Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between market sentiment, trading volume, and stock volatility on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using the Vector Autoregression (VAR) model. The research addresses the complexity of these interdependent variables and their impact on market dynamics, aiming to provide insights for investors, regulators, and policymakers. The objective was to evaluate how changes in market sentiment affect trading volume and stock volatility and how these variables interact over time. The VAR model was applied to daily and weekly data on market sentiment, trading volume, and stock volatility from IDX. Results indicate that positive sentiment generally increases trading volume and stock volatility, while negative sentiment tends to reduce trading activity and escalate volatility. The findings also highlight the significant role of market liquidity, as trading volume impacts volatility by improving market stability. This study underscores the importance of sentiment analysis in investment strategies and market regulation, suggesting that maintaining market liquidity and stabilizing sentiment can enhance market efficiency and stability. The implications of these results are critical for improving risk management and informing investment decisions in the Indonesian capital market.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic all countries in the world experienced difficulties, including Indonesia. A pandemic that hit the world has given a big change, especially tourism. Tuban Regency has many natural tourist attractions that present the charm of beauty. One of them is the tourist attraction Jatiwangi Park and Goa Djoyokusumo. In July 2021, the number of tourist visitors to Jatiwangi Park and Goa Djoyokusumo experienced a very drastic decline due to the PPKM for 3 months. To maximize income in the new normal era, it is necessary to carry out a human resource development program. One way is to know the satisfaction of visitors to the quality of service. Analysis that can be used to determine visitor satisfaction is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the results of research that has been conducted on Jatiwangi Park and Goa Djoyokusumo tours, the conclusions obtained are as follows: a) Based on the results of the level of satisfaction and the level of importance of the Tangible, Reliability, Responsive, Assurance and Empathy dimensions, the interpretation of very satisfied ranges from 83.57% - 88.53% and the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index has an interpretation satisfaction level with an average of 86.90% showing very satisfied results. b) There are 2 attributes that need to improve the quality of service, namely opening and closing hours on time, there are adequate handwashing facilities and soap.

Abstract

Static activity and dynamic activity are used as the basis for measuring body size. Ergonomics related to the dimensions of the human body is anthropometry. Anthropometry is needed as a guide in the implementation of adjusting the sizes of work equipment and tools, furniture, clothing, and all equipment that is directly related to humans. Anthropometry is related to measuring the state and physical characteristics of humans from the size of the head, hands, body, hips, to feet. The measurement data is used as a reference for product development according to user needs. Industrial Engineering UNIVERSITY OF PGRI RONGGOLAWE TUBAN (UNIROW) has a computer laboratory with a class area of 99 m², with a capacity of 60 students. One of the computer lab facilities is a laboratory chair that is currently used in the Industrial Engineering computer laboratory at the University of PGRI Ronggolawe Unirow Tuban. It is a chair with an iron frame, a seat mat, and a backrest. The dimensions of the lab chair used today have a chair leg height of 50 cm, a seat width of 50 cm, a backrest height of 60 cm.

Abstract

The existence of competition among products tighter this requires every employer to provide the best for its customers. Quality assurance is one that must be met by the employer and given to the customer. Including the quality of magazine printing. Motorola Six Sigma is a method or technique of dramatic Improved quality control applied by the company Motorola, which is a new breakthrough in the field of quality management to the target 3.4 failures per million opportunities. This research was conducted at UD. Ajib Jaya, a company engaged in printing and screen printing. By using the six sigma method can be seen that the DPMO (defects per million opportunities) of disability and magazine print production process sigma achievement that has not been consistent, ie 3368.12 4.21 DPMO and sigma capability. Implementation of six sigma quality improvement on this study it can be concluded that there are three types of defects with the most potential are: mold mbleber 42,5%, 33,7% and double writing paper folded 18,7%

