Abstract

Service in volleyball is one of the early markers of the game. Aside from being a service marker, it is also one of the initial capital that can be done to get a point advantage in the volleyball game. The top serve is one of the most frequently used services by volleyball players. The purpose of the study was to find out how the effect of the push-up exercise on the success of the top serve in volleyball. Up to this study, there were 14 athletes from Sentajo Raya District. This study was a population study because all samples were the total population. The instrument used was to measure the ability to direct the service ball correctly and directionally which was carried out after the athletes were given the treatment given to the research subjects, which showed a value of t = -4329 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The results of the study revealed that if. The conclusion obtained is that there is a significant effect of the results of the push-up exercise on the ability to serve up in volleyball. do a push-up exercise model first. The data analysis technique used in this study was the paired sample t-test. The results obtained to determine the effect of push-up exercises on service ability

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui Efek Penerapan Latihan Shooting Menggunakan Penghalang Terhadap Kemampuan Shooting game pada Atlet Petanque. Disamping itu media latihan belum ada. Sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan latihan dengan menggunakan media sebagai penunjang latihan dalam melatih ketepatan, agar prestasi atlet meningkat terutama di nomor shooting. Tujuan latihan menggunakan penghalang adalah agar atlet terbiasa melakukan lemparan secara boules to boules. Metode yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan desain “one group pre test post test design”. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu atlet petanque. . disimpulkan bahwa model latihan shooting menggunakan penghalang dapat meningkatkan hasil shooting pada atlet petanque secara signifikan.

Abstract

Tennis is one of the most popular sport branches which very attractive to people nowadays. However, the varied fundamental techniques have been burden for this sport as it is hard to learn in short period of time. Groundstroke forehand and groundstroke backhand are the two among basic techniques in order to prepare and create the accomplished athlete. In training program, variety innovations are needed, hence the exercise situation become more interesting and also avoid such boredom. The convenient training model for children development is based on play and stay concept. The research method used is development. The final product of this research is the variety of training which emphasizes on groundstroke forehand & backhand exercise in the form of video by using games concept for junior tennis athlete. In tennis, presenting the training portion through playing concept to junior athlete (6-12 years old) is the exact option, because in that age, giving the proficiency and understanding of movement is easier to build. Delivering the training program within the support of technology will make it more focused and on target.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang berfokus pada pengembangan pemahaman siswa tentang permainan. TGFU menekankan pada pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan berbasis masalah. Performa permainan sepak bola merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan pembelajaran sepak bola. Performa permainan sepak bola dapat diukur dengan menggunakan berbagai instrumen, salah satunya adalah Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran TGFU terhadap performa permainan sepak bola mahasiswa prodi penjaskesrek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 40 mahasiswa prodi penjaskesrek. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan GPAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran TGFU terhadap performa permainan sepak bola mahasiswa prodi penjaskesrek. Pengaruh ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung sebesar 3,276 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran TGFU berpengaruh positif terhadap performa permainan sepak bola mahasiswa prodi penjaskesrek.

Abstract

Riau Tennis Camp's tennis performance is currently experiencing a decline, this can be seen by the absence of Riau Tennis Camp players winning the National Junior Tennis Championship in Singles. To achieve maximum performance, you need maximum practice, especially in mastering basic tennis techniques. The most dominant basic technique in tennis is the forehand groundstroke. So this research aims to improve basic tennis technical skills, especially Forehand Drive Tennis. This research is an R and D development research on the development of a field tennis Forehand Drive training model based on playing situations using the Borg and Gall development model which includes 10 R&D research stages as follows: (1)Research and information collecting (research and data collection), (2)Planning (planning), (3) (initial product draft development), (4) Expert validation, (5) Revision of expert validation results, (6) (main field trial), (7) (revisions to products), (8) (conducting operational field trials), (9) (final product revision), (10) (dissemination and implementation)

Abstract

This research addresses gaps by developing a holistic training model that integrates essential elements for optimal tennis performance. The study explores how physical conditioning can enhance agility, speed, and overall performance of junior athletes aged 14 to 16, focusing on forehand drive. The aim is to provide insights for coaches and players by integrating physical and technical training to improve performance. The scope includes evaluating the effectiveness of a forehand drive training program supplemented with speed and agility exercises for junior tennis players. An experimental one-group pre-test-post-test design was employed. Eleven tennis athletes from the Nusalima Tennis Academy participated. Speed was measured using a 20-meter sprint, and agility was calculated using the 505 Agility Test. The training program spanned 12 sessions over four weeks. Statistical analysis included mean, standard deviation, normality tests, and t-tests. Pre-test and post-test results showed significant improvements in speed and agility. The t-test values indicated statistical significance, confirming the effectiveness of the forehand drive training model. Players demonstrated enhanced neuromuscular adaptation, muscle strength, coordination, and reaction time. The study concludes that the forehand drive training model significantly improves speed and agility in junior tennis players. The findings support the theory that focused and structured training enhances physical abilities and performance. Additionally, the research highlights the long-term health benefits of intensive tennis training, such as improved cardiovascular health and overall fitness. The training model can be widely applied to develop well-rounded athletes in tennis programs.

