Abstract

Rumah Laundry is a service business located in Biting village, Badegan, Ponorogo. The laundry service always prioritizes trust and customer satisfaction through the application of ethics and the quality of services offered. So that it makes consumers feel confident and safe when transacting in using the laundry service. Therefore, with the application of Islamic business ethics and the quality of services provided, it can provide trust and satisfaction to consumers in the use of Rumah Laundry services.This study aims to determine how the influence in the application of Islamic business ethics and the quality of services provided to consumers to be able to increase the sense of trust and satisfaction in Rumah Laundry consumers with data collection methods in the form of interviews and distributing questionnaires to several Rumah Laundry consumers. The method used in sampling is the Accidental Sampling method using supporting applications, namely Eview 12 and Spss.The results of this study are to increase trust and satisfaction with consumers with the application of Islamic business ethics and the quality of the services provided. So that this can help business actors to stay ahead in the face of competition in today's business world.Keyword: influence, Islamic business ethics, service quality, consumer trust, consumer satisfaction.  AbstrakRumah Laundry adalah sebuah usaha di bidang jasa yang berada di desa Biting, Badegan, Ponorogo.  Jasa laundry tersebut selalu mengedepankan kepercayaan serta kepuasan konsumen melalui penerapan etika dan kualitas pelayanan yang ditawarkan. Sehingga hal tersebut membuat konsumen merasa yakin dan aman ketika bertransaksi dalam menggunakan jasa laundry tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya penerapan etika bisnis islam serta kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan dapat memberikan kepercayaan serta kepuasan pada konsumen dalam penggunaan pada jasa Rumah Laundry. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dalam penerapan etika bisnis islam dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada konsumen untuk dapat meningkatkan rasa kepercayaan dan kepuasan pada konsumen Rumah Laundry dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner kepada beberapa konsumen Rumah Laundry. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah metode Accidental Sampling dengan menggunakan aplikasi pendukung yaitu Eview 12 dan Spss. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kepercayaan serta kepuasan pada konsumen dengan adanya penerapan etika bisnis islam dan kualitas pada pelayanan yang diberikan. Sehingga hal ini dapat membantu pelaku usaha untuk tetap unggul dalam menghadapi persaingan didunia bisnis saat ini.Kata Kunci: pengaruh, etika bisnis islam, kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan konsumen, kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Tahfidz students who in fact are familiar with Islamic laws and Islamic sharia knowledge apply the knowledge they gain in everyday life, one of which is banking transactions. This is inseparable from the increasing knowledge they have about Islamic banks, so they choose Islamic banks as banking transaction services, which are mainly used as Islamic bank funding products. In addition, the needs and demands require that tahfidz students have sharia bank accounts to provide guardians of students who want to transfer payments and pocket money for ananda at the boarding school because the tahfidz students are room supervisors. However, there are still many tahfidz students who use conventional bank services. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the level of knowledge of tahfidz students, the factors that influence the level of knowledge of tahfidz students and the level of knowledge of tahfidz students about Islamic bank funding products have an impact on the desire to transact. This research is a research that uses a qualitative approach by using the type of field research. The study was conducted by interviewing tahfidz students who are customers of Islamic banks and those who are not at the Al Mardliyyah Islamic Boarding School Demangan, Madiun City. The method of analysis in this study is to use the triangulation method. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the level of knowledge of tahfidz students at the Al Mardliyyah Islamic Boarding School Demangan Taman Madiun City about Islamic bank funding products can be seen that the level of knowledge of tahfidz students who use sharia bangers is at the analysis level, while students who do not use Islamic banks are at the analytical level. at the know level. While the factors that affect the level of knowledge of tahfidz students are education, mass media, and environmental factors. Of the three tahfidz students who use Islamic banks have the desire to transact at Islamic banks, and three tahfidz students who do not use Islamic banks, two tahfidz students have the desire and one tahfidz students do not. Santri tahfidz yang notabennya sudah tidak asing dengan hukum-hukum islam dan ilmu syariat islam menerapkan ilmu yang mereka peroleh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yaitu salah satunya bertransaksi di perbankan.  Hal itu tak terlepas dengan semakin tingginya pengetahuan yang mereka miliki tentang bank syariah sehingga memilih bank syariah sebagai jasa transaksi perbankan yang digunakan utamanya produk funding bank syariah. Selain itu kebutuhan dan tuntutan mengharuskan santri tahfidz memiliki rekening bank syariah untuk menyediakan wali santri yang ingin transfer pembayaran dan uang saku untuk ananda di pondok karena santri tahfidz tersebut merupakan pembimbing kamar. Meskipun demikian masih banyak santri tahfidz yang menggunakan jasa bank konvensional. Adapun tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat pengetahuan santri tahfidz, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pengetahuan santri tahfidz dan tingkat pengetahuan santri tahfidz tentang produk funding bank syariah berdampak terhadap keinginan bertransaksi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan. Penelitian dilakukan mewawancarai santri tahfidz yang merupakan nasabah bank syariah dan yang tidak di Pondok Pesantren Al Mardliyyah Demangan Kota Madiun. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode triangulasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan santri tahfidz di Pondok Pesantren Al Mardliyyah Demangan Taman Kota Madiun tentang produk funding bank syariah dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat pengetahuan santri tahfidz yang menggunakan bang syariah berada pada tingkatan analisis (analysis), sedangkan santri yang tidak menggunakan bank syariah berada pada tingkatan tahu (know). Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkata pengetahuan santri tahfidz adalah faktor pendidikan, media masa, dan lingkungan. Dari ketiga santri tahfidz yang menggunakan bank syariah memiliki keinginan bertransaksi di bank syariah, dan tiga santri tahfidz yang tidak menggunakan bank syariah dua santri tahfidz memiliki keinginan dan satu santri tahfidz tidak.Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pengetahuan, Santri Tahfidz, Produk Funding Bank Syariah

