Abstract

The development of digitalization and social media increases people's consumptive behavior through easy access to discount promotions. This phenomenon can be seen in @discountfess autobase accounts on platform X that share promo and discount information. This study aims to analyze the influence of shopping motivation, self-concept, and reference groups on the consumptive behavior of @discountfess followers. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 100 @discountfess followers. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the study showed that shopping motivation did not have a significant effect on consumptive behavior. Meanwhile, self-concept and reference groups have a significant positive effect on consumptive behavior. Simultaneously, shopping motivation, self-concept, and reference groups had a significant effect on consumptive behavior with an R Square value of 0.740.

Abstract

Multiple-choice tests are widely used in mathematics-related higher education courses because they are practical for assessing broad learning outcomes. Correct responses may not always indicate full conceptual mastery, as students may answer correctly through partial knowledge, distractor elimination, unintended item cues, or pseudo-guessing. This study evaluates the quality of a 20-item four-option multiple-choice econometrics assessment using Classical Test Theory (CTT) and Item Response Theory (IRT). The test was administered to 108 undergraduate students and was designed to measure econometrics competence as an applied mathematics construct, including quantitative and statistical reasoning, regression and model interpretation, hypothesis testing and inference, model assumptions and diagnostics, and data-based decision-making. CTT was used to examine item difficulty, item discrimination, while IRT was used to compare the 1PL, 2PL, and 3PL models and to diagnose pseudo-guessing. The results showed a mean score of 13.85 out of 20, KR-20 of 0.681, and Cronbach’s alpha of 0.677, indicating moderate but not strong internal consistency. CTT identified no difficult items, nine easy items, and three items with poor discrimination. The 1PL model had the lowest BIC and was therefore the most fit model, while the 3PL model was retained diagnostically because it estimates pseudo-guessing. Eight items, namely I01, I05, I06, I12, I15, I16, I18, and I20, had pseudo-guessing parameters above 0.25. These findings suggest that some correct responses may have been influenced by non-mastery factors. This study contributes to mathematics education by demonstrating how integrated CTT and IRT diagnostics can improve the validity of econometrics assessment as a measure of quantitative and statistical reasoning.

Abstract

Gender inequality in Indonesia is a multidimensional problem that has a wide impact on human development. This study aims to model and classify the level of gender inequality between provinces in Indonesia with a combined approach of unsupervised and supervised learning. Secondary data from 38 provinces in 2024 were analyzed using five methods: K-Means, Self-Organizing Map (SOM), hybrid SOM-KMeans, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Logistic Regression. In the unsupervised approach, the SOM and SOM-KMeans methods show better cluster coherence than K-Means. In the supervised approach, the SVM method provides better classification performance compared to logistic regression. Overall, SVM was obtained with the highest accuracy, which was 89.47%, surpassing other methods. This research makes a methodological contribution to the use of machine learning for spatial-based gender inequality risk mapping, as well as implications for more precise and adaptive data-based policymaking.

Abstract

This study aims to test and determine the effect of experience and satisfaction on customer loyalty in Ponorogo gacoan noodles partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative research design. In this study researchers used a questionnaire in collecting data. Meanwhile, to find out the number of samples, the researchers used the Cochran formula calculation and used incidental sampling techniques. In processing and analyzing data, researchers used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, R^2 test, and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results of this study indicate that customer experience has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Mie Gacoan Ponorogo, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Mie Gacoan Ponorogo and simultaneously customer experience, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty at Mie Gacoan Ponorogo. The magnitude of the influence exerted by the variables of customer experience and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is 53.4%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems in development strategy. Several obstacles exist in Tegalsari religious tourism. The community's economic involvement is not only limited to consumers but also to business actors in the shophouses that have been provided. This research uses descriptive qualitative qualitative research methods to analyze religious tourism development strategies, the impact of development strategies, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. In this research, we looked at the trustworthiness of triangulating sources. The development strategy carried out by the Tegalsari Ponorogo Jami Mosque religious tourism has implemented a SWOT analysis, although several weaknesses need to be corrected. The positive impact of religious tourism in Tegalsari Ponorogo is that income from business is helped employment, and utilization of tourism facilities by the local community. The negative impact is too much dependence on tourism and seasonal tourism activities. Supporting factors for Tegalsari religious tourism are related to visitor attraction because there is the tomb of Kyai Ageng Muhammad Besari, support from the government, good security, and a tourist attraction atmosphere that provides comfort. The inhibiting factors are limited parking space when there are many visitors, lack of awareness of environmental cleanliness, and lack of street lighting.

Abstract

Reyog Ponorogo is a cultural heritage that has become a regional icon and faces challenges in the modern era. Difficulties in raw materials, capital, human resources, and a lack of government support are the problems encountered. This study aims to analyze the management of the Suromenggolo Business's business strategy to preserve Reyog Ponorogo's culture and identify the obstacles and solutions faced. The research method used is qualitative with a field study approach, involving interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The study results show that Suromenggolo Business implements strategic management through environmental observation (internal and external factors), strategy formulation using SWOT analysis, and implementation of market penetration strategies. The main obstacles include limited capital, raw materials, low cooperation between artisans, seasonal sales, and the regeneration of artisans. The solutions involve finding funding, product diversification, optimizing the role of cooperatives and Reyog foundations, and education and regeneration efforts through formal and non-formal institutions. The conclusion of this study shows that the strategy implemented is quite effective in maintaining the existence of Reyog Ponorogo, but requires further support from the government and the community.

Abstract

The development of religious tourism not only contributes to the preservation of historical and spiritual values, but also to the well-being of the community through sustainable destination management. Basyariah Sewulan Madiun Religious Tourism is an Islamic history-based destination that continues to grow despite limitations in management and supporting facilities. This study aims to analyze destination management practices, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and examine their implications for the welfare of the surrounding community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data is collected through interviews and in-depth observations, and analyzed through data reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion making by triangulating sources to ensure credibility. The findings reveal that management has implemented planning, organizing, implementing, and supervision functions. Sustainability is supported by the foundation's independence, transparent management, mosque youth participation, and the uniqueness of the destination. However, limited infrastructure, suboptimal involvement of BUMDes, and concentrated visitor patterns remain challenges. These tourism sites contribute to increasing community income, promoting local MSMEs, and strengthening religious activities, although parking management still needs improvement. The study concludes that community-based management supports the sustainability of Basyariah Sewulan Madiun Religious Tourism, while stronger collaboration with village governments and BUMDs is needed to improve the quality of governance and expand economic benefits.