Abstract

Factory production areas have a high workload for employees. Problems that exist in the company such as workers who have the risk of physical injury from being hit by large and heavy blocks of ice that have the potential to fall on the workers' feet and musculoskeletal. Mental burden that can arise because workers have to pursue the company's production targets. The purpose of this study is to analyze the physical and mental burden on workers and how to reduce the physical workload and high mental burden on workers. The object of research taken at PT. X, there are 15 employees who produce ice blocks. The analysis was carried out using two methods, namely the Job Strain Index (JSI) method and the NASA-TLX method. The results obtained were dangerous physical loads on all loading and unloading workers and for mental loads, they found that Dwi Ahmad S had a heavy mental burden, and Adam Sunoto, Bahar Kusni, Lasujji, Rio Kiki Darno S, Bisri Mustofa, Duraji, warjono, aris widodo have a moderate mental load. Suggestions are given to the loading power of ice blocks that have dangerous physical loads and heavy or moderate mental loads, by providing suggestions for improvements to each variable assessed on the JSI and NASA-TLX methods.

Abstract

There is a large amount of potential for limestone content in Tuban Regency, so the use of calcium oxide (CaO) as a raw material for emulsion wall paint is quite potential to be studied. Efforts were made in this study to determine the effect of the concentration of quicklime (CaO) as a filler, the effect of the concentration of polyvinylacetate (PVA) as a binder, the effect of the concentration of titanium dioxide (TiO2) as a coloring agent (pigment), and the effect of the concentration of sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) as an emulsifier (emulsifier) ​​on the quality of the resulting emulsion wall paint. The results showed that the optimal composition for testing the water content of wall paints was 50 grams of calcium oxide (CaO), 50 grams of polyvinylacetate (PVA), 4 grams of titanium dioxide (TiO2), and 10 grams of sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP). Based on the value of the Setting Level test for the water content value, the value for the A1 (CaO 50 grams) level setting is 43,2% water content, the B3 (PVA 50 grams) level setting is 45,4% water content, the C1 (TiO2 4 grams) level setting is 41,8% water content, and the D1 (STPP 10 grams) level setting with a water content value of 54,5%. From  this composition, optimal comfirmation was obtained, namely 46,2%   Banyaknya potensi kandungan batu kapur yang ada di Kabupaten Tuban maka penggunaan kapur tohor (CaO) sebagai bahan baku cat tembok emulsi cukup potensial untuk diteliti. Usaha yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi kapur tohor (CaO) sebagai bahan pengisi (filler), pengaruh konsentrasi polyvinylacetate (PVA) sebagai bahan pengikat (binder), pengaruh konsentrasi titanium dioksida (TiO2) sebagai bahan pewarna (pigmen), dan pengaruh konsentrasi sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) sebagai bahan pengemulsi (emulsifer) terhadap kualitas cat tembok emulsi yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi optimal uji kadar air pada cat tembok adalah dengan kapur tohor (CaO 50 gram), polyvinylacetate (PVA) 50 gram, titanium dioksida (TiO2) 4 gram dan sodiumtripolyphosphate (STPP) 10 gram. Berdasarkan nilai Setting Level uji nilai kadar air diperoleh nilai setting level A1 (CaO 50 gram) dengan nilai kadar air 43,2%, setting level B3 (PVA 50 gram) dengan nilai kadar air 45,4%, setting level C1 (TiO2 4 gram) dengan nilai kadar air 41,8%, dan setting level D1 (STPP 10 gram) dengan nilai kadar air 54,5%. Dari komposisi tersebut diperoleh konfirmasi optimal yaitu 46,2%.

