Abstract

Stunting is a serious health problem in Indonesia, especially in rural areas with limited access to health services. Wonoayu Village, Sidoarjo, is one of the areas that still faces challenges in early detection of stunting in children under five. To overcome this problem, the Partner Village Development Program (PPDM) was implemented with the aim of utilizing telemedicine technology through the Pelita application. This application is designed to help Posyandu cadres detect the risk of stunting quickly and accurately, as well as provide more effective health monitoring services. The main contributions of this program include developing the Pelita application, outreach to the community and health workers, providing tablet assistance to support application operations, as well as implementing the application in Posyandu activities. The results of this program show an increase in the capacity of Posyandu cadres in monitoring children's health, easy access to accurate health data, and faster and more efficient early detection of stunting. In conclusion, the implementation of the telemedicine system through the Pelita application has had a positive impact in overcoming the stunting problem in Wonoayu Village. This application facilitates structured monitoring of children's health, enabling early intervention for children at risk of stunting. The implication of this program is the need for continuous maintenance and development so that the application can continue to be used optimally and become a model for other regions in efforts to reduce stunting rates in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study comprehensively examines the concept of Inkar Sunnah, a movement that rejects the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as a legitimate source of Islamic law after the Qur'an. The research aims to explore the definition, historical emergence, forms of thought, and arguments promoted by Inkar Sunnah groups in both classical and modern contexts, including the development of the movement in Indonesia. Using a qualitative method with a library research approach, the study analyzes classical and contemporary literature. The findings reveal that the arguments presented by Inkar Sunnah proponents, whether textual or rational, are weak both methodologically and theologically. This ideology poses a serious threat to the authority of Sunnah in Islamic practice. Therefore, strengthening Islamic literacy and systematic hadith education is essential to counter the spread of this movement within society.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based project management information system for monitoring internships at PT Menara Indonesia. The background of the study is the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, which enhances students' competencies in the workforce, as well as the challenges of manual internship monitoring, such as the risk of losing project records, limited storage, and inefficiency in communication and project coordination. The system is developed using the Agile Scrum method, following 5 sprints that include Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. The features developed include login, project and task management, messaging system, team member management, and basic report and event features. The Scrum implementation improves operational efficiency and data transparency. The result is a web-based project management information system that overcomes manual monitoring issues, increases efficiency, and facilitates better coordination among teams at PT Menara Indonesia, providing faster and more transparent information access.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational justice on innovative work behavior, with work engagement as an intervening variable. The background of this research is based on the increasing demand for innovation in organizations, which requires leadership that inspires change and a fair organizational climate that fosters employee engagement and proactive behavior. The approach used is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on work engagement; (2) organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on work engagement; (3) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior; (4) organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior; (5) work engagement has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior; (6) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior through work engagement; (7) organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior through work engagement. These findings highlight the essential role of transformational leadership and organizational justice in fostering employee engagement, which in turn enhances innovative work behavior within the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the development of Regionally- Owned Enterprises (BUMDER) at the Umbul Brintik tourist attraction along with supporting and inhibiting factors in community empowerment in Malangjiwan Village. The theory used is Duncan's effectiveness theory in Steers (1985). The research method uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the study indicate that the development of Regionally-Owned Enterprises (BUMDER) at the Umbul Brintik tourist attraction in community empowerment in Malangjiwan Village on the indicator of achieving goals is considered effective, seen during the period 2017-2025, concrete target targets can be achieved which have a positive impact on the receipt of Regional Original Income and economic benefits for Malangjiwan villagers. The integration indicator is considered effective because socialization has been carried out through Village Deliberations every three months and Village Discussions once a year. The adaptation indicator is considered quite effective because the development of Umbul Brintik as a therapeutic tour can hold an educational scholarship program for Malangjiwan villagers. However, it is necessary to improve the digital capabilities of the Promotion Team and develop a technology-based system that is integrated with the digital cashier system. Supporting factors include the existence of concrete targets that have been achieved to contribute to financing village development and economic benefits for villagers and MSME actors in Malangjiwan Village, while inhibiting factors include the lack of digital training for the Promotion Team and a digital system that has not been integrated in developing the Umbul Brintik tourist attraction. The development of the Umbul Birntik tourist attraction will be highly effective if it is strengthened by the public accountability needed to assess the accountability and openness of information from the Malangjiwan Village Government and BUMDER Sumber Makmur to villagers by involving relevant stakeholders in Malangjiwan Village.

Abstract

Monitoring ECG signals using a Holter device is a common method for diagnosing heart conditions over the long term. However, one of the main challenges in using this device is motion artifacts caused by patient movement during monitoring. These artifacts often affect the quality of the ECG signal recordings, reduce the accuracy of heart condition detection, and hinder the diagnostic process. Therefore, this study focuses on implementing a Butterworth digital filter to reduce motion artifacts, with the hope of improving data recording accuracy and supporting more accurate diagnostic decisions. Based on Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis, the Butterworth digital filter with varying filter orders shows different levels of effectiveness in suppressing noise frequencies. A second-order filter can reduce noise effectively but is not fully optimal. With a fourth-order filter, noise reduction appears almost perfect, while a sixth-order filter can completely suppress noise frequencies. However, in terms of Normal Sinus Rhythm (NSR) signal analysis, the fourth-order filter shows the most consistent and high-quality results. The trials conducted indicate that the reduction of motion artifacts in Holter ECG recordings significantly improves data accuracy. This finding shows that the signal recording quality is already effective in reducing unwanted frequency noise. However, for PQRS peak noise when the patient is walking, noise reduction is not yet completely perfect, making this an area for further improvement in future research. The use of a Butterworth digital filter has proven effective in suppressing noise, especially with a fourth-order filter, which has the highest quality for NSR signal detection. The results of this study are expected to enhance patient monitoring through Holter ECG and improve the early detection of heart condition changes. With the support of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, data from the device can be transmitted directly to healthcare providers, enabling faster and more timely medical responses.
