Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the effect of Competence, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Regional Office VII of the State Personnel Agency in Palembang 2) determine the effect of Competence on Employee Performance at Regional Office VII of the State Personnel Agency in Palembang 3) determine the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Regional Office VII of the State Personnel Agency in Palembang 4) determine the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Regional Office VII of the State Personnel Agency in Palembang. This type of research is Associative The variables used by researchers are the variables of competence, work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance The sample in this study was the Regional Office VII Employees of the Palembang State Civil Service Agency totaling 103 employees selected by Cluster Random Sampling The data used in this study were primary data with a questionnaire data collection method, The data analysis technique used was Multiple Emier Regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) competence, work motivation, and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) The Influence of Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, 2) The Influence of Motivation on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, 3) The Influence of Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, 4) The Influence of Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City. This type of research is Associative. The variables used by the researcher include motivation, organizational culture, work discipline, and teacher performance. The sample in this study consisted of teachers at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, totaling 100 respondents selected by Cluster Sampling. The data used in this study were primary data collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City (4) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and its impact on teacher performance at a private junior high school in the sub-district of Lempuing, Ogan Komering Ilir. This type of research is associative. The variables used in this study are Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Satisfaction, and Performance. The sample in this study was teachers, totaling 110 people. The study employed primary data, collecting data using questionnaire techniques. The analysis technique uses SEM. The results of the survey prove that 1) motivation has no significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. 2) Motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 3) Commitment has no significant effect on teacher satisfaction in Lempuing Subdistrict. 4) Work commitment does not have a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction in the sub-district of Lempuing. 5) Satisfaction has no significant effect on the performance of teachers in private junior high schools in the sub-district of Lempuing, Ogan Komering Ilir.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and training on employee performance through competency in PT. Pertamina Drilling Services Project South Sumatra. The research type is associated with the variables used: leadership, training, competency, and performance, which are developed into 13 indicators. The population is all employees of PT. Pertamina Drilling Services Project South Sumatra had a total of 532 respondents, of which 130 were taken using probability sampling with a cluster sampling system. The data used is primary data with a questionnaire data collection method and secondary data taken through literature. The analysis technique used by researchers is structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of the study prove that 1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on competency; 2) Training has a positive and significant effect on competency; 3) Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on performance; 4) Training has a positive and significant effect on performance; 5) Competency has a positive and significant effect on performance; 6) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance through work competency; 7) Training has a positive and significant effect on performance through work competency. Based on the discussion results, it was also proven that competency successfully strengthened the influence of leadership and training on performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1) the influence of the principal's leadership, discipline, and infrastructure together on the performance of State Middle School teachers in Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, 2) the influence of the principal's leadership, discipline, and infrastructure partially on the performance of State Middle School teachers in the District. Lempuing, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The type of research used is associative. The research uses leadership variables, work discipline, facilities, infrastructure, and performance. The research population was 218 State Middle School teachers in Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The sample was taken from 142 teachers using the Cluster sampling technique. The data required is player data with a retrieval method. Questionnaire data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research prove that: 1) there is a significant influence of leadership, discipline, and facilities and infrastructure on the performance of State Middle School teachers in Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency 2) there is a significant influence of leadership on the performance of Public Middle School teachers in Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency 3) there is an influence Discipline has a significant impact on the performance of State Middle School teachers in Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. 4) Facilities and infrastructure have a significant influence on the performance of public middle school teachers in Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The effect of workload, work stress, and motivation on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency; 2) The effect of workload on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency; 3) The effect of work stress on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency; and 4) The effect of motivation on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research is associative. The variables examined are workload, work stress, motivation, and employee performance. The sample consists of 107 employees of the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, selected through cluster sampling. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results indicate that (1) workload, work stress, and motivation collectively have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and (4) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination indicates that workload, work stress, and motivation collectively explain 54% of the variation in employee performance. The remaining 46% is attributed to other factors not included in the analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education and training on employee performance, with competency serving as an intervening variable in marketing at the BNI Multifinance Palembang Branch. The object of this study is marketing employees at the BNI Multifinance Palembang Branch. The research method employed is associative research, involving two exogenous variables and two endogenous variables. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling. The data used are primary data obtained from the results of questionnaire answers. The analysis technique employed is structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate: (1) There is a significant effect of education on the performance of marketing employees at BNI Multifinance Palembang Branch, (2) There is a significant effect of training on the performance of marketing employees at BNI Multifinance Palembang Branch, (3) There is a significant effect of education on the competence of marketing employees at BNI Multifinance Palembang Branch, (4) There is a significant effect of training on the competence of marketing employees at BNI Multifinance Palembang Branch, and (5) There is a significant effect of competence on the performance of marketing employees at BNI Multifinance Palembang Branch
