Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is one of the important factors in supporting the availability of student accessibility to every information obtained through the use of electronic devices (gadgets). Students' ability to sort academic information is expected to be able to provide reinforcement in broadening students' perceptions in producing a more practical and innovative learning approach. Students of SMA 4 and SMKN 5 Sijunjung Regency are schools with A accreditation qualifications that have students with the Z generation category who have a reflection as a generation that is very strongly involved in the development of information technology. The strong involvement of Generation Z students in the use of Gadgets is the main factor in identifying student motivation, attitudes and behavior in the use of Gadgets, thus having an impact on student learning productivity for every information received. The approach of self-motivation training, life skills, soft skills and hard skills is the initial approach in directing students persuasively in understanding the benefits of the availability of information access, especially in increasing student information and knowledge. The results of the activity show that the persuasive approach carried out during the training process is able to attract positive responses from students, especially for every material that is related to the world of Generation Z teenagers. These results also show that a persuasive, innovative and relational approach is able to increase the enthusiasm of Generation Z students for every information that is academic and educational.

Abstract

The search and development of self-potential can be honed through interests, talents, hobbies and passions so that they can be developed optimally. The purpose of this community service activity is to bring out the potential and competence of SMKN 1 Sijunjung students. The service method with the Holland test which is better known as RIASEC (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Entrepreneurial and Conventional). The results of the community service activity can identify students' potential and bridge their learning activities with interests, talents, hobbies and passions. This is done to see the choice of majors when they go to college later and their future careers. The results obtained are that most students have chosen the right major according to their interests and talents. A small number of others are still hesitant and have not realized the potential and competence they have so they need direction to be able to choose the right major and career in the future.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of product quality, price and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at the Nusantara Collection store. The study was conducted at the Nusantara Collection Store with a sample of 100 respondents. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data source used by the researcher is a primary data source using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing used in this study is by multiple linear analysis with the IBM SPSS 23 Statistics tool. The results of the tests that have been carried out indicate that (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) product quality, price and service quality periodically have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Quality of Service, Campus Facilities, and Campus Image on Student Satisfaction at Dharma Andalas University. The population in this study were active students of Dharma Andalas University in 2024, Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Law, Social Sciences and Humanities, and Faculty of Science and Engineering, totaling 1,569 students. The sample in this study was 95 and the sampling was 100 respondents to avoid errors in filling out the questionnaire, with the characteristics of active students, namely students in 2024, class of 2022 to class of 2024. This research is a quantitative research. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed that simultaneously there was a significant influence of service quality, campus facilities, and campus image on student satisfaction at Dharma Andalas University.