Abstract

Prospective investors must do a financial ratio analysis to determine the best and most profitable investment decisions. In theory, the value of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), and Return On Assets (ROA) increases and will increase stock prices. The identification results show that when the EPS, ROE, and ROA of consumer goods companies have increased EPS, ROE, ROA, and Stock Price, the stock prices of consumer goods companies have decreased. This shows that there needs to be more theory and data. Based on this, this study aims to examine and analyze the effect of EPS, ROE, and ROA on the stock price of Consumer Goods companies partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data. There is also data collection using a documentation study. The data used in this study is in the form of annual reports of Consumer Goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2020 period. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis with the stages of panel data regression model estimation, panel data regression model selection, classical assumption test, and significance test; the software used is Eviews 9.0. The results of this study indicate that the EPS variable partially has a positive effect on stock prices. ROE variable partially does not affect stock prices. The ROA variable partially has a negative effect on the Stock Price. The EPS, ROE, and ROA variables simultaneously significantly affect the Stock Price. Adjusted R-squared has a value of 77.135%. This shows that EPS, ROE, and ROA in this study affect 77.135% of stock prices, while other variables outside this study influence 22.86%.

Abstract

The Autoregressive model is a time series univariate model for stationary models. In estimating parameters on this model can be done by several methods, namely yule-walker method, Least Square, and Maximum Likelihood. Each method has a different principle for estimating model parameters so that the results obtained will also be different. Based on this, in this study, the AR(1) model parameter estimation was estimated by generating data simulated 1000 times to see the performance of Yule-Walker, Least Square, and Maximum Likelihood methods. In addition, the comparison of these three methods is also done on ROA BPRS data that follows the AR(1) model. The results showed that the Maximum Likelihood method was able to provide mode results and comparison of the most suitable estimation results for simulation data and produce the smallest MAE values in the data in sample and MAPE, MSE, and MAE the smallest in the out sample data. These results show that the Maximum Likelihood method is the best method for modeling data that follows the AR(1) model.