Abstract

Wood pellets are an alternative fuel made from wood waste, and plantations are one of the environmentally friendly renewable fuels that have a cylindrical and hard shape, this is one of the energy conversions where the process of changing the form of energy from wood waste and plantations whose size is random is converted into a cylindrical pellet form. This study was conducted to determine the impact of rising fuel prices on fuel usage patterns. To determine the quality of wood pellets, researchers used the right factors and composition in making wood pellets to get the best quality results according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) with number 8021: 2014 as a parameter for making wood pellets using the Tauchi method.   Wood pellet merupakan alternatif bahan bakar yang terbuat dari limbah kayu, dan perkebunan merupakan salah satu bahan bakar terbarukan yang ramah lingkungan memiliki bentuk silinder dan keras, ini merupakan salah satu konversi energi dimana proses perubahan bentuk energi dari limbah kayu dan perkebunan yang ukurannya acak dirubah menjadi bentuk pellet silinder. Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan dampak kenaikan harga bahan bakar terhadap pola penggunaan bahan bakar. Untuk mengetahui kualitas wood pellet peneliti menggunakan faktor dan komposisi yang tepat dalam pembuatan wood pellet untuk mendapatkan hasil kualitas terbaik sesuai Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) dengan nomor 8021:2014 sebagai parameter pembuatan wood pellet dengan menggunakan metode Tauchi. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dari ketiga hasil pegujian kadar air, kadar abu, dan nilai kalor komposisi faktor dan level yang paling mendekati adalah serbuk king grass 70%, serbuk sekam padi 15%, perekat kanji 5% dan lama waktu pengeringan sebesar 45%

Abstract

Proses produksi di industri sangat bergantung pada perawatan dan ketersediaan mesin, yang berdampak pada efektivitas dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas mesin produksi kalsium di PT. ABC menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja mesin melalui analisis Six Big Losses. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata OEE selama periode Januari hingga Maret 2023 adalah 49,24%, dengan nilai tertinggi 52,76% dan terendah 47,07%. Faktor terbesar yang berkontribusi terhadap rendahnya nilai OEE adalah Reduced Speed Losses, yang mencapai rata-rata 17,00%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya langkah-langkah pemeliharaan yang lebih efektif dan perhatian khusus pada proses yang berdampak pada kinerja mesin. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi peningkatan efektivitas mesin di industri manufaktur.

Abstract

Potensi kecelakaan kerja dapat terjadi pada setiap aktivitas pekerjaan. Kecelakaan kerja dapat diakibatkan oleh mesin-mesin maupun faktor kelalaian pekerja.UD. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi pakan ternak. Sayangnya, perusahaan ini masih perlu meningkatkan penerapan program K3 untuk memastikan keselamatan dan kesehatan para pekerja. Pada divisi produksi terdapat potensi bahaya yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kecelakaan kerja sehingga langkah pencegahan dapat diterapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC), yang meliputi identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, dan pengendalian risiko. Ada empat tahapan pada devisi produksi yaitu : proses pengangkutan bahan baku, pengangkatan bahan baku. penakaran dan pencampuran bahan baku dankegiatan packing dan pemindahan barang ke gudang stok. Penelitian ini menemukan 25 potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja di bagian produksi. Dalam penilaian risiko, terdapat 3 kategori, yaitu risiko ekstrim, tinggi dan sedang. Risiko Sedang Kategori ini melibatkan 1 atribut atau variabel, yang mencakup 4% dari total risiko, menunjukkan bahwa risiko sedang adalah kategori yang paling umum di area produksi ,Risiko Tinggi Terdapat 22 atribut atau variabel dalam kategori risiko tinggi, menyumbang 88% dari total risiko dan Risiko Ekstrem Kategori ini mencakup 2 atribut atau variabel, yang menyumbang 8% dari total risiko yang diidentifikasi. Pengendalian risiko dilakukan dengan metode hierarki pengendalian, yang mencakup eliminasi, substitusi, rekayasa (engineering), administratif, dan alat pelindung diri (APD).

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is for teachers to create their own teaching and evaluation materials using iSpring. This ability is very necessary considering that students are now a generation that is already familiar with the internet since they were born. While the teachers are a part of the digital immigrant generation, which was born before the internet developed rapidly. The method used in the form of training and mentoring was carried out by two English Education Lecturers and a Lecturer from the Faculty of Engineering which was attended by 36 junior high school teachers from both the city of Tuban and from other sub-districts around Tuban and held for four meetings. To find out the level of satisfaction of the training, participants were given a quiz and interview. The results of this training showed that most participants felt very enthusiastic, and could make their own material and evaluation in teaching English. After that they also managed to publish it in a format compatible with Android. This is very important because it is a combination of CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning) and MALL (Mobile Assisted Language Learning), which means that this project uses computer devices and the results can be applied in the form of mobile (HP).
