Abstract

Abstract : The problem in this research is the decline in the appearance of athletes performing basic technical skills in playing volleyball, such as bottom passing, top passing, serving and smashing. The aim of this research was to determine the ability of basic volleyball techniques. The population in this study was the Satpol-PP volleyball club in Riau Province, with a total of 10 samples using a total sampling technique. The instruments in this research are pass tests, service tests and smash tests. The data obtained was analyzed using percentages. in the calculation of the description of this research data, namely in the service test there are 3 persons (30%) good category, 5 persons (50%) moderate category, 2 persons (20%) less category. In the successful test there were 6 people (60%) in the good category and 4 people (40%) in the good category. In the smash test they all (100%) have a good category. The conclusion of this research is that the ability of basic volleyball skills to pass a good category is equal to 60%..Keywords: Volleyball skills, Serving, Passing, Smash

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Fartlek training had on the Endurance of Men's Basketball Players at SMA Negeri 1 Tambang. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tambang, Tambang District, Kampar Regency, in September 2021-November 2021. The population as well as samples in this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Tambang, as many as 8 people. The data taken first was pretested by doing the Bleep test. Before doing Fartlek exercises on students of SMA Negeri 1 Tambang to find out the initial abilities of each student. test Based on the results of tcount of 2,371 with ttable of 1,895, ha is accepted, at the alpha level (0.05). It can be said that there is an effect of Fartlek Training on the Endurance of Men's Basketball Players at SMA Negeri 1 Tambang. Key Words: Effect of Fartlek Exercise, Basketball Player Endurance

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research was due to the outbreak of the Corona virus (Covid-19) in Indonesia in early 2020. The government tried to prevent the spread of the Corona virus outbreak through the community activities on various aspects, including education, to limit. Because of this policy, schools all over Indonesia are implementing distance learning or drop off using Google Classroom media. The aim of this research was to "know the effectiveness of using Google Classroom in physical education, sports and health (PJOK) subjects in class XI IPASMAN 1 Bintan Utara". The population of this research were students of Class XI IPA SMAN 1 Bintan Utara using a purposeful sampling technique that collected 45 students. The techniques and tools used for data collection were questionnaires or questionnaires completed by students. Based on the data and discussion above, this study can be said that: the implementation of google classroom learning as a learning medium at SMA Negeri 1 Bintan Utara out of the indicators is quite effective as it has an average of 88.88%.Key Words: Efectiveness, Google Classroom, PJOK

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the author's direct observations or observations on the Men's Volleyball Team at SMK PGRI Pekanbaru, it can be seen that the service ability for the Men's Volleyball Team has not been maximized, especially when carrying out the upper service ability training in the game is still not optimal, such as the number of balls that cannot pass as well as getting stuck in the net when the player serves over and there are still many who cannot direct the ball when serving to an empty place and the ball is still easy for the opposing player to receive the serve ball. The purpose of this study was carried out using a correlational design which aims to investigate how far the variables in one factor are related to other factors. Correlation is a study designed to determine the level of relationship between variables in a population and aims to determine how much the contribution between the independent variable and the dependent variable is. The population in this study was the Men's Volleyball Team at SMK PGRI Pekanbaru who were registered as 24 students. In this study the sampling technique that will be used is purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique used by researchers if they have certain considerations in taking the sample, (Arikunto 2010: 97). In this study, due to the small population, the men's volleyball team at SMK PGRI Pekanbaru was used as the sample. Based on the research results and data processing using research statistical procedures, it was concluded that there was a 95% confidence level relationship between eye and hand coordination on the results of top serve with a value of rxy = 0.972 greater than rtable = 0.404. So it can be concluded rcount> rtable (Related) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Key Words: Eye and Hand Coordination Relationship, Top Service

