Abstract

Efficient management of computer networks is becoming increasingly important in the ever-evolving digital age. With the ever-increasing volume of data in the network environment, sophisticated approaches are needed to analyse and optimise network performance. One promising approach is the use of big data analysis with time series analysis methods. In this context, this research aims to explore the potential application of big data analysis using the time series analysis method in computer network management. By combining the power of big data analysis with time series analysis methodology. One of the main applications of  big data analysis in computer networks is security threat detection. By analysing unusual traffic patterns or suspicious behaviour, the system can identify potential attacks or data leaks more quickly and efficiently. In addition, big data analytics can also be used to optimise network performance by identifying bottlenecks, predicting capacity requirements, and improving the efficiency of resource usage by utilising big data analytics in the context of computer networks. However, challenges related to data privacy and security remain a major concern that must be addressed in the application of this technology. Therefore, it is important to develop a framework that takes into account the security and privacy aspects of data throughout the big data analysis process. Through this research, it is hoped that innovative solutions to the challenges of managing complex computer networks in the evolving digital era can be found, as well as provide a solid foundation for further research in this field.

Abstract

This research evaluates the performance of 4G LTE Provider 3 network services in Pamekasan City using the drive test method using the G-NetTrack application. The goal is to understand network performance in providing high-quality internet access in the ever-evolving digital era. This research is important because people's needs for fast and reliable internet access are increasing, especially in cities with high population density such as Pamekasan. Field measurement results show that Provider 3's 4G LTE network has good service quality with stable download and upload speeds and adequate signal strength. Drive tests were conducted by driving along predetermined routes while recording data on signal strength, internet speed, latency, and other relevant parameters. The data collected from each location was analyzed to compare the performance of various service providers. This analysis provides a comprehensive picture of network performance and can be used to provide recommendations to both consumers and other concerned parties. The conclusion of this study includes an evaluation of the performance of each provider based on the drive test results, as well as providing recommendations for future service improvements. The results of this study provide useful insights to understand and improve user experience in telecommunication connectivity in Pamekasan City, and can be used to improve user experience.

Abstract

The use of public wireless networks is increasingly used by the public because it is able to touch all walks of life using the internet because of its affordable prices. Apart from the affordable price, the ease of accessing this network so that many people prefer to take advantage of public wifi. However, with the increasing number of network users, of course, it will affect the quality of the network. Based on these problems, the researcher decided to conduct a study to analyze the quality of the public wireless network from NETVISTA. The NETVISTA public wireless network can be accessed in Kangenan Gg. 1, so the researcher decided to conduct research at the location for 2 days. This study aims to determine the quality of the internet connection network based on QoS parameters by knowing the delay, throughput, and packet loss obtained from the axence nettols application which will later be compared with the TYPHON standard so that the quality of the NETVISTA public wireless network can be known. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis. From this study, the results were obtained that many users (category: "Busy") the quality of Netvista's public wireless network was less satisfactory or at point 2.6, while when there were few users (category: "Not Busy") the quality of Netvista's wireless network was satisfactory or at point 3.1. The best time on holidays is between 11.00-12.00 and 22.01-00.00, while the best time on active days is 04.01-10.59 and 12.01-16.00.

Abstract

BM25 (Best Matching 25), atau yang dikenal sebagai Okapi BM25, adalah algoritma pemeringkatan dokumen yang banyak digunakan dalam sistem pencarian informasi berbasis teks karena pendekatannya yang probabilistik dan kemampuannya dalam menangani pencocokan kueri terhadap dokumen dalam skala besar. Tidak seperti metode heuristik klasik seperti Term Frequency (TF) dan Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), BM25 memperhitungkan faktor seperti frekuensi kemunculan kata, panjang dokumen, dan distribusi kata dalam korpus untuk menghasilkan skor relevansi yang lebih akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas BM25 dalam konteks bahasa Indonesia, dengan membandingkannya terhadap TF dan TF-IDF menggunakan dua dataset relevan, yaitu IndoQA dan IndoNLI. Sebanyak 1.000 pasangan kueri-dokumen dipilih sebagai sampel uji, dan seluruh teks mengalami proses pra-pemrosesan berupa tokenisasi, lowercasing, penghapusan tanda baca, stopword removal, dan stemming. Setiap model digunakan untuk menghasilkan peringkat 10 dokumen teratas, yang kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan metrik Precision@5, Mean Average Precision (MAP), dan Normalized Discounted Cumulative Gain (nDCG). Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa BM25 secara konsisten memberikan hasil terbaik dalam semua metrik evaluasi dibandingkan dengan dua metode lainnya, baik dari segi presisi maupun kualitas ranking. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa BM25 tetap menjadi baseline yang kuat dan efisien dalam berbagai aplikasi pencarian informasi berbasis teks berbahasa Indonesia, serta memberikan dasar yang dapat diandalkan untuk pengembangan sistem pencarian cerdas berbasis bahasa alami.Kata kunci: BM25, Pengambilan Informasi, Pembobotan Dokumen, TF-IDF, Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine what factors make Islamic banks in Indonesia have a low market share and what factors will drive Islamic banking to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. The Delphi approach is used to gather experts' opinions in the Islamic banking field. There are 15 experts involved in three rounds, all representing the stakeholders of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia, namely academics, government, regulators, community and practitioners. The Delphi panel consensus of the five categories of Islamic banking stakeholders revealed that what causes the Islamic banking market to be low is the implementation of the market share trap and the low assets of Islamic banks as problems to be solved. As for the Islamic finance hub, Islamic values and stakeholder relations as a component system of Islamic banking can gain a sustainable competitive advantage. This study contributes empirically to increasing the market share of Islamic banks and achieving a sustainable competitive advantage of Islamic banking in a dual-banking system. The study will broaden knowledge and provide insight into the sharia economic ecosystem for policymakers, operators, regulators and practitioners of the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia regarding stakeholder perspectives, which can be part of the solution for development in the banking industry. This contribution is an integral part of the roadmap for developing Indonesian banking.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationship between institutional pressure and dynamic marketing capabilities (DMC), as well as the connection between DMC and the performance of Islamic Banking in the former Malang residency. The study sampled seven banks, comprising 34 analysis units, which include 7 Branch Offices and 27 sub-branch offices. Data processing was conducted using the Smart PLS 3.0 program in alignment with the proposed hypotheses. The findings of this research are as follows: First, institutional infrastructure – comprising both formal and informal rules – significantly influences a firm's ability to adapt to market conditions. Second, DMC is an integrative process that combines a firm's knowledge, skills, and resources to meet market-related business needs.   This research contributes by linking institutional pressures to the development of DMC, emphasizing their cognitive and strategic impact on managers. The implications suggest that firms must align marketing strategies with institutional contexts to achieve sustainable performance, guiding future studies on capability-building in varying regulatory and competitive environments.

