Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Word of Mouth and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Case Study of JNE Customers, Tebing Tinggi Main Branch). This research used a sample of 96 respondents, namely JNE Tebing Tinggi Main Branch customers. This research uses quantitative research with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of hypothesis testing using Hypothesis Testing (t Test) and Indirect Effect (Indirect Influence) to test the Intervening variable, researchers use Path Coefficients to test the hypothesis directly by producing the conclusion that hypothesis 1 is accepted, which means word of mouth has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. hypothesis 2 is accepted, which means that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, hypothesis 3 is accepted, which means that word of mouth has a significant effect on customer loyalty, hypothesis 4 is accepted, which means that service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, hypothesis 5 is rejected, which means that consumer satisfaction has no significant effect. on customer loyalty, then the Indirect Effect test where hypothesis 6 is rejected, which means that consumer satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between word of mouth and customer loyalty, hypothesis 7 is rejected, which means that consumer satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) merupakan perkumpulan masyarakat yang berkarya dan melakukan kegiatan wirausaha yang sangat erat kaitannya dengan bidang ekonomi. Melalui UMKM, masyarakat semakin mudah berkolaborasi antara masyarakat satu dan lainnya. Peluang Usaha UMKM di Desa Pelanggiran Laut Tador memiliki banyak potensi untuk memperoleh tingkat keuntungan yang cukup tinggi. Namun, disayangkan kebanyakan masyarakat di sana masih belum mengetahui potensi akan desa tersebut. Maka dari itu, sudah saatnya masyarakat mulai menggali potensi-potensi usaha yang sudah ada. Terlebih, saat ini perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat dimana akan semakin mempermudah menjalankan suatu usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ditujukan agar peningkatan ekonomi lokal masyarakat adalah memberikan pendampingan pemberdayaan ilmu dan teknologi tentang manjemen usaha UMKM yang terdiri dari aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan usaha, serta strategi distribusi pemasaran yang terdiri dari aspek pengelolaan kemasan dan pemasaran secara online, serta peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya pelaku UMKM yang terdiri dari aspek pelatihan tentang pembuatan produk berdasarkan potensi desa.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing intention for cash waqf participation among urban Muslims. Drawing from the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and incorporates the factor of knowledge of Islamic ownership, it collected data from 449 respondents from two cities in West Sumatra, Padang and Bukittinggi and analyzed. through Smart PLS 4.0. The results disclose that three TPB variables—attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control—and knowledge of Islamic ownership exert a positive and statistically significant influence on the intention to cash waqf among urban Muslims. It underscores the importance of recognizing knowledge of Islamic ownership as a determinant variable in the intention to engage in cash waqf. Cash waqf management institutions should prioritize cultivating a positive image, ensuring convenience, and offering tangible benefits to cash waqf contributors. Moreover, the active involvement of religious and social leaders is essential for optimizing the collection of cash waqf funds. Abstrak. Studi ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat berpartisipasi wakaf tunai di kalangan Muslim perkotaan. Berangkat dari Teori Perilaku Terencana (TPB) dan memasukkan faktor pengetahuan kepemilikan Islam, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari 449 responden dari dua kota di Sumatera Barat, Padang dan Bukittinggi dan dianalisis. melalui Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga variabel TPB—sikap, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan—dan pengetahuan tentang kepemilikan Islam memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap niat wakaf uang di kalangan umat Islam perkotaan. Hal ini menggarisbawahi pentingnyamerekognisii pengetahuan tentang kepemilikan Islam sebagai variabel penentu niat untuk berwakaf uang. Lembaga pengelola wakaf tunai harus mengedepankan penanaman citra positif, kenyamanan, dan manfaat nyata bagi para pendonor wakaf tunai. Selain itu, keterlibatan aktif tokoh agama dan tokoh masyarakat juga penting untuk mengoptimalkan penghimpunan dana wakaf tunai.

Abstract

The integration of smart contracts in Islamic finance represents a significant shift toward digital transformation, offering enhanced efficiency, transparency, and automation in financial transactions. This study aims to explore the potential and challenges of smart contract applications in Sharia-compliant finance, particularly in sectors such as Islamic banking, sukuk issuance, zakat management, and crowdfunding. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research analyzes academic publications and industry reports from 2014 to 2024 to assess the compatibility of smart contracts with Sharia principles. The findings reveal that while blockchain technology can improve transactional integrity and reduce costs, the compliance of cryptocurrencies with Islamic law remains a contentious issue, especially concerning gharar (uncertainty) and speculation. Furthermore, the absence of uniform global regulations and the risk of security vulnerabilities in smart contracts pose significant challenges. To facilitate adoption, this study recommends the development of standardized smart contract frameworks, the harmonization of regulatory policies, and the implementation of Sharia-compliant auditing mechanisms. The research concludes that, with appropriate legal frameworks and security measures, smart contracts have the potential to revolutionize Islamic finance and foster broader financial inclusion in the Muslim world.
