Abstract

In today's business competition, it is very tight, caused by advances in human knowledge about the use of technology in business activities which greatly helps speed in doing business. Of course, in this case, business people or business people really need human resources who have the ability to use the current digital era, to launch the business he runs. Apart from human resources, of course, a businessman needs other resources such as capital, materials and other supporting tools such as machines to support the smooth operation of a business or business. In this study, he conducted research related to human resources. owned to analyze theeffect of occupational health, work environment and discipline on employee productivity at PT Cipta Adil Industries Batam, a company engaged in the manufacture of plastic ore. Researchers conducted an analysis of 130 respondents who were employees of PT Ci PTA Adil Industries Batam by using quantitative research methods. Researchers use simple saturation techniques in determining the sample. Variables are measured using a Likert scale and translated into research indicators. On a Likert scale, the answers in the form of statements have been determined by researchers ranging from positive to negative. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 25. The results showed that occupational health had a significant effect on employee productivity as evidenced by a significance value of 0.004 <0.05. The work environment has a significant effect on employee productivity as evidenced by a significance value of 0.007> 0.05. And discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000> 0.05. The test results show an R Squer value of 697 or 69.7 % employee productivity can be explained by occupational health, work environment and discipline. The remaining 31.3% is not explained in this study. So the researcher concludes that occupational health has no effect on employee productivity and two other variables, namely the work environment and variables affect productivity.

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the effects of Personal selling, Sales promotion, and Distribution on consumer decisions at PT Superindo Karya Gemilang Batam. This study is categorized as quantitative research. The data were attained by distributing questionnaires. The samples comprised 115 and were attained by applying the Slovin technique. In other words, there were 115 respondents instructed to answer the questionnaires. This study utilized a non-probability technique, in which it emerged as a sampling technique that did not offer the same opportunity for every member of the population that was chosen as the sample. Additionally, the gathered data were analyzed by utilizing multiple regression analysis assisted by SPSS, version 26. The results of this study demonstrate that Personal selling (X1), Sales promotion (X2) and Distribution (X3) positively affect consumer decisions (Y). Personal selling (X1) partially gives positive and significant effects on consumer decisions (Y), and the Sales promotion (X2) partially gives positive and significant effects on consumer decisions (Y). Simultaneously, Personal selling (X1), Sales promotion (X2) and Distribution (X3) give positive and significant effects on consumer decisions (Y) at PT Superindo Karya Gemilang Batam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the effect of service quality, sales promotion and brand image on customer loyalty at the Sadai Bengkong branch Indomaret. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method where the selected sample were customers who had made transactions at Indomaret and the age limit was 17 years and over with a total of 356 samples.The study uses a Likert scale, the variables to be measured are translated into indicators of data source variables obtained through primary data and secondary data. the data is processed with the windows application SPSS version 25. The data were processed using multiple linear regression statistical tests. The results showed that the service quality variable with a value of Sig 0.002 <0.05, the sales promotion variable with a value of 0.000 <0.05 and the brand image variable 0.000 <0.05 had a significant influence on customer loyalty at Indomaret Sadai Bengkong branch. The variables of Service Quality, Sales Promotion and Brand Image with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 have a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

The studying whas carried out at the Erafone Grapari Telkomsel Batam Center, which is a special card servicing location for Telkomsel card holders that also sells various sorts of telephones. The owner of the firm prioritizes overall quality of the service in order to release the positive impression in the hearts of its clients; all categories of unhappy customers are always treated with extreme care in time to prevent disappointing them. Furthermore, numerous promotions are decided to offer to allow the client remember and use the things created. It is all done to ensure ensuring client happiness is maximized. The goal of this study was to examine the extent to which the company's service quality and promotions had an impact on customer satisfaction. In this study, quantitative approaches were used to solve existing problems by conducting interviews and surveys utilizing data observation techniques. The number of respondents in this survey was 202, and the Slovin formula was used to calculate the results. Finally, the findings of simultaneously evaluating the service quality and promotion variables on customer satisfaction show that service quality and promotion have an impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

