Abstract

This study aims to look at the role of agricultural extension workers in the development of rice farming. The study was conducted in Sugihen Village, Juhar District, Karo District, North Sumatra Province. Samples were 40 members of the Sageng farmer group. The data analysis method used is a simple method of determining scores. The results and discussion show that farmer's assessment of instructors as educators is 107 and a score of 94-120, it can be concluded that the assessment of farmers to instructors as educators has a positive role. Farmer assessment of the instructor as a leader as much as 107 and a score of 94-120, it can be concluded that it can be concluded that the assessment of the farmer to the instructor has a positive role. Farmer's assessment of the counselors as advisors is 106 and a score of 94-120, it can be concluded that it can be concluded that the role of instructors as advisors has a positive role

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi peternak telur ayam ras. Tempat penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) di Distrik Merauke. Populasi sebanyak 34 peternak dan pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 13 peternak ayam ras. Analisis data digunakan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan R square sebesar 98,2% di artikan bahwa 98,2% faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi peternak telur ayam ras di Distrik Merauke dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel yang terdiri dari jumlah bibit, jumlah pakan, jumlah tenaga kerja. Secara simultan uji F sebesar 0,000. Artinya bahwa nilai signifikan kurang dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) yang berarti variabel jumlah bibit, jumlah pakan, jumlah tenaga kerja secara simultan atau bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap produksi peternak telur ayam ras. Secara parsial pada uji t, hanya jumlah bibit yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi ayam ras sedangkan jumlah pakan dan tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap produksi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the income of partner broilers in the study area. This research was conducted in Merauke District. The location selection was carried out purposively. The time of the research was conducted from May to November 2020. Sampling in this study used the census method. Respondents in this study were 13 partner broiler breeders. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results show that the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.995, indicating that broiler income (Y) can be explained by the independent variable X. Partially or the t test shows that the cost of seeds, feed costs and labor affects income, while partially the cost of medicine - medicine does not affect income.

Abstract

This study was to determine the sago processing process, the income of the sago processing business, the sago marketing channel in Tambat Village. This research will be carried out in Tambat Village, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency. The location selection was done purposively with the consideration that Tambat Village is one of the villages that is still actively producing sago. Sources of data using primary data and secondary data. The population is 30 sago processors and the sample is taken by means of a census of 30 sago processors. The data analysis method is used descriptively and the concept of costs and income to the feasibility of the business. The income earned per month is Rp. 3,650,167 with an R/C of 2.2. There are 4 marketing channels used. The first marketing channel is from processors and is directly marketed to consumers, the second marketing channel from processors is directly distributed to collectors and to consumers. The third marketing channel from the processor is distributed to small traders and to consumers. The fourth marketing from the processors is directly distributed to collectors, small traders and directly to consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the technique of guava cultivation of Deli Green Honey, the costs incurred by water guava farmers of Deli Green Honey variety, income generated by water guava farmers of Honey Deli Green variety, and the feasibility issued by water guava farmers of Honey Deli Green variety. This research was conducted in Payaroba Village, Binjai Barat District, Binjai City which was conducted purposively. The sampling method is by using the census method. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method, cost and income calculation method, and feasibility analysis method (R / C ratio. Based on the results of the study concluded 1) Guava farming stages green deli honey water starts from planting, watering, fertilizing, spraying, pruning , wrapping fruit and harvesting. 2) The average total cost of green deli honey guava farming costs Rp. 62,104,066 / year 3) The average income of green deli honey water farming is Rp. 49,503,566 / year. 4) guava farming green deli honey water in the research area is worth the effort with the R / C ratio of 1.79> 1. Abstract

Crispy oyster mushroom agroindustry is now much appreciated by the public, especially the community. Crispy oyster mushroom agroindustry is a new business, but seen from the prospect, chrispy mushroom is very wide open because although it is a new business, many consumers like it because chrispy mushroom which is a kind of fried food is healthier because it contains nutrients from organic oyster mushrooms. This study aims to see how much chrispy mushroom income and business feasibility of chrispy mushrooms. The determination of the research area was carried out purposively. The method used to determine the sample is the snowball sampling method. Data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis method is done by calculating business income with R / C ratio (Return Cost Ratio). The income was Rp 2,562,593.14 with an average income of Rp 160,162.07 per 1 time of production. R / C Ratio is obtained at 1.82, which means the business is feasible. Keywords: mushroom; oyster; crispy; income; agroindustry

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam melihat variabel apa saja yang dapat berpengaruh kepada pendapatan pengusaha telur. Penelitian dilakukan di Distrik Merauke. Responden dalam penelitian ini diambil 13 .responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Analisis digunakan regresi, uji asumsi klasik dan revenue cost ratio (R/C). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh pendapatan yaitu biaya pakan (X2) dan biaya tenaga kerja (X4). Sementara itu untuk faktor biaya bibit (X1) dan biaya obat-obatan (X3) tidak mempengaruhi pendapatan peternak telur ayam ras.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to relate technical, social, economic, financial and management factors to the prospects for developing integrated beef cattle and cashew farming in Muna Regency. This research was conducted in Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The location was determined purposively with the consideration that Muna Regency is one of the areas that has the largest cattle population and has cashew plantation land. The population in this research was 100. The data collected in this research were primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is Pearson Correlation analysis at α = 0.05. The research results showed that the technical aspect had a correlation coefficient of 0.569 with a confidence level of 99%. Economic aspect 0.504 with a confidence level of 99%. Social and financial aspects are 0.278 and 0.352 respectively with a confidence level of 95% and 99%. Management aspect 0.587 with a confidence level of 99%.

Abstract

Bakso merupakan makanan khas Indonesia yang banyak digemari Masyarakat. Bahan tambahan bakso dapat berupa daging dan ikan. Salah satu pengolahan bakso sagu yang didampingi kepada Masyarakat lokal adalah ikan gastor, karena ikan gastor merupakan ikan rawa yang banyak d temui di Kabupaten Merauke khususnya Kampung Zanegi, Kampung Tambat dan Kampung Kaliki. Dengan adanya pendampingan ini, Masyarakat yang ada di ketiga kampung tersebut dapat mengaplikasikannya untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga karena bahan-bahan yang digunakan banyak tersedia di Kampung tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the production costs and revenues of Arabica coffee farming in the research area to determine the net income and income of Arabica coffee farming families in the research area; to determine the feasibility level of Arabica coffee farming in the research area; to find out how the Arabica coffee sales system is in the research area. Determining the research area was carried out purposively. The sampling method is a simple random sampling method with a sample size of 30 farmers. The data analysis methods used are primary data and secondary data. The research results obtained several conclusions: The total cost of Arabica coffee farming in the research area for one year is IDR 24,747,244.44/Farmer or IDR 38,969,822.66/Ha. Revenue from coffee farmingamounting to IDR 102,758,553.33/Farmer or IDR 160,581,337.78/Ha; The net income of Arabica coffee farming for one year is IDR.78,011,308.89/Farmer or Rp.118,834,031.78/Ha. The income of an Arabica coffee farming family for one year is IDR 98,325,542.22/Farmer or IDR 152,317,561.41/Ha; The RCR value for coffee farming in the research area is 4.27 or RCR > 1. This shows that coffee farming is still feasible to cultivate or develop in the research area. The Arabica coffee sales system in the research area is that Arabica coffee farmers sell their harvest to regional collectors, market it to district collectors, and then sell it to provincial collectors.
