Abstract

Pada era modern ini, banyak sekali persaingan dalam berpromosi. Baik promosi pemasaran tradisional atau secara modern. Persaingan ini terjadi bukan hanya di dalam negeri saja, melainkan diseluruh dunia. Persaingan juga pasti akan dirasakan oleh seluruh pengusaha dan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu pentingnya Implementasi Bauran Pemasaran pada suatu usaha sangat diperhatikan. Studi Lapangan (Field Research) Dilakukan dengan cara melakukan observasi langsung pada objek yaitu usaha mandiri CAYA Rice Bowl. sedangkan Studi Kepustakaan (Library Research) Pengumpulan data-data yang dilakukan dengan cara mempelajari bahan tertulis seperti buku-buku penunjang penulisan, catatan-catatan maupun referensi yang berhubungan dengan kajian dengan bersifat tertulis. Dengan memberikan apa yang konsumen inginkan dapat menguntungkan usaha CAYA Rice Bowl. Untuk merangkul konsumen, CAYA Rice Bowl terus berusaha memesarkan produk semenarik mungkin dan terus memperhatikan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of the vision and mission of educational institutions on the teaching style of lecturers and students' learning motivation at the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic which is expected to be input or information and evaluation for the Jakarta LP3I Polytechnic to be taken into consideration and improvement in accordance with the policies and provisions stipulated apply and become material for discourse and study in an effort to broaden insight into issues related to the vision and mission of institutions and study programs, teaching styles of lecturers and student motivation. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all lecturers and students at the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic in the 2015/206 academic year and the sampling in this study was carried out by purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is a technique that mixes subjects in the population so that all subjects are considered equal, thus, the researcher gives equal rights to each subject to have the opportunity to be selected as a sample with certain criteria/objectives. Data collection was done through observation, interviews using a questionnaire with a data analysis tool, namely SPSS version 17.00

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the application of the Whistleblowing System (WISE) in preventing fraud at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of West Java Province based on indicators published by the National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG) in its book entitled Guidelines for Whistleblowing System (WBS). Whistleblowing System is information submitted by whistleblowers regarding actions that are thought to be, are, or have committed violations by employees. The object of this research is the Regional Office of DJPb West Java Province. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods of interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The resource persons in this research consisted of 15 (fifteen) resource persons who came from internal and external of the Regional Office of DJPb of West Java Province. This research was conducted from October 2024 to January 2025. The data analysis technique used in this research is based on the Miles and Huberman model, consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The credibility test used in this research is source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Whistleblowing System at the Regional Office of DJPb West Java Province is well implemented with 87.5% fulfilling the elements in the Whistleblowing System Guidelines - SPP (Whistleblowing System).

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi dituntut untuk bersungguh – sungguh dalam menggapai keberhasilan tujuan perusahaan. Untuk dapat mencapai segala tujuan suatu perusahaan terdapat aspek penting yang harus dijalankan, diantaranya ialah aspek komunikasi. Komunikasi dapat berjalan dengan efektif apabila memperhatikan lima aspek, diantaranya ialah aspek kejelasan, ketepatan, konteks, alur dan budaya. Aspek kejelasan: Komunikasi harus jelas dan mudah dipahami oleh penerima pesan. Penggunaan bahasa yang sederhana, kalimat yang terstruktur, dan penghindaran ambigu atau jargon yang membingungkan adalah beberapa contoh strategi untuk mencapai kejelasan komunikasi. Aspek ketepatan dalam mencapai komunikasi yang efektif harus tepat dan relevan dengan konteks yang sedang dibahas. Pesan harus disampaikan dengan akurat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, harapan, dan pengetahuan penerima pesan. Kesalahan interpretasi dan penyalahgunaan informasi dapat dihindari dengan memastikan ketepatan komunikasi. Aspek konteks pun menjadi salah satu yang penting dalam menjalankan komunikasi. Konteks merupakan lingkungan atau situasi di mana komunikasi terjadi. Pemahaman konteks yang baik memungkinkan komunikator memilih metode dan gaya komunikasi yang tepat. Konteks dapat mencakup faktor seperti budaya, latar belakang, nilai-nilai, dan norma-norma sosial yang dapat mempengaruhi cara pesan disampaikan dan diterima. Selanjutnya aspek alur dalam komunikasi yang efektif melibatkan alur yang baik antara komunikator dan penerima pesan ( komunikan). Alur yang baik berarti pesan disampaikan secara teratur, terstruktur, dan logis. Gen Z atau Generasi Z dalam bahasa sehari-hari dikenal sebagai zoomer, adalah mereka yang lahir pada tahun 1997 hingga 2012 merupakan sumber daya manusia yang perlu memahami komunikasi dalam arti hakiki tidak hanya berdimensi lisan, tetapi juga tulisan dan bahkan yang terpenting adalah body language serta digitalitasi yang menjadi kekuatan terbesar mereka. Kesemua aspek komunikasi tersebut tidak terpisahkan untuk mencapai kesuksesan karier dan dunia social di era revolusi Industri saat ini.

Abstract

Informants in this study were business owners and employees of RPU's Trading Business (UD). RPU is an abbreviation of the name UD which cannot be mentioned because the privacy of the business owner does not allow it. This study aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy on sales at the East Jakarta RPU trading business. This type of research used a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques using interviews and observations. Data analysis technique in this research is using spiral data analysis technique. The results showed that UD RPU sells products made from beef, chicken and goat. UD RPU creates new innovations by producing new products with high quality and with more attractive product variations. The price of the product on the UD RPU is still not fixed, because the owner does not provide a definite price for each product sold, the price can change according to the condition of the goods offered and the fluctuating purchase price. The location of UD RPU is indeed strategic because it is in the meat warehouse area and next to the market, but the business location needs to expand both online and open other selling points. So far, promotions have been carried out by UD RPU directly and also through online media such as the Tokopedia marketplace. Thus, it can be concluded that UD RPU sells processed beef, chicken and goat products in a quite strategic area, with innovative products of high quality but unstable prices because the owner adapts to the existing conditions.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is one of the goals of service in every MSME. Consumer satisfaction is one of the determinants of purchasing decisions for products sold by SMEs. The convenience of non-cash payments is one way to increase customer satisfaction. Non-cash payments available to SMEs on Tanjung Pakis beach still need to be improved because there are not many non-cash payment methods used. Thus, it is very necessary to conduct further research on the analysis of non-cash payments on consumer satisfaction at MSMEs at Tanjung Pakis Beach. This study aims to analyze non-cash payments on customer satisfaction. Informants in this study were MSME entrepreneurs on the coast of Tanjung Pakis, Kerawang Regency. This type of research used a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques using interviews and observations. In this research. Data analysis technique in this research is using spiral data analysis technique. The results showed that non-cash payments used for MSMEs on the coast of Tanjung Pakis were still not varied, because in general they only allowed through transfers. Consumers in general support and are very happy with the facilities provided by MSMEs to make payment transactions.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a crucial aspect in supporting productivity and work sustainability, especially in the agriculture and livestock sectors, which carry a high risk of work-related accidents and occupational diseases. This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and awareness of workers in the agriculture and livestock sectors regarding the importance of applying OSH principles in their daily activities. The activity was carried out on June 13 and 14, 2025, in the 3rd-grade classroom of Palayangan State elementary school, Warnasari Village, Pangalengan Sub-district, Bandung Regency, with a total of 25 participants consisting of vegetable farmers and livestock breeders. The methods used in this training included interactive lectures, group discussions, simulations on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of basic OSH concepts and their motivation to apply them in their respective businesses. This activity is expected to be an initial step in creating a safer and healthier work culture within the village community.
