Abstract

The industrial revolution is changing the way people live today. Everything can change by technological advances that integrate themselves into people's lives, including in the world of education. Indonesia has made 10 national priorities designed to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, including redesigning the educational curriculum to adapt to the 4.0 Industrial era, which utilizes technology in learning. It must indirectly be followed by strengthening the competence of prospective teacher students in designing and developing increasingly meaningful learning. Prospective teacher students must be able to develop abilities in facing the development of the times, including mastery of technology and competence according to Law no. 14 of 2005 and 21st-century abilities. This study aims to describe the knowledge of prospective teacher students about technology-assisted learning media and classify the competencies and abilities of the students. In this study, a quantitative approach was used. The respondents were 71 students of the English Language Education (TBI) IAIN Ponorogo. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and cluster analysis. The results of the study showed that TBI students have begun to get to know several technology-assisted learning media such as Google Classroom, Quizizz, and other interactive learning media. However, there are still many who only know one type of media. The results of competency mapping according to Law no. 14 of 2005 and 21st-century abilities show that many TBI students are still included in the low ability group. These results show that students should make more efforts to improve their abilities and competencies before entering society. Students must begin to be active to improve their mastery of technology-assisted learning media to be able to keep up with the world’s development.

Abstract

The 5.0 era has made the tourism sector one of the measures of the economic welfare of a region, such as in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). This is proven by the presence of various types of MSMEs and their innovations and the increasing number of tourist visits to NTB from year to year. The condition of the tourism sector certainly has a positive impact on increasing NTB's economic growth and indirectly on optimizing existing infrastructure. However, extraordinary events such as the earthquake in 2018 and the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in the decline of NTB tourism visits. Then tourist visits in NTB increased again with the holding of the MotoGP  Event. The purpose of this study is to forecast the number of tourist visits to NTB. This is very much needed in helping the government to prepare appropriate policies if there is a possibility of a surge in tourist visits in the following years. As well as anticipating if there are other extraordinary events such as earthquakes or global cases. The method used in this study is the Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) Method. The stages in this method are by describing data, preprocessing data, identifying stationary models, estimating models, selecting the best SARIMA model and forecasting with the obtained model to forecasting the next desired period. The results of research that have been conducted state that in 2023 to 2024 the number of tourists visiting NTB continues to increase both domestically and abroad. It is hoped that the results of this research will be able to provide information and contribute knowledge and consideration materials in policy making in the development of NTB government tourism.

Abstract

One of the critical causes of Indonesia's economic growth is the presence of the Covid-19 Pandemic which has resulted in a decline in public consumption and investment interest at the household level in each region. One of the areas with a decrease in the number of affected tourist visits is Bali Province. This is because Bali is an icon of Indonesia and is the best tourist destination. The purpose of this study is to obtain the most suitable model to model economic growth with the FD-GMM and Sys-GMM approach meeting the criteria of validity, consistency, and unbiased. This type of research is quantitative research with data sourced from the central statistical agency of Bali Province. The method used in this study is to compare the First-Difference Generalized Method of Moment (FD-GMM) and System Generalized Method of Moment (Sys-GMM) on economic growth data in Bali Province. The result of this study is the estimation of model parameters with the approach FD- GMM meets valid, consistent, and unbiased criteria. In contrast, the estimation of model parameters with the Sys-GMM meets validity and consistency criteria. However, the unbiased criteria are not met because the resulting model has a biased coefficient. The best model used to model Bali's economic growth data is the FD-GMM model. The above results imply that the existence of the population categorized as poor and the existence of the workforce are still a special concern. So, the suggestion in this study is that it is necessary to conduct a policy analysis from the Bali Provincial Government in dealing with poverty rates. Furthermore, employment management in Bali will be reorganized to be more directed and measurable in increasing the economic growth of Bali Province.

Abstract

Wakaf berperan untuk pembangunan ekonomi salah satunya sebagai pengentasan kemiskinan seperti masalah kemiskinan yang ada di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Wakaf uang dapat dianggap sebagai metode praktis dalam berwakaf karena mudah dan terjangkau untuk disumbangkan dibandingkan dengan bentuk wakaf lainnya. Wakaf uang memiliki potensi untuk memperbaiki permasalahan ekonomi dengan perkembanagnnya yang menyediakan layanan berwakaf dengan media fintech. Penghimpunan wakaf uang di Kabupaten Ponorogo masih belum maksimal karena masyarakat masih awam dengan berwakaf uang dengan media fintech. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Teori Perilaku Berencana (TPB) terhadap minat masyarakat untuk berwakaf uang dengan media fintech, Teori Perilaku Berencana (TPB) meliputi sikap, norma subjektif, serta kontrol perilaku.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kuantitatif dengan media kuisioner melalui google form untuk mengumpulkan data. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik insidental sampling. Teknik analisis data dengan bantuan software SPSS 22 dengan tahapan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap, norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku optimalisasi signifikan terhadap minat berwakaf uang dengan media fintech baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Dengan demikian, faktor sikap, norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku dapat menentukan minat seseorang untuk berwakaf dengan media fintech di Kabupaten Ponorogo.

