Abstract

Tugas pokok yang diemban oleh seorang guru, tentu tidak berlebihan jika dikatakan bahwa barometer mutu pendidikan vokasi Indonesia ditentukan oleh tingkat kompetensi seorang guru. Identifikasi dan analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendidikan vokasi khususnya bidang teknik dan Teknologi sangat penting. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan pembelajaran oleh guru SMK bidang keahlian teknologi dan rekayasa. Penilaian Pengelolaan pembelajaran meliputi lima variabel kunci yaitu motivasi kerja, etos kerja, kinerja guru, inovasi manajemen, dan manajemen pembelajaran. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pengukuran persamaan struktural. Motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh positif sebesar 63,9% dan etika kerja sebesar 28,2% terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen belajar. Inovasi manajemen tidak berpengaruh sehingga diharapkan pengawas meningkatkan kegiatan inovasi untuk menunjang kinerja guru.

Abstract

Concrete with waste tire rubber powder is one of the approaches to utilizing rubber waste, which continues to increase in volume over time. This study aims to investigate in detail the effects of using waste tire rubber powder on the mechanical properties of concrete through experimental methods, with a focus on compressive strength and elastic modulus. The comparison results of compressive strength and elastic modulus are then analyzed using a forensic engineering approach to determine their impact on potential structural failures and their influence on the service life of the structure. The results of this study show that the use of rubber powder in the range of 2.5% to 10% as a fine aggregate substitute in concrete mixtures can reduce compressive strength and elastic modulus by approximately 16% to 28% for compressive strength, and 5% to 11% for elastic modulus. In terms of structural service life, the use of rubberized concrete can reduce the service life by approximately 22% to 27%. Rubberized concrete offers great potential in rubber waste utilization and in enhancing the sustainability of construction materials. However, from a forensic engineering perspective, rubberized concrete presents new challenges in understanding, evaluating, and predicting the long-term performance of structures.

Abstract

Augmented reality adalah salah satu teknologi terbaru yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membuat e-modul menjadi lebih interaktif dan inovatif. Kombinasi antara augmented reality dengan program komputer aplikatif yang tepat dalam media pembelajaran sangat cocok diterapkan di mata kuliah bidang teknik sipil, salah satunya adalah mata kuliah Struktur Beton Bertulang 2 dengan program komputer aplikatif yang digunakan adalah SAP2000. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah R & D dengan model ADDIE. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sebuah e-modul interaktif berbasis augmented reality dan program SAP2000 pada mata kuliah Struktur Beton Bertulang 2. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah e-modul dengan kualitas yang masuk ke dalam kategori baik dengan hasil penilaian rata-rata dari ahli media 1 dan 2 sebesar 88,50 dan 86,50; dari ahli materi 1 dan 2 sebesar 84,46 dan 88,53; serta nilai rata-rata dari respon mahasiswa saat uji coba terbatas di kelas sebesar 85,10. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah E-modul Mata Kuliah Struktur Beton Bertulang dapat diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Struktur Beton Bertulang 2 di kelas.

Abstract

The implementation of augmented reality and video in instructional media is highly suitable for courses in the field of civil engineering, one of them is the Earthquake Technology. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model in developing the e-module. The result of this research is an e-module specifically designed for the Earthquake Technology courses. The e-module was validated by media experts, subject matter experts, and students as part of the evaluation process. The average scores from the two media experts were 93.33 and 91.33 for graphic feasibility, and 96.67 and 93.33 for language feasibility. As for the two subject matter experts, the average scores for content feasibility were 89.41 and 88.24, for presentation feasibility were 87.50 and 90.00, and for contextual feasibility were 90.00 and 90.00. Meanwhile, the average score from the students during the pilot study was 89.06. The results of this research indicate that the development of the Earthquake Technology e-module using the ADDIE method has resulted in an e-module with "very good" category in terms of media and "good" category in terms of content. The assessment results from students also indicate that the Earthquake Technology e-module falls into the "good" category. So, it can be concluded that the Earthquake Technology e-module based on video and augmented reality can be totally implemented in the learning process of Earthquake Technology course at higher education institution.
