Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT East Infinita Indonesia cabang Duri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan PT East Indonesia cabang Duri dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 61 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS (Stastistic Product And Service Solution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT East Infinita Indonesia cabang Duri. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and competence on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. This study had 48 respondents who were total employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. This research uses a Census sampling technique or Total Sampling. This research uses validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests (R2). The results of this research show that the work environment and competence have a significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of providing work motivation and the work environment on employee job satisfaction among hotel employees in the city of Pekanbaru (Study at the Mona Plaza Hotel and Stefani City Hotel Pekanbaru). This research is located on Jalan HR. Soebrantas No.18 Tuah Karya, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. Then the location of the second research object was carried out at the Stefani City Hotel which is located on Jalan Taskurun no. 100 Wonorejo, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. The population in this study was 39 employees. Data analysis was carried out using statistical analysis with the help of SPSS. The sampling technique used is the census method or saturated sampling technique and data collection techniques in this research include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, determination test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and f test and prove hypothesis. The research results show that providing work motivation and the work environment have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Based on results research obtained an R Square value of 0.563, meaning that 56.3% of the variables providing work motivation and work environment influence employee job satisfaction for hotel employees in the city of Pekanbaru (Study at Mona Plaza Hotel and Stefani City Hotel Pekanbaru). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan (Studi kasus pada buruh harian pembangunan proyek CWR-01 PIU ADB UNRI PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero)). Penelitian ini menggunakan pengawasan dan K3 sebagai variabel independen, dan produktivitas kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 63 responden, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkann bahwa pengawasan dan K3 pada pembangunan proyek CWR-01 PIU ADB UNRI PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero) dikategorikan sangat baik, dan produktivitas kerja dikategorikan baik. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan pengawasan memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Secara simultan pengawasan dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan (Studi kasus pada buruh harian pembangunan proyek CWR-01 PIU ADB UNRI PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero)).

Abstract

Studi ini dimaksudkan menganalisis keterkaitan antara pelatihan dan Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sebanyak 57 responden dijadikan sampel, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier dengan program SPSS. Hasil uji mendapatkan temuan utama: (1) Pelatihan berdampak signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai t-hitung 8,547 > 1,673 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana mengungkapkan bahwa peningkatan dalam pelatihan sebesar 0,492 akan menaikkan kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,492 secara konstan. (2) Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) juga terbukti berdampak signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 7,604 > 1,673 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 <0,05. Peningkatan dalam K3 sebesar 0,816 akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,816 secara konstan. (3) Secara bersama-sama, pelatihan dan K3 berdampak signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 59,409 > 3,15 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan K3 memberikan kontribusi sebesar 68,8% pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This training and socializing aims to impart knowledge to people with creativity, small businesses/small industries, and those who have yet to start a business. It is hoped that existing human resources would be able to carry it out with the help of training and entrepreneurial socialization. When starting a business, increased knowledge and talents are expected to boost the organization's overall performance. Entrepreneurship Training and Socialization are implemented through lecture, discussion, and practice processes at the service location. To attain development goals in all disciplines, entrepreneurship training and community socialization activities must be strengthened, demanding the attention of all interested parties. The government's and community leaders' motivation must be maintained and increased for the community to get more information and skills linked to business growth and raise community and regional revenue, particularly in Kuantan Village, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency.

Abstract

Financial literacy enables MSMEs to adopt financial technology, manage risks effectively, and adapt to market changes, increasing their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market, especially in the digital era. This study aims to measure the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial capital on business sustainability in the modern-based traditional market street vendor sector in Kuantan. This study uses a quantitative approach where primary data is collected through surveys and questionnaires from 77 respondents. Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical techniques are used to process the data. The results confirm the significant influence of financial literacy on business sustainability, both directly and indirectly through financial capital. Furthermore, there is an insignificant influence on business sustainability variables through financial capital. Therefore, there is an influence originating from other variables outside the study. The results also show that the intervening variables here have a significant influence on business sustainability variables. Therefore, it can be concluded that the higher the financial literacy of traditional market street vendors, the better the business sustainability will be.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze whether entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation as strategies for building competitive advantage have a positive effect on the marketing performance of Bukit Batu-Bengkalis Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The research method used is the explanatory type, intended to test the research hypothesis. All Bukit Batu Small and Medium Enterprise entrepreneurs were used as the research population, and 36 SMEs were selected as research samples using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation does not have a direct effect on marketing performance. In contrast, market orientation has a direct positive effect on marketing performance. In addition, competitive advantage also has a direct positive effect on marketing performance. Furthermore, entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance through the mediation role of competitive advantage, while market orientation also has a positive effect on marketing performance through competitive advantage. The research results prove that entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation as strategies for building competitive advantage have a positive effect on the marketing performance of Bukit Batu-Bengkalis SMEs. It is recommended for Small and Medium Enterprise entrepreneurs to implement entrepreneurial and market-oriented behavior as a company strategy to build competitive advantage, in order to improve the marketing performance of SMEs.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. The independent variables consist of organizational culture (X1) and work environment (X2). While the dependent variable is job satisfaction (Y). This study uses a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. The analysis techniques used are simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, hypothesis test. Data analysis uses linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The population in the study were 33 employees of the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru, all of whom were sampled using the census/total sampling technique. The results of the tests carried out showed that organizational culture and work environment have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel Intervening pada karyawan Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. Di tengah persaingan industri perhotelan yang ketat, loyalitas karyawan menjadi aset strategis untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Namun, fenomena seperti target penjualan yang belum optimal, tingkat turnover yang meningkat dari 6,28% pada tahun 2019 menjadi 10,56% pada tahun 2023, serta tingkat absensi yang masih tinggi mengindikasikan adanya permasalahan loyalitas di Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 142 karyawan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 105 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik proportional random sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motiasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas (T-statistic = 3.283; p = 0.001). Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja(T-statistic = 17.888; p = 0.000). Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhada loyalitas (T-statistic = 4.849; p = 0.000). Uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan loyalitas (T-statistic 4.618; p = 0.000). penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja karyawan berada pada kepuasan kerja terbukti secara efektif memediasi hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan loyalitas karyawan, yang mengartikan bahwa pengaruh positif dari motivasi terhadap loyalitas akan semakin kuat apabila karyawan merasa puas dengan pekerjaannya.