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is the extracurricular activities at SMK Migas Pekanbaru that do not get enough attention from the school. It can be seen that every futsal match attended by students never produces results, this problem makes students feel a little inferior to participate in extracurricular futsal to determine the relationship between achievement motivation and the results of extracurricular futsal training. The population in this research consisted of students participating in indoor soccer extracurricular activities using a total sampling technique, a total of 17 students. This type of research correlation product moment, the instrument in this research uses a questionnaire completed by students. Based on the results of the study described in the previous chapter and discussed in the discussion, the conclusion of this research is "there is a relationship between performance motivation and the results of extracurricular futsal training at SMK Migas Pekanbaru", namely Fcount = 12,999 > Ftable = 1.246 at α = 5% with dk (n-1 = 1:23) meaning the test is significant such that (Ha).Key Words: Achivement Motivation, Futsal

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is the agility of the men's badminton players PB KKNP Dumai that is not optimal points for opponents, the aim of this study was to determine the effect of shuttle run training on the agility of men's badminton athletes at PB KKNP Dumai. The population in this study consisted of all male badminton players using a total sample technique of 17 athletes. This type of study uses a single-group pre-test-post-test design, using the Hexagonal Obstacle Test. Based on the descriptive analysis of the pre-test data, there is a difference in the numbers increasing or increasing by 2.03. And based on statistical analysis, using the t-test yields a tcount of 9,666 and a ttable of 1,764. Means tcount > ttable Based on the above findings and data processing, the following can be concluded: There is an influence between shuttle run training (X) on agility (Y) in the male athletes of PB KKNP Dumai.Keywords: Shuttle Run, Agility, Badminton Training

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study was to find out how much influence interval running training had on running speed at PTPN V U-15 Perhentian Raja SSB. This research was conducted in the PTPN V U-15 Perhentian Raja SSB field, Jalan Rambutan, Senapelan District in January-May 2023. In this study, researchers used a one group pretest-posttest design. The desired data in this study were carried out two tests, namely the initial test (pre-test) before doing interval running and the final test (post-test), after doing interval running training for 16 meetings three times a week with a sample size of 21 people. . Data from each group were taken from two measurements, namely the pre-test before the treatment and the post-test after the treatment was given. This aims to obtain research data that will be processed to test the hypothesis. Based on research conducted on 21 sample people by doing a pretest (initial test) running 40 yards. Then proceed with the treatment of interval running exercises for 16 meetings, after which a post-test (40 yards run) is carried out, the results obtained from the pre-test and post-test are analyzed by t-test. The results of hypothesis testing show that the tcount is 7.364 with a ttable of 1.725, so H_0 is rejected, H_a is accepted, at the alpha (α) level of 0.05. It can be concluded that there is an effect of interval running training on running speed at SSB PTPN V U-15 Perhentian Raja.Keywords: Effect of Interval Running Training, Running Speed

Abstract

One way that physical education instructors might improve learning results is by creating bulletproof media. This study modifications made to the bullet-repelling tool as well as the efficacy of using the modified tool. Modified tools have been tested with outcomes that will be discussed in the findings of explanations and sub-explanatory talks. These modified tools are evaluated by material experts and media experts. A test of the bullet repulsion's efficiency was also conducted after the results on the most suitable modification tool that could be employed. The instructor and pupils of class VII of SMPN 2 Pekanbaru are conducting the study project. The instructor and pupils of class VII of SMPN 2 Pekanbaru are conducting the study project. Qualitative research is the kind of study that is modified. Classroom action research, often known as CAR, is the study methodology used. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of the research is to find out the implementation of futsal extracurricular activities at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. The location of this research will be carried out at Futsal Fishermen which is located at Jl. Fishermen, Sri Meranti, Rumbai, Pekanbaru. Overall the level of futsal extracurricular implementation at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru which is in the very good category is 6 people at 28.57%, for the good category is 15 people at 71.43% and for the sufficient and not good category is 0% with no frequency in class intervals the. Based on the results, the level of futsal extracurricular implementation at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru is in the Good category with an average result of 73.76%.Keywords: Futsal Extracurricular Activities
