Abstract

The "CITRA" Hot Spring in Teluk Sibayan, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra, holds significant potential as a tourist destination. However, the main challenges faced by the management include a lack of digital promotion, limited tourist visits from outside the region, and a shortage of human resources skilled in using information and communication technology (ICT). The community service project by the STMIK Royal Faculty aimed to address these issues through mentoring, training, and technology development. The methods employed included workshops and training on digital tourism promotion, the creation of a web-based ticketing application, and a smart tourism application based on Progressive Web Apps (PWA) with push-notification features. Additionally, social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook (@sibayan.pemandian) were established as online promotion platforms. The results of this initiative indicate an improvement in the staff’s capacity to utilize technology, along with the provision of digital systems that streamline visitor management and promotion efforts. As a result, Pemandian Citra now has stronger digital infrastructure to support tourism promotion and attract more visitors.Keywords: community service; hot springs; PWA; smart tourism; promotion Abstrak: Pemandian Air Panas "CITRA" di Teluk Sibayan, Kabupaten Batu Bara, Sumatera Utara, memiliki potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata. Namun, permasalahan utama yang dihadapi pengelola adalah kurangnya promosi digital, minimnya kunjungan wisatawan dari luar daerah, serta keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat oleh Tim Dosen STMIK Royal bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah ini melalui pendampingan, pelatihan, dan pengembangan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan mencakup workshop dan pelatihan terkait promosi wisata digital, pembuatan aplikasi tiket berbasis web, serta aplikasi smart tourism berbasis Progressive Web Apps (PWA) dengan fitur push-notification. Selain itu, akun media sosial Instagram dan Facebook dengan nama pengguna @sibayan.pemandian juga dibuat sebagai sarana promosi online. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas staf pemandian dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, serta penyediaan sistem digital yang mempermudah pengelolaan kunjungan dan promosi. Dampaknya, Pemandian Citra kini memiliki infrastruktur digital yang lebih kuat untuk mendukung promosi wisata dan meningkatkan daya tarik bagi wisatawan..Kata kunci:  Pengabdian Masyarakat; Pemandian Air Panas; PWA; Smart Tourism; Promosi

Abstract

In the digital era, digital learning platforms have become an essential tool in the educational process. However, the success of a platform is not only determined by the availability of content but also by a satisfying user experience. To achieve this, developers often adopt the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) strategy, which allows them to release a product with minimal features to quickly obtain user feedback. Meanwhile, the Design Thinking approach provides a framework for deeply understanding user needs. This paper combines these two approaches to designing the UI/UX for the digital learning platform "Mentor on Demand", focusing on an optimized user experience where the usability testing results are obtained with scores for Students = 6 and Mentors = 5.9 both getting Pass Results.

Abstract

Many patients seek treatment at Dr. Hariyati Wahyuni's clinic for diarrhea pain but there is only one doctor who handles the disease. This condition makes it difficult for the doctor's performance to work optimally due to limited resources in serving patients. To overcome this problem, an expert system is needed where this system can be used to consult diarrhea diseases quickly. The purpose of this research is to create an expert system using the Certainty Factor method. This research is a type of development using the waterfall model with the research stages consisting of analysis, design, implementation and system testing. The analysis stage is carried out to identify the needs used to be applied to this expert system. The design stage consists of usecase design, class diagram and interface design. Implementation and testing are done directly using black box testing to see the extent of the functionality of the system that has been created. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations. Our findings show that the expert system we developed is an expert system using the web-based Certainty Factor method. This system was also successful in testing using black box testing, all system components have functioned properly so that this expert system can help the Dr. Hariyati Wahyuni Clinic as a system for diagnosing diarrheal diseases quickly and precisely.

Abstract

The Department of Animal Husbandry and Health of Asahan Regency is a government agency that conducts education and health checks for animals. Employee assessment in this department is conducted to determine the quality of staff. However, the current assessment process is still manual using assessment sheets and remains subjective. The aim of this research is to develop a decision support system by applying the Exponential Comparison Method (ECM) to determine the best employees. We utilized the waterfall model to build this system, involving stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The analysis stage was conducted to gather the necessary data for system development, processed using the ECM method. For the design stage, we presented flowcharts, data flow diagrams (DFD), and use case diagrams. In the implementation stage, we developed an application using the web programming language PHP with a MySQL database. System testing employed black box testing to assess the functionality of all system components. Our findings revealed Herman Sitepu as the top-ranking employee. The system, presented as a web application with multiple menus, performed well based on black box testing results. Consequently, this system can be used to evaluate employee performance at the Department of Animal Husbandry and Health of Asahan Regency.

