There is a large amount of potential for limestone content in Tuban Regency, so the use of calcium oxide (CaO) as a raw material for emulsion wall paint is quite potential to be studied. Efforts were made in this study to determine the effect of the concentration of quicklime (CaO) as a filler, the effect of the concentration of polyvinylacetate (PVA) as a binder, the effect of the concentration of titanium dioxide (TiO2) as a coloring agent (pigment), and the effect of the concentration of sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) as an emulsifier (emulsifier) on the quality of the resulting emulsion wall paint. The results showed that the optimal composition for testing the water content of wall paints was 50 grams of calcium oxide (CaO), 50 grams of polyvinylacetate (PVA), 4 grams of titanium dioxide (TiO2), and 10 grams of sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP). Based on the value of the Setting Level test for the water content value, the value for the A1 (CaO 50 grams) level setting is 43,2% water content, the B3 (PVA 50 grams) level setting is 45,4% water content, the C1 (TiO2 4 grams) level setting is 41,8% water content, and the D1 (STPP 10 grams) level setting with a water content value of 54,5%. From this composition, optimal comfirmation was obtained, namely 46,2% Banyaknya potensi kandungan batu kapur yang ada di Kabupaten Tuban maka penggunaan kapur tohor (CaO) sebagai bahan baku cat tembok emulsi cukup potensial untuk diteliti. Usaha yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi kapur tohor (CaO) sebagai bahan pengisi (filler), pengaruh konsentrasi polyvinylacetate (PVA) sebagai bahan pengikat (binder), pengaruh konsentrasi titanium dioksida (TiO2) sebagai bahan pewarna (pigmen), dan pengaruh konsentrasi sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) sebagai bahan pengemulsi (emulsifer) terhadap kualitas cat tembok emulsi yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi optimal uji kadar air pada cat tembok adalah dengan kapur tohor (CaO 50 gram), polyvinylacetate (PVA) 50 gram, titanium dioksida (TiO2) 4 gram dan sodiumtripolyphosphate (STPP) 10 gram. Berdasarkan nilai Setting Level uji nilai kadar air diperoleh nilai setting level A1 (CaO 50 gram) dengan nilai kadar air 43,2%, setting level B3 (PVA 50 gram) dengan nilai kadar air 45,4%, setting level C1 (TiO2 4 gram) dengan nilai kadar air 41,8%, dan setting level D1 (STPP 10 gram) dengan nilai kadar air 54,5%. Dari komposisi tersebut diperoleh konfirmasi optimal yaitu 46,2%.
