Abstract

Mayoritas UMKM indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam mempromosikan barang atau jasa miliknya, terutama karena kekurangan akan dukungan teknologi yang mampu meningkatkan branding dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Akibatnya, keberadaan UMKM indonesia kurang dikenal masyarakat, sehingga tingkat penjualan sulit meningkat. Selain itu, pemasaran melalui marketplace sering terperangkap dalam persaingan harga akibat kompetisi yang sengit. Tidak seperti promosi melalui web e-commerce, platform ini memungkinkan UMKM memasarkan produk tanpa bersaing langsung dengan kompetitor dalam satu tempat. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang serta menerapkan sistem informasi penjulan berbasis web untuk  membantu UMKM meningkatkan efisiensi pemasaran dan memperkuat branding. Metode yang dipakai ialah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, pembuatan kode program, pengujian, penerapan, dan pemeliharaan. Pemilihan metode Waterfall didasarkan pada efisiensi biaya dan sumber daya, karena klien tidak dilibatkan secara langsung dalam pengembangan aplikasi hingga tahap akhir. Hasil penelitian diharapkan berupa sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web yang mendukung pemasaran UMKM secara lebih terarah. Dengan memanfaatkan Search Engine Optimization (SEO) yang tepat, sistem ini dapat meningkatkan brand awareness UMKM dan membantu meningkatkan omzet tanpa harus bersaing langsung dalam platform marketplace. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi strategis bagi UMKM dalam mengatasi kendala pemasaran dan meningkatkan daya saing di era digital.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of digital technology has a huge influence on every aspect of life, including the business world. In the era of the digital economy, every business actor must be able to balance every change. The tight competition has resulted in many business actors being unable to survive. Beberapa hal yang sering dialami pelaku usaha karena minimnya pengetahuan tentang digital adalah hilangnya peluang pasar, kehilangan daya saing, tidak efektifnya komunikasi dengan pelanggan dan yang lebih penting terjadi keterbatasan promosi produk.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode persentasi, latihan dan diskusi. Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has significantly impacted the healthcare sector, offering innovative ways to improve service accessibility and quality. One such advancement is the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), which enables the integration and visualization of spatial and non-spatial data. This research focuses on the development of a Web GIS platform designed to map the locations of licensed midwifery practices in Asahan Regency. The primary goal is to provide the public with easier access to valid health service information and to assist local authorities in monitoring and managing these services more efficiently. The system was developed using PHP (CodeIgniter framework), MySQL for data storage, and Leaflet for interactive mapping functionalities. Using a qualitative research methodology, data were collected through observation, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and literature review. The system displays midwife practice locations along with critical attributes such as licensing information, service types, and operational hours. It also features user interaction capabilities through a review and feedback mechanism. The innovation presented in this study lies in the integration of legality data into a public-facing, interactive spatial information platform—an aspect rarely addressed in existing health GIS applications in Indonesia. Testing demonstrated that the system meets functional requirements, ensures ease of use, and delivers accurate, real-time information. The developed system offers a replicable model that can be applied in other regions to support transparent and informed decision-making in maternal healthcare services.

Abstract

Regional development is greatly aided by investment, especially when it comes to Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs). At DPMPTSP Asahan, investment data has traditionally been managed using static spreadsheets, making it difficult for new investors to understand regional potential, especially when they are unfamiliar with the area. This study employs a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The resulting system uses OSS-RBA data with interactive maps and filtering tools that enable users to explore MSME distributions by sector and location. Developed using PHP, CodeIgniter, and Leaflet.js, the WebGIS system facilitates intuitive access to business legality information, administrative boundaries, and geospatial insights. The system improves communication between DPMPTSP officers and investors by allowing spatial-based explanations that replace conventional tabular presentations. Investors can better grasp economic zones, accessibility, and sectoral opportunities through map-based exploration. These features are especially useful in early investment decision-making stages. Unlike prior systems that lack interactivity and licensing data integration, this system bridges that gap with investor-friendly features and a modular architecture. The WebGIS platform enhances service delivery, increases transparency, and supports data-driven policymaking in investment promotion. It serves as a scalable model for other regional governments seeking to digitize and spatially enhance investment-related information systems.

