Abstract

The government's efforts to improve education are evenly carried out by appointing teachers with civil servant status in 3T (Lagging, Outermost, and Leading) areas. As an education fighter in the 3T area, there are undoubtedly many obstacles and challenges because the 3T area is not equivalent to other regions in Indonesia, both in terms of people and infrastructure. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the motivation of learning students and how civil servant teachers' strategies improve students' learning motivation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are non-participation observation techniques, and informants four teachers civil servants in Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 07 in Durian Air Village Marau District West Kalimantan. The result shows that each teacher has a strategy when giving teaching materials to students so that they do not feel bored and saturated while learning. The presented strategy usually plays while learning, make an agreement so that homework is done alone without the help of parents, give punishment and reward, often praise if the student does the commendable thing, and answer questions. In this way, the students will return to the spirit and be motivated to study in school.

Abstract

This research is motivated because the condition of Indonesia as a country that is rich in culture, of course, results in different patterns of life in society, so it is necessary to have a facilitator who can facilitate the unrest of the community. Therefore, this study aims to determine the role of interfaith and cultural counselors as problem solving in a multicultural society. This research uses a literature study approach. Sources of data that will be used as material for this research are books, journals, and internet sites related to the chosen topic. In this study, after the data was collected, the data was analyzed to get a conclusion. The results of this study are that religious and cultural sensitive counselors are counselors who must have awareness in knowing their own culture in all respects. Therefore, it is understood that what can influence the mindset, actions and feelings of a counselee can come from every culture. A counselor must be able to find the right approach or according to the characteristics of the counselee and should not force the counselee to follow the cultural values that the counselor wants. Therefore, the role of the counselor must really understand the characteristics of the counselee in terms of religion and culture.

Abstract

Islam openly accepts differences in human beliefs on this earth. According to Islam, diversity is considered a necessity, so differences in beliefs are also normal. However, the social reality that occurs is that there are still practices of religious discrimination in society, such as the case of religious discrimination carried out by a group of Muslims in Tambora against local Hindus. This article aims to develop the concept of counseling as an effort to handle problems. The research method used is a literature study with data collection techniques from books and journal articles. This research produces the concept of a counseling group approach using the REBT technique as an alternative to eliminating negative prejudices that hinder the birth of tolerance. The REBT technique used also adopts Islamic values. This step aims to suppress irrational beliefs by refreshing the meaning of inclusive Islam. In the process, it is hoped that it will be able to support the formation of an attitude of tolerance in the Muslim community in Tambora.

Abstract

AbstractBurnout is a condition of physical and emotional exhaustion resulting from prolonged work-related stress. This study aims to examine the relationship between subjective workload and co-worker support with burnout among production employees at PT X. A quantitative correlational approach was employed, involving 100 participants selected through purposive sampling. The research utilized three psychological scales: a burnout scale (35 items), a subjective workload scale (35 items), and a co-worker support scale (50 items). Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and Pearson correlation with the help of SPSS version 22. The findings revealed a highly significant relationship between subjective workload and co-worker support simultaneously with burnout (R = 0.832; R² = 0.692; p < 0.01). Partially, subjective workload showed a strong positive correlation with burnout (r = 0.832; p < 0.01), whereas co-worker support demonstrated a weak and statistically insignificant negative correlation (r = -0.167; p > 0.01). These results indicate that higher perceived workload tends to increase the level of burnout. In contrast, while co-worker support tends to reduce burnout, its effect was not statistically significant. The study highlights the importance of managing workload and enhancing workplace social support to mitigate the risk of burnout.Keywords: burnout, subjective workload, co-worker support, production employeesAbstrakBurnout adalah kondisi kelelahan fisik dan emosional terjadi akibat tekanan kerja berkepanjangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja subjektif serta co-worker support terhadap burnout pada karyawan bagian produksi PT X. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan sampel sebanyak 100 karyawan produksi dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tiga skala, yaitu skala burnout (35 item), skala beban kerja subjektif (35 item), dan skala co-worker support (50 item). Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda serta korelasi Pearson dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan signifikan antara beban kerja subjektif dan co-worker support secara simultan terhadap burnout (R = 0,832; R² = 0,692; p < 0,01). Secara parsial, beban kerja subjektif mempunyai hubungan positif signifikan dengan burnout (r = 0,832; p < 0,01), sedangkan co-worker support memiliki hubungan negatif namun tidak signifikan (r = -0,167; p > 0,01). Hasil ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi persepsi beban kerja, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat burnout yang dialami karyawan. Sebaliknya, meskipun dukungan rekan kerja cenderung menurunkan burnout, pengaruhnya belum signifikan secara statistik. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan beban kerja dan peningkatan dukungan sosial di lingkungan kerja sebagai upaya menurunkan risiko burnout.Kata Kunci: Burnout, Beban Kerja Subjektif, Co-Worker Support, Karyawan Produksi

