Abstract

This research was conducted to know Marketing Mix, Costumer loyalty, and the eefect of marketing mix on customer loyalty in sari ater & Hotel Resort. The type of research is quantitive research approach, while the level of empirical research is associate research. The data derived from questionneraire were processed using SPSS software 20.0, producing values of promotion at 70.01%, location 71,28%, Price 77.0% of 1001 and the marketing mix is still less that means customer loyalty is lower 69,72% of 1269for total score which is lower, The result of multiple regression analysys using t test and F test showed that the marketing Mix have rather strong effect on the costumer Loyalty in Sari ATer & Hotel Resort. The coefficient of determination is obtained some 93,2%, while the rest 6,8% is another factors beyond the research, for example, the quality of service

Abstract

West Java Province is a large province with various Regencies and Cities with a strategic location in its economic activities, especially in tourism. The development of tourism in West Java will provide a positive value to the growth in the number of both domestic and foreign tourists visiting West Java. One of the strategies launched by the government in tourism development is through the use of the Pentahelix Model. Pentahelix has an important role to play in supporting shared innovation goals and pentahelix contributing to regional socio-economic progress. Based on the discussion that has been concluded, it can be concluded that the Culture and Tourism Office in West Java should carry out optimal planning in managing and developing tourist objects by creating a sustainable program, making short, medium and long term targets as guidelines or benchmarks for targets to be achieved. The mobilizing function carried out by the Disbudpar does not only form coordination activities in the field of monitoring potential tourist objects, available facilities and infrastructure but also focuses dominantly on empowering existing human resources in potential villages/regions in West Java by providing various coaching and training, inviting experts to impart special knowledge to the public. The Provincial Government through Disbudpar must be more creative in getting support, must be more able to make them interested and must further enhance collaboration with the 5 stakeholders based on the pentahelix model, so that all aspects involved in parwiata activities can synergize with each other to achieve improvement and development of the local economy.

Abstract

Wellness tourism has now become a trend in the world community, especially after the Covid 19 pandemic. The main goal of wellness tourism is to achieve fitness and health and gain self-satisfaction. Wellness tourism has the potential to be developed in Indonesia, especially for the senior tourist segment. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach using primary and secondary data. Based on the research results, it can be seen that (1) the readiness of tourism Human Resources (HR) in managing the wellness tourism in the market share of senior tourists is currently not fully ready and the number is fulfilled. Based on survey results at 2 wellnes tourism, the HR used is not HR in the tourism sector. The role of education in improving HR capabilities in the development of wellness tourism as well as knowledge related to senior market share is urgently needed. Services and needs for senior tourists are different from tourists in general. Tourism education is one of the keys in developing tourism potential, especially in the field of wellness tourism business.; (2) Development of Wellness Tourism in Indonesia continues to be encouraged by the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, to revive the tourism sector and the creative economy in the country; socialization is needed to stakeholders and the general public regarding this matter in order to get the necessary understanding and support (3) The government needs to make references regarding the definition of senior tourists, from the aspects of their age, physical ability, character and special needs in managing the wellness business.

Abstract

Poverty reduction is not usually at the heart of the tourism agenda. Yet tourism is significant in many poor countries and is already affecting the livelihoods of millions of poor people, positively and negatively. Poverty reduction requires pro-poor growth. Concerted effort is needed to maximize the contribution of tourism to this. Pro-poor tourism (PPT) interventions aim to increase the net benefits for the poor from tourism, and ensure that tourism growth contributes to poverty reduction. PPT is not a specific product or sector of tourism, but an approach. PPT strategies aim to unlock opportunities for the poor whether for economic gain, other livelihood benefits, or participation in decision-making. Pro-poor tourism overlaps with, but is different from, the ‘sustainable tourism agenda. Pro-poor focuses more on countries of the South, not on mainstream destinations in the North. Poverty is the core focus, rather than one element of (mainly environmental) sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyse digital tourism development strategies in increasing tourist visits to the Alam Endah tourist village, Rancabali District, Bandung Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Sources of data in this study are primary funds and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews and field observations. While the data analysis technique used is data analysis using the interactive model of analysis developed by Miles and Hubermann. The results showed that (1) the digital tourism development strategy in the Alam Endah tourism village was still focused on the use of social media such as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and other social media; (2) factors that influence the increase in tourist visits to the Alamendah Tourism Village include tour packages for glamping activities and sports tourism as well as plantation tourism; (3) The digital tourism development strategy can increase tourist visits to the Alamendah Tourism Village, this is marked by the increasing number of reservations and access traffic through the Jadesta website and other digital media.

Abstract

Tourism destination business management is starting to merge with technological developments. In an effort to adapt, the use of e-marketing in the tourism destination business is assisted by various digital platforms, one of which is Instagram. Instagram was chosen because it has many users in a wide range and the features it offers really help e-marketing activities in a business. The sample loci used in this research were Kopeng Treetop and Guci Forest. This locus was chosen because both of them have mutually satisfying similarities so that comparisons can be made. Using the mix method, researchers analyzed the data obtained from collecting data on likes, comments and the number of posts, then calculated it using a simple quantitative model and supported it by documentation, then analyzed it using triangulation to get in-depth thinking results. The research results found that there were similarities and differences in the use of Instagram e-marketing from the two loci, each of which has different abilities but also has the same opportunities in business. Through improvement efforts, in the future e-marketing development efforts can be carried out more optimally in order to achieve maximum visit levels.

