Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of E-Service Quality, Promotion and Price on Buying Interest at E-Commerce Shopee during the Covid-19 pandemic in Banjarmasin City. This study uses a quantitative approach in the form of explanatory. The sample used in this study amounted to 40 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling.The results based on the partial test (t test) show that E-Service Quality (X1), Promotion (X2) and Price (X3) have a partial and significant effect on Purchase Interest (Y) with each effect of 25.5%, 23.9% and 30.9%. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous test (f test) E-Service Quality (X1), Promotion (X2) and Price (X3) have a simultaneous and significant effect on Purchase Interest (Y) with an effect of 64.5% while 35.5% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study Keywords: E-service quality, promotion, price and buying interest

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan tes keterampilan qira’ah bahasa Arab berbasis komputer (CBT) menggunakan aplikasi Candy CBT. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tes keterampilan qira’ah berbasis Candy CBT memenuhi kriteria valid dengan reliabilitas 0,823. Daya beda soal "Baik Sekali" (26 soal), "Baik" (11 soal), dan "Cukup" (3 soal). Tingkat kesukaran "Sulit" (3 soal) dan "Sedang" (37 soal). Nilai signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05) menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara nilai pretest dan posttest. Tes ini efektif mengukur keterampilan qira’ah dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar bahasa Arab. Simpulan, tes keterampilan qira’ah berbasis Candy CBT dapat menjadi alternatif instrumen evaluasi efektif dan inovatif dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab.

Abstract

In a retail business, the use of technology can help business owners increasing their income, with increasingly tight competition where everything is required to be faster, more effective and efficient, both in terms of payment systems and sales transactions. The use of cash and recording sales is considered ineffective and inefficient because it takes a long time for each transaction and it is very easy for fraud, so the need for a digital payment system and sales accounting information system is needed so that the sales process system is well organized and automatic, moreover does not affect other aspects. The type of this research is quantitative research using primary data and egression test.

Abstract

Sekolah merupakan suatu tempat pembelajaran siswa menuju dunia kerja khususnya bagi SMK Gading Rejo dimana saat ini dituntut untuk dapat siap di dunia kerja dengan berbagai kompetensi yang dimiliki. Dari kompentensi keahlian tesebut tentunya mampu menghasilkan suatu desain produk yang dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Saat ini semua bidang kehidupan sangat tergantung dengan penguasaan teknologi informasi disemua level pekerjaan. Kendala saat ini masih kurang optimalnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan siswa dalam pengembangan desain atau produk berbasis teknologi informasi salah satunya adalah peningkatan pengetahuan bidang e-commerce. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari Fakultas Bisnisi Universitas Mitra Indonesia mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam membuat e-commerce berbasis website serta pemanfaatan e-commerce secara efektif sebagai sarana publikasi dan media. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan, keahlian dan pengetahuan dalam pembuatan dan pemanfaatan e-commerce sebagai sarana publikasi dan media promosi.

Abstract

Theecondenser is a type of heat exchanger that functions to condense fluid. On steam powermsystems. Thevmain function ofmthe condenser is to convert steam into liquid. The purpose of this study is to determine the value and influence of heat balance, heat transfer coefficient, pressure drop and condenser efficiency.Thewresults offthissstudy indicate that in 2018 thee average heat balance (Q) was obtained at 356,017,533.46 Kj / hour while in 2019 the results of the average heat balance (Q) were 640,293,647,066 Kj / hour, fouling factor was not affect the balance sheet. The average gross heat transfer coefficient (UD) in 2018 amounted to 204,274.25 Kj / hour.m2. C and the average net heat transfer coefficient (UC) was 206,378 Kj / hr.m2. ° C whereas in 2019 the average heat transfer coefficient is obtained by the average gross heat transfer coefficient (UD) of 366,544.07 Kj / jam.m2. ° C and the Clean heat transfer coefficient (UC) is 448,554 Kj / h.m2. ° C.Fouling factor is very influential onnthe heatwtransfer coefficient because the greater the fouling in the tube will result in the inhibition of theeheat transfer rate in the tube, so that the heat transfer coefficient decreases. The pressure drop in 2018 is still within the permissible limits, with an average of 504.28 bars and 2019 of 513.03 bars. The effectiveness of the condenser in 2018 is an average of 23.330 after maintenance has been obtained, the average effectiveness of the condenser in 2019 is 40.743

