Abstract

Ramayana Photography merupakan UMKM berbasis industri kreatif yang bergerak di bidang fotografi yang berfokus pada pelayanan jasa studio foto dan cetak foto. Saat ini Ramayana Photography masih dalam proses berkembang dan menghadapi masalah berupa penurunan pendapatan dikarenakan SDM, manajemen waktu, kualitas produk, aktivitas pemasaran yang terbatas dan promosi yang dilakukan pada konten instagram kurang menarik, serta kurangnya kerjasama dengan vendor-vendor. Untuk mencoba menyelesaikan persoalan ini adalah dengan mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki model bisnis dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas. Data yang diperlukan untuk analisis Business Model Canvas dan customer profile didapatkan dari hasil wawancara kepada pemilik Ramayana Photography dan konsumen, serta hasil analisis lingkungan bisnis yang diperoleh melalui studi literatur. Dari data tersebut dilakukan analisis SWOT yang hasilnya digunakan untuk merancang strategi, yang selanjutnya digunakan dalam merancang model bisnis usulan. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan terdapat penambahan usulan pada blok customer segment yaitu menambah segment pelanggan bisnis dari UMKM dalam bidang produk sehingga tedapat penambahan pada blok value proposition yaitu foto produk untuk penambahan lainnya dari value proposition yaitu sistem booking yang otomatis, konsep self photo, respon dengan cepat dan ramah, coverage/exposure result of participant on social media. Abstract

This Indibiz is a digital service aimed at micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This service provides consistent and high-quality internet connectivity to support various MSME businesses. Indibiz is designed to offer affordable internet, helping to reduce operational costs and boost MSME productivity in the digital era. However, over the past year, Indibiz has not met its sales targets. The main cause is that Indibiz has yet to fully meet the desired customer profile. To address this, the author designed a Value Proposition Canvas by collecting data on Indibiz's services, customer profiles, and competitor products through observation, literature review, and interviews with 10 MSMEs. These data were used to create a customer profile and value map for Indibiz's products. A strategy canvas analysis and ERRC framework were applied to develop a new Value Proposition Canvas. The proposed solution includes adding an all-in-one MSME digitalization package, bundling digital marketing services, and offering a sales guarantee for each digitalization service purchase.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in Business Training & Consulting located in the city of Bandung. PT. XYZ was established in 2012. Currently, the company cannot achieve its annual revenue target. This is due to problems in terms of marketing such as the absence of employer partners and limited marketing activities, limited employees, to increasingly fierce business competition in similar fields. Solutions to the problems experienced by PT. XYZ can be overcome through evaluation of the current business model so that the best solution can be found from the existing problems with the role of the proposed business model. Business model design is carried out using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method. Currently there is one customer segment served by PT. XYZ is a company located in the West Java area with revenues of more than Rp 4,000,000.00 per month and has Islamic value. Data collection was obtained from interviews with customers to find out customer profile and business model environment and questionnaires were distributed to determine SWOT by utilizing internal company resources. From the results of the data analysis obtained, a business model canvas was then designed and verification and validation were carried out. Verification is carried out with research supervisors and owners of PT. XYZ. Furthermore, the proposed business model will be designed a mockup that will be used for the validation process to the owner of PT. XYZ. The design results obtained in this study are making improvements to the customer segment block by expanding the customer segment in Indonesia, the customer relationship block by providing service guarantees, feedback facilities and service incentives, channel blocks by participating in MSME events, value proposition blocks by adding service bundling packages, service variations, services through the website so that they are easily accessible and create product substitutions, and in the key partner block of PT. XYZ can collaborate with INKINDO, the organizer of MSME events to develop their business. By implementing this proposed business model, PT. Abstract

