Abstract

Limited access to information about Student Activity Unit (UKM) activities and achievements is often an obstacle for students, especially new students, to be actively involved in campus activities. This study aims to develop an UKM Information Application to provide an integrated platform that makes it easier for students at universities in North Jakarta to access UKM information. This application is designed using the Scrum method, with iterative stages that include user needs analysis, development of key features such as delivery of activity information, event notifications, and documentation of UKM achievements, and evaluation through sprint reviews. The use of this application is expected to increase information transparency, facilitate communication between members, and encourage student participation in UKM activities. The results of the study are in the form of a digital-based information application that can strengthen UKM management and communication effectively and efficiently, supporting the modernization of information systems in higher education.

Abstract

Attendance is one of the important activities in organizational management, especially in the fields of education and business. Until now, attendance systems are still mostly done manually with signatures or ID cards. However, these methods are prone to fraud, such as buddy punching or data manipulation. This study aims to develop a facial recognition-based attendance system on the Android platform using Regula Forensics Face SDK. Test results at thresholds of 70%, 85%, and 90% show that the 85% threshold provides the best compromise, with a False Acceptance Rate (FAR) of 0% and a False Rejection Rate (FRR) of 14.3%. In conclusion, a facial recognition-based attendance system can be implemented on the Android platform using the Regula Forensics Face SDK. This technology has been proven to improve security and efficiency in Android attendance systems. In addition, this technology offers an accurate, fast, and secure biometric solution through flexible integration with Flutter. Despite technical and licensing limitations, this technology is still feasible for implementation in modern attendance systems.

Abstract

PT Global Digital Niaga (Blibli) sebagai salah satu perusahaan e-commerce terkemuka di Indonesia, saat ini menjalankan program efisiensi biaya (cost saving). Salah satu area yang menjadi tantangan adalah proses pengendalian biaya klaim bahan bakar (BBM) karyawan yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Proses manual ini sulit untuk melacak transaksi secara efektif dan rentan terhadap adanya klaim berlebih (overclaim) yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah solusi Business Intelligence berupa dashboard interaktif yang berfungsi sebagai alat bantu pengendalian biaya klaim BBM. Perancangan sistem ini akan menggunakan metodologi Nine-Step Kimball untuk membangun sebuah data mart dengan model star schema. Sementara itu, untuk perancangan antarmuka visual dashboard digunakan metode prototyping yang bersifat iteratif. Keseluruhan proses, mulai dari ekstraksi data dari sistem internal perusahaan (Catapa dan Renaissance), transformasi, hingga visualisasi, diimplementasikan menggunakan software Microsoft Power BI. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah purwarupa (prototype) dashboard fungsional yang mampu menyajikan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) utama seperti Total Biaya Klaim, Jumlah Transaksi Overclaim, dan Total Kerugian Akibat Overclaim. Dengan adanya dashboard ini, diharapkan para pemangku kepentingan (Manajer HR, Manajer Keuangan, dan Direksi) dapat melakukan monitoring dan pengambilan keputusan secara lebih cepat dan berbasis data untuk mendukung tercapainya tujuan efisiensi perusahaan.

Abstract

Advances in information technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI) and generative language models like ChatGPT, can be leveraged in presentation creation. This technology opens up opportunities to automate and simplify creative tasks, including the development of presentation materials. This training aimed to explore the use of AI and ChatGPT to accelerate workflows, improve content quality, and create engaging presentations for students at SMK Media Informatika Dasana Indah, Tangerang. The methods used included case studies and comparative experiments between conventional and AI-based presentation creation. Data was obtained from analyses of quality, design, processing time, and user feedback. The results showed that AI and ChatGPT significantly saved time in developing presentation outlines, ideas, and text drafts. Integrating AI into platforms like Canva or Google Slides also facilitates the selection of professional templates and automated design. However, challenges were identified, such as the limitations of human creativity, the risk of misinterpretation by AI, and the need for content verification.

Abstract

An information system is an integration between information technology and human activities that play a role in the management, processing, and dissemination of information within an organization or a particular environment. Along with technological advances, website-based information systems have become an effective solution for companies in managing office inventory more efficiently and structured. This research focuses on the design of a website-based office inventory information system aimed at simplifying the performance of admins in the inventory data management process. However, this matter has weaknesses in its management such as still using Microsoft Excel so it is vulnerable to malware if employees want to request the data with a USB that becomes a corrupt file and the occurrence of inventory management errors that cause differences between the actual conditions or human error. Before designing the system, an analysis of the existing inventory mechanism was conducted using the PIECES approach (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service) to evaluate the performance of the old system and identify improvement needs. In addition, system modeling was carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) through use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The final result of this research is an efficient and integrated website-based office inventory information system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction with the use of the tax e-Faktur application in the tax reporting process at PT Anugerah Texindotama. The e-Faktur application is a technological innovation that facilitates electronic tax reporting, which is expected to increase compliance and efficiency in the tax administration process. This research method includes observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to 43 respondents who are directly related to the use of the application. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the use of the e- Faktur application has had a positive influence on user satisfaction, with an average satisfaction level of 80.83%, which is categorized as good. Several advantages of the application, such as minimizing the risk of errors and ease of access, also increase user acceptance. However, there are technical constraints that need to be improved to support system optimization. Recommendations for improvement focus on enhancing features and technical training for employees to strengthen the implementation of the e-Faktur application in corporate tax reporting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi pengguna terhadap sistem pembayaran digital di Indonesia, khususnya QRIS, dengan menggabungkan metode analisis sentimen dan klasterisasi. Model hybrid yang digunakan mengombinasikan algoritma Naïve Bayes untuk menganalisis opini publik dari platform Reddit dan algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan responden survei berdasarkan kesamaan persepsi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari dua sumber, yaitu data sekunder berupa komentar media sosial dan data primer dari survei pengguna. Hasil analisis sentimen menunjukkan mayoritas opini publik bersifat netral hingga positif terhadap penggunaan QRIS. Integrasi hasil sentimen dengan data survei menghasilkan dataset gabungan yang lebih komprehensif dalam menggambarkan perilaku dan pandangan pengguna. Proses klasterisasi menghasilkan tiga kelompok utama pengguna, yaitu pengguna baru yang masih ragu, pengguna adaptif, dan pengguna aktif dengan tingkat kepuasan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan hybrid Naïve Bayes dan K-Means efektif untuk mengungkap pola persepsi pengguna serta menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan masyarakat terhadap sistem pembayaran digital QRIS tergolong tinggi.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pesat ekosistem e-commerce di Indonesia menjadikan ulasan pengguna pada Google Play Store salah satu sumber data penting untuk membaca persepsi dan pengalaman pengguna secara langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis serta membandingkan sentimen ulasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi Shopee dan Tokopedia dengan menggunakan pendekatan klasifikasi Naïve Bayes. Data ulasan dikumpulkan dari halaman Google Play kedua aplikasi, kemudian diproses melalui tahapan prapemrosesan teks, meliputi pembersihan karakter, case folding, penghapusan stopword, dan stemming. Fitur teks direpresentasikan menggunakan Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) dan diklasifikasikan ke dalam label sentimen positif, negatif, dan netral. Kinerja model dinilai menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score, sedangkan perbedaan pola sentimen antara Shopee dan Tokopedia dianalisis berdasarkan distribusi kelas dan hasil klasifikasi yang dihasilkan. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan gambaran kuantitatif mengenai kecenderungan penilaian pengguna terhadap kedua platform dan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pengelola e-commerce dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan berbasis opini pengguna.
