Abstract

In Indonesia today, especially in Banyuwangi, food with a high level of safety has begun to be difficult to find, especially in market snacks, one of which is cilok. Many cilok traders are naughty by using non-food preservative additives in their processed products with the aim of increasing shelf life and getting a chewy texture without adding a lot of meat. The slot gacor 777 preservatives are borax and formalin. This study was conducted to determine the presence or absence of borax and formalin content in cilok in Kertosari Village, Banyuwangi Regency with the turmeric extract method and KMnO4. The results showed that there was not one sample that was positive for containing borax or formalin, but there was one sample whose color was slightly whitened, but there was little possibility of formalin content in it.

Abstract

Along with the development of science and technology that is very fast and increasingly widespread, the need for comfortable, safe and fast transportation facilities is very much needed by transportation users, especially in the use of air transportation, in ensuring the safety of flights at airports is an obligation for all personnel. Aviation security, especially those on duty at the Screening check-point to carry out their duties correctly and consistently according to the instructions contained in the applicable regulations. Airport security officers play an important role in terms of security for passengers providing the best service in order to meet passenger expectations or satisfaction, the purpose of this study is to find out what the role is and to find out what the obstacles and solutions are from the aviation security unit in handling passenger luggage that endangers flight securit. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The techniques used in this study were data reduction, data presentation and conclusions/verification. Through sources, namely Mr Wawan senior Avsec, Mrs Galuh senior Avsec and Mrs Citra junior Avsec. From the results of the research that the author has done, Aviation Security plays an important role in ensuring security for users of aviation transportation services, and in carrying out their duties in accordance with the applicable Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), and always coordinating with related parties, then for the constraints face, namely from limitations in terms of the availability and quality of the technology used for inspection of passenger luggage. Although there are a variety of detection equipment, sometimes the technology may not be sophisticated enough or capable of accurately detecting objects that are a real flight hazard. Then in handling the problem the airport must improve the limited technology availability system for checking passenger luggage, sometimes the technology may not be sophisticated enough or unable to accurately detect objects that are indeed dangerous to flights

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki berbagai macam sarana transportasi, salah satunya transportasi udara. Transportasi Udara diibaratkan sebagai jembatan, yang menghubungkan, menyatukan dan mengikat keberagaman. Bandar udara merupakan fasilitas pendukung yang harus ada dalam berjalannya kegiatan transportasi udara, Untuk menunjang keamanan dan keselamatan pergerakan lalu lintas di sisi udara di Bandar Udara Intenasional Hang Nadim, salah satu marka pada Ramp side yaitu rambu Service Road mempunyai peran penting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahhui bagaimana pengawasan dan kendala yang dihadapi unit AMC dalam mengawasi kondisi Eksisting Rambu di sisi Service Road. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari wawancara,observasi,dan dokumentasi pada unit Apron movement control (AMC) Bandar udara internasional Hang nadim Batam.Narasumber dalam penelitian ini yaitu petugas Apron Movement Control (AMC).Observasi dilakukan dengan pengamatan pada unit Apron Movement Control (AMC), dan untuk dokumentasi dalam penelelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan pengambilan gambar terhadap kondisi yang terjadi di lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan, pengawasan dari unit Apron Movement Control terhadap kondisi Eksisting Rambu di sisi Service Road yaitu dengan melakukan inspeksi secara rutin terhadap rambu-rambu yang ada di sisi Service Road, dan melakukan pemeliharaan rambu-rambu di sisi Service Road.kendala yang dialami dalam melakukan pengawasan tidak adanya kendala yang terlau mencolok, namun perlu adanya perjelasan mengenai rambu dan adanya rambu yang tidak terletak di semua titik yang diperlukan. Kemudian adapun solusi mengenai kondisi eksisiting rambu yang dilakukan unit AMC yaitu mulai dari melakukan inspeksi rutin, melakukan perawatan secara berkala, melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait, melakukan pelaporan dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

Unit Aviation Security memiliki tujuan untuk mencegah terangkutnya benda atau barang terlarang kedalam pesawat udara yang dapat berpotensi menimbulkan tindakan yang dapat mengancam keselamatan penerbangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran unit aviation security terhadap pengawasan dan penanganan prohibited item di SCP II Bandar Udara Internasional Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjungpinang, untuk mengetahui kendala serta solusi yang ada terkait tindakan pelanggaran mengenai benda terlarang atau prohibited item dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman penumpang terkait aturan tersebut didalam penerbangan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara yang di lakukan kepada 3 personel aviation security dan 6 orang penumpang serta dokumentasi. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama 1 bulan bertempat di SCP II Bandar Udara Internasional Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjungpinang.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran aviation security sangat memberikan kontribusi besar dalam pengawasan dan penanganan ketat terkait prohibited item, namun pada saat melaksanakan tugas ditemukan kendala seperti salah satu alat fasilitas penunjang keamanan yang di gunakan dalam proses pemeriksaan barang bawaan hal ini mesin x-ray yang digunakan masih single view serta adanya penolakan atau perbedaan pendapat terkait pelanggaran yang dilakukan penumpang apabila dilakukannya penyitaan terhadap benda prohibited item dan hasil terakhir dalam penelitian ini masih terdapat sebagian penumpang yang kurang paham tentang aturan-aturan tersebut sehingga dampaknya dapat menimbulkan antrian penumpang di Security Check Point (SCP II).

