Total productive maintenance telah banyak diterapkan di industri sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas mesin dengan mengevaluasi efektivitas mesin. Evaluasi tersebut dilakukan untuk meningkatkan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness dan mengeliminasi kerugian terbesar yang disebut Six Big Losses. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mesin Aerosole Cone di PT. United Can Company yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) melalui penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pada mesin Aerosole Cone. Sebelum diterapkannya TPM, nilai OEE yang tercatat adalah 68,2%. Analisa menggunakan Six Big Losses mengidentifikasi bahwa kerugian terbesar terjadi pada Equipment Failure Losses sebesar 21,37%. Setelah penerapan TPM, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam nilai OEE menjadi 80,9%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa TPM efektif dalam mengurangi kerugian operasional dan meningkatkan kinerja peralatan. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya TPM sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas dalam lingkungan manufaktur.

Kerajinan adalah suatu bentuk seni yang melibatkan pembuatan barang-barang dengan tangan. Melalui pembuatan kerajinan, anak dapat belajar tentang berbagai bahan, alat, dan teknik, serta bagaimana menggunakannya untuk menciptakan sesuatu yang indah dan bermanfaat. Selain itu, kerajinan juga dapat membantu anak untuk mengembangkan keterampilan motorik halus dan koordinasi mata-tangan(Nasrul Musta et al., 2023). Alasan utama meneliti hal ini adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas hidup anak di seolah Al Fathimiyah. Dengan meningkatkan kreativitas dan keterampilan mereka, maka dapat membantu mereka untuk meraih kesuksesan di masa depan dan menjadi anggota masyarakat yang produktif dan mandiri. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengabdian Masyarakat ini yaitu Metode Pembelajaran Prakarya. Metode pembelajaran prakarya adalah salah satu pendekatan dalam proses pembelajaran yang fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan praktis siswa melalui kegiatan kreatif dan produktif. Metode ini bertujuan untuk mengajarkan siswa untuk berpikir kritis, berinovasi, dan mengaplikasikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka dalam menciptakan produk nyata. Hasilnya adalah dapat memotivasi siswa dengan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan, interaktif, dan relevan. Melalui pembuatan produk nyata, siswa dapat melihat hasil konkret dari usaha dan kerja keras mereka. Ini meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan kepuasan pribadi siswa dalam menciptakan sesuatu yang bernilai. Selain itu, metode ini juga memungkinkan siswa untuk mengungkapkan kreativitas mereka secara bebas dan melibatkan mereka dalam pembelajaran yang sangat terlibat

PT. Spare Part Otomotif memiliki bisnis memproduksi komponen kendaraan bermotor. Menurut Business Planning Department, pada tahun 2021 beberapa produk diprediksi mengalami kenaikan produksi. Produk spark plug diprediksi mengalami kenaikan terbesar, sebesar 20%. Namun, dengan kondisi mesin yang ada akan sangat sulit menghadapi kenaikan produksi tersebut. Saat ini, untuk mengetahui kemampuan mesin dalam mengasilkan produk perusahaan menggunakan kalkulasi produk yang dihasilkan dibanding dengan waktu kerja dalam sehari, disebut dengan Operation Ratio. Berdasarkan data dari TPM Departement, Operation Ratio mesin Schutte adalah yang paling rendah diantara mesin lainnya dalam proses pembuatan spark plug. Perlu dilakukan analisis lebih detail untuk mengetahui kemampuan mesin dalam menghasilkan produk menggunakan perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan six big losses sehingga dapat mengetahui kerugian waktu yang dominan. Setelah dilakukan analisa dan kalkulasi, nilai OEE di bulan Juni 63.2%, dan diketahui losstime yang dominan adalah breakdown losses, dikarenakan banyak masalah pada mesin. Penentukan aktivitas perbaikan menggunakan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) dan metode 5W + 1H agar OEE mencapai target 80.0%. Perbaikan dilakukan dari aspek mesin, manusia, material, dan lingkungan. Diantaranya yaitu overhaul mesin, edukasi kepada operator dan teknisi maintenance, dan membuat dokumen SOP perbaikan mesin. Hasil nilai OEE setelah perbaikan meningkat, menjadi 82.5% di bulan November.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of social media marketing, Product Innovation, market orientation on marketing performance. In this study using quantitative methods and data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The sample of respondents selection method used the snowball sampling method. Online questionnaires were sent to respondents as many as 410 SMEs in Banten Province, 390 returned questionnaires and 20 questionnaires did not return. The results of data analysis show that social media marketing has a significant effect on marketing performance, Product Innovation has a significant effect on marketing performance, market orientation has a significant effect on marketing performance.

