Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is one of the important factors in supporting the availability of student accessibility to every information obtained through the use of electronic devices (gadgets). Students' ability to sort academic information is expected to be able to provide reinforcement in broadening students' perceptions in producing a more practical and innovative learning approach. Students of SMA 4 and SMKN 5 Sijunjung Regency are schools with A accreditation qualifications that have students with the Z generation category who have a reflection as a generation that is very strongly involved in the development of information technology. The strong involvement of Generation Z students in the use of Gadgets is the main factor in identifying student motivation, attitudes and behavior in the use of Gadgets, thus having an impact on student learning productivity for every information received. The approach of self-motivation training, life skills, soft skills and hard skills is the initial approach in directing students persuasively in understanding the benefits of the availability of information access, especially in increasing student information and knowledge. The results of the activity show that the persuasive approach carried out during the training process is able to attract positive responses from students, especially for every material that is related to the world of Generation Z teenagers. These results also show that a persuasive, innovative and relational approach is able to increase the enthusiasm of Generation Z students for every information that is academic and educational.

Abstract

The search and development of self-potential can be honed through interests, talents, hobbies and passions so that they can be developed optimally. The purpose of this community service activity is to bring out the potential and competence of SMKN 1 Sijunjung students. The service method with the Holland test which is better known as RIASEC (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Entrepreneurial and Conventional). The results of the community service activity can identify students' potential and bridge their learning activities with interests, talents, hobbies and passions. This is done to see the choice of majors when they go to college later and their future careers. The results obtained are that most students have chosen the right major according to their interests and talents. A small number of others are still hesitant and have not realized the potential and competence they have so they need direction to be able to choose the right major and career in the future.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of product quality, price and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at the Nusantara Collection store. The study was conducted at the Nusantara Collection Store with a sample of 100 respondents. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data source used by the researcher is a primary data source using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing used in this study is by multiple linear analysis with the IBM SPSS 23 Statistics tool. The results of the tests that have been carried out indicate that (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) product quality, price and service quality periodically have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Quality of Service, Campus Facilities, and Campus Image on Student Satisfaction at Dharma Andalas University. The population in this study were active students of Dharma Andalas University in 2024, Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Law, Social Sciences and Humanities, and Faculty of Science and Engineering, totaling 1,569 students. The sample in this study was 95 and the sampling was 100 respondents to avoid errors in filling out the questionnaire, with the characteristics of active students, namely students in 2024, class of 2022 to class of 2024. This research is a quantitative research. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed that simultaneously there was a significant influence of service quality, campus facilities, and campus image on student satisfaction at Dharma Andalas University.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Digitalization Adoption, and Environmentally Friendly Practices on Financial Access. The sample size was selected using the convenience sampling method. With a quantitative approach, the analysis method used SPSS 30. The main data collection technique was a structured questionnaire. The questionnaire was designed to measure the research variables using a 4-point Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using inferential statistical methods, with multiple regression analysis as the main technique to test the impact of each independent variable (entrepreneurial orientation, digitalization adoption, and environmentally friendly practices) on the dependent variable (financial access/ AK). The results of this study concluded that entrepreneurial orientation (OK) did not have a significant impact on financial access (AK) (0.935). Digitalization Adoption (AD) had a positive and significant impact on Financial Access (AK (0.00). Environmentally Friendly Practices (PRL) had a positive and significant impact on Financial Access (AK) (0.017). While the overall regression model was statistically significant and confirmed that the three variables, when considered together, provided a significant contribution to explaining MSME financial access Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Adopsi Digitalisasi dan Praktik Ramah Lingkungan terhadap Akses Keuangan. Jumlah sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode analisis menggunakan analisis SPSS 30. Teknik pengumpulan data utama adalah kuesioner terstruktur. Kuesioner dirancang untuk mengukur variabel-variabel penelitian menggunakan skala Likert 4 poin. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik inferensial, dengan analisis regresi berganda sebagai teknik utama menguji dampak masing-masing variabel independen (orientasi kewirausahaan, adopsi digitalisasi, dan praktik ramah lingkungan) terhadap variabel dependen (akses keuangan). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan (OK) tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap akses keuangan (AK) (0,935). Adopsi Digitalisasi (AD) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Akses Keuangan (AK (0.00). Praktik Ramah Lingkungan(PRL) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Akses Keuangan (AK) (0.017). Sementara model regresi secara keseluruhan signifikan secara statistik dan menegaskan bahwa ketiga variable apabila dipertimbangkan bersama memberikan kontribusi yang berarti untuk menjelaskan akses keuangan IKM.