Abstract

Abstract: Babun Rizki Pratama Clinic is a business that operates in the health services sector. Pratama Babun Rizki Clinic is located in Haessa Air Genting Village Dusun IV, Air Batu District, Asahan Regency. The public always asks for quality medical services, but often these requests do not meet expectations, because the services provided to patients at Babunn Rizki Pratama Clinic are said to be less effective. The lack of staff at the Pratama Babun Rizki Clinic results in a long patient examination process, so that many patients receive less effective services and are at high risk of experiencing medical errors. These various problems can be overcome by using technology that carries the concept of service to patients using the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) method. The method used in this research is qualitative, where this research is carried out by distributing questionnaires to find out how respondents respond to the services provided. The results of service calculations using the Servqual method at Babun Rizki Pratama Clinic showed that 80% of respondents felt "Not Satisfied" and 20% felt "Very Satisfied". Of the total assessment, there were 20 data indicating "Not Satisfied" and 5 data indicating "Very Satisfied". From the results of this percentage, it can be seen that only 5 data stated "Very Satisfied".    Keywords: service quality (servqual); babun rizki pratama clinic; decision support system; ph; mysqlAbstrak: Klinik Pratama Babun Rizki merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa kesehatan. Klinik Pratama Babun Rizki beralamat di desa Haessa Air Genting Dusun IV Kecamatan Air Batu Kabupaten Asahan. Masyarakat selalu meminta pelayanan medis yang berkualitas, namun seringkali permintaan tersebut tidak sesuai harapan, karena pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien di Klinik Pratama Babunn Rizki dikatakan kurang efektif. Kurangnya pegawai yang ada di Klinik Pratama Babun Rizki mengakibatkan lamanya proses pemeriksaan kepada pasien, sehingga banyak pasien yang mendapatkan layanan kurang efektif dan beresiko tinggi mengalami kesalahan medis. Berbagai permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan teknologi yang mengusung konsep pelayanan kepada pasien dengan menggunakan metode Service Quality (SERVQUAL). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kulitatif, dimana penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan responden terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Hasil perhitungan pelayanan menggunakan metode Servqual di Klinik Pratama Babun Rizki menunjukkan bahwa 80% responden merasa "Tidak Puas" dan 20% merasa "Sangat Puas". Dari total penilaian, terdapat 20 data yang menunjukkan "Tidak Puas" dan 5 data yang menyatakan "Sangat Puas". Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang ketat di era globalisasi menuntut perusahaan untuk menyusun strategi dan taktik bisnis yang efisien. Supply Chain Management (SCM) merupakan kunci sukses dalam memenangkan persaingan pasar, PT Herba Penawar Al-Wahida Indonesia, yang kemudian dikenal sebagai HNI-HPAI, merupakan salah satu perusahaan Bisnis Halal Network di Indonesia yang fokus pada produk-produk herbal. Dengan perkekmbangan teknologi PT. HNI HPAI menyadarai bahwa tidak boleh tertinggal sedikitpun agar bisa menjangkau semua anggotanya yang ada di seluruh Indonesia bahkan sampai ke luar negeri. Dengan penerapan teknologi E-SCM tentu sangat memudahkan para stokisnya dalam melakukan pelaporan penjualan, pembelian, pembayaran,  dan lagsung dapat mengetahui pendapatan,  kegiatan pelaporan bisa dilakukan Dimana saja yang terpenting terkoneksi dengan internet, dapat melalui mobile atau melalui website. Melalui penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa perkembangan teknologi dalam semua unsur terkhusus SCM (Suply Chani Management) sangat membantu dalam proses pencatatan penjualan, pendapatan serta uantu mengetahua stok persediaan produk.

Abstract

The problems that are often faced at aesthetic clinics are managing drug data and checking the availability of the drug stock itself, which is still less effective and product sales transactions differ between transaction notes received by customers and goods coming out of the warehouse. Because in one day if several patients buy drugs in sufficient quantities, thus the stock in the warehouse will also be running low. Often there is a shortage of medicine stock because they don't check and count every medicine in the warehouse.