Abstract

Fraud relates to fraudulent acts committed deliberately through bank facilities and resulting in losses. Although the role of the audit committee has been established, Good Corporate Governance has generally been well implemented, and has carried out a fairly good internal control function through the Whistleblowing System, the fulfillment of these components has not significantly been able to overcome fraud. Such an interesting condition to be related to the theory of Rezaae and Ajeng Wind. This study is intended to examine the effect of the audit committee, Good Corporate Governance, and the Whistleblowing System on fraud either partially or simultaneously. Sharia Commercial Banks for the period 2016-2019 in Indonesia were selected as the population using saturated sampling techniques, there are 14 Islamic Commercial Banks with 56 units of analysis used in this study. Ordinal logistic regression model was chosen as an analysis technique with SPSS 21 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the variable composition of the independent audit committee, tenure of the audit committee and good corporate governance has a significant negative relationship to fraud. Meanwhile, the audit committee meeting variables and the Whistleblowing System have a negative and insignificant effect on fraud. The independent variable composition of the audit committee, audit committee meetings, tenure of the audit committee, Good Corporate Governance, and the Whistleblowing System is able to explain the variation of fraud by 29% while the remaining 71% is explained by other variables outside the research model. The low level of influence may be due to the inadequate follow-up of the audit committee meetings and the lack of independence of the internal auditors in managing fraud reports. So that Sharia Commercial Banks must optimize the function of the anti-fraud division and present the division in holding meetings, as well as increase the independence of the internal auditors in managing reports of suspected fraud that are submitted through the Whistleblowing System.Fraud berkaitan dengan tindakan kecurangan yang dilakukan secara sengaja melalui sarana bank dan mengakibatkan kerugian. Meskipun peranan komite audit telah terbentuk, Good Corporate Governance secara umum telah diterapkan dengan baik, serta menjalankan fungsi pengendalian internal melalui Whistleblowing System yang cukup baik, namun pemenuhan komponen-komponen tersebut tidak secara signifikan mampu mengatasi fraud. Kondisi yang demikian menarik untuk dihubungkan dengan teori Rezaae dan Ajeng Wind. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji pengaruh komite audit, Good Corporate Governance, dan Whistleblowing System terhadap fraud baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2016-2019 dipilih sebagai populasi dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, ada 14 Bank Umum Syariah dengan 56 unit analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Model regresi logistik ordinal dipilih sebagai teknik analisis dengan software SPSS 21 sebagai alat bantu analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel komposisi komite audit independen, masa tugas komite audit dan Good Corporate Governance memiliki hubungan yang negatif signifikan terhadap fraud. Sedangkan variabel rapat komite audit dan Whistleblowing System berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap fraud. Variabel independen komposisi komite audit, rapat komite audit, masa tugas komite audit, Good Corporate Governance, dan Whistleblowing System mampu menjelaskan variasi fraud sebesar 29% sedangkan 71% sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian. Rendahnya pengaruh yang diberikan tersebut kemungkinan disebabkan oleh kurang optimalnya tindak lanjut dari rapat komite audit yang diselenggarakan serta kurangnya independensi auditor internal dalam mengelola laporan fraud. Sehingga Bank Umum Syariah harus mengoptimalkan fungsi divisi anti fraud dan menghadirkan divisi tersebut dalam penyelenggaraan rapat, serta meningkatkan independensi auditor internal dalam mengelola laporan dugaan fraud yang masuk melalui Whistleblowing System.

