Abstract

QRIS, a mobile payment transaction system standardized by Bank Indonesia, has become the subject of extensive public discourse on Twitter. Employing VADER for sentiment analysis and LDA for topic modeling, this study aims to capture the nuanced perspectives of the Indonesian public toward QRIS. Our methodology includes real human validation for tweets that have been initially labeled by VADER. Our unique contributions lie in employing a mixed-methods approach for comprehensive sentiment and topic analysis, as well as making our dataset publicly available for future research. We achieve a sentiment labeling accuracy of 81.66%, uncovering that 67% of the sentiment towards QRIS is positive, 28.2% negative, and 4.17% neutral. Positive tweets mostly cover six dominant topics with a value of 0.488037, whereas negative sentiments are concentrated around three dominant topics with a   value of 0.383938. These findings not only affirm the generally positive public response towards QRIS but also highlight areas requiring attention for its continued success. Our study translates these insights into actionable recommendations, aiming to provide a multidimensional understanding that stakeholders can leverage for system enhancement. This study serves as a foundation for future works in sentiment analysis and public opinion mining related to financial technologies, particularly in the Indonesian context.

Abstract

The amount of data from credit card users is increasing from year to year. Credit cards are an important need for people to make payments. The increasing number of credit card users is because it is considered more effective and efficient. The third method used today has a function to determine the effective outcome of credit card user scenarios. In this study, a comparison was made using the Hierarchical Clustering, K-Means and DBSCAN methods to determine the results of credit card customer segmentation analysis to be used as a market strategy. The results obtained based on the best silhouette coefficient score method is two cluster hierarchical clustering with 0.82322 score. Based on the best mean value customers are divided into two segments, and it is suggested to develop strategies for both segments.

Abstract

A queue is a group of people or goods in a line waiting to be served. It can occur when the number of visitors is greater than the number of serving resources. One of these queuing phenomena can be found at one of the fast food outlets, namely Gacoan Merr Surabaya. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that affect queues and propose a more efficient strategy to solve queuing problems at Gacoan Merr Surabaya. The simulation model used is a discrete-event simulation model. The method in this study has stages that include problem analysis, literature study, observation, system modeling, and proposed solutions. The variables used in the research object include the time interval of arrival, the number of customers, the total number of servers in the ordering service process, and the total number of servers in the food manufacturing process, for a total of eight people. From the results of system modeling, it is found that the use of eight servers in the product processing phase can still be said to be less effective where the food distribution time also takes longer. Therefore, changes are needed in the product or food manufacturing phase by adding the number of servers used to process orders. The increase in the number of servers shows a decrease in the number of order queues in the product processing phase, and the food distribution time becomes faster.

Abstract

Harga pasar saham menjadi salah satu masalah yang signifikan di pasar finansial karena naik turunnya harga setiap hari. Beberapa faktor seperti lokal dan iklim ekonomi global, kondisi politik, dan aktivitas pasar menjadi dampak yang dapat mempengaruhi harga pasar saham. Menyebabkan pergerakan saham menjadi tidak menentu dan sulit untuk ditebak. Sehingga para investor harus lebih hati-hati dalam membeli saham atau mempertahankan saham yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, untuk membantu para investor membuat keputusan yang optimal, dibutuhkan suatu langkah yang tepat seperti memprediksi perilaku harga pasar saham. Penelitian ini memprediksi harga penutupan saham pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia sehingga penelitian ini melakukan prediksi secara univariat. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan model serta melakukan prediksi harga saham di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Menggunakan metode SVM yang diuji melalui skenario dalam penginputan window_size dan fungsi kernel. Parameter yang digunakan untuk pemodelan adalah parameter C sebesar 100 untuk semua kernel, parameter degree sebesar 1 untuk kernel polynomial, dan gamma sebesar 0.0001 untuk kernel RBF. Sehingga didapatkan pemodelan fungsi kernel yang paling optimal yaitu kernel polynomial pada ukuran window_size sebesar 3, dengan RMSE sebesar 67.546 dan MAPE sebesar 0.01. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa performa kernel polynomial memiliki kekuatan akurasi yang tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract: Software quality analysis is essential to ensure applications are reliable, efficient, and meet user needs. The FURPS+ model (Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance, Supportability, plus) provides a comprehensive framework for evaluating software quality. This study analyzes the implementation of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) in the SKEK UINSA application, a Learning Management System (LMS) designed to record extracurricular activities of UINSA students. With 100 respondents (lecturers, students, and alumni), the research employs a quantitative approach to examine both functional and non-functional aspects. The results show that functionality and usability aspects scored an average of 71%, reliability 66%, performance 61%, supportability 79%, and additional factors (plus) 64%. Overall, the SKEK UINSA application demonstrates good quality in terms of functionality, ease of use, performance, and flexibility. Keywords: FURPS+; Reliability; SKEK; Validity; Quantitative Method  Abstrak: Analisis kualitas perangkat lunak penting untuk memastikan aplikasi andal, efisien, dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Model FURPS+ (Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance, Supportability, plus) menawarkan kerangka komprehensif untuk evaluasi kualitas perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Software Quality Assurance (SQA) pada aplikasi SKEK UINSA, aplikasi semacam LMS (Learning Management System) untuk mencatat kegiatan ekstrakurikuler mahasiswa UINSA. Dengan 100 responden (dosen, mahasiswa, dan alumni), penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengkaji aspek fungsional dan non-fungsional. Hasilnya, aspek functionality dan usability memiliki persentase rata-rata 71%, reliability 66%, performance 61%, supportability 79%, dan faktor tambahan (plus) 64%. Abstract

