Abstract

Islamic education as part of the national education system has a goal to beachieved. In the process, Islamic education can not be separated from theproblems faced. In today's postmodern era, Islamic education should be usedas a container for the seeds of tolerance to maintain harmony and peace. AlQuran and Hadith as the main source of Islamic education should bereinterpreted and integrated with other approaches. One approach that canbe integrated is to internalize the socio-cultural values in learning. Thisapproach offers a synthesis in order to face the seeds of intolerance that havebegun to grow in this nation's young generation. With the internalization ofthese values are expected to create a social harmony that can be madeprovision by the young generation of Muslims in public life.

Abstract

Unemployment is one of the problems often faced by developing countries, including Indonesia. As population growth increases and the number of the Indonesian workforce increases, unemployment also continues to increase. Unemployment in Indonesia is a significant problem, as the unemployment rate increases every year, accompanied by a rise in population. Economic indicators that affect the unemployment rate. Economic growth in Indonesia, the inflation rate, and the prevailing wage rate. The indicators used in this study are GRDP, ADHB, inflation and unemployment. This study aims to analyse the influence of GRDP, ADHB, and inflation on open unemployment in Lampung Province for the period 2013-2024, both partially and simultaneously. The type of data used in this study is secondary time series data spanning the period from 2013 to 2024. The data used is data obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Lampung Province. The analysis method employed in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, utilising SPSS 26 software. The results of the study indicate that Gross Real Domestic Product (GRDP) has a negative and statistically significant influence on open unemployment in Lampung Province from 2013 to 2024, with a probability value of -1.725. Simultaneously, GRDP and inflation variables have a significant impact on unemployment in Lampung Province from 2013 to 2024. The R test result value is 52.9% and the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Desa Taman Baru di Kecamatan Kalianda, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Provinsi Lampung, Indonesia, memiliki potensi wisata alam yang menjanjikan, dengan daya tarik utama berupa pantai dan air terjun, serta fasilitas rekreasi lainnya seperti Taman Wisata dan Taman Rekreasi. Salah satu destinasi utama, Way Tebing Ceppa, merupakan pemandian alami dengan sumber air dari Gunung Rajabasa yang terletak dekat dengan akses Jalan Lintas Sumatera dan Pelabuhan Bakauheni. Namun, seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi, masyarakat Desa Taman Baru menghadapi tantangan dalam pemahaman aspek hukum dan etika penggunaan teknologi digital. Minimnya literasi digital ini dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah, seperti pelanggaran hak cipta dan keamanan digital. Untuk mendukung perkembangan pariwisata dan mengedukasi masyarakat, pelatihan mengenai keamanan digital, etika media sosial, hak cipta, dan pengelolaan informasi diadakan. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola konten secara bertanggung jawab, serta meningkatkan daya tarik wisata melalui promosi digital yang lebih aman dan efektif.

