Abstract

This study aims to analyze the location of land availability and the direction of land availability from the aspect of Spatial Designation Plans and land issues. The research was carried out from November 2021 to January 2022 which is located in the Likupang tourism area. The method used in this research is Overlay Analysis with GIS software and descriptive analysis obtained through Indepth Interview. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the research analysis obtained that the availability of land at the location was classified into available and unavailable. The area of available land is 829.47 Ha (17.97%) while the area of land that is not available is 3,716.55 Ha (80.54%). The available land locations consist of available non-agricultural cultivation covering an area of 664.86 Ha (14.41%) and agricultural cultivation covering an area of 164.61 Ha (3.57%). The location of land that is not available is limited to protected activities covering an area of 1,030.06 Ha (22.32%), optimal use of non-agricultural land of 217.33 Ha (4.71 %), optimal use of agricultural land covering an area of 2,145.78 Ha ( 46.5%) and land use adjustment of 323.38 Ha (7.01%). The direction of land availability, namely the location of the available land is directed based on the allotment of space so that it is obtained for investment activities covering an area of 664.86 hectares and commodity activities covering an area of 164.61 hectares. At the location of the available land, there is a potential land dispute of 2 hectares. So that the availability of clean and clear land (no dispute) is (827.47%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the cabbage marketing channel in Linelean Village, Modoinding District, South Minahasa Regency. Data collection was conducted for one month, namely in September 2023, carried out in Linelean Village, Modoinding Subdistrict, South Minahasa Regency and Bersehati Market, Manado City. Data were collected through primary data through the use of questionnaires with interview techniques to respondent farmers, intermediary traders. Secondary data were obtained from the Modoinding sub-district office, BPP office, Linelean village office, Modoinding sub-district. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling method to determine the sample of farmers who produce cabbage crops in the period January to May 2023, which was obtained as many as 20 farmers, the sample number of traders collectors 2 people, and the sample number of retailers 9 people, and the use of snowball method (snowball sampling) which is determined based on the acquisition of information from the respondent cabbage vegetable farmers where to sell cabbage vegetable crops, and so on to the final consumer level. Data analysis of cabbage marketing channels from the farm level to the final producer using descriptive analysis, as well as the calculation of marketing margins, marketing costs, marketing profits, and farmer's share. The results showed that there were two marketing channels, namely marketing channel-1: farmers to retailers to consumers, and marketing channel-2: farmers to intermediary traders to retailers to consumers. The marketing margin received by each marketing channel, namely marketing channel-1 amounted to Rp1,000 and marketing channel-2 amounted to Rp2,000. Farmer's share is the share received by farmers from the price paid by consumers. Farmer's share of each marketing channel is marketing-1 at 80 percent and channel-2 at 67 percent.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the income obtained from cayenne pepper farming activities in one planting season in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa District. This research was conducted from July to September 2023. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. Respondents in this study consisted of 10 people using purposive sampling. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that each farmer respondent has a different income. The average income earned by respondents from cayenne pepper farming in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Sub-District, South Minahasa District is IDR20,660,303 per planting season is obtained from the difference between the average revenue of IDR29,950,000 and the average total cost of IDR10,619,697.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the priority risks in carrot farming in Rurukan Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This research was conducted for four months from October 2023 to January 2024, located in Rurukan Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. The data collection method used in this study was the survey method. Data were obtained from direct interviews with carrot farmers, by asking questions in the form of a prepared questionnaire. Supported by data obtained from the Tomohon City Agriculture Office, Tomohon City Central Bureau of Statistics, and Rurukan Village Office. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method to farmers who grow carrots until the last planting season in 2023. The sample in this study were carrot farmers in Rurukan Village with a total of 10 respondents (farmers). The analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The data obtained were identified and then processed with FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) analysis tools to assess the risks that could potentially arise. The results showed that the risk analysis of carrot farming in Rurukan Village, East Tomohon Subdistrict, Tomohon City showed that there were four potential failures that became risk priorities, namely the long dry season, pest attacks, high rainfall, price fluctuations. The results of the assessment based on FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) analysis show that farmers are not maximizing their efforts in handling the risks that occur in carrot farming.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the amount of added value from raw coffee beans to roasted coffee beans at Revaco Coffee Roastery business in Komo Village, Wenang District, Manado City. The research was conducted for two months from July to August 2023. The research was conducted at the roasted coffee bean business at Revaco Coffee Roastery in Komo Village, Wenang District, Manado City, North Sulawesi. The data collection method in this research is the case study method. The data used is roasted coffee bean production data which becomes raw coffee beans at the Revaco Coffee Roastery business produced August 13, 2023, which is obtained from the results of direct interviews with business owners and employees at the roasted coffee bean business at Revaco Coffee Roastery. Data analysis used in this study using product value added analysis. The results showed that the Revaco Coffee Roastery roasted coffee bean business found that the added value of processing 54 kilograms of raw coffee beans into roasted coffee beans was IDR 76,613.54 per kilogram.