The purpose of this article is to conduct a search for previous articles that will be used to find research gaps and look for internal and external factors. This research gap will be used as a basis for determining further research, namely related to sustainable competitiveness involving the community. For this purpose, an article search was conducted through the Scopus database for the last decade, namely from 2015 to 2024. The number of articles that met the required criteria was 48 articles and were used for the review results in this article. To see the relationship between the discussion of keywords in this article, the Vos Viewer tool was used. The Vos Viewer results show that there is no direct relationship between SMEs and community empowerment. In addition, the tourism sector has a role and close relationship with community empowerment compared to the industrial sector and internal and external factors were also found to have a role in sustainable competitiveness, 9 internal factors and 6 external factors were found that often appear. This article also provides recommendations related to research that may be carried out in the future.

This study aims to examine the relationship between sustainable competitiveness and community empowerment in the context of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by conducting a systematic literature review using the PRISMA guidelines. The review identified relevant studies published between 2021 and 2025 in the Scopus database and analyzed them using the VOS Viewer bibliometrics tool. This study explores the role of empowerment in improving Sustainable Competitiveness. Findings show that the topics of sustainable competitiveness and community empowerment are still rarely discussed in an integrated manner, although both are significantly interrelated. The analysis identified six main dimensions that contribute to sustainable competitiveness in SMEs: Economic, Social, Environmental, Technological, Organizational, and Human Resources that correlate with sustainable competitiveness in SMEs. In various literature, sustainable competitiveness in SMEs is often discussed and has a close relationship with the use of technology in SMEs businesses. However, on the other hand, it also needs to be supported by the role of the community, which is included in the social dimension, which also plays an important role in SMEs that support business sustainability, foster cooperation networks, and improve the welfare of local communities. These findings provide a basis for insight and information to develop targeted business strategies and public policies aimed at enhancing sustainable competitiveness in SMEs through community engagement.

Attendance recording is a crucial administrative activity in educational institutions because it is directly linked to discipline, reporting, and decision-making at the school level. However, manual attendance procedures are still widely used and often generate various problems, including delays in recapitulation, inconsistent data formats, potential duplicate records, and limited access to information required for periodic monitoring. In response to these issues, this study aims to design and evaluate a web-based online attendance application that supports a more systematic, measurable, and accountable attendance management process through login-based user authentication. The methodology includes a needs analysis involving key stakeholders administrators, homeroom teachers, subject teachers, and students which is then translated into a role-based system design. Subsequent stages comprise prototype development, functional testing to ensure feature compliance with specifications, and usability evaluation to assess ease of use and user acceptance. The developed application provides core functionalities such as role-based user management, daily attendance entry, input validation to minimize errors and prevent duplication, and change-history logging (audit trails) to strengthen data integrity and traceability. In addition, the system offers automated recapitulation and attendance trend visualization across daily, weekly, and monthly periods to make monitoring faster and more informative. The system is implemented as a web application using the Laravel framework and a responsive interface to ensure accessibility across multiple devices. Functional testing results indicate that the main features operate as intended, while usability evaluation suggests that the application is easy to use and improves work efficiency compared to manual procedures. Overall, the findings confirm that a web-based attendance system reinforced by data integrity mechanisms and periodic reporting can enhance monitoring effectiveness, accelerate recapitulation processes, and strengthen the accountability of attendance records in schools.

Bina Insan Mandiri Islamic Vocational High School has more than 30 years of experience in assisting parents in educating their children through a curriculum that reflects the distinctive characteristics of a modern Islamic school. This activity was initiated in response to the school environment, which generates considerable organic waste from daily activities. The program aimed to provide insight into organic waste management. The target participants of this activity were students of Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School, with the objective of providing education and training on the importance of awareness in managing organic waste. The outcomes of this activity included the production of organic fertilizers in both liquid and solid forms for plant cultivation. The outputs of this program consisted of publications in a community service journal, publications in mass media, and a video uploaded to the LPPM UMB YouTube channel. The activity evaluation was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 28 participants. The results showed an expectation score of 4.1 and a performance score of 4.33 on a 5-point scale, indicating the activity was rated satisfactory.

This community service program aims to improve MSME food court entrepreneurs' understanding of business risk management in Tangerang. The participants received training on basic risk management concepts, the identification of operational, financial, and food safety risks, and appropriate mitigation strategies through interactive workshops and case discussions. Evaluation was conducted using pre- and post-tests to measure knowledge improvement. The results indicate a significant increase in participants’ awareness of business risks and their ability to apply preventive actions in daily operations. This program is expected to strengthen business resilience, enhance service quality, and support the sustainability of community-based culinary enterprises.
