Abstract: This research is motivated by the form of developing emotional social abilities in early childhood based on local wisdom (local wisdom) at Muslimat NU Kindergarten 089 Kepatihan Ponorogo. The research used in this research is to use a type of field case study with qualitative research. Aimed at seeing forms of developing emotional social abilities in young children based on local wisdom (local wisdom) at TK Muslimat NU 089 Kepatihan Ponorogo. The subjects in this study were students of grade A and B Muslimat kindergarten NU 089 Kepatihan Ponorogo. The informants of this study were the principal and teacher of TK Muslimat NU 089 Kepatihan Ponorogo. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on data analysis in the field, local wisdom forms the basis of emotional emotional development in NU 089 Muslimat Kindergarten Ponorogo in the form of dolanan songs, very appropriate for developing social emotional aspects of children, because in learning there is acomprehensive reaction from all classroom level environments.

Islamic educational institutions need to change the old perspective with a new paradigm. One of them is with educational production corporations. A new form of organizing and managing education that integrates several aspects, namely academic, economic, social and business without losing the important meaning of education itself which is mutually beneficial and supportive. It is hoped that this paradigm will strengthen the competitiveness of transformative Islamic educational institutions. The purpose of this article is to examine the challenges and opportunities of educational production corporations in increasing the competitiveness of transformative Islamic educational institutions. This research uses library research. The data collection technique used is literature collection, namely collecting library materials related to the research object. This research uses a library research approach. The data collection technique used is literature collection. This research involves collecting data or scientific papers that are relevant to the research object from various library sources. The results of the research show that the challenge for educational institutions in increasing their competitiveness in the era of independent learning is by using the concept of educational production corporations, namely; a) demand for superior educational production and services, in line with needs, and able to compete in the global market; b) minimal human, financial and infrastructure resources in managing the education sector; c) maintaining harmony between academic, social and economic interests in the context of educational business. Production corporations in the education sector as an effort to increase the competitiveness of transformative Islamic educational institutions can be realized one way by analyzing opportunities from the superiority of this concept.

This research is aiming at examining the reorientation of Islamic boarding schools for the purpose of Islamic education in the Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo Islamic boarding school. This study included as a descriptive research, a case study was in the Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo boarding school. In collecting data, the writer used methods of interview, observation, and documentation. The techniques of analyzing data are reduction data, displaying data, and drawing conclusion or verification. Based on the result of the research, it was found that (1) background of reorientation of Islamic education in Al Islam Islamic boarding school conveys that it is indifferent toward the challenges of social change, participating themselves in social changes and playing role as an agent of social change (2 ) the aim of development of Islamic education at Islamic boarding school Al Islam Josaren Mlarak Ponorogo is in accordance with the Neo-Modernism model, it is a method trying to understand the basic thoughts and values contained in the Al Qur ’an and As Sunnah by implicating and considering the treasures of classical intellectual Muslims. (3)the design of reorientation in Al Islam Islamic boarding school is a curriculum development, evaluation and institutionaldevelopment.

Indonesia is rich in culture, the importance of re-understanding the oral traditions of society. Instilling religious values through tembang dolanan to build children's moral character is now a very urgent and unavoidable challenge and problem. Children's dolanan songs are local cultural wisdom as a medium for forming children's character. The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the religious values contained in tembang dolanan as a form of children's character. The research design uses a descriptive-qualitative method, while the data collection technique uses a literature study. In this study, it was found first; that there are religious values in children's tembang dolanan, these values are in accordance with Javanese cultural norms. Religious values in tembang dolanan have an influence on religious teachings, especially Islam. Second; using and instilling religious values through tembang dolanan can help students get to know themselves, their own culture, and the culture of others, express language, find and use analytical and imaginative abilities that exist within themselves.