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Image and Digital Marketing Attitudes on consumer purchasing decisions at the Roja Bouquet flower shop in Bandar Lampung. The type of data used in this research is quantitative, using primary and secondary data. To determine the research sample, we used a probability sampling technique because the population was above 100. The results of calculations using the Slovin formula produced a sample size of 70 respondents. The analysis technique used involves Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumptions and Hypothesis Tests. From the research results, we found that Brand Image and Digital Marketing together have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at the Roja Bouquet flower shop. Brand Image and Digital Marketing have an influence of 48.9% on consumer purchasing decisions, while the remaining 51.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine working capital which is a supporting factor in cooperative activities. In achieving its objectives, it is not only limited to efforts to obtain funds but also the use of funds that must be economically viable so as to achieve maximum efficiency. The analysis used in this study is the performance of the working capital turnover of cooperatives. The results of this study are reviewed from the working capital turnover ratio of cooperatives, working capital turnover ratios in service transactions and working capital turnover ratios on business transactions for employees of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) betik gawi city education. Department of Cooperative Bandar Lampung shows the average ineffective conditions and efficient in valuation compared to the previous year.Keywords: working capital, cooperatives, working capital efficiency

Abstract

This research uniquely focuses on cognitive barriers, emphasizing the need for taxpayer education and simplified communication of tax laws. The novelty lies in presenting taxpayer education as a strategic tool to enhance compliance, thus shifting the focus from a compliance model based on fear to one based on understanding and support. This research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs) to collect data from various stakeholders, including individual taxpayers, tax consultants, and tax authorities. This research concludes that improving taxpayer compliance requires addressing the knowledge barriers that exist in the tax system. Simplified tax regulations, better access to tax information, and enhanced taxpayer education can significantly reduce unintentional non-compliance. Tax authorities should invest in educational programs and provide clearer, more user-friendly tax guidelines. Future research could extend this study by incorporating quantitative measures to assess the relationship between tax knowledge and compliance rates.

Abstract

Sikur Village is a village located in Sikur District, East Lombok Regency which has 7 hamlets. The Sikur Village community, especially in Kebon Pancor Hamlet, the majority of the population are tofu food makers (home industry). The tofu industry generally produces solid waste in the form of tofu dregs. This waste has not been used optimally. Tofu dregs are usually only used as animal feed. This activity will be directed at the development of stick product innovations from tofu dregs. This activity is also within the framework of the government program UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) development. According to our observations, Sikur Village has not developed optimally. BUMDES as a village-owned enterprise can play a role in this MSME program, so that these goals can be implemented properly. The role of the University of Mataram Thematic KKN Students is highly expected. The programs launched in this activity include empowerment programs consisting of, entrepreneurship socialization, packaging and product legality manufacture as well as marketing development for MSME products and tofu dregs sticks. Tofu dregs sticks were chosen because they are quite easy to manufacture and the raw materials used are cheap so they are expected to have a high selling value. The results of this program are that the people of Sikur Village are able to process tofu dregs into a product that has high economic value, namely Tofu Dregs Sticks, which is expected to be a product that can add product innovation to UMKM (Micro Small and Medium Enterprises) Sikur Village and can develop UMKM (Micro Small Enterprises) Middle School) in Sikur Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelajaran Kewirausahaan, Sikap Mandiri dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Motivasi siswa SMKN 1 Pakuan Ratu Kabupaten Way Kanan. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan skunder. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan teknik probability sampling untuk menentukan sampel penelitian dikarnakan memiliki jumlah populasi diatas 100 maka penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus Slovin yang didapatkan hasil 59,67 dibulatkan menjadi 60 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan melalui Uji Validitas, Reliabelitas, Asumsi Klasik, Hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah di lakukan menunjukan bahwa Pelajaran Kewirausahaan, Sikap Mandiri dan Lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama terhadap Motivasi Berwirausaha siswa kelas 2 SMK Negeri 1 Pakuan Ratu Kabupaten Way Kanan.Pelajaran Kewirausahaan, Sikap Mandiri dan Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh sebesar 80,7 % terhadap Motivasi Berwirausaha siswa kelas 2 SMK Negeri 1 Pakuan Ratu Kabupaten Way Kanan. Sedangkan sisanya 19,3 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti di dalam penelitian ini.