Abstract

Dyslexia in elementary school students is often misunderstood as a general learning difficulty, when in fact it stems from disruptions in the brain's language processing system. Therefore, an in-depth exploration of dyslexia from a psycholinguistic perspective is essential. This research aims to identify, examine and provide solutions for learning approaches according to the psycholinguistic needs of dyslexic children. This study was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with planning, conducting, and reporting stages for eight scientific articles indexed by Sinta in the range of 2020-2025. The findings reveal that: (1) dyslexia at the elementary level is characterized by persistent difficulties in reading, writing, and spelling despite normal intellectual abilities; (2) psycholinguistically, the disorder is rooted in deficits in phonological processing, letter recognition, and verbal working memory; and (3) effective interventions include multisensory strategies, explicit phonics instruction, and the use of visual-auditory learning media that support language acquisition. In conclusion, addressing dyslexia requires an integrative approach that simultaneously targets linguistic, neurological, and emotional dimensions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of Islamic counseling in improving the social interaction skills of children with autism through the Morning Ceria program and outdoor activities at the Bina Anggita Autism Special School, Yogyakarta. The focus of this research is how a combination of Islamic counseling principles and structured outdoor activities can support the social development of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Using a qualitative approach, this case study involved interviews, observations, and document analysis to collect data from teachers, counselors, and students at the school. Research findings show that the Morning Ceria program and outdoor activities significantly increase students' ability to interact with peers and the surrounding environment. The application of Islamic counseling guidance, which integrates spiritual and emotional support, provides a comprehensive framework in supporting the development of social interaction skills for children with autism. The conclusions of this study suggest that Islamic counseling can be an effective strategy in educational settings to help children with autism improve their social interactions. This research also opens up opportunities for further studies regarding the long-term impact of this intervention in a broader educational context.

Abstract

Gambling is a pathological activity that is still carried out by many members of society, including students. Online gambling has become an increasingly disturbing phenomenon among college students, with potentially serious impacts on their mental health. This research aims to determine the impact of online gambling on mental health in students. This research is library research or Library Research which is carried out in order to collect information and data through various sources including journals, books, documents, mass media, and so on. The results of this study show that online gambling has a negative impact on the mental health of students, including causing stress, anxiety, depression, disturbed sleep patterns, dependency and decreased academic performance.

Abstract

Polygamy both discourse and practice has always been a conversation kontroversif and contradictory. Some people regard it as a symbol of patriarchal and marginalization of women. While on the other hand polygamy is considered as part of the expression of faith, in fact is one of the rights that can not be intervened by anyone. Discourse on polygamy still rolling today. This study is not focused on the concept of thought, religious interpretation, certain scientific perspective, as well as studies in general about polygamy. But more to the mapping research on polygamy during the past three decades and the consistency of the results of research conducted along with qualitative explanation. With meta-interpretative approach, researchers are trying to map the writing or research on polygamy as well as finding and distinguishing development, both in terms of religion and culture.

Abstract

The relationship between employees and customers is shaped by organizational culture, which enables organizations to adapt and align with their goals and strategies. It includes a shared framework of meaning that sets one organization apart. A smaller percentage (25%) of researchers use a qualitative design, while the majority (65%) use a quantitative design. 10% of articles that are published use mixed methods. Online surveys (73%) and interviews (13%) are the most popular research methods, with observation (2%) and unspecified survey methods (10%) being less common. Employed people make up the majority of the research samples (75%), followed by businesses (18%), unemployed people (5%), and nations (3%). This study aims to compare the perspectives of Western and Eastern organizational cultures, investigate the benefits and drawbacks of each perspective, and identify which culture is more likely to produce successful organizational outcomes. While Eastern organizational culture is hierarchical and emphasizes teamwork, Western organizational culture emphasizes individual work systems and adherence to system rules. As a result, compared to Western cultural contexts, Eastern cultural contexts tend to emphasize teamwork more.
