Abstract

Pernikahan dini dapat diartikan sebagai pernikahan yang dilakukan oleh anak yang masih di bawah umur ideal untuk menikah atau yang biasa disebut masih dalam fase remaja. di Kecamatan Singkawang Utara, kasus ini meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Pada tahun 2011 dari 215 pasangan yang menikah terdapat 33 pasangan atau 15% yang menikah dini, tahun 2012 ada 233 pasangan yang menikah terdapat 42 pasangan atau 18% kasus menikah dini, dan pada tahun 2013 ada 245 pasangan yang menikah terdapat 49 pasangan atau 20% yang melakukan pernikahan dini.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran 8 fungsi keluarga pada pernikahan remaja usia 15-19 tahun di Kecamatan Singkawang Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian observasional bersifat deskriftif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 orang, 20 orang kasus dan 20 orang kontrol yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling.Hasil distribusi frekuensi baik menikah dini maupun tidak menikah dini menunjukkan berdasarkan fungsi agama baik sebesar 75%, fungsi sosial budaya baik sebesar 50%, fungsi cinta kasih sebesar baik 50%, fungsi perlindungan baik sebesar 62,5%, fungsi reproduksi baik sebesar 62,5%, fungsi sosialisasi dan pendidikan kurang baik sebesar 57,5%, fungsi ekonomi baik sebesar 57,5% dan fungsi lingkungan baik sebesar 60%.Disarankan agar masyarakat dapat meningkatkan fungsi sosialisasi dan pendidikan.Kata Kunci : 8 fungsi keluarga, pernikahan dini, pendidikan dan pekerjaan.

Abstract

The purposes of this study to describe the value contained in the trust of the people expression prohibition on the village Bungus eastern sub district Bungus Teluk Kabung Padang city. Confidence in the prohibition of prohibition is divided into two categories namely, the expression of the prohibition on livelihood and social relations. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive method. Research that is first, the structure of prohibited expression about livelihood and social relation of society vilage Bungus Teluk Kabung Padang city. The structure of the prohibed expression is devided into two parts a structure and three parts a structure. Bacakak laki bini ndak buliah, beko habis padi jo ciliang. Quarell husband and wife should not be a result of pigs being consumed by rice. It is seen that the cause bacakak laki bini ndak buliah and that is the result , beko habih padi jo ciliang. A function taht is found in this research, which is to reinforce the religious emotions, and the beliefs of imaginary, educational, and prohibited projection systems. Makan barimah ndak buliah, beko habih padi wak dek mancik. Eat scattered should not, later rice out by rice. The structure of this expression is inculed in the educational function. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah kinerja keuangan, struktur modal, dan tata kelola perusahaan benar-benar dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan tersebut. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja keuangan, struktur modal, dan tata kelola perusahaan sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah nilai perusahaan. Studi ini mengumpulkan data dari 21 perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode penelitian 5 tahun (2016-2020) dan menggunakan model regresi berganda untuk pengujiannya. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan pertumbuhan penjualan dan pertumbuhan pendapatan, tingkat pengembalian aset (ROA), struktur modal serta tata kelola perusahaan yang di ukur dengan struktur kepemilikan, kepemilikan manajerial, dan komisaris independen tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan tata kelola perusahaan yang di ukur dengan dewan direksi, kepemilikan institusional, komite audit, dan dewan komisaris berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan bagi manajer keuangan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang akan lebih meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dan bagi investor untuk memperhatikan komponen apa saja yang harus diperhatikan saat menilai perusahaan mana yang akan dipilih untuk berinvestasi. Dalam kebaruan studi ini, dewan komisaris dan komisaris independen ditambah untuk mengukur variabel independen yaitu tata kelola perusahaan agar pengukuran bisa dibedakan dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe, and to analyze the Community Information Group in Achieving Public Information in Sidomulyo Village, Anggana, Kutai Kartanegara. Data collection was done by Snowball Sampling method by determining Key Informant using purposive sampling method toward respondent in Sidomulyo Village. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with respondents based on interview guidelines, while secondary data obtained from the book. The results showed that in the absorption of community aspirations and information distribution by KIM is still running well However, there are weaknesses in human resources in internal KIM members busy each - each with a profession so that the performance of KIM less than the maximum. The Community Information Group (KIM) to accommodate the aspirations is already running but does not increase significantly. The form of application in the dissemination of information through blogs, Websites, and Social Media. This is good only to improve communication between the village apparatus and the Kutai Kartanegara Regional Government. The role of coach is expected by KIM Sidomulyo Village because for facilities and services if it can be fulfilled by village apparatus.

