Abstract

Natural antioxidants have been developed in various formulations as alternatives to reduce the side effects associated with synthetic antioxidants. α-Mangostin exhibits strong antioxidant properties, although its behavior in combination with other herbal compounds remains unclear. The aim of this study was to formulate a combination of α-M, piperine, and curcumin into an oral patch and to evaluate the antioxidant properties of α-M when combined with piperine and curcumin, both known natural antioxidants. The oral patches were prepared by incorporating the active compounds (α-mangostin, piperine, and curcumin) into a matrix of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), gelatin, and chitosan. Glycerin was added as a plasticizer. Organoleptic assessment, along with evaluations of pH, weight, folding endurance, and moisture absorption capacity, confirmed the successful formulation of α-mangostin (MP), piperine (PP), curcumin (CP), and combination (MPCP) patches as oral delivery systems. All patches maintained a pH above 5.5. The thicknesses of MP, PP, CP, and MPCP were measured at 0.14 ± 0.02 mm, 0.17 ± 0.01 mm, 0.15 ± 0.02 mm, 0.11 ± 0.01 mm, and 0.16 ± 0.02 mm, respectively. The combination of these natural compounds enhanced folding endurance compared to the individual curcumin and piperine patches, while slightly reducing antioxidant activity. The co-formulation of α-mangostin, piperine, and curcumin into a single oral patch demonstrated a modest decline in antioxidant capacity. This study aimed to assess the impact of combining multiple antioxidant-rich natural compounds within a single delivery system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of RejoagungMakmur Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Rejoagung Village, determine the contribution of BUMDes financial management to increasing village original income (PADes), and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in BUMDes financial performance. The method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The financial ratios analyzed include profitability and operational efficiency. The calculation results show that RejoagungMakmurBUMDes has quite good financial performance. Partial tests show that liquidity has a significant effect on village original income with a significance value of 0.010 and a contribution of 42.0%. Profitability also has a significant effect with a significance value of 0.004 and a contribution of 42.7%. Operational efficiency has a significant effect with a significance value of 0.014 and a contribution of 58.8%. Furthermore, simultaneous tests show that the three variables together have a significant effect on PADes with a significance value of 0.000 and a contribution of 67.4%. This study provides strategic recommendations for strengthening BUMDes institutions and governance in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Game Online terhadap Perilaku Komunikasi Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Andong. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dan diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Jurusan MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Andong dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 300 dimana sampel yang diambil hanya 26% atau 78 siswa yang dijadikan sampel untuk penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa game online tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku komunikasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk menganalisis dan mengelompokkan produk kemeja merek Warler berdasarkan karakteristik penjualannya. Dengan menggunakan data penjualan seperti jumlah stok, harga jual, dan tingkat penjualan, algoritma ini berhasil membagi produk ke dalam beberapa kluster yang membantu perusahaan dalam mengidentifikasi pola penjualan dan mengoptimalkan strategi inventori. Hasil pengelompokan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi manajemen untuk pengambilan keputusan terkait manajemen stok dan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif

Abstract

Abstrak: Kondisi mitra saat ini masih menggunakan cara tradisional dibandingkan teknologi dalam memasarkan produk UMKM. Pengabdian ini memberikan pelatihan secara softskil dalam memanfaatkan platform WordPress berbasis AI untuk mendukung UMKM di desa Palasari; Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan ceramah, demonstrasi/praktik, dan diskusi; Mitra dalam kegiatan ini diikuti 10 warga Desa Palasari Banten sebagai peserta yang merupakan pelaku UMKM; Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berhasil meningkat pemahaman dan pengetahuan peserta dalam menggunakan platform wordpress berbasis AI, dimana sebelum pelatihan peserta memiliki pemahaman 34% melalui pre-test yang telah dibuatkan oleh Tim, setelah mengikuti pelatihan peserta memiliki pemahaman 93%, melalui post-test, artinya peningkatan pemahaman pada peserta yang mampu menggunakan platform wordpress berbasis AI dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan UMKM dimedia digital.Abstract: The current condition of partners still uses traditional methods compared to technology in marketing MSME products. This service provides soft skills training in utilising the AI-based WordPress platform to support MSMEs in Palasari village; The method of implementation uses lectures, demonstrations / practices, and discussions; Partners in this activity were attended by 10 residents of Palasari Banten Village as participants who are MSME actors; The implementation of this activity succeeded in increasing the understanding and knowledge of participants in using the AI-based wordpress platform, where before training participants had an understanding of 34% through a pre-test that had been made by the Team, after attending the training participants had an understanding of 93%, through a post-test, meaning an increase in understanding in participants who were able to use the AI-based wordpress platform in utilising technology to improve MSMEs in digital media.

