Abstract

This study aims to explore Qur’anic verses related to ecological principles through the approach of tafsir maqāsidī in order to formulate a contextual Qur’anic environmental ethic. Using a qualitative library research method, this study analyzes verses on the environment through thematic identification techniques and categorization based on the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah such as ḥifẓ al-nafs, ḥifẓ al-bī’ah, and ḥifẓ al-nasl. The focus of the study is directed at the prohibition of environmental destruction (fasād) and its correlation with global ecological crises such as climate change and deforestation. The results indicate that tafsir maqāsidī is capable of providing a relevant and applicable interpretation of ecological verses and supports the integration of Qur’anic values with modern sustainability principles, particularly in the context of Islamic education and pesantren.

Abstract

Optimal quality of health services depends on the accuracy of medical devices. In an effort to improve quality standards, Dr. General Hospital Iskak Tulungagung implements a program to assist health workers in understanding and applying the results of medical device calibration. This research aims to increase health workers' knowledge about calibration, strengthen patient confidence, and improve the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment. This research contributes to improving the competency of health workers and increasing patient satisfaction through assistance in implementing calibration results. This contribution is important in building public trust in health services. The mentoring program involves regular counseling, practical workshops, skills training, as well as individual mentoring by a team of calibration experts. A feedback system is also implemented for continuous evaluation and improvement. This research shows a significant increase in health workers' understanding of medical device calibration. Patients report higher levels of satisfaction with services provided by healthcare professionals who use calibrated devices. This mentoring program was successful in increasing health workers' understanding of calibration, building patient trust, and increasing the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment. This success indicates the importance of assistance in the context of implementing calibration results in hospitals. The results of this research have positive implications for improving health service quality standards. These implications extend to the health education sector and clinical practice, strengthening evidence-based practice and increasing public trust in the health system. Thus, the mentoring program becomes a viable model for improving the quality of health services in hospitals and other health institutions

Abstract

Musi Rawas is one of the major rubber plantations (Hevea brasiliensis) in South Sumatra. However, prolonged fluctuations and the decline in natural rubber prices have contributed to reduced household income among rubber farmers, affecting their economic stability. This situation highlights the need to enhance the added value of natural rubber products as a strategy to improve farmer welfare and support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) 1, which aims to alleviate poverty. One promising approach is the utilization of natural rubber latex for foam production through formulation optimization, particularly by adjusting the concentration of zinc-mercaptobenzothiazole (ZMBT), a secondary accelerator known to influence physical properties. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of ZMBT concentrations on the physical properties of natural rubber latex foam. The research was conducted from February to June 2025 at the Integrated Laboratory, Institut Teknologi Muhammadiyah Sumatera, utilizing natural rubber latex sourced from local farmers in Musi Rawas. Three ZMBT concentrations were tested, namely 0.5 phr (A), 1.0 phr (B), and 2.0 phr (C), while all other formulation ingredients were kept constant. The physical properties evaluated included Compression Set (ASTM D395-16e1), Hardness Shore A, Tensile Strength, and Elongation at Break (ASTM D412-16). Based on the results of the research and analysis conducted, it can be concluded that the optimal concentration of ZMBT is at 1 phr, exhibiting physical characteristics including a Compression Set of 86.29%, a Hardness Shore A of 60.05 E.S., a Tensile Strength of 0.1 MPa, and an Elongation at Break of 370%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupa penelitian korelasi untuk mengetahui hubungan pemahaman operasi bilangan bulat dan bentuk aljabar terhadap pemahaman persamaan linear satu variabel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian korelasi dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ialah semua siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Palembang tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik probability sampling jenis simple random sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel siswa kelas VIII.3 dan VIII.6 SMP Negeri 16 Palembang. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat bahwa (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman operasi bilangan bulat terhadap pemahaman persamaan linear satu variabel di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Palembang, (2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman bentuk aljabar terhadap pemahaman persamaan linear satu variabel di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Palembang, (3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman operasi bilangan bulat dan bentuk aljabar terhadap pemahaman persamaan linear satu variabel di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Palembang.

Abstract

This study examines the eschatological dimension of Surah al-Mulk in Tafsir al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab, focusing on the concept of grave punishment as an integral part of Islamic teachings about life after death. The research employs a qualitative method with a thematic (maudhu‘i) tafsir approach, analyzing verses of Surah al-Mulk related to the themes of life, death, and divine retribution for disbelievers. The findings reveal that Surah al-Mulk emphasizes life and death as tests of faith (verse 2), describes the torment prepared for those who deny the truth (verses 6–9), and highlights the importance of intellect and hearing as means of spiritual salvation (verse 10). According to Quraish Shihab, these verses serve as moral and spiritual reminders of the consequences of human deeds in the barzakh realm. Theologically, Surah al-Mulk affirms Allah’s justice and mercy, while educationally it encourages humans to live reflectively, faithfully, and responsibly in preparation for both worldly and eternal life

Abstract

This study comprehensively examines the concept of Inkar Sunnah, a movement that rejects the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as a legitimate source of Islamic law after the Qur'an. The research aims to explore the definition, historical emergence, forms of thought, and arguments promoted by Inkar Sunnah groups in both classical and modern contexts, including the development of the movement in Indonesia. Using a qualitative method with a library research approach, the study analyzes classical and contemporary literature. The findings reveal that the arguments presented by Inkar Sunnah proponents, whether textual or rational, are weak both methodologically and theologically. This ideology poses a serious threat to the authority of Sunnah in Islamic practice. Therefore, strengthening Islamic literacy and systematic hadith education is essential to counter the spread of this movement within society.

Abstract

Football is one of the world’s most widely followed sports, making it an appealing subject for predictive analytics using modern data technologies. This study aims to build a predictive model for international football match outcomes by applying the CRISP-DM methodology as the analytical framework. The dataset used is international_matches.csv covering the period 1993–2022, which underwent a series of preprocessing steps including data cleaning, feature engineering, encoding, imputation, and scaling. Several machine learning algorithms were evaluated, namely Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and HistGradientBoostingClassifier (HistGBM). The best model was obtained using the optimized HistGBM, which demonstrated superior capability in identifying home-team victories, achieving a Recall of 78%. This high sensitivity indicates that comparative features—such as rank difference and squad strength disparity across goalkeeper, defense, midfield, and attack attributes—play a crucial role in predicting dominant match outcomes. The trained model was subsequently deployed into an interactive Streamlit-based web application that enables users to input match-related information and obtain real-time predictions. Overall, this study shows that machine learning methods can be effectively utilized to support data-driven analysis of international football match outcomes.

Abstract

The jewelry repair sector continues to develop alongside increasing consumer demand for maintenance, resizing, and restoration services. However, many small and medium jewelry repair businesses still rely on manual administrative processes, resulting in inaccurate repair records, limited visibility of repair status, and delays in service completion. This study focuses on the implementation of an Odoo-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system by utilizing the Repair module as the core component to manage jewelry repair processes in a structured and integrated manner. The implementation is supported by related modules such as Inventory and Accounting to ensure material tracking and financial recording during the repair lifecycle. The Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodology is applied, covering Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, and Final Preparation stages. The results demonstrate improvements in repair process efficiency, data accuracy, transparency of repair status, and real-time . This study concludes that the Odoo Repair module provides an effective solution for managing jewelry repair operations and recommends future research on automation of repair scheduling and customer notification systems.