Abstract

This study aims to estimate the economic value of Agrowisata Tuur Ma’asering using the Travel Cost Method (TCM) approach and to analyze the factors affecting the demand for visits to Agrowisata Tuur Ma’asering. The research was conducted over 3 months, from February to May 2024. Data collection was performed using a survey method, gathering both primary and secondary data. Sampling was done using accidental sampling techniques, with the sample size determined by a linear time function formula, resulting in 58 respondents. The research method employed is quantitative, utilizing the travel cost method (TCM) and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the economic value of Agrowisata Tuur Ma’asering, calculated using the Travel Cost Method (TCM), is IDR2,027,876,535. This value is derived from the consumer surplus per individual per month of IDR345,759, multiplied by the number of visitors in April 2024, which is 5,865 visitors. Factors influencing the demand for visits to Agrowisata Tuur Ma’asering include travel costs, income, education level, and group size. Factors that do not have a significant impact are travel distance and age.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness and evaluate the distribution of subsidized fertilizer in Ranowangko Village, East Tondano District, Minahasa Regency based on the "6 Right" principles, namely right quantity, right place, right type, right price, right quality and right time. This research will last for 3 months, namely April-June 2024. Primary data was obtained through data collection using the sample survey method and secondary data was obtained from related agencies. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique by determining the number of samples using the Slovin Formula. The data analysis method used to measure effectiveness uses the Guttman scale and evaluation uses descriptive data analysis techniques. The research results show that the right place, right type and right quality indicators are categorized as very effective. Furthermore, the indicators for the right amount and time are categorized as quite effective. Then the exact price indicator is categorized as ineffective.

Abstract

This research aims to map the Ecoenzym soap business model produced by Ecopastoral Dsy nuns using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) at the Dsy Ecopastoral Center in Kawatak village, South Langowan District, Minahasa Regency. The research period was carried out for 3 months, namely from April to June 2024. The data collection method is a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection is a population survey by making direct observations at the research location and distributing prepared questionnaires. The results of the research show that based on the results of the identification, mapping and analysis of business models that have been carried out by researchers, the conclusion that can be drawn is that there are six elements of the canvas model business that need to be improvised into a new canvas business model, including customer relationships, channels, partnerships, key resources, revenue streams and value offered.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction at Rumah Kopi Berkat, North Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted in August-September 2023 using a mixed approach of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through field observations, interviews with the owner, employees, and consumers, as well as distributing questionnaires to 30 consumer respondents. Secondary data was sourced from related literature such as articles, journals, and internet sites. The analysis was carried out descriptively quantitatively by calculating the customer satisfaction index (CSI). The results showed that the level of customer satisfaction was 83.11% (satisfied category), with the highest assessment on product, price, place, and service variables (satisfied category), while the promotion variable received a fairly satisfied assessment. These findings indicate that Rumah Kopi Berkat has fulfilled consumer expectations in general, but an improved promotional strategy is needed to optimize business attractiveness
