Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh faktor-faktor mencakup manajemen rantai pasokan hijau, budaya organisasi hijau dan pemasaran hijau terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sektor konsumen non-cyclical yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2021 hingga 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purpose sampling dan metode analisisnya menggunakan regresi linier, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 22 program untuk menguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen rantai pasokan hijau budaya organisasi hijau, dan pemasaran hijau berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning method in facilitating the development of skills that are very much needed in today's era. The study was conducted quantitatively descriptively by distributing questionnaires to 151 students and alumni of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti who carried out the learning process with the PBL method. The data collected were processed using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that PBL is an active learning method that is able to facilitate the development of student skills that are very much needed to achieve success in the 21st century. The results of the ranking of skills developed through PBL show the top 10 skills, namely cooperation skills, communication skills, negotiation and conflict management skills, analytical skills, results-oriented skills, leadership skills, decision-making skills, innovation/creativity skills, critical thinking skills, and maturity skills. With these results, it can be recommended to expand the implementation of PBL in other study programs and to provide adequate training for lecturers.

Abstract

Halal, meaning "lawful and permitted," is deeply rooted in Islamic philosophy and teachings. Halal marketing refers to the strategies and approaches used to promote and sell products that comply with halal standards. This systematic review aims to examine the various marketing approaches utilized in promoting halal products. Some critics argue that the emphasis on halal products can lead to exclusion and division within societies, as it may prioritize catering to a specific religious group over others. They contend that promoting halal products exclusively may create a sense of segregation and hinder social integration. Utilizing the PRISMA method and analyzing publication from Scopus database. The study investigates diverse marketing technique used in promoting halal products. Several countries were included in this review, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Turkey, Arab Saudi, and the United Arab Emirates. The result of this review will provide insights into the marketing approaches that have been successful in promoting halal products and highlight any potential implications of these strategies on social integration. The finding suggest that halal marketing approaches vary across different countries, with a focus on building trust, emphasizing authenticity, and utilizing digital platforms. Based on the findings of this systematic review, it can be concluded that there are diverse marketing approaches used in promoting halal products. The study recommends future research explore of the impact of halal marketing on social integration and the potential for inclusive marketing strategies that can cater to a diverse consumer.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) aims to increase the income of business actors by providing motivation and knowledge to Micro and Small Enterprises regarding product competitiveness, determining the cost of goods sold, and marketing strategies in the post-Covid 19 Pandemic. The PkM method is carried out by means of counseling and training held at the Azalea Grand Depok City location. The results of monitoring and interviews show that some of the Micro and Small Enterprises participants can market their products well and have competitiveness in the market, both in conventional and online markets and can expand the marketing of their products by participating in various bazaars. The expected output targets are that business actors have been able to make products of better quality, have a wider variety of products, market them more broadly, be more creative and can increase revenue.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga kependidikan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi komputer akuntansi. Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat, kemampuan dalam mengentry dan mengolah data akuntansi menggunakan spreadsheet menjadi kebutuhan mendesak bagi tenaga kependidikan. Pelatihan ini dilakukan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti dengan dukungan dari Pusat Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Pendidikan Jakarta Barat (P4-Jakbar). Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini meliputi tiga tahapan: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penyelesaian. Tahap persiapan mencakup perencanaan materi dan seleksi peserta. Tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui diskusi dan pelatihan yang diikuti oleh tenaga kependidikan dari berbagai SMK di Jakarta Barat, bertempat di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti. Pelatihan ini mencakup demonstrasi dan praktik langsung penggunaan aplikasi komputer akuntansi. Hasil yang dicapai dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi komputer akuntansi. Peserta menjadi lebih mahir dalam mengentry dan mengolah data akuntansi, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja mereka di sekolah. Keberlanjutan program ini dijamin melalui rencana tindak lanjut yang meliputi monitoring dan evaluasi berkala, serta penyediaan dukungan teknis lanjutan bagi peserta. Program pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi program-program pelatihan serupa di masa mendatang, guna mendukung peningkatan kualitas tenaga kependidikan dalam menghadapi tantangan era industri 4.0.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) and Information Technology (IT) in supporting the sustainability of advanced economic units. The objective of this research is to characterize economic units, examine the application of AIS, explain the effectiveness of AIS and IT within these units, and investigate the role of IT specialists.  To achieve these objectives, a comprehensive analysis was conducted to understand the nature, structure, and operations of advanced economic units. This study explores how AIS is implemented and utilized in these units by examining the processes, procedures, and technologies involved in the collection, storage, processing, and reporting of both financial and non-financial data.  In addition, this research evaluates the impact and effectiveness of AIS and IT on the overall performance and sustainability of economic units, highlighting both the benefits and challenges associated with the adoption and integration of these systems.  The findings indicate that the effective implementation of AIS and IT has a positive impact on the performance of economic units, including improved decision-making capabilities, operational efficiency, and enhanced financial reporting.  This study also provides valuable insights into the application of AIS and IT in advanced economic units and underscores the importance of these systems in ensuring sustainability. The findings of this research may serve as a guide for decision-makers and practitioners in optimizing the use of AIS and IT.

Abstract

This community service activity focuses on improving technology-based financial literacy among students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Central Jakarta. The main issue identified is the low level of students’ understanding in managing personal finances and small-scale business funds, as well as the limited use of digital financial applications in entrepreneurship learning. The purpose of this program is to provide students with practical knowledge and skills to record, plan, and control their finances effectively through digital technology. The activity was carried out using a participatory approach through counseling, training, simulation, and direct mentoring using digital financial applications such as Buku Kas and Money Lover. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ performance. In addition to enhanced knowledge, students also demonstrated more disciplined and responsible financial behavior. This program proved effective in shaping financially literate, independent, and technology-adaptive student character.

Abstract

Research purposes this study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, firm size, and sales growth on firm value in Food and Beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021–2023. Method/Approach The research sample consisted of 37 companies with a total of 111 observations. Data were analyzed using panel data regression with the Random Effect Model (REM) approach, selected based on the results of the Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier tests. Research Results The results indicate that profitability (ROA) has a significant positive effect on firm value, leverage (DER) has a significant negative effect on firm value, while firm size and sales growth also have significant positive effects on firm value. Conclusion this study implies the importance for companies to manage leverage prudently and to enhance profitability, business scale, and sales growth in order to increase firm value.