Kawasan Selingkar Wilis memiliki banyak objek wisata yang menarik, termasuk wisata alam, sejarah, dan budaya. Namun informasi mengenai wisata ini belum tersedia dengan lengkap dan mudah diakses oleh wisatawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan chatbot yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai objek wisata di sekitar Selingkar Wilis. Objek penelitian meliputi kawasan wisata yang tersebar di beberapa kabupaten, seperti Kediri, Nganjuk, Tulungagung, Trenggalek, Madiun, dan Ponorogo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall , yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pengguna dan pemangku kepentingan , kemudian dirancang dalam bentuk diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML), termasuk diagram use case, diagram aktivitas, dan diagram kelas. Implementasi chatbot menggunakan rule-based dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework Django untuk backend dan MySQL sebagai database , serta Natural Language Processing (NLP) untuk memahami dan menanggapi input pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa chatbot mampu memberikan informasi objek wisata dengan kategori wisata alam, budaya, dan sejarah. Namun, chatbot masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam memahami input yang tidak terkait dengan "wisata". Persentase keberhasilan pengujian mencapai 72%, dengan beberapa skenario yang memerlukan perbaikan lebih lanjut, seperti menangani kesalahan penulisan dan input ambigu. Dengan demikian, chatbot ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman wisata pengguna dan mendukung perkembangan pariwisata di kawasan Selingkar Wilis. Pengembangan lebih lanjut disarankan, termasuk fitur multi bahasa dan penggunaan gambar sebagai respons untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dalam memberikan informasi.

Abstract

The national strategic area Gerbang Kertosusila East Java should be aware of floods. One of the existing efforts is to place flood sensors at several flood-prone points. However, that way is constrained by the need for more equipment to handle the many needy areas. So it is necessary to develop technology for the dissemination of flood information. Dissemination of flood information was quickly obtained from social media Twitter. One way is to use Twitter's text data source for a Named Entity Recognition model to help detect flood events and their locations. The Named Entity Recognition (NER) model was constructed using the Conditional Random Fields (CRFs) method to achieve research objectives. This research adds slang word handling at the preprocessing stage to improve model performance and the use of the BIO format in the labeling process and POS Tagging in the Feature Extraction process. Evaluation results with five Kfolds, 80% training data, and 20% test data show that the NER CRFs model performs excellently with a Precision of 0.981, Recall of 0.926, and f-measure of 0.950 so that these results can help the community and government regarding the information on the distribution of floods.

Abstract

Putra Delta is a company located in Sidoarjo, East Java. Putra Delta's products are school attributes and uniforms that are marketed online, one of which is through e-commerce. The results of this study through several instruments, namely observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the interview from the owner of Putra Delta are that there are still many production defects in Putra Delta, which have an impact on service quality and affect the level of customer satisfaction with the Company. This study aims to analyse the application of the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Six Sigma methods in improving service quality at Putra Delta, a company engaged in school attributes and uniforms. In the context of growing e-commerce, companies are faced with a huge challenge to improve product and service quality to meet customer expectations. The defect frequency data obtained for 12 months shows that the production defect rate is still high, with a significant Defects Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) value. Through the FMEA method, various failure modes that could potentially occur in the production process were identified, as well as prioritising corrective actions based on the Risk Priority Number (RPN). The results of the analysis showed that the combined application of FMEA and Six Sigma not only successfully reduced product defects, but also improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The findings emphasise the importance of an integrated quality control strategy in maintaining a company's reputation in a competitive market.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu pendorong utama pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, dengan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap lapangan kerja dan ekonomi kreatif. Provinsi Jawa Timur, khususnya Kabupaten Kediri, memiliki potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata yang berdaya saing. Upaya transformasi digital dalam sektor pariwisata, termasuk pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi dan analisis data, menjadi langkah penting untuk meningkatkan daya tarik wisata. Salah satu solusi efektif dalam memberikan informasi wisata adalah melalui penerapan chatbot. Metodologi kuantitatif deskriptif diterapkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan rule-based pattern matching untuk pengembangan chatbot, serta pengujian keberhasilan mencapai persentase 83,33%, yang mengindikasikan sebagian besar fungsionalitas aplikasi berjalan dengan baik. Namun, masih terdapat area yang memerlukan perbaikan. Untuk meningkatkan performa, perlu diperluas cakupan data latih yang mencakup berbagai jenis percakapan, serta pengintegrasian kecerdasan buatan (AI) guna memperkaya pengetahuan chatbot. Evaluasi dan penyesuaian model chatbot secara berkala juga penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan responsivitasnya dalam memberikan informasi yang akurat kepada pengunjung wisata di Kediri.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas analisis risiko pada pelayanan percetakan pass bandara dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja ISO 31000. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi risiko yang mungkin terjadi, menilai dampaknya, serta merekomendasikan tindakan mitigasi yang diperlukan. Risiko yang diidentifikasi mencakup keterlambatan penerbitan pass, kegagalan sistem teknologi informasi, dan kesalahan dalam penanganan data. Dengan penerapan ISO 31000, sistem manajemen risiko dapat lebih terstruktur, membantu meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beberapa risiko berada pada level tinggi hingga rendah, yang memerlukan tindakan segera untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif terhadap pelayanan.