Abstract

Abstract: Education is only one area that has felt the effects of the exponential growth in computing power. Data processing and decision-making have grown more dependent on the use of information technology systems. Manually selecting extracurricular activities at Panti Budaya Private High School causes kids to lose sight of what interests them and what they're good at. Because of this, kids may stop participating in extracurricular activities and never discover their true passions. Hence, it is necessary to have a decision-support system that can appropriately suggest extracurricular activities to kids according to their abilities. The purpose of this study is to develop and construct a recommendation system that makes use of the MCDM technique, more especially the ELCTRE method, which stands for the Elimination and Choice Translation Reality. By applying predefined criteria to a set of alternatives, this approach can choose the optimal one. The goal of this approach is to help students reach their full potential by recommending extracurricular activities that are both relevant and accurate. Pemrosesan data dan pengambilan keputusan semakin bergantung pada penggunaan sistem teknologi informasi. Memilih kegiatan ekstrakurikuler secara manual di SMA Swasta Panti Budaya menyebabkan anak-anak kehilangan minat pada apa yang mereka sukai dan apa yang mereka kuasai. Karena hal ini, anak-anak mungkin berhenti berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan tidak pernah menemukan gairah sejati mereka. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat secara tepat menyarankan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepada anak-anak sesuai dengan kemampuan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan membangun sistem rekomendasi yang memanfaatkan teknik MCDM, khususnya metode ELCTRE, yang merupakan singkatan dari Elimination and Choice Translation Reality. Dengan menerapkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya pada serangkaian alternatif, pendekatan ini dapat memilih yang optimal. Tujuan dari pendekatan ini adalah untuk membantu siswa mencapai potensi penuh mereka dengan merekomendasikan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang relevan dan akurat. Abstract

In the digital era, digital learning platforms have become an essential tool in the educational process. However, the success of a platform is not only determined by the availability of content but also by a satisfying user experience. To achieve this, developers often adopt the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) strategy, which allows them to release a product with minimal features to quickly obtain user feedback. Meanwhile, the Design Thinking approach provides a framework for deeply understanding user needs. This paper combines these two approaches to designing the UI/UX for the digital learning platform "Mentor on Demand", focusing on an optimized user experience where the usability testing results are obtained with scores for Students = 6 and Mentors = 5.9 both getting Pass Results.

Abstract

Ratna Wholesale is a store that sells various household supplies, clothing, and other daily necessities. In managing the stock of goods, the owner still has difficulty in distinguishing products that are in demand and less in demand objectively, so that there is often an imbalance in the inventory of goods. This has an impact on the vacancy of products that are needed and the accumulation of products that are less in demand. To overcome these problems, this research aims to build a system that can group products based on sales levels using the K-Means clustering method. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and sales documentation for the last three years. The system was developed using Visual Basic programming language and MySQL database. The results of the system implementation show that the K-Means method is effective in grouping products into two categories, namely hot selling items and less selling items, thus helping owners in making more efficient stock management decisions and increasing customer satisfaction. From the calculation of the system, it is obtained that the products that are in demand are 24% and the products that are less in demand are 76%.

Abstract

Abstract: Today's highly competitive trade competition requires business owners to be able to create products and services that are cheaper, better and faster so that they can satisfy consumers. UD. Hastin is a distributor of cooking oil located on Jl. Lt. Gen. Suprapto No. 16 Tanjung Balai – Asahan, North Sumatra. Cooking oil is a very high demand household product. Therefore, it is necessary to have good stock control so that there is no shortage or excess of stock. The problems faced by UD. Hastin currently has limitations in controlling inventory because it is still done manually, which causes slow and inefficient performance. The purpose of this research is to design a Supply Chain Management at UD. Hastin uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database by implementing a web-based system that will make it easier to manage oil supplies. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with literature and field studies. The conclusion, the E-SCM was built at UD. Hastin can avoid shortages and excess stock due to better management, smoother communication with suppliers, and information on UD. Hastin's stock items can be known in real-time. The product resulting from this research is the Stock Management Information System at UD. UD. Hastin merupakan distributor minyak makan yang berlokasi di Jl. Letjend. Suprapto No. 16 Tanjung Balai – Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Minyak makan merupakan produk rumah tangga yang sangat tinggi permintaanya. Oleh karenanya perlu pengendalian stok yang baik agar tidak kekurangan dan atau kelebihan stok. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UD. Hastin saat ini adalah keterbatasan dalam mengontrol stok persediaan karena masih dilakukan secara manual, yang menyebabkan kinerja yang lambat dan kurang efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk merancang Supply Chain Management pada UD. Hastin menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL dengan menerapkan sistem berbasis web yang akan mempermudah dalam pengelolaan persediaan minyak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif dengan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Kesimpulannya E-SCM yang dibangun di UD.Hastin mampu menggindari kekurangan dan kelebihan stok karena pengelolaanya yang lebih baik, komunikasi dengan supplier lebih lancer dan informasi stok barang UD.Hastin bisa diketahui secara real time. Abstract