Abstract

Tourism is a leading sector that has a positive impact on development on all fronts, both from a socio-cultural perspective, especially in terms of economic growth. At this time, the industrial revolution has reached industry 4.0. In this era, internet users in the world are increasing from year to year. As one of the sectors that plays a very important role in the economy of Cirebon City, namely the tourism sector, it is also necessary to use methods digital marketing in terms of marketing. With digital marketing, tourist attractions, culinary, cultural and everything related to tourism which has its own charm and appeal can be promoted quickly and widely with the help of the internet network. Tourism marketing carried out by the Cirebon City government has actually implemented digital marketing, but this application is only limited to social media and is still less active in marketing tourism in Cirebon City. In this research, the author used descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the tourism digital marketing program, it has been implemented by the Department of Tourism and Creative Economy, but because there are still several obstacles, this program cannot run optimally. This is in accordance with the results of the author's research using implementation theory from Van Meter and Van Horn, for the dimensions of policy size and objectives, characteristics of implementing agents, attitudes/dispositions of implementers, inter-organizational communication and implementing activities are considered to be good, whereas for the dimensions of resources and the economic, social and political environment are still not supportive

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas tentang digital marketing dan reseller manajemen serta dampaknya terhadap Desa Wisata Alamendah. Dalam penelitian ini, terungkap bahwa preferensi wisatawan lokal, regional, atau internasional yang berkunjung ke desa wisata tersebut adalah mencari pengalaman petualangan dan menikmati keindahan alam yang ditawarkan. Keindahan dan keunikan alam tersebut menjadi pembentuk citra dan identitas merek yang kuat bagi Desa Wisata Alamendah. Pemasaran dan promosi yang efektif melalui platform online, seperti situs web, media sosial, dan platform wisata online, juga menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya tarik destinasi. Dalam konteks ini, pengelola desa wisata perlu melibatkan pelatihan digital marketing dan reseller manajemen untuk memaksimalkan potensi pemasaran dan distribusi produk-produk unggulan. Pentingnya pengelolaan reseller yang tepat juga melalui menjalin kemitraan yang baik, komunikasi yang efektif, dan memberikan pelatihan serta dukungan kepada reseller, Desa Wisata Alamendah dapat meningkatkan distribusi produk-produk unggulan dan mencapai target pasar yang lebih luas. Selain itu, situs web Desa Wisata Alamendah yang dirancang responsif menjadi sarana yang penting dalam menghadirkan informasi yang relevan dan menarik bagi pengunjung. Dengan situs web yang responsif, pengunjung dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi tentang desa wisata tersebut dan memperoleh pengalaman yang baik dalam menjelajahi konten yang disediakan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan distribusi produk-produk unggulan, mencapai target pasar yang lebih luas, dan mempertahankan daya tarik serta identitas merek yang kuat, pengelola Desa Wisata Alamendah perlu mengelola pemasaran digital dengan baik, membangun kemitraan yang strategis, dan memastikan pengelolaan reseller yang efektif. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke desa Sidowarno, Kabupaten Klaten, melalui pengalaman wisata yang unik, berbeda, dan mengesankan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan daya tarik wisata dan diversifikasi produk wisata memainkan peran penting dalam menarik lebih banyak wisatawan. Selain itu, peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ini berdampak signifikan pada berbagai aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya masyarakat setempat. Pengembangan daya tarik wisata di desa Sidowarno melibatkan revitalisasi tradisi lokal, seperti pembuatan wayang, kegiatan tradisi local dan budaya desa, diversifikasi produk wisata, seperti kuliner tradisional dan kerajinan tangan, juga turut meningkatkan minat wisatawan. Upaya ini terbukti efektif dalam menarik berbagai segmen wisatawan, dari wisatawan lokal hingga mancanegara. Pelestarian budaya dan tradisi lokal menjadi salah satu fokus utama. Revitalisasi tradisi pembuatan wayang dan kegiatan edukasi budaya meningkatkan kesadaran dan kebanggaan masyarakat terhadap warisan budaya mereka. Program ini juga memberikan pengalaman edukatif bagi wisatawan, menambah nilai wisata budaya di desa Sidowarno. Pemberdayaan komunitas lokal melalui berbagai program keterampilan dan pelatihan menjadikan masyarakat lebih siap menghadapi perkembangan pariwisata. Kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal, seperti lembaga pendidikan, pemerintah, dan sektor swasta, memperkuat sinergi dalam pengembangan pariwisata desa. Konservasi alam dan pariwisata berbasis alam menjadi bagian integral dari pengembangan desa wisata Sidowarno. Program ini memastikan bahwa kegiatan wisata tidak merusak lingkungan, melainkan mendorong pelestarian dan penghijauan kawasan desa. Wisatawan diajak berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan konservasi, menambah nilai positif terhadap pengalaman wisata mereka. Pemasaran digital dan kemitraan dengan agen perjalanan menjadi strategi kunci dalam mempromosikan desa wisata Sidowarno. Penggunaan media sosial, website resmi desa, dan platform digital lainnya membantu menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Kemitraan dengan agen perjalanan juga memastikan bahwa desa Sidowarno menjadi destinasi yang dikenal dan dikunjungi oleh wisatawan dari berbagai daerah
