Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengelolaan fasilitas Objek Wisata Pasir Tiku. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualiatif. Teknik  pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan mengunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara, adapun yang menjadi sampel dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian pengembangan, staf pengelola fasilitas Objek Wisata Pasir Tiku. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan fasilitas Objek Wisata Pasir Tiku.1) Perencanaan pengelolaan parkir, toilet, restoran, dan jalan yang ada di sekitar Objek Wisata Pasir Tiku, saat ini belum ada perencanaan. Untuk kedepannya baru ada perencanaan pengelolaan fasilitas yang ada. 2) penggorganisasian fasilitas parkir, toilet, restoran dan jalan, hanya dilakukan diwaktu pengunjung ramai datang ke Objek Wisata Pasir Tiku.3) Cara pengelola mengarahkan petugas parkir, toilet, restoran dan jalan yaitu dengan cara melibatkan semua petugas dalam rapat sebelum diadakan suatu acara atau sebelum hari-hari besar datang. 4) Cara pengendalian fasilitas parkir, toilet, restoran dan jalan. Parkir akan dikelola saat pegunjung ramai datang dan disaat hari-hari besar, toilet akan dibuka disaat pengunjung ramai, masyarakat yang mengontrak restoran akan mencari tenaga kerja keluar saat pengunjung ramai, pembersihan jalan akan dilakukan apabila ada instruksi dari Pemda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah, saat ini di Objek Wisata Pasir Tiku belum ada ada perencanaan untuk mengelola fasilitas yang ada, sehingga fasilitas yang ada tidak biasa dikondisikan sebagaimana mestinya. Semua fasilitas yang ada akan di fungsikan saat pengunjung ramai datang ke Objek Objek Wisata Pasir Tiku. Seharusnya dibuat tempat parkir khusus untuk kendaraan tamu baik waktu pengunjung ramai maupun sepi, toilet sebaiknya dibuka setiap hari, restoran sebaiknya dibuk sampai malam hari.

Abstract

Syariah stocks have recently gained attention in the Islamic community, which relies on Shariah principles to guide investment decisions. Islam emphasizes the importance of profitable investments that benefit all parties involved, while prohibiting investments that involve uncertainty or exploitation. This article provides an overview of the position of stock shares in Islamic law. Using a normative legal research method, this study analyzed the relevant Islamic texts, including the Quran, Hadith, and Fatwas issued by scholars. Syariah stocks are specifically designed to meet the requirements of Islamic law, which emphasizes transparency, fairness, and ethics in financial transactions. The National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulama Assembly (DSN MUI) issued a Fatwa No. 80/DSN-MUI/III of 2011, outlining the implementation of Islamic principles in equity securities trading. The Fatwa stipulates that the means of payment must be known in terms of amount and form, whether in the form of money or goods, and that there should be no payment in the form of debt. Additionally, the time and place of delivery must be clearly specified based on the agreement between parties. This type of contract involves multiple parties, including banking institutions, and must be conducted in accordance with Islamic principles. The Fatwa has contributed to clarifying the terms of stock trading under Islamic law, providing a framework for Syariah stocks to operate within the boundaries of Islamic law.

Abstract

Klebsiella pneumoniae is one of the most common pathogens in nosocomial respiratory infections. Antibiotics are often used for the treatment of K. pneumoniae infections. Increased bacterial resistance to antibiotics is closely related to the success rate of infectious disease therapy. The use of plants as phytopharmacology is currently an alternative treatment. Some medicinal plants that have antibacterial and immunomodulatory activity are Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata) with an active compound called andrographol. The purpose of this study was to provide a solution to the problem above by developing a phytopharmaceutical using bitter extract to inhibit the growth of K. pneumoniae bacteria. Two sputum samples from the laboratory confirmed Covid-19 patients with pneumonia infection at the Hospital. The sambiloto was extracted by using 96% ethanol. The extract was further analyzed for its antimicrobial activity and phytochemical compounds. There were two K. pneumoniae isolates, namely KpRNG and KpTRI. The active compounds were saponin and steroids. The antimicrobial activity of the ginger extract was measured with different concentrations of 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. Its inhibitory zone against K. pneumoniae was ranging from 5.8 to 7 mm or had a moderate inhibition category.

