Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the information system for daily reports on the performance of contract employees at the Aceh Satpol PP and WH offices. In this research, we conducted an in-depth analysis of various aspects of existing information systems, including the types of reports produced, the efficiency of using web-based systems, and the accessibility benefits provided by designing web-based applications. The results of the analysis show that the information system is capable of producing various types of reports, such as contract employee reports, daily, monthly, annual and recapitulation reports. The use of a web-based system with HTML and MySQL has proven to be efficient and effective, making it easier for employees to report their daily performance. In addition, designing web-based applications provides benefits in the form of easier accessibility for employees, allowing them to quickly and efficiently retrieve the information they need. To improve more optimal results from the implementation of this system, several suggestions have been proposed. First, the Aceh Satpol PP and WH offices are advised to immediately implement a web-based contract employee performance reporting information system to speed up and facilitate the process of inputting daily work data. Furthermore, it is recommended to back up data regularly to avoid the possibility of data loss or damage due to unexpected disruptions. Finally, you should consider using an internal server for this application to ensure that the data processing process can run without interference from unwanted external sources. By implementing these suggestions, it is hoped that the implementation of this information system can run more smoothly, efficiently and effectively, providing optimal benefits for users at the Aceh Satpol PP and WH offices.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi blockchain dalam industri kelapa sawit menjanjikan solusi untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan keamanan dalam rantai pasok. Dengan merekam setiap transaksi secara terdesentralisasi dan terverifikasi, blockchain menciptakan jejak digital yang tidak dapat dimanipulasi, memungkinkan pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan bahwa setiap produk kelapa sawit dapat dilacak kembali hingga sumbernya dengan akurasi tinggi. Teknologi ini juga menghadirkan keamanan tambahan melalui penggunaan mekanisme kriptografi yang kuat, melindungi data dari serangan siber dan pencurian. Studi kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan menerapkan metode wawancara, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada potensi manfaat besar, penerapan teknologi blockchain juga dihadapi oleh sejumlah tantangan, termasuk biaya implementasi yang tinggi, kompleksitas integrasi dengan sistem yang sudah ada, serta masalah privasi dan keamanan data. Diperlukan kerjasama antara semua pemangku kepentingan dan dukungan dari pihak pemerintah, lembaga riset, dan organisasi non-pemerintah untuk mengatasi tantangan ini dan memastikan keberhasilan penerapan teknologi blockchain dalam industri kelapa sawit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi konsumen dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di sektor kuliner. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh dari 100 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian di restoran yang menjadi objek penelitian. Variabel independen yang diteliti meliputi persepsi konsumen dan kualitas pelayanan, sementara variabel dependen adalah keputusan pembelian. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibanding persepsi konsumen. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa persepsi konsumen dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian secara terpisah. Uji simultan (uji F) mengonfirmasi bahwa kedua variabel ini secara bersama-sama berkontribusi signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 52,5% menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari separuh variasi keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh persepsi konsumen dan kualitas pelayanan. Temuan ini memberikan panduan strategis bagi manajemen restoran untuk meningkatkan persepsi konsumen dan pelayanan secara simultan guna mendorong keputusan pembelian dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digitalization, religiosity, and employee engagement on the performance of employees in Islamic financial institutions in Banda Aceh, with Sharia compliance acting as a moderating variable. Digitalization in the Islamic finance sector enhances employee performance, particularly in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) sector, through operational efficiency and easier access to information. Religiosity plays a significant role in improving employee performance as the application of religious values in work strengthens commitment and motivation. High employee engagement, including satisfaction and loyalty to the organization, also contributes to better performance. Sharia compliance, as a moderating variable, strengthens the relationship between digitalization, religiosity, employee engagement, and performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with surveys administered to employees in Islamic financial institutions in Banda Aceh. The analysis results show that digitalization, religiosity, and employee engagement positively influence employee performance, while Sharia compliance strengthens these effects. These findings provide a deeper understanding of how technology, religious values, and employee involvement influence performance in Islamic financial institutions and highlight the importance of Sharia compliance in enhancing operational effectiveness.