Abstract

Suatu masalah adalah deviasi antara yang seharusnya terjadi dengan suatu yang nyata terjadi, sehingga penyebabnya perlu ditemukan dan diverifikasi. Pengambilan keputusan (desicion making) adalah melakukan penilaian dan menjatuhkan pilihan. Keputusan ini diambil setelah melalui beberapa perhitungan dan pertimbangan alternatif. Sebelum pilihan dijatuhkan, ada beberapa tahap yang mungkin akan dilalui oleh pembuat Keputusan, tahapan tersebut bisa saja meliputi identifikasi masalah utama, menyusn alternatif yang akan dipilih dan sampai pada pengambilan keputusan yang diinginkan. Abstract

The circulation of illegal drugs represents one of the forms of transnational crime that seriously impacts public health and consumer protection. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of illegal drug circulation in Pekanbaru City, identify the perpetrators' modus operandi, and evaluate the effectiveness of the Big Post for Drug and Food Supervision (BBPOM) in enforcement actions. The research method employs a qualitative approach with a case study, through analysis of secondary data and documentation from BBPOM, as well as interviews with relevant parties. The results indicate significant fluctuations in the number of cases during 2019–2023, with the highest surge in 2021 at 6,667 cases, dominated by supplies from Asia and Southeast Asia. The perpetrators' modus operandi includes product disguise, digital distribution, and hidden storage to evade supervision. The role of BBPOM, in collaboration with Kominfo, is crucial in enhancing supervision effectiveness, although it still faces challenges in resources and cross-sectoral coordination. This study concludes that eradicating illegal drugs requires a comprehensive strategy that combines repressive efforts, structural prevention, public education, and cross-border cooperation.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of character education in fostering students' digital responsibility and ethical behavior regarding the use of machine translation tools for academic purposes. The main focus of this research is the internalization of character education values such as honesty, responsibility, and academic integrity in students’ digital practices, particularly in their use of Google Translate. The study conducted a qualitative method with a case study approach, enabling an in depth understanding of the phenomenon within real social and education contexts. Data were collected through in depth interviews and classroom observations. The result show that character education significantly influences how students utilize Google Translate. Students who receive consistent character education demonstrate higher ethical awareness in using Google Translate, including the ability to distinguish between constructive academic assistance and academic plagiarism. Conversely, insufficient character development leads to increased dependence on Google Translate without critical reflection. The implications of the study underscore the importance of integrating character education into digital based curricula to foster ethical literacy and academic responsibility in the technological era. Schools are therefore encouraged to develop learning strategies that integrate character education with digital competencies, enabling students to use Google Translate wisely, responsibly, and ethically.

Abstract

The banking sector plays a crucial role in national economic development and must operate in accordance with prudential banking principles. However, legal uncertainty arises due to the clash of norms between the regulations governing the Board of Directors' duties under Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (UU PT) and criminal liability under Law No. 10 of 1998 concerning Banking. This research aims to analyze the harmonization of these regulations and propose a reconstruction of prudential parameters to avoid the criminalization of business risks. The research adopts a normative legal method, and findings indicate that the lack of clear "compliance steps" parameters creates disparity in court rulings. The discretion granted to businesses under the Business Judgment Rule doctrine is sometimes misinterpreted, leading to criminal implications. The study recommends reinforcing the role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) by instituting a Cease and Desist Order as a precondition for criminal law enforcement in compliance matters.
