Abstract

The development of Islamic boarding schools is inevitable. Facts show that Islamic boarding schools have developed over time. The development referred to in this context is the development of the institutions within them. From what was initially only a kiai and a mosque, it continued to develop until there was a higher education institution. Throughout the history of the development of Islamic boarding schools, only two serious works have been found that map Islamic boarding schools into several types. The two figures are Zamakhsyari Dhofier and Manfred Ziemek. They have different opinions about the typology of Islamic boarding schools. The first mentions four typologies, while the second mentions five typologies of Islamic boarding schools. Ziemek seems to be dissatisfied with the typology of Islamic boarding schools proposed by Dhofier, so he developed it into five. This article was written in order to further develop the typology of Islamic boarding schools that they did. The development of this Islamic boarding school typology was carried out through a literature study by conducting a manuscript analysis, namely a comparison between one literature and another literature to support and reject the arguments built by the two figures. Through this literature analysis, it can be concluded that the typology of Islamic boarding schools can be developed into six types, namely types A-D remain, while the school and college indicators in Ziemek's type E version are separated, namely the college indicator is removed from type E and lowered to type F.

Abstract

In order to strengthen the economy of the community in Sumberejo Village and overcome the limited stock to supply catfish, it is necessary to form a community business, namely a catfish cultivator group. There were twelve potential community members were gathered to be taught and assisted in the process of establishing and managing a catfish cultivation business. The members of the community were taught technically how to cultivate catfish right through to the marketing process, then facilitated the formation of farmer groups together with the Situbondo district fisheries instructor and the Sumberejo Village Head until the "Santri Aquaculture Ibrahimy" farmer group was formed. Assistance is provided starting from the process of building a pond, preparing the pond, keeping fish and harvesting, to the marketing process. The results of economic benefits began to be seen in the first harvest cycle, there was a profit of IDR 2,400,000, with capital issued of IDR 7,000,000,-. With the existence of the Santri Aquaculture Ibrahimy farmer group, it can be achieved at least to overcome the shortage of daily consumptive stock of catfish and to strengthen the village economy by opening up employment opportunities for the people of Sumberejo Village.

Abstract

Fenomena sewa-menyewa merupakan representasi dari akad ijarah. Termasuk menyewa jasa seseorang untuk menjadi buruh dalam bertani cabai. Oleh karena itu perlunya penentuan hukum tentang hal tersebut supaya buruh tani tidak lagi ragu memikirkan upah atau ujrah yang ia terima, apakah upah yang termasuk dilarang atau diperbolehkan. Sehingga tak perlu memikirkan sehingga sampai mengganggu dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (fieldresearch) yaitu penelitian berdasarkan pengambilan data-data dari obyek penelitian yang sebenarnya, dengan bentuk penelitian hukum normatif-empiris yaitu dengan penggabungan antara hukum normatif dengan adanya unsur empiris. Pendekatan yang digunakan peneliti adalah kualitatif. Untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan. peneliti menggunakan sumber data primer dan sumber data skunder. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan, pertama, bahwa penetapan upah buruh tani cabai dilakukan secara unformal dan tidak tertulis, penetapan upah didasari atas tradisi dan kebiasaan. Adapun syarat dan rukunnya diketahui bahwa sistem penetapan upah buruh tani cabai telah sesuai dengan ketentuan akad Ijarah Ala Al-‘Amal, akan tetapi dari segi keadilan, pemberian upah ini masih kurang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IX di MTs Babul Ulum Kubu Raya melalui penerapan metode demonstrasi dalam mata pelajaran Fiqih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kolaboratif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan tes. Penerapan metode demonstrasi dilakukan dalam enam tahapan: persiapan pembelajaran, penyajian materi, pemeriksaan hasil, pengerjaan tugas individu, dan pemeriksaan hasil tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa. Nilai kognitif rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 65 (sebelum penerapan metode) menjadi 77,5 pada siklus I dan 95 pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini membuktikan efektivitas metode demonstrasi dalam memperbaiki hasil belajar siswa di MTs Babul Ulum Kubu Raya.

Abstract

Pendidikan memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk kepribadian manusia yang sempurna, melalui pendidikan formal, informal, dan nonformal. Berdasarkan UU RI No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang SISDIKNAS, pendidikan formal mencakup pendidikan dasar, menengah, dan tinggi, pendidikan informal melibatkan keluarga dan lingkungan, sedangkan pendidikan nonformal adalah jalur di luar pendidikan formal yang terstruktur. Guru, sebagai administrator pendidikan formal, bertanggung jawab menyelenggarakan program pendidikan secara efektif, termasuk menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya strategi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan adaptif terhadap kemampuan siswa, guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional sesuai Undang-Undang 1945. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengungkap gejala secara holistik dan kontekstual, dengan peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci. Proses belajar mengajar merupakan inti dari pendidikan, di mana guru dan siswa berinteraksi dalam situasi edukatif untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Belajar didefinisikan sebagai perubahan dalam kepribadian melalui pola baru kecakapan, sikap, dan kebiasaan, sementara mengajar adalah upaya memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada siswa, yang harus diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru di SMP Negeri 1 Lenteng Sumenep, yang meliputi pendekatan belajar mengajar, metode mengajar, media pembelajaran, variasi mengajar, dan pengelolaan kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan telah sesuai dengan konsep pendidikan, sehingga siswa dapat belajar secara aktif dan memahami materi pelajaran dengan baik. Dengan demikian, tujuan pembelajaran yang mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik dapat tercapai dengan maksimal.

Abstract

This paper examines Imam Al-Ghazali's educational thought and its relevance in the modern world of education. As a great scholar in the Islamic tradition, Al-Ghazali emphasized that education is not only for the transfer of knowledge, but also for the formation of individual character and spirituality. Through a library research approach, this study explores Al-Ghazali's ideas on moral and moral education, and assesses whether his views are still relevant to address contemporary educational challenges. Al-Ghazali proposed active, reflective and spiritual values-oriented learning methods, which can be adapted to strengthen moral and ethical education in the modern era. This research aims to bridge traditional thought and today's educational needs, while identifying the positive contributions that Al-Ghazali's thought can make to the modern education system.

Abstract

Clinical supervision is a professional support process provided to teachers to address instructional challenges through systematic steps involving lesson planning, observation of teaching behavior, and subsequent analysis and follow-up. This study employed a School Action Research method, collecting data through observation, field notes, and documentation. The research examined the principal’s efforts to improve teacher performance through clinical supervision. Findings revealed a steady and significant improvement in teacher performance, with scores increasing from 58.2% prior to intervention to 70.1% after the first cycle, and further rising to 83.7% after the second cycle. These results demonstrate that clinical supervision not only enhances teacher competence but also contributes to improved student learning outcomes. The observed improvements stemmed from more thorough lesson planning, effective classroom delivery, and better utilization of learning resources. This study reaffirms clinical supervision as an effective professional development strategy, capable of fostering continuous improvement in teaching quality and creating optimal learning conditions for students.