Mbok Rini Tour & Travel adalah salah satu bisnis travel dan tour yang berlokasi di Kampung Inggris Pare, Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur, dan berdiri sejak tahun 2016. Bisnis ini menawarkan layanan paket lengkap wisata, travel ke berbagai tujuan, dan penyewaan mobil. Saat ini, Mbok Rini Tour & Travel mengalami permasalahan yaitu rata-rata pemasukan per bulan yang lebih rendah dari target. Perbandingan antara rata-rata pemasukan dengan target pemasukan ada di angka 82,45%, atau 17,55% di bawah target. Hal ini disebabkan karena media pemasaran yang kurang efektif, kekurangan sumber daya dan kemampuan pekerja, serta adanya permasalahan pada kendaraan yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya evaluasi dan perancangan model bisnis baru pada Mbok Rini Tour & Travel. Pada penelitian ini, akan digunakan metode Business Model Canvas (BMC) karena metode ini dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi Mbok Rini Tour & Travel secara simultan. Pada proses perbaikan ini, dibutuhkan data mengenai kondisi model bisnis saat ini yang didapat melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak Mbok Rini Tour & Travel, data profil konsumen pelanggan dari proses wawancara, serta data analisis lingkungan bisnis yang didapat melalui studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan model bisnis usulan, penambahan yang signifikan berada pada blok customer segment yaitu dengan menambah jangkauan konsumen individu ke kecamatan sekitar di Kabupaten Kediri. Penambahan ini akan berdampak pada value propositions dengan penawaran layanan baru yaitu layanan dokumentasi pada paket wisata, serta untuk melayani penambahan konsumen dilakukan pembangunan kerja sama dengan mitra bisnis pada blok key partnerships. Keseluruhan perubahan yang dilakukan akan berdampak terhadap peningkatan pada blok revenue streams di mana terdapat peningkatan pendapatan pada layanan jasa dan adanya usulan pemasukan baru dengan layanan dokumentasi.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2021, Indonesia menduduki peringkat kelima di dunia dalam konsumsi kopi, membuat kopi menjadi minuman yang sangat populer di Indonesia dan di seluruh dunia. Konsumsi kopi Indonesia terus meningkat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Dari tahun 2016 hingga 2021 meningkat rata – rata 8,22% per tahun. Dengan minat masyarakat yang terus bertambah terhadap kopi, banyak pengusaha membuka kedai kopi. Salah satunya adalah Yumaree Coffee, yang menjadi tujuan banyak orang dari berbagai kalangan. Yumaree Coffee menawarkan beragam menu dan fasilitas yang nyaman, sehingga jumlah pelanggan terus bertambah setiap tahunnya. Keterbatasan ruang membuat para pelanggan sering merasa kekurangan tempat. Selain itu, Yumaree Coffee memiliki jumlah pelanggan yang terus meningkat, namun kapasitasnya tidak sebanding dengan tingginya jumlah pelanggan yang datang. Untuk mengatasi masalah keterbatasan tempat duduk di Yumaree Coffee, menambah kapasitas menjadi solusi yang dibutuhkan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis melakukan pemilihan alternatif terbaik menggunakan metode incremental untuk memilih skenario pengembangan usaha terbaik termasuk penambahan kapasitas ruang dan fasilitas di Yumaree Coffee, dimana evaluasi alternatif dilakukan untuk menentukan apakah peningkatan kapasitas diperlukan atau tidak. Setelah melakukan analisis kelayakan yang mencakup aspek pasar, teknis, dan finansial, kedua alternatif dianggap layak. Nilai NPV untuk alternatif 1 adalah Rp. 46.613973, sedangkan untuk alternatif 2 adalah Rp. 154.581.417 dengan IRR masing-masing sebesar 36% dan 51%. Perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa PBP untuk alternatif 1 adalah 1,68 tahun, sedangkan untuk alternatif 2, PBP adalah 0,81 tahun. Dalam pemilihan alternatif yang paling menguntungkan menggunakan Incremental Analysis IRR, diperoleh nilai ΔROR sebesar 103%. Karena ΔROR > MARR (22,1%), maka alternatif yang dipilih adalah alternatif 2, yang melibatkan perluasan kapasitas kedai.

