Abstract

The system is an indispensable procedure in a company engaged in the service trade, as well as in manufacturing in order to run a business activity. One of the companies that have to apply and replace the system inventory items that are traditional systems of inventory items that bermetode JIT (Just in Time) is a UD. Pusaka Bakti. This research aims to find out how much influence the cost of production, goods production, quality of goods production and employee performance against the use of methods JIT. Analytical techniques used in the form of multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the analysis of research conducted with alpha 5% shows that simultaneously between the variable costs of production, goods production, quality of goods production and employee performance affects usage of methods JIT. However, partially variable production costs and quality of goods production does not affect the use of methods JIT. While the variable production costs and employee performance positive and significant effect against the use of methods JIT.Key words: Cost of Production, Goods Production, Quality of Goods Production, Employee Performance and Method JIT

Abstract

Abstrak: Forum Komunikasi Pengembangan Makla (FKPM) menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan data STM dan pemakaman yang masih berbasis manual, sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan dan rendahnya akurasi informasi. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus FKPM dalam pengelolaan data STM dan pemakaman melalui pelatihan pembuatan file Excel menjadi file CSV, yang kemudian digunakan dalam aplikasi manajemen berbasis cloud. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan, dengan 25 peserta dari pengurus FKPM dan STM. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 96,17% dan keterampilan sebesar 92,86% dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi berbasis cloud. Implementasi teknologi ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data serta transparansi informasi kepada masyarakat, yang berkontribusi signifikan pada peningkatan kualitas layanan administrasi pemakaman.Abstract: The Forum Komunikasi Pengembangan Makla (FKPM) faced challenges in managing STM and cemetery data manually, leading to delays and inaccurate information. This service program aimed to enhance FKPM administrators' abilities in data management by training them on converting Excel files into CSV, which are then used in a cloud-based management application. The method involved socialization, training, and mentoring, with 25 participants from FKPM and STM administrators. Evaluation was conducted through pre- and post-activity questionnaires. The results showed a 96.17% increase in knowledge and a 92.86% improvement in skills in using cloud-based information technology. This implementation successfully improved data management efficiency and transparency, significantly contributing to the enhancement of cemetery administration services.

Abstract

The Forum Komunikasi Pengembangan Makla (FKPM) is a cemetery management body that faces challenges in managing data from the Serikat Tolong Menolong (STM) and cemetery information services. The main problem lies in the limitations in delivering information and the slow adoption of information technology in the administration system. To overcome this, the Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Team (PKM) of the Potensi Utama University implemented the Pemberdayaan Berbasis Masyarakat (PBM) program through a participatory approach in three stages: socialization, training (workshops), and structured mentoring. All of these stages support the implementation of cloud-based digital information technology to improve service quality and data management efficiently. The implementation method includes needs analysis through site visits and interviews, design and development of web-based applications, system usage training, application trials, and periodic monitoring and evaluation. This activity also involves students in the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) scheme through internship programs relevant to information technology courses. The results of the program showed an increase in the knowledge of FKPM administrators by 96.17% and an increase in digital data management skills of up to 92.86%. The implementation of the cloud system accelerates the previously manual administrative process to be faster, more accurate, and more efficient, as well as increasing the openness of information to the public. This program has been published through accredited national journals and electronic media, and is expected to be a pilot model for the application of digital technology in similar public services in other regions.

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh Harga, Service Quality, dan Brand Trust terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pengguna InDrive di Kota Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan lokasi penelitian meliputi lima kecamatan: Medan Marelan, Medan Kota, Medan Helvetia, Medan Timur, dan Medan Barat. Jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan rumus Lemeshow melalui teknik purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 120 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Harga (t hitung 2,806 > t tabel 1,98063; sig. 0,0006 < 0,05), Service Quality (t hitung 6,323 > t tabel 1,98063; sig. 0,000 < 0,05), dan Brand Trust (t hitung 2,239 > t tabel 1,98063; sig. 0,027 < 0,05) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Selanjutnya, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pengguna InDrive di Kota Medan. Uji koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,755 Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa harga, service quality dan brand trust memberikan pengaruh sebesar 75,5% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

The competition in the tea beverage industry in Indonesia is getting tighter along with the increasing number of brands and the variety of products offered to consumers. This condition requires every company to have the right marketing strategy in order to be able to maintain its existence while building a strong brand image in the minds of consumers. One of the most widely used approaches in modern marketing strategies is the 7P marketing mix which includes products, prices, venues, promotions, people, processes, and physical evidence. This research analyzes the benefits of implementing the 7P marketing mix strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Process, People, Physical Evidence) on the brand image of Butong Tea produced by PTPN IV Bah Butong. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population is all consumers of PTPN Nusantara Butong Tea with a sample sampling technique using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling.   The research results show that each 7P element contributes positively to improving brand image. Quality products, competitive prices, wide distribution, creative promotions, structured operational processes, skilled human resources, and an attractive physical appearance play an important role in strengthening a brand. This strategy creates a strong relationship with consumers and increases the brand's competitiveness in the market. From the data I got after I conducted interviews with approximately 30 respondents, there are still many who don't know about Butong Tea, this is because Butong tea factories market their products more overseas, such as Malaysia, Singapore and other countries.The implications of the research results provide a basis for consideration for the management of PTPN Nusantara IV and related stakeholders in developing brand-based plantation product marketing policies
