Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peta posisi desa wisata berbasis keunikan potensi lokal di Kecamatan Bayat Kabupaten Klaten dengan menggunakan uji multidimensional scalling (MDS). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan dan masyarakat desa sekitar desa wisata yang berada di Kecamatan Bayat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner secara langsung pada tiap desa wisata dengan menggunakan media online yaitu Google Form dengan total 60 responden secara purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan alat bantu Multidimensional Scalling Program SPSS versi 26. Atribut dalam kuesioner meliputi daya tarik, pemasaran dan promosi, aksesbilitas, fasilitas, kelembagaan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, serta mitigasi bencana non-alam. Hasil penelitian telah terbentuk model positioning masing-masing desa wisata berbasis keunikan potensi lokal sehingga tercipta posisi keunggulan bersaing masing-masing desa wisata agar mampu menghadapi era pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif sektor wisata di Kabupaten Klaten di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the gap between customer service expectations and perceptions at gas station in SPBU 44.574.14 Klaten. The test of the model used Servqual Test. The research design was quantitative. The formulation of the hypothesis used the Cronin Taylor Importance Servqual Test formula. The consumer population were all consumers and a sample of consumers at this gas station were those who were adults when they had finished getting service at the gas station. The sampling technique was purposive as many as 95 consumers. The test results show that the responsiveness dimension has the largest gap value. Manajemen must improve the service which still provides the largest gap value followed by the next gap value.

Abstract

In particular, this study aimed to test the value of the gap and efforts to close the gap through the Servqual test. The population in this study were housewives who had children under five receiving Posyandu (Integrated Healthcare Center) services. Sampling used purposive sampling of 20 respondents in the Posyandu area of ​​Jogonalan Village, Klaten. Attributes in the service quality questionnaire included tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Quantitative tests carried out included item reliability validity test, Servqual confirmation test. The test results show that the confirmation value has a positive value with the lowest positive value on the tangible dimension. Improvement efforts must continue to be made with the emphasis on improvement on the value that has the lowest positive dimension followed by the next positive value. The increasing quality of Posyandu KB (Family planning )services in Jogonalan Village leads to community satisfaction so that it can become a stronghold against cases of stunting infants under five years of age in urban areas.

Abstract

This research aimed to test whether the learning model obtained by Undergraduate Psychology students at Unwidha through entrepreneurship education can strengthen attitude variables, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control of interest in entrepreneurship. The research design used quantitative methods that explained the causal relationship between one variable and the other variables tested. The hypothesis test was formulated in a model using the Structural Equation Model multivariate test. The population in this research were all undergraduate psychology students at Unwidha who had a strong interest in entrepreneurship. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling of 40 student respondents. The results of the analysis found that entrepreneurship education as a moderator can strengthen student entrepreneurship motivation and the overall model in the SEM fit test. The results of the research can be used as a basis for making a quality entrepreneurial learning model by adding aspects of real entrepreneurial practice for students of Psychology Unwidha in the future.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan seleksi terkait analisis kebutuhan dan proses seleksi perangkat desa. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi adalah 1) Program peningkatan kemampuan perangkat desa terkait analisis jabatan, 2) Program sosialisasi seleksi. Kegiatan pendampingan sosialisasi dan seleksi perangkat desa di Kecamatan Karangdowo Kabupaten Klaten dilakukanan melalui: a) Pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi perangkat desa terkait analisis jabatan dan analisis kebutuhan 2) kegiatan seleksi perangkat desa. Dari perangkat desa, antusias untuk mengikuti program, meningkatnya pengetahuan dasar analisis jabatan, pengetahuan proses seleksi dan manfaatnya serta bermuara pada terbentuknya tata kelola sumber daya manusia unggulan bagi perangkat desa di Kecamatan Karangdowo, merupakan wujud meningkatnya hasil kegiatan tersebud.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat eco-green project berbasis participatory action diharapkan menjadi teori mini sebagai pijakan untuk uji model serta analisis kebutuhan dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran wirausaha sosial secara lengkap. Desain kegiatan berupa bakti sosial cinta lingkungan bekerjasama dengan mitra Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Klaten serta  pegiat eco-green mandiri di Kota Klaten. Kegiatan bakti sosial peduli lingkungan di Hari Bumi 2023 pada hari Sabtu, 17 Juni 2023 di lokasi TPA Desa Troketon, Kecamatan Pedan, Kabupaten Klaten berupa pemilahan sampah, pembuatan kompos organik, pembuatan bio pori tanah, dan gerakan cinta penghijauan melalui penanaman pohon. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh terjadi perubahan positif dan signifikan dimana uji pre-test dan post-test signifikan ada perubahan pengetahuan dan motivasi mahasiswa setelah kegiatan dengan semakin peduli mahasiswa terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

  Kegiatan pelatihan pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa tutur pambagya harjo manten dan layu-layu ini bertujuan meningkatkan peran dosen dan mahasiswa di masyarakat dalam upaya meningkatkan ketrampilan berbahasa dalam ranah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Desain kegiatan berupa pembelajaran praktik nyata Bahasa Jawa secara lengkap. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh perubahan positif dan signifikan dimana uji pre-test dan post-test signifikan ada perubahan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan baik oral maupun praktik bagi dosen dan mahasiswa di hadapan masyarakat tentang kemampuan tutur  Bahasa Jawa kegiatan atur pambagya harjo manten dan layu-layu.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide learning in the context of fostering a good Indonesian language and at the same time directing learners to write scientific articles. The simplest activity is carried out by counseling participants, especially using it in official activities, writing scientific articles. The method used in this service is to give lectures, interactive dialogues, structural assignments, and presentations for participants whose work will be tested in a scientific work competition. The results of the learning provided by the resource persons, with friendly faces and attitudes full of jokes, laughter, stories, and so on, brought the impact of the counseling atmosphere that seemed more intimate and close. The resource persons tried to put aside the formal impression so that there was no longer a tense atmosphere. There are discussion forums, jokes, and stories. Family matters in counseling make it easier for learners to know good and correct language, and understand indicators or requirements in writing articles that have characteristics: systematic, empirical, logical, reductive, replicable, and transmissible.

Abstract

The service was held on Sundays, 25 October 2020, 01 November 2020, 08 November 2020, and 15 November 2020, each of which consists of two sessions, namely 13.00-15.00 (session 1) and continued in session 2, at 15.00 - 17.00 WIB aims to 1) provide knowledge to residents about the nature of waste, both in terms of form, form, and at the same time its dangers; 2) how to handle waste in a professional manner, starting from the statement that used goods are converted into quality goods 3) how to do business using waste vehicles; turning trash into blessed fortune. The method used in achieving the goal is 1) training which is manifested in providing material in theory, 2) giving practice until after training, 3) giving examples of business and marketing. The results of this service are: 1) increased insight of the citizens about the understanding of the nature of waste, both in terms of function, purpose and danger; 2) understand how to solve it; and 3) understand how to do business with garbage type. Overall, the outcome of this service has been achieved, although not all participant who have received training have practiced it.