For companies, the work environment is one of the most important things in a company. And with a good and well-maintained work environment, employee performance will also be better, so that they can achieve the expected company targets. Apart from the work environment, employee performance will also be supported by compensation and job satisfaction provided by the company. The sample selection of this study used a probability sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling method. Random sampling is the taking of samples from the population which is done randomly without regard to the strata that exist in the population. The criteria in question are 230 samples are employees or employees who work at PT.Sat Nusapersada Tbk in the last 6 months, namely July to December, which are taken randomly without regard to strata. Simultaneously the variables of compensation, work environment and job satisfaction are collectively or Simultaneous have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk. Highly recommended for further research, the number of respondents should be increased, for example by taking samples using a sample of similar companies, so that the benefits of research have more impact on compensation, work and job satisfaction at the company.

Abstract

The development of a company is related to how a company wins business competition. Marketing strategies must be considered so that the products produced can be well received by consumers who use these products. The company is expected to be able to compete with competitors and adapt to technological advances that are now growing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, brand trust and brand awareness on consumer loyalty for Sosro products in Batam City. This research design uses research design and quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to customers of Sosro products in Batam City. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling with a population of 550 customers, the number of samples taken using the slovin formula calculation is 232 customers. The researcher uses SPSS version 25 data management tool. The results of this study indicate that brand image, brand trust and brand awareness simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. The coefficient of determination test results show that brand image, brand trust and brand awareness affect consumer loyalty by 72.1% and the remaining 27.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Quality human resources and the creation of job satisfaction for employees and produce something that meets the expectations of a company, because the company must pay attention to the needs of employees such as occupational safety and health. It often happens that companies ignore work safety. The findings of this study have a purpose to understand the effect of occupational safety and health on job satisfaction at PT Cahaya Samudra Shipyard. The technique of taking a sample using a saturated sample. For the purpose of data collection, the researcher distributed a questionnaire, which included a list of questions to be answered by the participants. The method used in the findings contained in this study is a quantitative-based research by conducting multiple linear analysis. The results obtained from a finding contained in a study prove that occupational safety and health can have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT Cahaya Samudra Shipyard.

Abstract

Various initiatives were carried out by the company to boost product sales to meetconsumer demand. When a person recognizes a need in general and wants inparticular, the buying process occurs. The difference between the desired state andthe existing condition begins to register in the person's consciousness. Becauseeveryone has different points of reference and attitudes towards goods, one's buyingbehavior can be said to be unique. Brand Image, Product Quality and Product Designare existing factors that can influence purchasing decisions. The sampling techniqueuses simple random sampling. For data collection purposes, the researcherdistributed questionnaires, which contained a list of questions that had to beanswered by the participants. The method used in the findings contained in this studyis a quantitative-based research by conducting multiple linear analysis. The results ofresearch based on a study will certainly be able to prove that brand image, productquality and product design have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for LuwakWhite Coffee in Batam City.

Abstract

This research or observation have main goal to known the influece of interest buyingand interest advertising that to purchase decision on Luar Garis Coffee. The location forthe object reserch is in Batam, it is Luar Garis Coffee. The population in this observation isthe consumer that buying a product`s in Luar Garis Coffee. This research have 7.776people as the population and the sample is 380 people. The research isi usingnonprobability sampling for the technique sampling. the The data in this researc will collectby the questionnaire and going to process by SPSS V.26 aplication from IBM Statistic. Allthe sample in this observation will fill the questionnaire. from the data that have beencollect, the result from analysis by the SPSS V.26 is the interest buying and interestadvertising can influence purchase decision on Luar Garis Coffee. We can see the FValue, it is 295,36.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the physical environment and product quality on customer satisfaction at Luar Garis Coffee in Batam. The research population consists of customers who visit Luar Garis Coffee, with a sample size of 100 customers who made purchases at the venue. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The sample selection criteria are customers who have shopped at Luar Garis Coffee. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Data processing was carried out using SPSS v.26. The results of the study indicate that the physical environment has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, whereas product quality does not significantly influence customer satisfaction at Luar Garis Coffee, with an F-test value of 5.763. The T-test results show that the t-value for the physical environment is 3.257 > 1.985 with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05, which means H1 is accepted, while the t-value for product quality is -1.200 < 1.985 with a significance value of 0.233 > 0.05, which means H2 is rejected.