Abstract

Batik Cirebon HDM is one of a fashion business in Cirebon Regency that provides various batik products, namely batik fabrics, men's shirts, and women's blouses. Currently, Batik Cirebon HDM is experiencing difficulties to increase turnover and achieve the desired sales target of around Rp80,000,000 per month. The problem is caused by several factors, namely the number of competitors in the sales area, the types of products and batik motifs which are less varied, as well as promotional activities that have not been carried out intensely and the limited channel of Batik Cirebon HDM. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to evaluate the current business components and then make improvements simultaneously with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method. The data needed for this research are current business model data, customer profile data, and business environment data. Evaluation of the current business model is carried out with 7 questions analysis and SWOT analysis to design a proposed strategy. The proposed strategy is to expand the reach of individual customers, add channels through Instagram and Shopee marketplace, and develop batik product innovations and services in the form of custom design of batik clothes and batik learning service. From the results of the proposed strategy, the calculation of estimated incremental revenue and costs as the impact of proposed business model is then carried out. The change of business model is feasible when sales can be increased by 15%. The suggestion for the next research is doing the desirability validation to ensure that the change of business model can be implemented.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools or pesantrens are places to learn about Islam that are spread throughoutIndonesia. The community empowerment function of pesantren in economic terms still requiresfurther development. One source of the problem is the difficulty in building business units, includingin the fulfilment of production facilities due to lack of capital, so they need support from the society.However, access to information related to the need for production facilities in pesantrens is not wellreached by society. So, the solution that can be offered is to develop waqf application as a liaisonbetween Islamic boarding schools and Indonesian society. The development of this applicationrequires a business model design. This research aims to design the business model of a productionfacilities waqf application named Ruangwakaf using lean canvas. The data needed is secondary datacollected from literature studies. After the data is collected, the next step is designing a businessmodel, and then doing logical verification. To proceed with the validation process, the applicationmock-up is designed, and then is used for the problem and solution validation process. The validationprocess is carried out by interviewing early adopters. The result of this research is a lean canvasbusiness model for the Ruangwakaf application. The unique value proposition offered to pesantren isone step to obtain capital assistance for production facilities and to the society is the easiest step towaqf. The solution provided in this application consists of five main features, those are RwWakaf,RwMart, RwStudy, RwConsult, and RwReport.

Abstract

Abstrak—PT Batemuri Tours merupakan perusahaan penyelenggara jasa pariwisata yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1971, dan menyediakan jasa perjalanan wisata, perjalanan umrah dan haji, pengurusan dokumen perjalanan, sewa kendaraan, serta travel partner dalam penyelenggaraan event. Selama dan pasca pandemi, pendapatan dan keuntungan pada perusahaan menurun secara signifikan, yang antara lain disebabkan penutupan perjalanan Umroh dan Haji serta pembatasan perjalanan yang diakibatkan oleh regulasi transportasi oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi, perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan pada model bisnis perusahaan. Evaluasi dan perbaikan model bisnis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Business Model Canvas. Data yang diperlukan adalah data model bisnis saat ini yang diperoleh dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik dan pegawai perusahaan, data customer profile yang diperoleh melalui wawancara kepada pengguna jasa dan data lingkungan bisnis yang didapatkan melalui studi literatur. Data ini digunakan untuk melakukan analisis SWOT, yang hasilnya digunakan untuk merancang strategi yang menjadi dasar dalam merancang model bisnis baru. Perbaikan model bisnis yang diusulkan terutama ada di blok channel di mana perusahaan dapat melakukan peningkatan konsistensi konten sosial media serta penciptaan akun media sosial baru dan bagian key resources di mana perusahaan dapat menambah sumber daya manusia untuk mengoperasikan fasilitas kantor yang belum beroperasi. Abstract

Abstrak— PT. Rimbun Nan Hijau atau RNH merupakan industri yang bergerak dalam pembuatan pupuk non subsidi. PT. RNH memproduksi beberapa jenis pupuk anorganik berkualitas tinggi. Saat ini perusahaan masih dalam proses berkembang dan menghadapi masalah berupa tidak tercapainya target penjualan dikarenakan adanya kekurangan SDM, kurangnya media pemasaran produk dan konten promosi yang tidak menarik, serta keterlambatan pengiriman produk ke konsumen karena kurangnya armada pengangkutan. Salah satu alternatif solusi yang dapat ditempuh untuk menyelesaikan persoalan ini adalah dengan mengevaluasi dan merancang model bisnis PT. RNH menggunakan business model canvas. Dalam melakukan penelitian kali ini, data yang diperlukan adalah model bisnis saat ini yang didapatkan dari hasil wawancara terhadap pemilik PT. RNH, kemudian customer profile yang didapatkan dari wawancara dengan konsumen PT. RNH serta hasil analisis lingkungan bisnis yang diperoleh melalui studi literatur. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis SWOT yang hasilnya digunakan untuk merancang strategi, yang digunakan dalam merancang value proposition canvas dan business model canvas secara lengkap. Setelah itu dilakukan pencocokan antara customer profile dengan value proposition canvas yang digunakan untuk menentukan usulan tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Sehingga diperoleh hasil rancangan model bisnis yang diusulkan untuk PT.