Based on documentation studies at STKIP PGRI Ponorogo, there is the fact that the quantity of PKM proposal submissions in 2023 is <70% of last year's DIKTI PKM acceptance quota. This fact needs special attention so that the proposal acceptance quota can be utilized optimally and utilized by students. Of course, this fact must be followed up immediately in the form of a clinical workshop activity for preparing PKM proposals with the theme "Clinical Workshop: Tricks to Pass PKM (Student Creativity Program) for Students throughout the Madiun Province". This activity will be held at Graha Saraswati STKIP PGRI Ponorogo. Implementation of Community Service is carried out offline in three sessions, namely socialization sessions, training and mentoring sessions, and monitoring and evaluation sessions. Participants in the Clinical Workshop: Tricks for Passing the PKM (Student Creativity Program) for Madiun Residency Students, stated that they felt more prepared and confident in taking part in the PKM competition after taking part in this activity. This research aims to identify the typology of leadership possessed by school principals in creating a child-friendly school, TK Muslimat NU 089 Kepatihan Ponorogo. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative type. Data collection using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that the leadership typology of the Muslimat NU 089 Kepatihan Ponorogo Kindergarten principal in creating a child-friendly school is in line with the transformative leadership typology. This can be proven from the results of interviews and observations at Muslimat NU 089 Kepatihan Kindergarten, Ponorogo Regency, building communication and collaboration with parents and the community. With good communication, school principals can strengthen school policies in creating child-friendly schools. Apart from that, parents and the community are also given the freedom to supervise all existing programs at school in accordance with the principles of child-friendly schools. Abstrak

This research aims to determine strategies for developing the profile of Pancasila students through local culture to create child-friendly schools. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using data analysis techniques, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. Planning for a learning project to strengthen student profiles at TK Muslimat NU 089 goes through the stages; 1) teacher discussion, 2) taking project themes, 3) taking project learning paths, 4) making project teaching modules, 5) implementing project activities, 6) procuring infrastructure. Implementation of project activities at Muslimat NU 089 Kindergarten using three stages, namely; initial stage, development stage, conclusion stage and follow-up stage. Meanwhile, the evaluation learning project for strengthening the profile of Pancasila students at TK Muslimat NU 089 uses three stages, namely; 1) class assessment using a portfolio to analyze the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile that emerged during project learning, 2) carrying out a work title to showcase students' products, and 3) teacher reflection to analyze supporting and inhibiting factors for project activities.

This study aims to examine the relevance of the Pancasila student profile to the moral education values in the Utawen poem, which is a culture in the Tegal Sari Mosque, Jetis District, Ponorogo Regency. This study uses a qualitative research type with an ethnographic design. The research data uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through a critical review of the Utawen poem text. Secondary data is obtained through scientific journals, books, and articles relevant to the research topic. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation. Analysis uses Miles and Huberman techniques. The research findings show that the moral values contained in the Utawen poem include: the moral value of consistency in principle, the moral value of honesty, and the moral value of courage to admit mistakes. These moral values are implied through the character of Sidiq (trustworthy). The moral value of keeping promises and being responsible is reflected in the character of amanah (trustworthy). The moral value of liking to help and caring for others is implied in the obligation of zakat as a form of social care. The relevance of the moral values of Utawen poetry to the profile dimensions of Pancasila students can be seen as follows: the dimensions of faith, devotion to God Almighty, noble character, and independence are implied in the shahada and the pillars of Islam. The dimension of mutual cooperation is implied through the teaching of paying zakat. The dimension of global diversity is implied in the character of the Prophet, who brought Islamic teachings to all people. The concept of tauhid (the oneness of God) can be used as a stimulus to develop critical thinking, because it invites humans to understand the meaning of life in depth. Through poetic expression, Utawen poetry also reflects creativity in conveying the message of da'wah through literary works.

One aspect of early childhood development that needs to be developed is the social emotional aspect. The way to develop the social emotional aspect is to apply the habit of queuing culture. The aim of the research is to find out the strategies and results of children’s social emotional development related to getting used to the culture of queuing. The data sources in this research were the principal, class A teacher, and class A children at Dharma Wanita Dukuh Kindergarten. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The research data shows that the strategy development strategy was carried out by queuing children when washing their hands after activities that involved washing hands by lining up at the back waiting for their turn. The results of developing children’s social emotional abilities by getting used to the culture of queuing show effective results.