Abstract

Penemuan metode deteksi dini kanker payudara secara sensitif, spesifik dan minimal invasif merupakan kunci dalam keberhasilan pengobatan. Hal ini dapat dilakukan menggunakan biomarker yang bersirkulasi dalam plasma darah yaitu mikroRNA. MikroRNA adalah asam ribonukleat yang tidak mengkode protein tetapi memiliki peran dalam menghambat dan mendegradasi mRNA sehingga mempengaruhi perkembangan kanker. Tujuan: Mengetahui profil ekspresi mikroRNA pada pasien kanker payudara di Purwokerto dan mikroRNA yang mengalami disregulasi sebagai kandidat biomarker kanker payudara. Metode: Analisis profil ekspresi mikroRNA pada kanker payudara dilakukan dengan isolasi plasma dari pasien kanker payudara dan individu sehat, sintesis cDNA, dan kuantifikasi mikroRNA dengan quantitative real time PCR (qPCR). Kemudian dilakukan penghitungan dengan metode Livak untuk mengetahui mikroRNA yang mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan ekspresi yang signifikan. Hasil:  Biomarker kanker payudara di Purwokerto adalah MikroRNA yang mengalami upregulation adalah hsa-miR-543 (sebanyak 1612,28 kali), hsa-miR-495-3p (1797,95 kali), hsa-miR-382-5p (8780,32 kali), hsa-miR-155-5p (8552,18 kali) dan hsa-miR-154-5p (2339,41 kali). mikroRNA yang mengalami downregulation adalah hsa-miR-590-5p (sebanyak 4,70 kali), hsa-miR-33a-5p (sebanyak 74,29 kali), hsa-miR-100-5p (sebanyak 23,09 kali), hsa-miR-19b-3p (sebanyak 11,71 kali) dan hsa-miR-144-3p (sebanyak 25,30 kali) (p < 0,05). Simpulan: Biomarker yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat deteksi dan diagnostik dini kanker payudara di Purwokerto adalah miR-382-5p.Kata kunci: biomarker, kanker payudara, mikroRNA, qPCR

Abstract

The fermentation process requires a starter as a source of microorganisms. One of the microorganisms involved in the fermentation process is Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB). Utilizing organic waste such as tapioca waste as a source of local microorganisms (MOL) for feed fermentation starter can not only improve feed quality, but also reduce the negative impact of poorly managed industrial waste on the environment. In addition, the utilization of molasses as a carbohydrate source in the preparation of starters can be done because it doesn’t compete with food. The aim of the study was identify LAB starter of tapioca waste with the addition of molasses at different levels. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. There were 3 treatments, namely tapioca waste MOL starter with molasses addition of 20%(A), 30%(B), and 40%(C) respectively. The research variables observed were pH, morphological characteristics and total of LAB. The results showed that the pH produces ranged from2,45 to 2,63 and the average size of bacteria derived from all treatments was punctiform with white color, circular configuration, flat elevation, and entire margin. Based on gram straining, it was found that the bacteria growing in all treatments were gram-positive, non-spore-forming, and rod-shaped bacteria. The highest total LAB was obtained in treatment A, which was 50,4x105 CFU/ml. The conclusion is that based on the pH produces, the quality of MOL starter from each treatment is very good and the presence of LAB in all treatments with morphological characteristics of cells that are almost the same and show morphological characteristics of Lactobacillus.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi siswa pada materi logaritma yaitu siswa kurang memahami sifat-sifat logaritma untuk menyelesaikan soal logaritma sehingga diperlukan media agar mempermudah siswa mempelajari materi tersebut. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan belajar logaritma kepada siswa dengan menggunakan media Pokema. Media Pokema merupakan media pembelajaran matematika yang terdiri dari petunjuk penggunaan, materi logaritma, kartu-kartu berisi soal-soal logaritma dan kunci jawaban. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah siswa MA Tholabudin Masin berjumlah 20 orang. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode Service Learning yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu tahap investigasi dan perencanaan, tindakan, refleksi, dan demontrasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu rata-rata kemampuan siswa pada materi logaritma berbeda sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendampingan. Selain itu sebanyak 85% siswa berpendapat media pokema menarik minat siswa untuk belajar logaritma.

Abstract

Infectious diseases are still a global problem, for example, acute respiratory infections (SARI). Resistance in pneumonia involving Gram-negative bacterial infection reduces the effectiveness of antibiotic use and increases the length of hospital stay. This study examines the potential of antimicrobial compounds from basil plants against isolates of Gram-negative bacteria involved in pneumonia infection. This research is an experimental study through several stages: basil extraction, initial screening of bioactive compounds, isolation and identification of bacteria from sputum, and testing for antimicrobial activity of basil extracts. Sputum samples were collected from 43 pneumonia patients (male and female) involving Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Enterobacter aerogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Serratia marcescens, Proteus mirabilis, and Escherichia coli. The inhibitory activity against pathogenic bacteria was directly proportional to the basil extract concentration. Initial screening for phytochemical compounds showed that the extracts of basil leaves and stems contained active compounds of tannins and flavonoids. The 25% concentration of basil extract was the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) against the test bacteria. The 100% basil extract concentration produced the largest inhibition zone i.e., 10.93 mm. The overall findings of this study provide baseline information for the possible use of the Ocimum basilicum extract in the treatment of pneumonia involving Gram-negative bacteria.
