Abstract

This community service is an activity to revive MSMEs that have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. One way to increase sales figures again is to improve product packaging and digital marketing to make it more attractive and informative. In addition, product packaging and digital marketing are tools for promotion. Promotion is an attempt to inform a product with the aim of attracting potential consumers to buy or consume it so that sales are expected to increase. Adrem Cake G&G Mbak Asih is an MSME engaged in the culinary field of Bantul, DIY. Community service is carried out in two stages. The first stage is education about the importance of packaging and digital marketing to support sales and promotions. The second stage is to provide training on packaging selection, practice of packaging products, explaining websites and placing business locations on Google Maps. After that, mentoring is carried out so that it can be implemented optimally.

Abstract

The growth and development of the manufacturing industry certainly has a positive impact because it increases employment, but it is directly proportional to the increase in work accidents. Most of the causes of work accidents are unsafe behavior. Unsafe behavior is caused by several factors and risk perception is an important part of it. Risk perception is relevant to safety because it can influence behavior that can influence the likelihood of accidents. This study aims to determine the effect of safety leadership, safety knowledge, and safety attitudes on perceived risk probability and perceived risk severity. This research was conducted at PT Linggarjati Mahardika Mulia in 2022. The sample used in this study was 315 respondents and used non-probability sampling techniques through a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique in this study used structural equation modeling with SEM-PLS and WarpPLS 8.0. The results confirmed that safety leadership has a positive effect on perceived risk probability and perceived risk severity. Safety knowledge has a positive effect on perceived risk probability and perceived risk severity. Safety attitude has a positive effect on perceived risk probability and perceived risk severity.

Abstract

The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of work competency on employee performance at the Yogyakarta City Fire and Rescue Service. There is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of Yogyakarta City Fire and Rescue Service employees. There is a positive and significant influence of the physical work environment on the performance of Yogyakarta City Fire and Rescue Service employees. There is a positive and significant influence of work competency, emotional intelligence, and physical work environment on the performance of Yogyakarta City Fire and Rescue Service employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, penghargaan, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja driver ShopeeFood. Meningkatnya layanan pesan antar makanan berbasis aplikasi menuntut driver sebagai garda terdepan layanan untuk bekerja secara optimal di tengah intensitas kerja yang tinggi dan sistem insentif yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Agustus hingga Oktober 2025 di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan melibatkan 270 driver ShopeeFood sebagai responden. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling melalui metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji t dan uji F, serta diolah menggunakan SPSS 25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial beban kerja, penghargaan, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja driver. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Nilai Adjusted R² menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar variasi kinerja driver dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel beban kerja, penghargaan, dan motivasi kerja, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Mredo, Kalurahan Bangunharjo, Kecamatan Sewon, Kabupaten Bantul. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk memberdayakan khalayak sasaran agar memiliki pengetahuan tentang pentingnya dalam memanfaatkan waktu luang dengan kegiatan yang mendatangkan tambahan penghasilan. Memberikan edukasi serta pelatihan bagi masyarakat Dusun Mredo diyakini pengabdi untuk meningkatkan perekonomian warga sekitar. Perlu adanya pemberian edukasi untuk merangsang tingkat kreativitas warga Dusun Mredo. Kata Kuci: Edukasi Ketrampilan, Kreativitas, Pemasaran Online, Kewirausahaan Abstract This community service was carried out in Mredo Helmet, Bangunharjo Village, Sewon District, Bantul Regency. The purpose of this community service activity is to empower the target audience to have knowledge about the importance of utilizing free time with activities that generate additional income. Providing education and training for the people of Mredo Helmet is believed by the community to improve the economy of the surrounding residents.