Abstract

Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are enterprises carried out by individual groups or a business body that are currently very influential on the economy. The existence of MSMEs in Magetan Regency has an important role in advancing the local economic sector with various enterprises of agricultural output of the Magetan community that need to gain more appreciation and support to be able to develop this enterprise, but of course it also has problems or barriers between them related to marketing strategy, interest in entrepreneurship, and packaging of products that are less attractive. Then, if seen from the problem in this case, the solution offered is socialization regarding the recognition of the use of social media as a means of product promotion and also giving motivation to grow the interest of entrepreneurs with the improvement of marketing strategies such as logos or labels that will be given on each product packaging as well as an explanation about better management in business management. The result of this activity is that MSMEs actors understand the materials submitted, namely about marketing strategies and innovation on products and branding on social media or marketplaces.

Abstract

The entrepreneurial effort of Bali Mahalaksmi snack production, owned by Mrs. I Dewa Ayu Sutari, is a household industry located in Banjar Petang, Petang Village, Petang District, Badung Regency. Mrs. Sutari has been engaged in the production of Balinese snacks for approximately two years. During this period, the production of Bali Mahalaksmi snacks for partners varies daily, depending on orders from small shops, stalls, neighbors, and relatives. This variability in orders results in inconsistent income for the partners. The customer base primarily consists of residents from the partner's village, with some from neighboring villages. Consequently, the marketing scope for Mrs. Sutari's snack business is limited. To address this marketing management challenge, a community partnership program was implemented, focusing on training in social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to broaden the partner's market reach. Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method was employed for this engagement. The outcomes of the program include the establishment of Instagram and Facebook marketing channels for the partner, contributing to an increase in the partner's business turnover.

Abstract

Introduction: Gross domestic product (GDP) is an indicator used to determine the country's economic situation shown in a certain period. The success of a country's economic growth can be seen from the country's GDP level. Research Methods: This research aims to test and analyze the influence of exchange rates and inflation on GDP in Indonesia through the mediation of Islamic mutual funds. This research uses quantitative methods using time series data, namely quarterly data for 2016-2023. Results: The results shows that the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on GDP, inflation and Islamic mutual funds have a positive and insignificant effect on GDP, the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on Islamic mutual funds, inflation has a negative and significant effect on Islamic mutual funds, and although mutual funds have the potential to increase GDP through investment, exchange rate depreciation and high inflation will still have a negative impact on the economy as a whole. Conclusion: Exchange rates and inflation play a crucial role in driving economic growth and the development of Islamic mutual funds. The government needs to maintain exchange rate stability through monetary and fiscal policies, as well as implement inflation control measures to preserve the public's purchasing power and investment interest.

Abstract

Reyog Ponorogo is a cultural heritage that has become a regional icon and faces challenges in the modern era. Difficulties in raw materials, capital, human resources, and a lack of government support are the problems encountered. This study aims to analyze the management of the Suromenggolo Business's business strategy to preserve Reyog Ponorogo's culture and identify the obstacles and solutions faced. The research method used is qualitative with a field study approach, involving interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The study results show that Suromenggolo Business implements strategic management through environmental observation (internal and external factors), strategy formulation using SWOT analysis, and implementation of market penetration strategies. The main obstacles include limited capital, raw materials, low cooperation between artisans, seasonal sales, and the regeneration of artisans. The solutions involve finding funding, product diversification, optimizing the role of cooperatives and Reyog foundations, and education and regeneration efforts through formal and non-formal institutions. The conclusion of this study shows that the strategy implemented is quite effective in maintaining the existence of Reyog Ponorogo, but requires further support from the government and the community.