Abstract

Safety Management System adalah pendekatan sistematis untuk menangani keselamatan dalam peran, tugas, kebijakan, prosedur, dan proses yang diberlakukan sebagai kebijakan keselamatan, serta cara untuk melindungi aturan, hukum, dan pedoman. Peran penting keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan tercantum dalam Undang-Undang No.1 tahun 2009 tentang penerbangan. Berdasarkan data ICAO Bird Strike Information System (IBIS) pada tahun 2008 sampai 2015 terdapat 97.751 laporan mengenai serangan hewan liar. Laporan disampaikan dari 91 negara. Terdapat 12.227 laporan mengenai serangan hewan liar terhadap pesawat. Hewan di sekitar Bandar Udara dapat menyebabkan masalah bagi pilot dan bahkan membahayakan keselamatan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dan dilakukan di Bandar Udara Rahadi Oesman di Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat. Sumber datanya meliputi data primer dan sekunder, dan metode pengumpulan datanya meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan teknik pengumpulan data. Pada teknik wawancara sendiri peneliti mewawancarai tiga narasumber yaitu, KANIT BANGLAND, Komandan Regu AVSEC, dan Petugas Acces Control. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan kesimpulan. Penerapan Safety Management System (SMS) Dalam Upaya Penanganan Bahaya Hewan Liar di Area Airside Bandar Udara Rahadi Oesman Ketapang Kalimantan Barat sudah cukup baik dimana petugas menerapkan penginpeksian secara rutin sebanyak 2 jam sekali dalam setiap harinya pada sisi udara (Airside) dan memelihara secara rutin fasilitas yang ada pada area sisi udara (Airside). Dalam prosedur untuk berhadapan dengan masalah yang ditimbulkan hewan liar dan burung-burung di area Airside telah diatur dalam dalam Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor 83 tahun 2017 CASR 139 (AERODROME).

Abstract

Apron Movement Control (AMC) merupakan personel bandar udara yang memiliki lisensi untuk melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap ketertiban, keselamatan pergerakan lalu lintas di apron, penentuan parkir pesawat udara dan pengawasan kebersihan sisi udara serta pencatatan data penerbangan yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan penerbangan yang aman dan selamat dari adanya gangguan Foreign Object Debris (FOD). Penanganan FOD merupakan hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan dan segera ditindak lanjuti, karena berdampak terhadap keselamatan penerbangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran unit AMC dalam menangani FOD diwilayah airside serta untuk mengetahui kendala apa saja yang dialami oleh petugas dalam menangani FOD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, sumber data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dengan 4 narasumber petugas AMC di Bandara Internasional Adi Soemarmo Surakarta, yaitu kepada Airlines Service Supervisor, Cargo Service Supervisor, serta petugas AMC. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, Penyajian data, Kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran unit AMC dalam menangani FOD sudah cukup baik dengan dilakukannya inspeksi 2 kali dalam sehari dan melakukan tindakan langsung sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku dalam menangani FOD, kemudian dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala yang dialami petugas dalam menangani adanya FOD yaitu dari segi keterbatasan maupun kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), kurangnya alat serta sarana saat melakukan proses pembersihan Foreign Object Debris (FOD) serta kurangnya kesadaran petugas dan penumpang terkait pentingnya kebersihan diwilayah airside.

Abstract

Lately, there have been many airplane accidents in Indonesia, both casualties and no casualties, in Law No. 1 of 2009 concerning Aviation, aviation safety is matters related to aviation security and safety, accident investigations. aviation and the prevention of aviation accidents through the making of laws and regulations, education and training, also in the context of campaigns to inform the public on matters relating to air travel safety, as for the formulation of the problem as follows, what is the role and what are the obstacles to Safety Supervision in Department of Engineering, Operations, Security Emergency Services at (UPBU) H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende East Nusa Tenggara. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection is carried out by interview methods, namely by interviewing the head of the TOKPD, Avsec commanders and AMC officers, observation by observing the flight safety supervision process by TOKPD, documentation by obtaining data on archive records and pictures, which is then carried out data analysis using data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of operations under the head of TOKPD (Technical Operations, Security and Emergency Services), has an important role, namely Building Platform (banglan), Airport Electrical Engineering, Elban, PKP-PK and Avsec, for the implementation of maintenance for each unit. using daily, monthly, quarterly. Barriers to safety supervision by the Engineering, Operations, Security and Emergency Services sections, namely the covid-19 inspection which is not Avsec's responsibility, no Regulated Agent, there is no X-Ray Cargo, the X-ray machine for Baggage is damaged, from the personnel there are obstacles because indeed there are personnel who have attended the training but in the implementation in the field it may also not be carried out according to the applicable sop.

Abstract

Elementary school students' understanding of healthy food is very important because this will have an impact on the health of students and the school environment. This study aims to measure the extent to which students' perceptions of snacks in the school environment at SD Negeri 2 Tukang Kayu Banyuwangi. This research used survey method. The subjects in this study were 50 fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Tukang Kayu Banyuwangi. The research instrument was a questionnaire or questionnaire sheet. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The results of student perceptions obtained 72% of students can understand healthy snacks in the school environment.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a learning module for entrepreneurship courses to train student independence. The module was prepared in the form of a printed module. This module was created as an educational tool for entrepreneurship classes in the Faculty of Agriculture's Agricultural Product Technology Study Program, PGRI Banyuwangi University. The technique employed in developing this module is the ADDIE development model, this model is used because the development stages are simpler and the time used is not too long. The study's findings are in the form of an entrepreneurship learning module to determine the feasibility of using this module, trials have been carried out including individual trials and group trials. The individual trial involved 3 students, while the group involved 9 students. In this study, it was found that the confirmation from material experts was 92.5% and the media expert validation was 87.5% so that it could be categorized as very good. It is also carried out limited and group trials with the aim of seeing the feasibility of the products developed. The restricted trial's outcomes were as follows an average of 89.58%, meaning that the average can be categorized as excellent and the results of the group trial obtained an average of 90.26% so that the developed module is categorized as feasible and can train student independence.