Abstract

This study employs a purposive sampling method and non-probability sampling techniques for its quantitative approach to sampling. This study used 345 respondents who are MS Glow Samarinda customers and follow the Instagram account @Niniramadani06. Analytical techniques include straightforward linear regression analysis. Using the SPSS 28 application, testing the hypothesis with a partial test (t test). Based on the analysis and discussion, the celebrity @Niniramadani06 has a significant impact on MS Glow Samarinda's customer loyalty. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the character-based curriculum (KBK) in encouraging students' moral development at SMPN 13 Mataram. This research used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document analysis. Research subjects included teachers, students and principals at SMPN 13 Mataram. The research results show that implementing KBK at SMPN 13 Mataram has positively impacted encouraging students' moral development. Teachers have implemented learning that integrates moral values ??in every subject. Apart from that, schools also involve parents in supporting character education. This research also identified several challenges in implementing a character-based curriculum. Some teachers still face difficulties in integrating moral values ??into learning. Lack of resources and an in-depth understanding of KBK also pose challenges to optimal implementation. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kurikulum berbasis karakter (KBK) dalam mendorong perkembangan moral siswa di SMPN 13 Mataram. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru, siswa, dan kepala sekolah di SMPN 13 Mataram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi KBK di SMPN 13 Mataram telah memberikan dampak positif dalam mendorong perkembangan moral siswa. Guru-guru telah melaksanakan pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai moral dalam setiap mata pelajaran. Selain itu, sekolah juga melibatkan orang tua siswa dalam mendukung pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan dalam implementasi kurikulum berbasis karakter. Beberapa guru masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai moral ke dalam pembelajaran. Kurangnya sumber daya dan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang KBK juga menjadi tantangan dalam implementasi yang optimal.

Abstract

Indonesia's Central Bureau of Statistics announced that economic growth in 2020 is still in the negative zone, and the group of provinces in the Bali-Nusra region has the most negligible impact on economic growth. The value of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) measures Indonesia's economic growth. GRDP is the total added value all regional business units generate at a particular time. This research aims to apply and interpret the results of the Geographically Weighted Lasso (GWL) method for GRDP in the Bali-Nusra region. The GWL method further develops the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) approach by adding the Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (LASSO) method. The GWL method simultaneously selects insignificant variables by reducing the value of the regression coefficient to zero using the LASSO method. The data used has the effect of spatial heterogeneity and multicollinearity, a prerequisite for modeling with the GWL method. Based on the analysis conducted, there are 41 different GRDP models for each district/city in the Bali-Nusra region. The resulting GWL model provides a coefficient of determination of 95.84 % so that the resulting model can be used and is considered valid.

Abstract

Drug-drug interactions are changes in the effectiveness or toxicity of one drug due to the presence of other drugs that are given simultaneously. These drug interactions can cause several problems, including decreased therapeutic effect, increased toxicity, or unexpected pharmacological effects. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential for drug-drug interactions in geriatric patients in a retrospective study and to determine the percentage of potential drug-drug interactions in geriatric patients in a retrospective study at a Pontianak City Pharmacy. This research method was carried out in a retrospective way, namely research conducted from January 2022 to March 2022 with inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Data is processed through the www.drugs.com database or Drug Interactions Checker. Of the total prescriptions that have been analyzed, there is a percentage of potential drug interactions of 9.76% consisting of major 11.72%, moderate 64.06% and minor 24.22%. From this study it is known that moderate drug interactions are higher than major and minor interactions, so the use of polypharmacy drugs in geriatric patients must be watched out so as not to cause a decrease in the patient's clinical status.ABSTRAKInteraksi obat-obat merupakan perubahan efektivitas atau toksisitas satu obat karena adanya obat lain yang diberikan secara bersamaan. Interaksi obat ini dapat menyebabkan beberapa masalah antara lain penurunan efek terapi, peningkatan toksisitas, atau efek farmakologis yang tidak diharapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya potensi interaksi obat dengan obat pada pasien geriatri studi rektrospektif dan untuk mengetahui berapa persentase potensi kejadian interaksi obat dengan obat pada pasien geriatri studi rektrospektif disalah satu Apotek kota Pontianak. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara rektrospektif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan pada bulan januari 2022 sampai maret 2022 dengan kriteria inklusi dan kriteria eksklusi. Data diproses melalui www.drugs.com database atau Drug Interactions Checker. Dari total resep yang telah dianalisis terdapat persentase potensi interaksi obat sebesar 9,76% yang terdiri dari mayor 11,72%, moderat 64,06 %, dan minor 24,22 %.  Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa interaksi obat moderat lebih tinggi dibandingan dengan interaksi mayor dan minor, sehingga penggunaan obat polifarmasi pada pasien geriatri harus diwaspadai agar tidak menyebabkan penurunan status klinis pasien.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the discovery of a lack of innovative leadership in education. In this research, the writer will formulate the characteristics of innovative leadership in education. This writing uses a qualitative method through a library research approach. This research is descriptive and analyzes information. Data collection was carried out by group discussion by finding scientific studies and information from various sources. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of innovative leadership in education are said to be successful if the leader innovates to be able to develop all potential resources that will make changes to improve the quality of education in improving processes and products that are more effective, efficient and relevant.

Abstract

This research illustrates the pedagogical competence of PPL (Field Experience Program) students in the PGMI program at STAI Miftahul Ulum Tanjungpinang in instructional design for primary schools (SD/MI). The study involved 35 seventh-semester students of the PGMI program who participated in the PPL during the Academic Year 2022/2023. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method with data collected through observation and questionnaires. The results indicate that students have good competence in understanding the characteristics of students, curriculum development, lesson planning and implementation, technology utilization, and evaluation of learning outcomes. From the obtained data, it is evident that the understanding of student characteristics has an average score of 88.60, categorized as very good. Understanding curriculum development obtains an average score of 86.00, categorized as very good. Lesson planning and implementation have an average score of 85.75, categorized as very good. The level of technology utilization in learning by students reaches an average score of 84.50, categorized as good. Meanwhile, the ability to evaluate learning outcomes in teaching has an average score of 87.67, categorized as very good. The PGMI educational program has successfully aligned with the standard competence of educators. This research contributes significantly to the improvement of educational programs and PPL in the future