Abstract

Fraud relates to fraudulent acts committed deliberately through bank facilities and resulting in losses. Although the role of the audit committee has been established, Good Corporate Governance has generally been well implemented, and has carried out a fairly good internal control function through the Whistleblowing System, the fulfillment of these components has not significantly been able to overcome fraud. Such an interesting condition to be related to the theory of Rezaae and Ajeng Wind. This study is intended to examine the effect of the audit committee, Good Corporate Governance, and the Whistleblowing System on fraud either partially or simultaneously. Sharia Commercial Banks for the period 2016-2019 in Indonesia were selected as the population using saturated sampling techniques, there are 14 Islamic Commercial Banks with 56 units of analysis used in this study. Ordinal logistic regression model was chosen as an analysis technique with SPSS 21 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the variable composition of the independent audit committee, tenure of the audit committee and good corporate governance has a significant negative relationship to fraud. Meanwhile, the audit committee meeting variables and the Whistleblowing System have a negative and insignificant effect on fraud. The independent variable composition of the audit committee, audit committee meetings, tenure of the audit committee, Good Corporate Governance, and the Whistleblowing System is able to explain the variation of fraud by 29% while the remaining 71% is explained by other variables outside the research model. The low level of influence may be due to the inadequate follow-up of the audit committee meetings and the lack of independence of the internal auditors in managing fraud reports. So that Sharia Commercial Banks must optimize the function of the anti-fraud division and present the division in holding meetings, as well as increase the independence of the internal auditors in managing reports of suspected fraud that are submitted through the Whistleblowing System.Fraud berkaitan dengan tindakan kecurangan yang dilakukan secara sengaja melalui sarana bank dan mengakibatkan kerugian. Meskipun peranan komite audit telah terbentuk, Good Corporate Governance secara umum telah diterapkan dengan baik, serta menjalankan fungsi pengendalian internal melalui Whistleblowing System yang cukup baik, namun pemenuhan komponen-komponen tersebut tidak secara signifikan mampu mengatasi fraud. Kondisi yang demikian menarik untuk dihubungkan dengan teori Rezaae dan Ajeng Wind. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji pengaruh komite audit, Good Corporate Governance, dan Whistleblowing System terhadap fraud baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2016-2019 dipilih sebagai populasi dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, ada 14 Bank Umum Syariah dengan 56 unit analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Model regresi logistik ordinal dipilih sebagai teknik analisis dengan software SPSS 21 sebagai alat bantu analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel komposisi komite audit independen, masa tugas komite audit dan Good Corporate Governance memiliki hubungan yang negatif signifikan terhadap fraud. Sedangkan variabel rapat komite audit dan Whistleblowing System berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap fraud. Variabel independen komposisi komite audit, rapat komite audit, masa tugas komite audit, Good Corporate Governance, dan Whistleblowing System mampu menjelaskan variasi fraud sebesar 29% sedangkan 71% sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian. Rendahnya pengaruh yang diberikan tersebut kemungkinan disebabkan oleh kurang optimalnya tindak lanjut dari rapat komite audit yang diselenggarakan serta kurangnya independensi auditor internal dalam mengelola laporan fraud. Sehingga Bank Umum Syariah harus mengoptimalkan fungsi divisi anti fraud dan menghadirkan divisi tersebut dalam penyelenggaraan rapat, serta meningkatkan independensi auditor internal dalam mengelola laporan dugaan fraud yang masuk melalui Whistleblowing System.

Abstract

Technology that is growing rapidly penetrates all fields, including banking. Banking began to penetrate technology with the innovation of electronic channels or e-channels. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Ponorogo always strives to improve the ease and quality of service provided to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results of interviews with customers showed that there are still customers who feel dissatisfied with e-channel provided by BSI and services that are still considered less than optimal which resulted in customers becoming dissatisfied and disloyal to BSI. This research aims to analyze the effect of ease and quality of service on customer satisfaction and loyalty and whether satisfaction can mediate the influence of ease and quality of service on customer loyalty. This research is a quantitative study with samples are BSI customers of e-channel users as many as 100 customers with sampling techniques are Incidental sampling. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 100 customers. The data is analyzed by the partial least square (PLS) method. The results showed that ease and quality of service affect customer satisfaction, ease has no effect on customer loyalty but the quality of service and customer satisfaction affect customer loyalty, In addition, customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of ease on customer loyalty and can mediate the influence of quality of service on customer loyalty. Based on these results, BSI can start improving the quality of existing services so that customer satisfaction and loyalty increase. In addition, there needs to be an easy guide to be followed by customers so that customers become active in using the e-channel facilities provided.Teknologi yang berkembang dengan pesat merambah semua bidang tidak terkecuali perbankan. Perbankan mulai merambah teknologi dengan adanya inovasi yaitu adanya electronic channel atau e-channel. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Ponorogo senantiasa berusaha meningkatkan kemudahan dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah. Hasil wawancara dengan nasabah menunjukkan bahwa masih adanya nasabah yang merasa tidak puas dengan e-channel yang disediakan oleh BSI serta pelayanan yang masih dianggap kurang optimal hingga mengakibatkan nasabah menjadi tidak puas dan tidak loyal pada BSI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah serta apakah kepuasan mampu memediasi pengaruh kemudahan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel  nasabah BSI pengguna e-channel sebanyak 100 nasabah dengan teknik pengambilam sampel Insidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan angket kepada sampel 100 nasabah. Data dianalisis dengan metode partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh pada kepuasan nasabah, kemudahan tidak berpengaruh pada loyalitas nasabah akan tetapi kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh pada loyalitas nasabah, Selain itu, kepuasan nasabah mampu memediasi pengaruh kemudahan terhadap loyalitas nasabah serta mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Berdasarkan hasil ini pihak BSI dapat mulai meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang telah ada agar kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah semakin meningkat. Selain itu perlu adanya panduan yang mudah untuk diikuti oleh nasabah agar nasabah menjadi aktif dalam menggunakan fasilitas e-channel yang disediakan.