Abstract

This research describes the development of a cross-platform Islamic inheritance calculation system using the Streamlit framework with Python. This study aimed to create an accessible digital tool that accurately calculates inheritance distribution according to Islamic law (faraid), as mandated in Surah An-Nisa (verses 11–12). A Research and Development (R&D) approach was employed in this research, utilizing a prototyping model, where the system was designed through several iterative stages: analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The resulting application integrated modular architecture separating business logic from user interfaces and validation layers for flexibility maintainability as well as platform independence. Testing on various scenarios confirmed 100% accuracy in calculating shares of six main heirs—husband wife father mother son and daughter validated against manual computations and computations based on fiqh. The application runs without additional installation requirements on Windows macOS Linux plus mobile browsers supported by responsive design plus real-time validation. Although the system has high accuracy plus usability it is limited to basic cases since advanced inheritance mechanisms such as aul radd or hijab are not included in this version. Future development is suggested to increase categories for heirs enable data storage provide educational content and integrate AI-assisted features for complex case analysis. In general, this study contributes to the digital transformation of Islamic law applications which promote accessibility transparency and computational precision in managing inheritances.

Abstract

Floods have repeatedly threatened the people of Aceh Province. Thousands of families lost their property and lives because the early warning information was delayed. This research designs a flood early warning system prototype based on IoT using renewable energy, which can operate on its own without PLN electricity. The system uses three IP68 float switch sensors to detect water levels at thresholds of 0.5m (normal), 1.0m (alert), and 1.5m (danger) combined with a 2-in-1 audio-visual alarm (strobe and siren) with a coverage distance of 100-150 meters. The energy design uses a solar panel of 50-100W with 12V DC voltage and has a minimum backup for 48 hours without sunlight. Hardware design, sensor accuracy testing, validation of the energy system, and testing the effectiveness of alarms are the research methods in this study which is conducted in Banda Aceh City. The results indicate that this system can run independently at low power consumption because float switch sensors are more effective than ultrasonic sensors under conditions where the water is turbid and full of debris as found in rivers in Aceh Province. This prototype is low-cost (less than Rp 2 million), requires minimal maintenance, and has high reliability; therefore, it can be adopted by communities that do not have many resources. This research provides a technical blueprint for developing an early warning system that fits geographically and climatically with Aceh Province which may be replicated in other flood-prone districts for disaster risk reduction programs.

Abstract

Repository menjadi sarana yang baik untuk mempublikasikan hasil penelitian pada lingkup yang lebih luas. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan reputasi yang baik untuk referensi dari para penulis dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Repository merupakan sebuah perangkat lunak open source yang dapat digunakan sebagai arsip serta dapat menyimpan gambar, data penelitian dan suara dalam bentuk digital. Tersebarnya repository seperti; e-prints, d-space, fedora, greenstone digital library, ganesa digital library (GDL) dan SLIMs tetapi masih kurang banyak digunakan oleh Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia dikarenakan hal teknis spesifikasi serta kesulitan masalah biaya dan sumber daya. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk membangun model repository yang dapat digunakan sebagai bentuk manajemen publikasi dan penerbitan serta memiliki fitur Open Archieve Initiative (OAI) dan penanganan metadata agar dapat secara baik ter-index pada indexing internasional dan bersifat open source. Secara garis besar penelitian ini dibagi dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data pra pengembangan, pengembangan serta implementasi, dan pengumpulan data pasca pengembangan. Pengumpulan data pra pengembangan dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan bekal studi pendahuluan tentang inti masalah yang sedang dihadapi, sedangkan tahap pengembangan dan implementasi berfokus pada memodelkan perancangan perangkat lunak ke dalam diagram dan membuat kode pemrograman untuk mengimplementasikan perancangan yang telah dibuat. Sedangkan tahapan pengumpulan data pasca pengembangan adalah untuk pembenahan aplikasi yang dibuat, penarikan kesimpulan, dan saran untuk topik penelitian selanjutnya. Dari hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa repository dibangun dengan framework codeigniter, node.js dan menggunakan bahasa pemograman pendukung seperti HTML, CSS, Jquery, Java Script, JSON, AJAX, Boostrap sebagai media dalam perancangan antar muka. Sedangkan PHP sebagai server side dan MySQL sebagai database. Aplikasi repository ini diberi nama dengan ―T-REPOSITORY‖ yang dapat di unduh pada sosial coding github.Kata kunci : Repository; Open Archieve Initiative (OAI); Open source, Codeigniter, Node.js