Abstract

Abstract: Bismillah Ponsel in Kisaran Kota faces challenges in managing internet voucher stock due to inefficient manual recording and limited active period. To overcome this problem, the application of the Single Moving Average (SMA) forecasting method is proposed to predict stock needs based on historical data. Thus, business owners can manage stock more optimally, avoid shortages or excess inventory, and improve business efficiency and finances. The results of the application of the SMA method show the prediction of voucher stock needs for April and May with fairly good Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) accuracy. For IM3 vouchers, the stock predictions for each month are 244 and 244.5 (MAPE 8.21%). Axis vouchers as many as 798 (MAPE 5.02%), XL as many as 713 and 724.5 (MAPE 5.02%), Telkomsel as many as 942 and 951 (MAPE 3.23%), Tri as many as 490 and 491 (MAPE 7.94%), and Smartfren as many as 656 and 664 (MAPE 5.38%). With quite high accuracy, the SMA method has proven to be able to predict sales quickly and accurately, help provide stock according to needs, and increase the operational efficiency of Bismillah Ponsel. Keywords: inventory; management; sales; forecasting; single moving average (SMA).Abstrak: Bismillah Ponsel di Kisaran Kota menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan stok voucher internet akibat pencatatan manual yang tidak efisien dan masa aktif terbatas. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diusulkan penerapan metode peramalan Single Moving Average (SMA) guna memprediksi kebutuhan stok berdasarkan data historis. Dengan demikian, pemilik usaha dapat mengelola stok lebih optimal, menghindari kekurangan atau kelebihan persediaan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan keuangan bisnis.Hasil penerapan metode SMA menunjukkan prediksi kebutuhan stok voucher untuk April dan Mei dengan akurasi Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) yang cukup baik. Untuk voucher IM3, prediksi stok masing-masing bulan adalah 244 dan 244,5 (MAPE 8,21%). Voucher Axis sebanyak 798 (MAPE 5,02%), XL sebanyak 713 dan 724,5 (MAPE 5,02%), Telkomsel sebanyak 942 dan 951 (MAPE 3,23%), Tri sebanyak 490 dan 491 (MAPE 7,94%), serta Smartfren sebanyak 656 dan 664 (MAPE 5,38%). Abstract

Abstract: Uterine disease is a serious threat to women's health, which can affect fertility and quality of life. Delayed diagnosis often results in patients not getting optimal early treatment at the H. Abdul Manan Simatupang Kisaran Regional General Hospital. This study aims to develop a fuzzy logic-based expert system to diagnose uterine disease based on the symptoms experienced by patients. This system receives symptom data as input, then performs analysis using the fuzzy logic method to determine the level of possibility of a disease. The final results produced are an initial diagnosis and treatment recommendations. System testing shows that this method is able to identify uterine disease with fairly good accuracy, where one case showed the possibility of Endometriosis with a confidence level of 63%. With this system, patients can obtain initial information about their health condition, so they can take more appropriate and faster medical steps.Keywords: expert system; fuzzy logic; uterine disease.  Abstrak: Penyakit rahim merupakan ancaman serius bagi kesehatan wanita, yang dapat berdampak pada kesuburan dan kualitas hidup. Keterlambatan diagnosis sering kali menyebabkan pasien tidak mendapatkan penanganan dini yang optimal di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah H. Abdul Manan Simatupang Kisaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis logika fuzzy guna mendiagnosis penyakit rahim berdasarkan gejala yang dialami pasien. Sistem ini menerima data gejala sebagai input, kemudian melakukan analisis menggunakan metode logika fuzzy untuk menentukan tingkat kemungkinan suatu penyakit. Hasil akhir yang dihasilkan berupa diagnosis awal dan rekomendasi penanganan. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu mengidentifikasi penyakit rahim dengan akurasi yang cukup baik, di mana salah satu kasus menunjukkan kemungkinan penyakit Endometriosis dengan tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 63%. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pasien dapat memperoleh informasi awal mengenai kondisi kesehatannya, sehingga dapat mengambil langkah medis yang lebih tepat dan cepat.Kata kunci: fuzzy logic; penyakit rahim; sistem pakar.

Abstract

Senia, bisnis penjualan bahan bangunan seperti semen, keramik, pasir, dan besi, menghadapi kesulitan dalam memilih pemasok terbaik karena keterbatasan informasi dan metode evaluasi yang subjektif. Hal ini menyebabkan pemilihan pemasok yang tidak optimal, seperti pemasok yang sering terlambat mengirimkan barang atau menyediakan bahan berkualitas rendah. Akibatnya, operasional usaha terhambat, biaya meningkat, dan kepercayaan pelanggan menurun. Persaingan ketat di industri ini membuat layanan buruk akibat pemasok yang tidak tepat berisiko membuat pelanggan beralih ke kompetitor. Dengan menerapkan sistem menggunakan Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) pada sistem rekomendasi berbasis website. AHP membantu merangking kriteria dan subkriteria secara sistematis, sementara MOORA efektif dalam menyeleksi alternatif terbaik. Kombinasi kedua metode ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam seleksi pemasok, mengurangi waktu evaluasi manual, dan menghindari subjektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dengan sistem ini, UD. Senia dapat memastikan ketersediaan bahan berkualitas dengan harga kompetitif, menjaga posisi pasar, dan meningkatkan daya saing.