Abstract

Technology that is growing rapidly penetrates all fields, including banking. Banking began to penetrate technology with the innovation of electronic channels or e-channels. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Ponorogo always strives to improve the ease and quality of service provided to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results of interviews with customers showed that there are still customers who feel dissatisfied with e-channel provided by BSI and services that are still considered less than optimal which resulted in customers becoming dissatisfied and disloyal to BSI. This research aims to analyze the effect of ease and quality of service on customer satisfaction and loyalty and whether satisfaction can mediate the influence of ease and quality of service on customer loyalty. This research is a quantitative study with samples are BSI customers of e-channel users as many as 100 customers with sampling techniques are Incidental sampling. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 100 customers. The data is analyzed by the partial least square (PLS) method. The results showed that ease and quality of service affect customer satisfaction, ease has no effect on customer loyalty but the quality of service and customer satisfaction affect customer loyalty, In addition, customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of ease on customer loyalty and can mediate the influence of quality of service on customer loyalty. Based on these results, BSI can start improving the quality of existing services so that customer satisfaction and loyalty increase. In addition, there needs to be an easy guide to be followed by customers so that customers become active in using the e-channel facilities provided.Teknologi yang berkembang dengan pesat merambah semua bidang tidak terkecuali perbankan. Perbankan mulai merambah teknologi dengan adanya inovasi yaitu adanya electronic channel atau e-channel. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Ponorogo senantiasa berusaha meningkatkan kemudahan dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah. Hasil wawancara dengan nasabah menunjukkan bahwa masih adanya nasabah yang merasa tidak puas dengan e-channel yang disediakan oleh BSI serta pelayanan yang masih dianggap kurang optimal hingga mengakibatkan nasabah menjadi tidak puas dan tidak loyal pada BSI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah serta apakah kepuasan mampu memediasi pengaruh kemudahan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel  nasabah BSI pengguna e-channel sebanyak 100 nasabah dengan teknik pengambilam sampel Insidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan angket kepada sampel 100 nasabah. Data dianalisis dengan metode partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh pada kepuasan nasabah, kemudahan tidak berpengaruh pada loyalitas nasabah akan tetapi kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh pada loyalitas nasabah, Selain itu, kepuasan nasabah mampu memediasi pengaruh kemudahan terhadap loyalitas nasabah serta mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Berdasarkan hasil ini pihak BSI dapat mulai meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang telah ada agar kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah semakin meningkat. Selain itu perlu adanya panduan yang mudah untuk diikuti oleh nasabah agar nasabah menjadi aktif dalam menggunakan fasilitas e-channel yang disediakan.

Abstract

Introduction: Bank Syariah Indonesia, through the official Instagram account @banksyariahindonesia always provides information regarding messages, advertisements, promotions, and services, but according to some customers, this is inaccurate and less effective. Therefore this study aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction factors on Instagram social media of Indonesian Islamic banks. Research Methods: This research method uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were followers of Bank Syariah Indonesia's Instagram. The sample size was 100 respondents with a purposive sampling method. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data was analyzed using SPSS 22 software. Results: The results showed that the quality of information, complaint handling, and promotion through social media Instagram affected customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Bank Indonesia both partially and simultaneously. Conclusion: This study concludes that for the quality of information, complaint handling, and promotion if it increases, it will also increase the satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia customers.