Abstract: Used motorbikes are motorized vehicles that are used by many people in various cicles. For someone who is a prospective buyer of a used motorbike, before coming to the place of puchase they have several choices based on several criteria that have been determined according to the used motorbike they want to buy. A problem that often occurs for prospective buyers is the difficulty in determination which used motorbike is superior from several choices based on predetermined criteria. This results in potential buyers feeling confused in making their choice. The difficulty in determining used motorbikes is the reason this research was conducted. In this case, the decision support system will be used as a tool in providing superior used motorbike choices for potential buyers. The method offered in this research is to use a combination of the CoCoSo and SAW algorithms. The criteria for determination a used motorbike consist of 8 criteria namely mileage, price, brand, accessories, tire condition, body condition, engine condition and completeness of documents. In the results of this decision support system research, ranking results using a combination of CoCoSo and SAW methods show that the red Suzuki F1 alternative (A39) is ranked with the highest score.Keywords: combined compromise solution; decision support system; simple additive weighting Abstrak: Sepeda motor bekas merupakan kendaraan bermotor yang digunakan oleh sebagian banyak masyarakat dalam berbagai kalangan. Bagi seseorang calon pembeli sepeda motor bekas, sebelum datang ke tempat pembelian mereka memiliki beberapa ketentuan pilihan yang berdasarkan pada beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan sepeda motor bekas yang ingin dibeli. Permasalahan yang sering kali terjadi bagi calon pembeli ialah kesulitan dalam menentukan sepeda motor bekas mana yang unggul dari beberapa alternatif pilihan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Hal ini mengakibatkan, calon pembeli merasa kebingungan dalam menentukan pilihannya. Kesulitan dalam penentuan sepeda motor bekas tersebut menjadi alasan penelitian ini dilakukan. Dalam hal ini sistem pendukung keputusan akan digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam memberikan pilihan sepeda motor bekas yang unggul bagi calon pembeli. Metode yang ditawarkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan kombinasi algoritma CoCoSo dan SAW. Kriteria-kriteria dalam penentuan sepeda motor bekas terdiri dari 8 kriteria yaitu jarak tempuh, harga, merek, aksesoris, kondisi ban, kondisi body, kondisi mesin dan kelengkapan surat. Dalam hasil penelitian sistem pendukung keputusan ini, memberikan hasil perangkingan dengan kombinasi metode CoCoSo dan SAW menunjukkan bahwa alternatif Suzuki F1 merah (A39) adalah peringkat dengan nilai tertinggi.Kata kunci : combined compromise solution; simple additive weighting; sistem pendukung keputusan

Abstract

Abstract: The development of information technology has experienced rapid growth, especially the internet. The internet has made significant contributions, particularly in the business sector. The intense business competition and the rapid advancement of information technology have facilitated greater accessibility for customers in choosing industries. The Mazzuri Batu Bara industry is a business that sells coconut oil products and handcrafted items made from coconut. However, Mazzuri Batu Bara has not yet implemented services that make it easier for customers to purchase products efficiently and still relies on manual processes. Sales reports are recorded in ledgers, making the process inefficient for maintaining organized records. Customers are required to visit the industry in person to learn about the products available, which means they are unaware of the latest discounts and products on offer. One of the strategies to improve service and operations is to implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The objective of this research is to assess the operability of the system design that has been developed. With the CRM design, sales can be enhanced to better meet customer needs. This system is designed to facilitate Mazzuri Batu Bara in selling products, processing data digitally, and improving customer service loyalty by retaining existing customers and attracting new ones.Keywords: coconut oil; e-crm; industry mazzuri batu bara.  Abstrak:  Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat terutama internet. Internet memberikan kontribusi yang sangat membantu dalam bidang bisnis. Persaingan bisnis yang ketat dan pesatnya pertumbuhan teknologi informasi memberikan kemudahan aksesbilitas pelanggan dalam memilih industri. Industri Mazzuri Batu Bara adalah usaha bisnis  yang menjual produk minyak kelapa dan kerajinan tangan dari kelapa. Industri Mazzuri Batu Bara belum menerapkan layanan yang memudahkan pelanggan untuk membeli barang dengan mudah dan masih menggunakan layanan secara manual, data laporan penjualan masih digunakan dalam buku besar sehingga tidak efisien untuk melakukan pencatatan yang tertata rapi, pelanggan harus datang langsung ke industri untuk mengetahui produk apa yang dijual maka pelanggan tidak mengetahui diskon terbaru dan produk yang dijual di industri. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan pelayanan dan operasional adalah dengan menerapkan konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah operabilitas hasil desain sistem yang telah dibuat. Dengan desain Customer Relationship Management (CRM), dapat meningkatkan penjualan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Sistem ini dibuat untuk memudahkan Industri Mazzuri Batu Bara dalam menjual produk, mengolah data secara komputerisasi dan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan dalam mempertahankan pelanggan dan menarik pelanggan baru.Kata kunci: e-crm; industri mazzuri batu bara; minyak kelapa.
