effect of service quality on the satisfaction of JNE Branch customer Batam, and effect prices on the satisfaction of JNE Branch customer in Batam, and affect of service quality ang prices on the satisfaction of JNE Customer in Batam Branch. The method this research a quantitative approach with associative design. The population of this research is all JNE customers in Batam Branch, sample 299 people. Method used questionnaire with accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is validity and reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 21. Besad on the results of research, it can be concluded that service quality has positive effect on the satisfaction of JNE Branch Batam Customers. Price has positive affect on the satisfaction of JNE Branch Batam customers, and service quality and price together have positive and significan effect on the satisfaction of JNE Branch Batam Customers. Overall service quality and price veariables affect customer satisfaction by 0,510, meaning that 51% of Batam Branch JNE Customers satisfaction influenced by service quality and price variables, while remaining 49% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Along with the evolution of the internet, electronic word of mouth and brand image has become an important phenomenon to increase purchase intention. The purpose of the study is to determine and analyzing the influence of electronic word of mouth and brand image on purchase intention of PT Alpha Real Estate in Batam City. The data used is primary is by distributing questionnaires. The sample used were 152 respondents distributed to customers. Using purposive sampling method, multiple linear regression analysis, t test to determine the effect partially, F test to analyze the effect simultaneously and test coefficient of determination R to find out how strong the level of influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable and by using data collection techniques that are saturated samples or census techniques. In addition, the researcher also tested the validity and reliability of the instrument with the help of SPSS version 21 program. The results show that electronic word of mouth has a positive effect partially on purchase intention. Brand image has a positive effect partially on purchase intention. Electronic word of mouth and brand image have positive significant effect simultaneously on purchase intention. 2

Abstract

Nowadays, the world has entered the globalization era that has a large impact to the business world. This causes fierce competition among companies to seize market shares. Then companies must pay close attention to factors such as service quality and price so that they can contend in such fierce market competition. In order for a company to survive, a company must pay special attention to service quality. In a consumer’s purchase decision process, price is also a variable that does not lose in importance in the consumer’s purchase decision process. The study location of the research is at Komplek Ruko Windsor Square Block A Number 96, Batam. To find out whether service quality and price influences purchase decision at PT Segar Prima Jaya is the point of the research. Analysis of the data is helped with the software SPSS using multiple regression analysis. Results show that service quality and price have a significant positive effect either partially and simultaneously on purchase decision at PT Segar Prima Jaya.

Abstract

Cooking oil is a dish processing ingredient, giving a savory, crunchy and flavor enhancing taste to food, now starting a business a lot needs to be considered, especially the cooking oil business, including the basic food category and a lot of interest, there are many competitors who influence one another, such as influence. packaging, brand image, promotion and purchase decisions. This study aims to determine whether packaging, brand image and promotion simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at PT Pacific Batam Perkasa. The research design used with causality research is related to a quantitative approach. The sample was determined using saturated sampling of 137 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires is measured with a Likert scale. Collected data, analyzed with SPSS version 25 program, showed the results of the t count of packaging 4,183, brand image 3,763, promotion 3,610 each sig zero compared to t table 1,97796, then t count> t table, for the f test count 105,996 > f table 3.06 concludes that packaging, brand image and promotion have a significant and simultaneous effect on the decision to purchase cooking oil at PT Pacific Batam Perkasa with determination research (R2) has an effect of 69.8%.

Abstract

Companies that have determined their goals will definitely try to achieve the goals they have determined. In achieving its goals, company doesn’t only depend on technological excellence, operating funds, existing facilities and infrastructure, but the company also depends on aspects of its resources owned by the company. This research is to test and analyze the Problems of Communication, Intrinsic Motivation and Job Training on Employee Performance at PT Jovan Technologies. The technique used in this study is a saturated sample or census with a total of 113 respondents. The measuring instrument used was 5 point likert scale. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the help of spss 22 statistical software. Based on the results of the study, showed that Communication, Intrinsic Motivation and Job Training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance from t calculate > t table and significant value <0.05 and Communication, Intrinsic Motivation and Job Training together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance from f calculate > f table and significant value <0.05.

Abstract

This research is intended to research the impact of product quality (X1) and product diversity (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT LKD Multi Industri in Batam city. The analytical method used in this research is using quantitative analysis and using questionnaires to obtain data. The population in this research were customers of PT LKD Multi Industri in Batam City, of which 120 customers. The sampling technique which used is the Non-probability sampling technique which uses saturated sampling with a sample of 120 customers of PT LKD Multi Industri. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using multiple Linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing to establish the effect of product quality and product diversity on customer satisfaction at PT LKD Multi Industri with the help of version 25 of the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) calculating tool. that Product quality variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction variables (Y) and product diversity variables (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable (Y). Simultaneously, product quality (X1) and product diversity (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT LKD Multi Industri in Batam City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service, trust and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The object of this research is Maxim consumers. The population in this study is unknown. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling as many as 105 respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique has been done by using multiple regressions analysis with the instrument of SPSS. Service quality variable regression coefficient (X1) has a value of 0.302. The trust variable regression coefficient (X2) has a value of 0.175. The regression coefficient for the consumer satisfaction variable (X3) has a value of 0.280.The result of this research states that service quality has a significant effect on Maxim consumer loyalty in Batam city. Service quality, trust and customer satisfaction together have a significant effect on Maxim customer loyalty in the city of Batam. The test results of Service Quality, Trust and Customer Satisfaction are seen in the F test, the greater is 99.416> 3.09 (f table) and a significance value of 0.000. <0.05 Keywords: service quality; trust ; customer satisfaction ; customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of work influence and satisfaction on employee performance at PT Winsen Kencana Perkasa by using a saturated sample technique. All populations consist of 130 respondents. The measuring instrument used by the hands is 5 pieces using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test of data quality in the study used validity and reliability tests, the classical assumption test in the study used the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test and the multiplier test used multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), while testing the hypothesis in this study using the t test and the F test with the help of statistical software spss 25. Based on the results of this study indicate that work discipline and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance from t count> t table and significant value. <0.05 and work discipline and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance from the> f table and a significant value <0.05.