Abstract

Olahraga tenis lapangan merupakan olahraga dengan menggunakan raket dan bola tenis di lapangan persegi panjang yang dibatasi dengan net. Pada saat ini olahraga tenis lapangan ini sedah berkembang bahkan sampai ke Kampar. Dimana sudah adanya beberapa atlet tenis kampar mengikuti pertandingan nasional dan memiliki peringkat. Namun di Sekolah Dasar tenis ini masih belum banyak yang melakukan latihan dengan rutin. Sehingga bermain tenis hanya ikut ikut aja namun tidak ada mengikuti latihan yang terprogram dan kontiniu.  Untuk itu PKM ini memberikan solusi (1) Memberikan pembekalan program latihan tenis lapangan pada guru dan siswa sekolah dasar (2) Memberikan pelatihan teknik dasar tenis forehand drive, backhand drive, servis dan volley pada siswa Sekolah Dasar (3) Memberikan semangat supaya Siswa sekolah dasar semangat dalam melakukan latihan bersama. Hasil dari PkM ini adalah guru dan anak mendapatkan pengalaman dalam cara cara melatih teknik dasar tennis.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan plyometrik terhadap kemampuan smash dalam cabang olahraga bola voli pada pemain Family Squad. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pemain Family Squad yang berjumlah 7 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah pretest dan posttes kemampuan smash bola voli. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh latihan plyometrik terhadap kemampuan smash dalam cabang olahraga bola voli pada pemain Family Squad dengan peningkatan latihan sebesar 40.78% dengan thitung = 2.11 > ttabel = 1,895.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. The purpose of this study is to describe the technique of freestyle swimming in terms of: body position, hand movements, foot movements, breath taking movements and movement coordination. Materials and methods. Determine the level of mastery of the freestyle swimming technique in the students of the Physical Education Study Program at the  Universitas Pahlawan who attend basic swimming lectures. Is it classified as very good, good, less or less. This research is descriptive, the population of this research is 20 students. Results. the level of mastery of technique on the body position indicator is 66% and the error rate is 34%, then the hand rotation indicator is 66 % and the error rate is 34%, then the foot movement indicator (Kicking) is 70% and the error rate is 30%. Furthermore, the level of mastery of techniques in breathing (breating) is 68.5% and the error rate is 30%, then the level of mastery of techniques in coordination is 68.5% and the error rate is 31.5%. Conclusions. Concluded that the level of mastery of technique on each indicator of the freestyle swimming technique

Abstract

Bagian utama dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dampak program intervensi, berdasarkan model TGfU, terhadap perilaku taktis siswa sekolah menengah olahraga provinsi riau cabang olahraga sepakbola. Sampel penelitian yang terdiri dari 46 siswa, dengan usia antara 14 dan 15 tahun, dibagi menjadi dua kelompok (kelompok model TGfU, n = 22, dan kelompok model pembelajaran langsung, n = 24. Satuan yang terdiri dari 9 sesi diterapkan, dan pengetahuan prosedural, pelaksanaan teknis, dan perilaku taktis siswa diukur dalam situasi permainan yang sebenarnya. Hasilnya menunjukkan siswa dalam kelompok model TGfU menunjukkan pengetahuan prosedural yang jauh lebih tinggi. Mengenai pelaksanaan teknis secara terpisah, perbedaan signifikan ditemukan di kedua kelompok setelah program intervensi dalam tiga tindakan. Sebaliknya, tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pelaksanaan dalam situasi permainan yang sebenarnya di kedua kelompok. Temuan menunjukkan efektivitas program pengajaran komprehensif berdurasi pendek (9 pelajaran) dalam konteks pendidikan untuk mencapai peningkatan pengetahuan prosedural. Kami juga menyoroti pentingnya meningkatkan durasi program pengajaran ini untuk meningkatkan variabel pengambilan keputusan dan pelaksanaan.
