Abstract

Purpose: This service activity aims to provide new insights and knowledge for Jayamukti villagers, especially housewives in processing used cooking oil waste into laundry soap so that it is not disposed of directly and pollutes the environment. Methodology: This service activity includes four stages, namely planning, coordination, socialization of making laundry soap, evaluation of the results of the service. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using Microsoft Excel to calculate the percentage of participant satisfaction Results: The results of the community service activities show that 85.71% of residents are very interested in washing soap from used cooking oil, as much as 91.43% of residents will collect used cooking oil and make laundry soap from used cooking oil, as much as 74.29% of residents are interested in innovating so they can selling washing soap from used cooking oil and as many as 85.71% of residents stated that they were satisfied with the socialization and mentoring activities for making laundry soap from used cooking oil that had been carried out. This shows that the service activities that have been carried out are very beneficial for residents, especially PKK women because they can create productive activities that can increase income. Conclusion: The socialization activities that have been carried out are very beneficial for residents, especially PKK women because they can create productive activities that can increase income. This is shown by the high interest of residents in being able to collect used cooking oil and process it into laundry soap and are very interested in innovating so they can sell washing soap from used cooking oil.

Abstract

Minyak goreng yang telah digunakan lebih dari tiga kali proses pemanasan dapat membahayakan bagi kesehatan manusia jika digunakan lagi, namun jika di buang secara langsung dapat mencemari lingkungan, seperti penyumbatan pipa saluran pembuangan air, pencemaran air bersih, pencemaran sungai dan pencemaran tanah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan memotivasi dan membekali kemampuan warga khususnya ibu rumah tangga dalam mengolah limbah minyak goreng yang sebelumnya merupakan limbah cair yang dapat mencemari lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi lima tahapan yaitu perencanaan, koordinasi, sosialisasi, pendampingan pembuatan produk sabun cuci dan evaluasi kegiatan. Tim pengabdi dari Universitas Pelita Bangsa bersama dengan peserta PkM telah melakukan pengolahan minyak goreng bekas menjadi sabun cuci padat sebagai produk yang ramah lingkungan dan upaya menyelamatkan lingkungan dari buangan limbah minyak goreng bekas. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan PkM diperoleh dari masukan beberapa peserta PkM yaitu perlu dilakukan uji coba pembuatan sabun padat dalam skala yang lebih besar seperti pemanfaatan limbah minyak goreng bekas pada komunitas rukun tetangga atau rukun warga, sehingga dapat dijadikan kegiatan produktif bagi ibu rumah tangga yang ingin mengembangkan usaha atau memproduksi sabun cuci padat untuk digunakan secara mandiri. Produk sabun padat yang digunakan lebih aman karena tidak ada penambahan berbagai macam bahan kimia.

Abstract

The study aims to test the impact of employment training and work culture on work productivity in a company. The data was collected from 66 respondents who were employees of the company. Regression analysis is used to test the research hypothesis. Research results show that work training and work culture have a significant positive impact on work productivity. Employment training plays an important role in improving the skills and knowledge of employees, which can help increase productivity. In addition, a good work culture can boost employee motivation and work spirit, which also contributes to increased work productivity. The study concluded that companies should pay attention to work training and work culture to increase work productivity. Employment training should be aimed at improving the skills and knowledge of employees, while work culture should encourage employee motivation and work spirit. Thus, the company can higher labor productivity and increase its competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Cooking oil that is used repeatedly can be harmful to human health, but if it is disposed of carelessly it can pollute the environment, such as contamination of sewers, clean water and ground water and so on. So it is necessary to process used cooking oil into useful products. This service activity aims to equip residents with the ability to process cooking oil waste which was previously waste that polluted the environment. This service activity includes five stages, namely planning, coordination, socialization, assistance in making laundry soap products and evaluation and follow-up. The results of this community service activity are liquid laundry soap products that can be used to wash hands or wash dishes. The evaluation results of PkM activities were obtained from the input of several PkM participants, so it is necessary to try out the production of liquid soap on a larger scale, such as using used cooking oil waste in the neighborhood community or community association, so that it can be used as a productive activity for housewives who want to develop a business. or produce liquid soap for use independently. Liquid soap products that are used are safer because they do not add various kinds of chemicals.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is defined as a positive emotional state from a person's work experience about what job they deserve in return. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct financial compensation, performance appraisal, and the physical work environment on job satisfaction of PT. J Ekstrim Tech Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative. With a simple random sampling technique (Simple Random Sampling). Based on the research population at PT. J Ekstrim Tech Indonesia is a total of 130 employees. The sample in this study were 98 respondents who were calculated using the slovin formula. Data collection using the method of observation, questionnaires, literature and interviews. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using the SPSS For Windows program. After the data is collected, data analysis is carried out by grouping data based on the variables studied, performing calculations to answer the problem formulation and performing calculations to test the hypothesis. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression. The results showed that direct financial compensation partially had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, performance appraisal partially had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the physical work environment had a partial positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the results of the simultaneous test of direct financial compensation variables, performance appraisal and the physical work environment simultaneously influence employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh penilaian kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di PT. Mitrapak Eramandiri Cabang Cikarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Mitrapak Eramandiri Cabang Cikarang yang berjumlah 134 karyawan dengan sampel 57 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, studi pustaka dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis linier regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi (r2) dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan data analisis, persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: Y = 0,759 + 0,463 (X1) + 0,274 ( X2). Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t (parsial) bahwa penilaian kinerja karyawan serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Hasil uji f (simultan) menunjukan bahwa penilaian kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Nilai adjust R square sebesar adalah 0,384 atau sebesar 38,4%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan atau tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees of PT Diamond Cold Storage which amounted to 80 people. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample or census because the entire population is used as a research sample. Research data collected through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the better the compensation provided, the more it will improve employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the higher the motivation provided, the more it will improve employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the better the application of work discipline in the company, the more it will improve employee performance; and Compensation, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The better the compensation, motivation, and implementation of work discipline together, the more it will improve overall employee performance. Policy Implications The company needs to formulate human resource policies related to the compensation system, motivation, and enforcement of work discipline so that employee performance can be optimized and company goals achieved.