Abstract

Sumber Rejo Hamlet is a hamlet located in Lembeyan Wetan Village with the majority of the population's livelihoods being farmers. Community empowerment was chosen as a step to increase community knowledge, skills and motivation to strengthen their resources. Using ABCD approach, the activity began with the mapping of the area, community, associations, and individual assets. There were a number of problems that occurred in Sumber Rejo Hamlet. In mapping step, several obstacles faced by the community especially the fact that there were the amount of garbage scattered in the river and the lack of management of plastic waste. Then, plastic waste management training program was chosen to run. This activity is becoming the focus of main activities because more and more plastic waste will potentially pollute the environment. The waste management training was held on August 7, 2019 at Mrs. Katini’s home, one of the residents in Sumber Rejo Hamlet. The target of this activity is homemakers in Sumber Rejo village with the aim that they become more concerned with plastic waste and its use. Presenters of plastic waste management training came from Kopma Al-Hikmah IAIN Ponorogo where the implementation of the training went very well. The participants were very enthusiastic in welcoming the training and were able to take part in the activity until the end. Keywords: empowerment, community, pollution, environment, garbage Abstrak Dusun Sumber Rejo adalah dusun yang terletak di Desa Lembeyan Wetan dengan mayoritas mata pencaharian penduduk adalah petani. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dipilih sebagai langkah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan motivasi masyarakat untuk memperkuat sumber daya mereka. Menggunakan pendekatan ABCD, kegiatan dimulai dengan pemetaan area, komunitas, asosiasi, dan aset individu. Ada sejumlah masalah yang terjadi di Dusun Sumber Rejo. Dalam langkah pemetaan, beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat terutama fakta bahwa ada jumlah sampah yang berserakan di sungai dan kurangnya pengelolaan sampah plastik. Kemudian, program pelatihan pengelolaan limbah plastik dipilih untuk dijalankan. Kegiatan ini menjadi fokus kegiatan utama karena semakin banyak sampah plastik yang berpotensi mencemari lingkungan. Pelatihan pengelolaan sampah plastik diadakan pada 7 Agustus 2019 di rumah Ny. Katini, salah satu warga di Dusun Sumber Rejo. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah para ibu rumah tangga di desa Sumber Rejo dengan tujuan agar mereka lebih peduli dengan sampah plastik dan penggunaannya. Penyaji pelatihan pengelolaan sampah plastik datang dari Kopma Al-Hikmah IAIN Ponorogo di mana pelaksanaan pelatihan berjalan dengan sangat baik. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools, commonly known as pesantren, which have been established for a long time, require consistent teaching patterns and must face new problems that arise in adapting, such as the current technological era, without losing the uniqueness or distinctiveness of Islamic boarding schools as their character. Islamic boarding school is a place for deeper religious learning and is believed to bring blessings to students who study religion there. This study continues two previous studies on Islamic boarding schools and multicultural education in Islamic boarding schools by focusing more on the conditions of Islamic boarding schools, which are starting to lose their uniqueness due to the adaptation of government policies, the influence of technology, and responses to the development of demands for students whose diversity changes all the time. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach to solve problems and achieve research objectives. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation and in-depth interviews. The data obtained were then analyzed by the triangulation technique. The study results indicate that Islamic boarding schools face internal and external conflicts to maintain their existence in the era of technological change. Islamic boarding schools try not to change their uniqueness but face external demands as they accommodate students from different cultures, regions, languages, and even other countries who study religion. Even Islamic boarding schools cannot adapt to government regulations in determining policies for developing Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

The industrial revolution is changing the way people live today. Everything can change by technological advances that integrate themselves into people's lives, including in the world of education. Indonesia has made 10 national priorities designed to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, including redesigning the educational curriculum to adapt to the 4.0 Industrial era, which utilizes technology in learning. It must indirectly be followed by strengthening the competence of prospective teacher students in designing and developing increasingly meaningful learning. Prospective teacher students must be able to develop abilities in facing the development of the times, including mastery of technology and competence according to Law no. 14 of 2005 and 21st-century abilities. This study aims to describe the knowledge of prospective teacher students about technology-assisted learning media and classify the competencies and abilities of the students. In this study, a quantitative approach was used. The respondents were 71 students of the English Language Education (TBI) IAIN Ponorogo. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and cluster analysis. The results of the study showed that TBI students have begun to get to know several technology-assisted learning media such as Google Classroom, Quizizz, and other interactive learning media. However, there are still many who only know one type of media. The results of competency mapping according to Law no. 14 of 2005 and 21st-century abilities show that many TBI students are still included in the low ability group. These results show that students should make more efforts to improve their abilities and competencies before entering society. Students must begin to be active to improve their mastery of technology-assisted learning media to be able to keep up with the world’s development.