Abstract

Sikur Village is a village located in Sikur District, East Lombok Regency which has 7 hamlets. The Sikur Village community, especially in Kebon Pancor Hamlet, the majority of the population are tofu food makers (home industry). The tofu industry generally produces solid waste in the form of tofu dregs. This waste has not been used optimally. Tofu dregs are usually only used as animal feed. This activity will be directed at the development of stick product innovations from tofu dregs. This activity is also within the framework of the government program UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) development. According to our observations, Sikur Village has not developed optimally. BUMDES as a village-owned enterprise can play a role in this MSME program, so that these goals can be implemented properly. The role of the University of Mataram Thematic KKN Students is highly expected. The programs launched in this activity include empowerment programs consisting of, entrepreneurship socialization, packaging and product legality manufacture as well as marketing development for MSME products and tofu dregs sticks. Tofu dregs sticks were chosen because they are quite easy to manufacture and the raw materials used are cheap so they are expected to have a high selling value. The results of this program are that the people of Sikur Village are able to process tofu dregs into a product that has high economic value, namely Tofu Dregs Sticks, which is expected to be a product that can add product innovation to UMKM (Micro Small and Medium Enterprises) Sikur Village and can develop UMKM (Micro Small Enterprises) Middle School) in Sikur Village.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Image and Digital Marketing Attitudes on consumer purchasing decisions at the Roja Bouquet flower shop in Bandar Lampung. The type of data used in this research is quantitative, using primary and secondary data. To determine the research sample, we used a probability sampling technique because the population was above 100. The results of calculations using the Slovin formula produced a sample size of 70 respondents. The analysis technique used involves Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumptions and Hypothesis Tests. From the research results, we found that Brand Image and Digital Marketing together have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at the Roja Bouquet flower shop. Brand Image and Digital Marketing have an influence of 48.9% on consumer purchasing decisions, while the remaining 51.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on work discipline of the kerinci sub district head office in pelalawan district. The sample in this study were employees at Kerinci Sub District Head Office In Pelalawan District totaling 32 people. While the variables examined in this study is the job satisfaction and work discipline. Analysis of data using simple linear regression method using validity, reliability, R2 and t test. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results obtained that the job satisfaction simultaneously affect the work discipline of employees with a value of correlation R = 0.728 which shows the close relationship between the job satisfaction and work discipline at Kerinci Sub District Head Office In Pelalawan District. While the R-square at 0.530 which can mean job satisfaction has a contribution of 53% contribution to work discipline at Kerinci Sub District Head Office In Pelalawan District. Partially obtained job satisfaction positive and significant effect on the work discipline at Kerinci Sub District Head Office In Pelalawan District with signifivantly 0,000 smaller than alpha 0,05. With simple linear regression equation in this study : Y = 7.694 + 0.634X.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme, integritas, komitmen organisasi, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Pemerintah Kabupaten Kutai Timur dengan mempertimbangkan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang melibatkan 197 responden dari berbagai organisasi perangkat daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme memiliki pengaruh positif, namun tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, sementara integritas dan kompetensi menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Selain itu, motivasi kerja berperan penting sebagai mediator dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Secara langsung, integritas, kompetensi, dan komitmen organisasi juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, menegaskan pentingnya membangun integritas yang tinggi dan kompetensi yang memadai untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya pemerintah daerah untuk fokus pada pengembangan kompetensi dan peningkatan motivasi pegawai sebagai upaya strategis untuk mendorong kinerja yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam merancang kebijakan dan program pelatihan yang dapat memperkuat motivasi dan kinerja ASN, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam memahami hubungan antara motivasi, kompetensi, dan kinerja di sektor pemerintahan.

Abstract

Desa Labuk berada di Kecamatan Sembakung, Kabupaten Nunukan, Provinsi Kalimantan Utara. Umumnya, mata pencaharian masyarakat adalah bertani. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi desa, melalui kerja partisipatif antara mahasiswa KKN dengan masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini, yakni melalui pendekatan formal dan pendekatan informal. Pendekatan formal dilakukan dengan memaparkan program-program kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan bersama masyarakat setempat, sedangkan pendekatan informal dilakukan secara personal maupun kolektif. Program-program yang direalisasikan, meliputi pembuatan identitas rumah warga, pembuatan plang identitas aparatur desa, perbaikan sarana olahraga, pembuatan dan pengolahan lahan pertanian, serta pembuatan tempat sampah Gedung Serbaguna. Selain itu, juga terdapat program tambahan, seperti sosialisasi bahaya narkoba, bimbingan belajar, sosialisasi GEMARIKAN, sosialisasi budidaya ikan, pelatihan dapur sehat perikanan, sosialisasi tentang pentingnya pendidikan, pengolahan lahan tani dan penanaman bibit sayur, perbaikan dan pemeliharaan mesin, serta pembuatan pupuk organik/kompos dan pestisida nabati. Hasil kegiatan ini dapat terlihat dari antusias masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam setiap pelaksanaan program. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat desa melalui program kerja Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Labuk, Kabupaten Nunukan, dapat memberikan sumbangsih dalam pengembangan potensi desa.