Abstract

Issue regarding global impact resilient on daily consumption.Food business need special treatment to develop some benefit,so that all activities in procurement factor about searching raw materials,food process engineering and supply chain management.Living with home industries with some production system through marketing system continuously need understanding with some measurement,One of some quality criterium regarding tangible quality such as thickness measurement and diameter measurement for meals.All activities about Sustainability Development Goals. Food innovative and creativity design as a think about carbohydrates and seasoning for ingredients going to process about rengginang traditional snacks food.Briefly, some food outlet had been sold some snacks with sold out for marketing terminology.It means,rengginang need quality management. Some Village in Bekasi Regency ,one of them in Sukabungah Village have got rengginang snacks food manufacturer. Customer Satisfaction as a respons about consumer preferences after sold out,need product design measurement.The most important asset of any organization is its customers.An organization’s success depend on how may customers it has,how much they buy,and how often they buy.Satisfied customers will increase,buy more,and buy more frequently.Increasingly, small scale production system are using customer satisfaction. Research Method by quantitative with Regression Equation.Preliminery Research with Observation use interview data,and data collecting using control chart to know adjustment needed for measurement accurately.This activity should be done as the first step in data analysis.If adjustment had be done,some data in process at SPSS statistical software,and some parameter such as t test and F test,Thickness Variable with t test 2.538 have got result 0.017 significantly,also significant with F test 3.276 have got result 0.053 simultaneously. Diameter with negative t test - 2.294 have got result 0.029.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi lima tahapan yaitu perencanaan, koordinasi, sosialisasi, pendampingan pembuatan lilin aromaterapi dan evaluasi kegiatan. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari Universitas Pelita Bangsa  bersama  dengan  peserta Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat desa setempat telah  melakukan  pengolahan  minyak   jelantah  menjadi  lilin aromaterapi sebagai produk bernilai jual tinggi yang ramah lingkungan dan upaya pengendalian lingkungan dari pencemaran air akibat minyak jelantah. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat diperoleh suatu masukan dari beberapa peserta Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yaitu perlu dilakukan uji coba pembuatan lilin aromaterapi dalam skala yang lebih besar seperti  pemanfaatan  limbah  minyak  goreng  bekas  pada  komunitas  rukun  tetangga  ,juga  rukun  warga, sehingga dapat dijadikan kegiatan produktif bagi ibu rumah tangga yang ingin mengembangkan usaha dengan cara memproduksi lilin aromaterapi sesuai inovasi dan kreativitas untuk digunakan secara mandiri

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Quality of Public Services, Work Discipline, and Organizational Culture to Community Satisfaction. The population in this study were the people of Waluya Village who already had KTPs in hamlet II with a total of 833 family cards. Sampling using the Slovin method with a sample of 270 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Questions in the questionnaire were scored on a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis in this study indicate that partially or simultaneously, the quality of public services, work discipline, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. Simultaneously improving the quality of public services, employee discipline, and good organizational culture will have a positive impact on increasing community satisfaction.