Abstract

Pemanenan tembakau merupakan salah satu tahapan yang perlu perhatian lebih untuk mendapatkan kualitas yang baik. Penentuan waktu panen yang tidak tepat dapat mengakibatkan kurangnya kualitas pada warna dan aroma setelah tembakau dirajang dan dikeringkan, bahkan juga mengurangi bobot sehingga akan memperkecil nilai jualnya. Oleh sebab itu, untuk membantu para petani dalam menentukan waktu panen yang tepat dilakukan proses data mining dalam bentuk klasifikasi, dengan memperhatikan korelasi beberapa atribut dengan kelas yang telah ditentukan, yaitu layak panen dan tidak layak panen menggunakan metode Correlated Naïve Bayes Classifier(C-NBC). Penelitian ini menggunakan atribut tinggi pohon, lebar daun,panjang daun, jumlah daun, varietas, dan warna daun. Berdasarkan hasil ujicoba fungsionalitas menggunakan black box dapat diketahui bahwa aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa kesalahan, dan perhitungan akurasi klasifikasi dengan metode C-NBC menggunakan confusion matrix mencapai 77.3%.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusi menuntut strategi pembelajaran yang mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan interaksi sosial di sekolah. Salah satu pendekatan yang relevan adalah Program Pendidikan Individual berbasis inovasi pembelajaran teknologi digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SDN Pademawu Timur 5 Pamekasan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru serta mendukung interaksi sosial siswa berkebutuhan khusus melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap, meliputi identifikasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi serta keberlanjutan program. Perangkat yang dihasilkan meliputi modul, asesmen (diagnostik, formatif, sumatif), serta media pembelajaran interaktif. Seluruh perangkat diintegrasikan ke dalam website sekolah berbasis Program Pendidikan Individual yang berfungsi sebagai pusat data dan sarana kolaborasi antara guru, sekolah, dan orang tua. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep Program Pendidikan Individual, keterampilan dalam merancang dan menerapkan perangkat Program Pendidikan Individual, serta dampak positif pada interaksi sosial siswa ABK yang menjadi lebih komunikatif, aktif, dan mampu bekerja sama dengan teman sebaya. Website ini juga mendapat respon positif sebagai media inovatif yang mempermudah akses perangkat pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, pelatihan dan pendampingan inovasi pembelajaran teknologi digital pada Program Pendidikan Individual terbukti efektif sebagai strategi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran inklusi sekaligus mengoptimalkan interaksi sosial siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah.

Abstract

Dynamic ARP Inspection (DAI) is a security feature that helps prevent Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) spoofing attacks, which can compromise the integrity and confidentiality of data in a network. This paper presents the implementation and simulation of DAI using Cisco Packet Tracer, a network simulation tool. The goal is to show how DAI can be configured and used to improve network security by verifying ARP packets in a switched network. The implementation involved setting up a network topology with switches and end devices, configuring DHCP snooping, and enabling DAI on the switches. Simulations tested various scenarios, including normal operation, ARP spoofing attacks, and the network response to these attacks with DAI enabled. The results show that DAI effectively mitigates ARP spoofing attacks, ensuring only legitimate ARP packets are forwarded, thus protecting the network from potential security breaches. The study concludes that implementing DAI is an important step in securing networks, especially in environments with sensitive data and high security needs. This paper serves as a practical guide for network administrators looking to improve their network security posture using Cisco Packet Tracer.

Abstract

This research highlights the detection of security vulnerabilities on websites using OWASP ZAP, a highly regarded open-source web security testing tool. Through a comprehensive literature review approach and systematic research methodology, this research emphasizes the urgency of addressing the ever-evolving security threats in web systems. Web security is a crucial aspect of information technology as more and more sensitive data is transmitted through web applications. OWASP ZAP, recognized for its reliability in identifying various security holes, was used to evaluate its effectiveness and efficiency in detecting vulnerabilities in web applications. This tool assists developers and security researchers in finding and fixing weaknesses that could be exploited by attackers. The results of the study show that OWASP ZAP is not only effective in identifying vulnerabilities such as SQL Injection, XSS (Cross-Site Scripting), and misconfiguration but also provides practical solutions to strengthen overall web security. Additionally, this research identifies several challenges faced when using OWASP ZAP and offers recommendations to address these issues. This study makes a significant contribution towards a better understanding of web security and offers recommendations for the implementation of better security testing tools in web development environments. Consequently, this research encourages the adoption of more proactive and systematic security practices in web application development.
