Abstract

Sensor fusion merupakan metode penggabungan dua jenis sensor yang berbeda dimana memiliki karaktersitik yang hampir sama untuk mendapatkan suatu fungsi baru. Salah satu fungsi dari sensor fusi adalah mendapatkan perbandingan antara dua sensor yang digabungkan. Penelitian tentang perubahan kinematik telah jamak dilakukan, hal ini dikarenakan dengan melihat perubahan kinematik manusia dapat menentukan pola pergerakan, klasifikasi, hingga proses rehabilitasi medis. Seluruh anggota tubuh yang terhubungkan oleh sendi dan bergerak dapat diukur nilai kinematiknya. Penelitian ditujukan pada pergelangan kaki untuk mengetahui langkah serta pergerakan naik turunnya pergelangan kaki, hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu mendukung penelitian lanjutan untuk membantu proses rehabilitasi medis pada pasien yang mengalami cidera pergelangan kaki. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada empat orang yang berbeda melakukan aktivitas lari, jalan lambat, jalan ditempat, dan jalan cepat didapatkan perbedaan rata-rata dari kedua sensor yang dihasilkan oleh gyro x dan acc x adalah 10,27%, gyro y dan acc y adalah -25,39%, gyro z dan acc z adalah -10,33%. Dari kedua sensor tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa accelerometer dan gyroscope dapat digunakan untuk mengukur besarnya perubahan kinematik.

Abstract

Human activity recognition (HAR) with daily activities have become leading problems in human physical analysis. HAR with wide application in several areas of human physical analysis were increased along with several machine learning methods. This topic such as fall detection, medical rehabilitation or other smart appliance in physical analysis application has increase degree of life. Smart wearable devices with inertial sensor accelerometer and gyroscope were popular sensor for physical analysis. The previous research used this sensor with a various position in the human body part. Activities can classify in three class, static activity (SA), transition activity (TA), and dynamic activity (DA). Activity from complexity in activities can be separated in low and high complexity based on daily activity. Daily activity pattern has the same shape and patterns with gathering sensor. Dataset used in this paper have acquired from 30 volunteers.  Seven basic machine learning algorithm Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gradient Boosted and K-Nearest Neighbor. Confusion activities were solved with a simple linear method. The purposed method Logistic Regression achieves 98% accuracy same as SVM with linear kernel, with same result hyperparameter tuning for both methods have the same accuracy. LR and SVC its better used in SA and DA without TA in each recognizing.

Abstract

Today's technology is not just a tool to help humans perform complex tasks but has an impact on the revolutionary changes in human thought and behavior as well as culture and societal civilization that we need to know and follow, such as the current development of UX design, UX is a type of work-related to how to increase the satisfaction of application users and site visitors seen from the value for benefits, also the pleasure that the user gets from an application or site. UX is also a pattern that requires the industry and researchers to think that the human factor is more than just maintaining the user's functional needs, moreover, UX brings the concept that the user is a user. UX research is needed on the relationship between systems and interactive experiences learning about cross-disciplinary research experiences using large-scale research profiling studies and bibliometric analysis. People who use systems experiences are becoming more and more important, and because of this, interactive technologies are becoming more and more important in these experiences. Research studies show that the number of publications is growing rapidly indicating a growing scientific interest in experiential research.
